ScreenVue is the result of a joint venture and partnership between Christian Video Licensing International (CVLI) and Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI) and Motion Picture Licensing Corporation (MPLC).

ScreenVue first launched in 2003 as a service of CVLI. The CVLI Church Video License provides legal coverage for churches and for other ministry organizations to show DVDs, Blu-rays, digital, movie downloads and streams of motion pictures. Each organization needs to be specifically covered. Coverage includes playing just a few seconds of a movie all the way up to showing the full-length feature.

Each *Total Producer Church Video License* (or any *Church Video Licence* globally) comes with free ScreenVue Vault access.

The ScreenVue Vault offers 14,000+ Scene Ideas, Views and Downloads from a variety of movies and resources.

### CCLI

Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI) was established in 1988 to provide churches with simple, affordable solutions to complex copyright issues. CCLI helps churches maintain their integrity while giving them the freedom to worship expressively and spontaneously.

Churches often face copyright infringement issues in two areas: 1) copying music without permission, and 2) showing movies without authorization.

For copying music to assist with congregational singing, the Church Copyright License provides blanket coverage for 600,000+ songs and 7,000+ publishers and song owners. Currently, global churches are using 600,000+ CCLI licenses.

### CVLI

From a unique partnership between Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI) and Motion Picture Licensing Corporation (MPLC), Christian Video Licensing International (CVLI) and the Church Video License was formed in 2001.

The Church Video License provides churches with legal coverage to show all, or any portion of, thousands of movie titles from a number of movie producers, including all the major studios. Currently, the titles from 3,000+ producers are represented by the Church Video License, including the titles that contain all the scenes that are part of the ScreenVue Vault.

## How We Use Cookies

__"Where can I find my Access Key to sign-in with?"__
- Every Church Video Licence globally and every *Total Producer Church Video License* (or *Standard CVLI Video License*) in the USA comes with FREE access to the ScreenVue Vault, which is unlocked with your Access Key. Your Access Key will be included in the monthly CVL update emails you receive. If you can't find your Key, please email us at: [support@screenvue.com ](mailto:support@screenvue.com "support@screenvue.com")

__"Why won't my Access Key work?"__
- The usual reason for the Access Key not to work (and a footer error message to appear) is that something is missing from the sign-in protocol.
- Enter the *Email address* associated with your Church Video License (or CCLI account).
- Enter the *Access Key* found in your last CVL update email (exactly, with no spaces).
- Select the *Terms of Use* and a *Keeping in Touch* option.
- You should be in! If you have done all this and still have a problem, please let us know and we'll dig further.

__"In the USA, why don't I have access as a CVL Family Values Package member?"__
- The *CVL Family Values Package* offers only 65+ studios and producers, and does not include any major/minor Hollywood studios - and does not come with ScreenVue Vault access. 
- The *CVL Total Producer Package* offers 4,000+ studios and producers, including every major Hollywood studio and most of the major/minors, and comes with complimentary access to the new ScreenVue Vault: unlocked with a provided Access Key.

__"What is the difference between Scene Ideas, Scene Views, and Scene Downloads?"__
- The ScreenVue Vault offers THREE different types of Scenes:

__"What are the restrictions for streaming our service and including a movie scene? "__
- For churches that stream their services and want to include any part of a movie (the entire film or just a scene), the Church Video License terms do not cover streaming a movie scene - even if used in a sermon - over the internet to the general public.
- However, it is permissible to live stream a movie scene inside the facility as long as it is a closed-stream (not accessed publicly).

Anne, wheel-chair bound and too ill to leave home, asks her husband about the funeral he just attended.  Georges reluctantly describes the event, painting a darkly humorous picture of a life come to an undignified end.  Georges, referring to the deceased's wife: "It must have been awful for Jeanne."  Anne, suddenly, as if repulsed by the picture of a similar ending for herself: "There's no reason to go on living.  I know it can only get worse.  Why must I inflict that on us?"  Georges, sincerely: "You inflict nothing on me."  (Anne's disease is debilitating and requires full-time care.)  Anne believes Georges is lying to protect her.  Georges asks his wife to consider his feelings.  George, optimistically: "It's improving every day."  Anne: "I don't want to go on.  It's touching, all you do to make it bearable, but I don't want to go on.  For my sake, not for yours."

Anne, the right side of her body paralyzed by a recent stroke, is trying to walk.  Aided by her husband, Georges, Anne painfully and slowly shuffles around her foyer, leaning on Georges's arm.  They journey in one full circle around the room before Anne's breath begins coming in ragged and painful gasps.

Anne and Georges are having a meal at their kitchen table when Anne suddenly has the urge to look at their photo albums.  Anne, gingerly opening the book with her sole usable hand, gazes at the black-and-white photos of her youth.  She turns the pages slowly, reliving the memories of her life.  Anne: "It's beautiful."  Georges: "What?"  Anne: "Life."  Anne reaches pages of color photos: "So long.  Long life."

Anne and Georges wake up to find that Anne is soaking wet.  Horrified and embarrassed, Anne waits helplessly while Georges helps her get up.  Carefully covering her wheelchair with a warm blanket, Georges gently helps her rise from the bed, lifting her nightgown slightly so she won't feel the wet.  Anne, angry at the weakness of her dying body and frustrated with her lack of control, tries to head toward the bathroom on her own.  However, when she has trouble operating the electric wheelchair, her anger turns to tears of frustration.  Georges holds her, trying to comfort his wife.

Eva is visiting her bed-ridden mother, Anne.  She leans forward as Anne, paralyzed by a stroke, attempts to say something.  Anne, her mouth twisted, gasps out garbled words that are meaningless to her daughter.  Eva: "I'm sorry, Mommy, I don't understand."  Anne, in a slow and painful process, pushes the disjointed words out of her mouth.  Sighing, she sinks back, tired from the effort to communicate: "God, it's hard..."  She continues repeating the same senseless words, using all of her strength.  Eva listens, trying to understand, but she remains confused.  Finally, Anne's words subside and she lies silent in the bed.  Eva watches her mother breathe heavily from exhaustion.

Georges has come to feed his bed-ridden wife breakfast.  Raising the mechanical bed into sitting position, he covers her carefully with a towel.  Informing her that he has sweetened her mush with peach juice, he painstakingly feeds her several mouthfuls.  It is obviously difficult for her to eat with the right side of her face paralyzed, and Georges has to continuously scrape the excess off her face with the spoon.  After three bites, she clamps her mouth shut.  Georges, coaxingly: "Come on, sweetheart, you only ate three mouthfuls."  Anne refuses more.  Georges gets the water bottle, carefully pouring some into her mouth.  Half of it spills out, wetting the towel.  Georges wipes Anne's face with the towel before making another attempt.

Georges is unsuccessfully trying to get his wife to drink.  Clamping her mouth shut, the bed-ridden woman refuses the water.  Frustrated, Georges asks her if she wants to die.  She looks at him meaningfully, unable to voice her assent.  Georges makes another attempt, warning her that the doctor will force her to be hospitalized if she continues to resist.  He begins to pry her lips open with his fingers.  Succeeding in getting some water into Anne's mouth, Georges praises her obedience, until she spits the water back out.  Angry and helpless, Georges lashes out, slapping his wife on the face.  She cringes, startled and hurt.  The sound of a loud swallow is heard as Anne finally takes in some water.  Georges, ashamed and remorseful, apologizes to his wife for his behavior.
