ScreenVue is the result of a joint venture and partnership between Christian Video Licensing International (CVLI) and Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI) and Motion Picture Licensing Corporation (MPLC).

ScreenVue first launched in 2003 as a service of CVLI. The CVLI Church Video License provides legal coverage for churches and for other ministry organizations to show DVDs, Blu-rays, digital, movie downloads and streams of motion pictures. Each organization needs to be specifically covered. Coverage includes playing just a few seconds of a movie all the way up to showing the full-length feature.

Each *Total Producer Church Video License* (or any *Church Video Licence* globally) comes with free ScreenVue Vault access.

The ScreenVue Vault offers 14,000+ Scene Ideas, Views and Downloads from a variety of movies and resources.

### CCLI

Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI) was established in 1988 to provide churches with simple, affordable solutions to complex copyright issues. CCLI helps churches maintain their integrity while giving them the freedom to worship expressively and spontaneously.

Churches often face copyright infringement issues in two areas: 1) copying music without permission, and 2) showing movies without authorization.

For copying music to assist with congregational singing, the Church Copyright License provides blanket coverage for 600,000+ songs and 7,000+ publishers and song owners. Currently, global churches are using 600,000+ CCLI licenses.

### CVLI

From a unique partnership between Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI) and Motion Picture Licensing Corporation (MPLC), Christian Video Licensing International (CVLI) and the Church Video License was formed in 2001.

The Church Video License provides churches with legal coverage to show all, or any portion of, thousands of movie titles from a number of movie producers, including all the major studios. Currently, the titles from 3,000+ producers are represented by the Church Video License, including the titles that contain all the scenes that are part of the ScreenVue Vault.

## How We Use Cookies

__"Where can I find my Access Key to sign-in with?"__
- Every Church Video Licence globally and every *Total Producer Church Video License* (or *Standard CVLI Video License*) in the USA comes with FREE access to the ScreenVue Vault, which is unlocked with your Access Key. Your Access Key will be included in the monthly CVL update emails you receive. If you can't find your Key, please email us at: [support@screenvue.com ](mailto:support@screenvue.com "support@screenvue.com")

__"Why won't my Access Key work?"__
- The usual reason for the Access Key not to work (and a footer error message to appear) is that something is missing from the sign-in protocol.
- Enter the *Email address* associated with your Church Video License (or CCLI account).
- Enter the *Access Key* found in your last CVL update email (exactly, with no spaces).
- Select the *Terms of Use* and a *Keeping in Touch* option.
- You should be in! If you have done all this and still have a problem, please let us know and we'll dig further.

__"In the USA, why don't I have access as a CVL Family Values Package member?"__
- The *CVL Family Values Package* offers only 65+ studios and producers, and does not include any major/minor Hollywood studios - and does not come with ScreenVue Vault access. 
- The *CVL Total Producer Package* offers 4,000+ studios and producers, including every major Hollywood studio and most of the major/minors, and comes with complimentary access to the new ScreenVue Vault: unlocked with a provided Access Key.

__"What is the difference between Scene Ideas, Scene Views, and Scene Downloads?"__
- The ScreenVue Vault offers THREE different types of Scenes:

__"What are the restrictions for streaming our service and including a movie scene? "__
- For churches that stream their services and want to include any part of a movie (the entire film or just a scene), the Church Video License terms do not cover streaming a movie scene - even if used in a sermon - over the internet to the general public.
- However, it is permissible to live stream a movie scene inside the facility as long as it is a closed-stream (not accessed publicly).

