"I'M NEW - how does the Vault work?"

"Where can I find my Access Key to sign-in with?"
- Every Church Video Licence globally and every Total Producer Church Video License (or Standard CVLI Video License) in the USA comes with FREE access to the Vault, which is unlocked with your Access Key. Your Access Key will be included in the monthly CVL update emails you receive. If you can't find your Key, please email us at: support@screenvue.com
"Why won't my Access Key work?"
- The usual reason for the Access Key not to work (and a footer error message to appear) is that something is missing from the sign-in protocol.
- Enter the Email address associated with your Church Video License (or CCLI account).
- Enter the Access Key found in your last CVL update email (exactly, with no spaces).
- Select the Terms of Use and a Keeping in Touch option.
- You should be in! If you have done all this and still have a problem, please let us know and we'll dig further.
"In the USA, why don't I have access as a CVL Family Values Package member?"
- The CVL Family Values Package offers only 65+ studios and producers, and does not include any major/minor Hollywood studios - and does not come with ScreenVue Vault access.
- The CVL Total Producer Package offers 5,000+ studios and producers, including every major Hollywood studio and most of the major/minors, and comes with complimentary access to the Vault: unlocked with a provided Access Key.
- In the USA, to gain access to the Vault, please upgrade to a Total Producer package by calling: 1-888-771-2854.
"What is the difference between Movie Ideas and Movie Views?"
- The Vault offers TWO different types of content:
- Movie Ideas: Has the "light-bulb icon," where you would use your own movie (Digital, Stream, Blu-ray, or DVD you already have access to) with our cues and details; as this idea is not available as a View.
- Movie Views: Has the "TV icon," where you can instantly preview content you’re considering from embedded links streamed directly on the Vault site from a studio’s official YouTube channel.

"Why can't I download a Movie Idea or Movie View?"
We do not have permission from the studio owners to offer downloads for Ideas and Views. Instead, use the cues listed in the upper, right hand corner of a Movie Idea in tandem with your own copy or rental, or preview a Movie View.
The Vault offers two different types of content:
- Movie Ideas: Has the "light-bulb icon," where you would use your own movie (Digital, Stream, Blu-ray, or DVD you already have access to) with our cues and details.
- Movie Views: Has the "TV icon," where you can instantly preview content you’re considering from embedded links streamed directly on the Vault site from a studio’s official YouTube channel.

- When you click on a Theme and see the results, there is a "Filter Scenes" option to show: All Movie Ideas or Movie Views Only.

- (Please note: All previous Vault movie downloads—comprising several hundred scenes, primarily from the public domain along with a few independent studio releases—have been transitioned to Vault Movie Views. As a result, downloads are no longer available through the Vault. We apologize for any inconvenience this change may cause.)
"What are the restrictions for streaming our service and including movie content? "
- For churches that stream their services and want to include movie content, the Church Video License terms do not cover streaming movie content - even if used in a sermon - over the internet to the general public.
- However, it is permissible to live stream movie content inside the facility as long as it is a closed-stream (not accessed publicly).
- The Church Video License has made recent modifications to the license: For churches that stream their services and want to include movie content, they can use a platform that is gated or private (password protected entry to only members and guests and not open to the general public), such as Zoom (requiring a password to join).
"Can content in the Vault be used with a Church Video Licence anywhere in the world?"
- Before using Vault content, please check your country’s Authorised Producers List to confirm the content is covered (all Vault content is covered in the USA).
"How do you use a Movie Idea?"