Alexander and his family are driving home in their newly-wrecked mini-van.  Alexander, thinking to himself as he looks around at his shell-shocked family members: "My parents say there's no such thing as a bad day, that it's all how you look at it.  Here's what I know:  they're wrong."  A closer view of the van shows tires wobbling dangerously loose, a dented fender dragging on the ground, an entire door missing, and a terrible clunking noise emanating from somewhere deep inside.  Alexander, continuing to look around at his usually optimistic family: "My name is Alexander and I am the expert in bad days."  He looks at his baby brother, whose face is covered with permanent, bright-green marker: "This guy knows what I'm talkin' about.  That's not comin' off."  Alexander looks at his father, whose tired eyes perk up with some effort.  Dad, trying to encourage everyone: "Well, we're in the home stretch."  Mom smiles half-heartedly at her husband.  Finally, they arrive home and pull into the driveway.  Emily immediately hops out of the car and throws up on the lawn.  Mom grabs the crying baby and they all head toward the house.  Alexander: "Bottom line:  today was an epic disaster.  The worst day possible."  Dad unlocks the front door and they all move together into the entrance.  A horribly fierce roar fills the air and all eyes are drawn to an unseen beast sitting in the entrance of their home.  Everyone screams.

Alexander and Becky are lab partners, working on a science experiment.  Becky is intent on her work, but Alexander is distracted by his interest in his pretty lab partner.  Nervously, he invites her to his birthday party, not noticing that he is holding Becky's science notebook over the open flame.  Suddenly, Becky stands up: "Oh, my G-d!"  Alexander, seeing that he is now holding a flaming notebook, stands up, frightened.  Panicking, he turns around with the book in his hands, inadvertently lighting the wall-size poster of the periodic elements on fire.  The class begins to scream, and the teacher dives for the fire extinguisher.  (Caution: God's name used in vain)

Alexander climbs into bed after a particularly tough day.  Hesitantly, he calls out to his older brother in the bed across the room, hoping to get a little encouragement by opening up his heart: "Anthony?  I feel like no one understands me."  Anthony, quietly, appearing to be propped up on one arm, reading: "Oh, I do.  I get you."  Alexander, surprised, but hopeful: "You do?"  Anthony, tenderly: "Yeah.  Come on, you're amazing."  Alexander, shocked that his cool, big brother feels this way: "Really?  You think I'm amazing?"  Anthony: "Honestly, I love you so much."  Alexander's whole demeanor changes from one of pained uncertainty to happiness: "I love you, too."  Anthony: "I love you more."  Alexander, laughing: "No.  I love you more."  Anthony: "Don't get me started on that cute little butt of yours."  Alexander bolts upright in bed: "What?"  Anthony glares at his little brother, revealing the cellphone that has been tucked inside his hand the entire time.  Anthony, to Alexander: "What?"  Alexander: "Why are you 'what-ing' me?"  Anthony, irritated to be interrupted in his conversation with his girlfriend, chucks a ball at Alexander's face: "What's your problem?"  On the other end of the phone line, Anthony's girlfriend thinks he is speaking to her: "Excuse me?"  Anthony, oblivious to Celia's rising anger, continues to speak to Alexander: "You're so annoying!  Why can't you just chill out, for one second?"  Alexander, hurt by the sudden apparent change in his brother's feelings toward him, stares, open-mouthed.  Anthony, rudely: "You're exhausting!"  Celia, still thinking his words are directed toward her, hangs up her phone angrily.  Anthony, dismissing Alexander, returns to his phone: "Sorry, Celia, that was my idiot brother."  Crushed, Alexander flops back down onto his bed, feeling even less understood than before.

Alexander is the first in the family to wake up.  He shuffles to his parents' bedroom, surprised they are still asleep.  His mom jerks awake, realizing the alarm failed to awaken them.  Off to a late start, the entire family struggles through their morning routine.  Emily awakens with a terrible cold.  Eyes swollen and puffy, stuffy nose turning her voice into a nasal whine, she wonders how she will make it through this, the opening night of her musical.  Anthony discovers a pimple of monstrous proportions in the middle of his forehead, and this is prom night.  The wails of the tired baby sound throughout the house.  Ben tries to take care of him, but can't find the diapers and accidentally dumps a can full of dirty diapers all over the stairs.  As the family members fight over position in the sole bathroom, Kelly accidentally walks in on her naked teenage son, who is mortified.  Embarrassed, Kelly then walks into a wall, hurting her leg.  Downstairs, the naked baby is peeing all over the kitchen and the orange juice container spills on the floor when Ben opens the fridge door.  Kelly, already late, limps out to her car only to find that the battery is dead.

Anthony is in the middle of his drivers' exam when his cell phone begins to ring.  The instructor looks down at the phone, remarking that Celia is calling.  Anthony, laughing nervously: "Oh, it's my girlfriend, probably wants to talk prom plans."  Anthony, knowing the law against cell phone use while driving: "I'll just ignore that."  The instructor looks at him thoughtfully, seeing that he wants to answer the call.  Instructor, temptingly: "Seems like she's very anxious to talk to you."  Anthony glances briefly over at her, eyebrows raised in surprise.  Just as quickly, he looks back at the road: "No, no, I'm driving.  I would never answer the phone when I'm driving.  No matter what circumstance."  Instructor, playing to his weakness: "No.  But, you know, proms don't happen every day."  Anthony: "That's true."  He smiles, looking at her: "You sure?  It'll just be super quick."  Instructor, lying shamelessly: "What's important to you is important to me."  Anthony grins, pleased she has been so magnanimous.  He picks up the phone: "Hey, Celia!"  Immediately, the instructor transforms into a vicious beast, yelling: "Put the phone down!"  Anthony, surprised: "What?"  Instructor: "Put the mobile device down, now!"  Suddenly, she notices that they are headed straight toward an oncoming car.  She screams, alerting Anthony to the problem.  Too late, he swerves, hitting a bank of parking meters, one after the other.  He then swerves to the other side of the road and back into oncoming traffic.  Swerving again, he finally comes to a stop in the DMV parking lot, where his stunned family is waiting.  Anthony turns angrily to the instructor: "You tricked me!"  Instructor, stamping "FAIL" all over his form: "Get out of this car!"  Anthony: "You're evil!"  Instructor, screaming: "Get out!  Get out!"  Anthony obeys, opening the car door, which is immediately struck by a passing car.  The door flies across the parking lot, landing in front of Anthony's family.

Ben circles slowly around his newly-wrecked vehicle, silently examining the damage wrought by his teenage son.  Anthony suddenly turns to Alexander, accusingly: "You know what, this is your fault!"  He begins to explain how 12-year-old Alexander caused him to wreck the vehicle, but Ben interrupts: "Anthony, you are not passing the blame on this one.  I told you that today might not be a good day to take the test."  Anthony continues to argue with his father and their voices begin to grow louder.  Emily breaks in, agreeing that Alexander is at fault for her having a cold.  Anthony, agreeing with his sister, glares at Alexander: "That's also your fault."  Kelly angrily tells Emily that she is responsible for her own cold, but also for the dead battery in the car and for Kelly's angry client.  Now, the floodgates of familial fury are released and everyone begins yelling at the same time.  Only Alexander is silent, sadly watching his beloved family disintegrate into a brawling mess.

Ben is on a job interview and is having dinner at a restaurant with his prospective employers.  The men, who are young and "hip," run a video game software company and Ben is eager to impress.  Guzzling sake, Ben begins to show off a bit, having the Japanese chef launch shrimps into his open mouth while the entire restaurant cheers.  Elated when his shrimp-catching skills have earned the applause of the patrons, Ben doesn't pay attention to what he is doing.  Leaning too close to the hot grill, Ben sets the sleeves of his pirate shirt on fire.  Suddenly finding both arms in flames, Ben stands in the middle of the restaurant, screaming.  Finally, Ben plunges both arms into the restaurant fish tank, succeeding in putting out the flames.  Panting, Ben turns around, seeing every eye in the restaurant turned on him in horror.  The silence is deafening.  Ben, humiliated, tries to turn it into a joke, doing a little pirate dance: "I still have me arms!"  No one responds.  Ben, crushed, turns to his prospective employers: "Thank you for your time."  He walks slowly out of the restaurant.
