ScreenVue is the result of a joint venture and partnership between Christian Video Licensing International (CVLI) and Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI) and Motion Picture Licensing Corporation (MPLC).

ScreenVue first launched in 2003 as a service of CVLI. The CVLI Church Video License provides legal coverage for churches and for other ministry organizations to show DVDs, Blu-rays, digital, movie downloads and streams of motion pictures. Each organization needs to be specifically covered. Coverage includes playing just a few seconds of a movie all the way up to showing the full-length feature.

Each *Total Producer Church Video License* (or any *Church Video Licence* globally) comes with free ScreenVue Vault access.

The ScreenVue Vault offers 14,000+ Scene Ideas, Views and Downloads from a variety of movies and resources.

### CCLI

Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI) was established in 1988 to provide churches with simple, affordable solutions to complex copyright issues. CCLI helps churches maintain their integrity while giving them the freedom to worship expressively and spontaneously.

Churches often face copyright infringement issues in two areas: 1) copying music without permission, and 2) showing movies without authorization.

For copying music to assist with congregational singing, the Church Copyright License provides blanket coverage for 600,000+ songs and 7,000+ publishers and song owners. Currently, global churches are using 600,000+ CCLI licenses.

### CVLI

From a unique partnership between Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI) and Motion Picture Licensing Corporation (MPLC), Christian Video Licensing International (CVLI) and the Church Video License was formed in 2001.

The Church Video License provides churches with legal coverage to show all, or any portion of, thousands of movie titles from a number of movie producers, including all the major studios. Currently, the titles from 3,000+ producers are represented by the Church Video License, including the titles that contain all the scenes that are part of the ScreenVue Vault.

- Every Church Video Licence globally and every *Total Producer Church Video License* (or *Standard CVLI Video License*) in the USA comes with FREE access to the ScreenVue Vault, which is unlocked with your Access Key. Your Access Key will be included in the monthly CVL update emails you receive. __"Why won't my Access Key work?"__
- The usual reason for the Access Key not to work (and a footer error message to appear) is that something is missing from the sign-in protocol.
- Enter the *Email address* associated with your Church Video License (or CCLI account).
- Enter the *Access Key* found in your last CVL update email (exactly, with no spaces).
- Select the *Terms of Use* and a *Keeping in Touch* option.
- You should be in! If you have done all this and still have a problem, please let us know and we'll dig further.

__"In the USA, why don't I have access as a CVL Family Values Package member?"__
- The *CVL Family Values Package* offers only 65+ studios and producers, and does not include any major/minor Hollywood studios - and does not come with ScreenVue Vault access.

__"What are the restrictions for streaming our service and including a movie scene? "__
- For churches that stream their services and want to include any part of a movie (the entire film or just a scene), the Church Video License terms do not cover streaming a movie scene - even if used in a sermon - over the internet to the general public.
- However, it is permissible to live stream a movie scene inside the facility as long as it is a closed-stream (not accessed publicly).

After Grug tosses everyone over a chasm to save them, sacrificing himself, he then hears Eep blowing her horn to mourn him, but assumes they are calling for his help. He comes up with his biggest new idea and uses tar, fire, a whale ribcage and the piranhakeets to create a makeshift airship in which he, Chunky, and several other animals escape the final eruption and fly over the chasm to join the others. Grug is welcomed lovingly back as the leader of the family, and Eep returns his hug.

After Grug attacks Guy, the two fall over a cliff into a tar flow. Guy reveals that he lost his own family to a tar flow, and believes they are doomed. Grug, softened by the story, decides that he and Guy will have to work together to escape. They make a dummy to attract Chunky, who mistakes them for a female cat and pulls them free!

Grug and his cave family are out on a mission to find food.  Spotting a bird with a giant egg, they wait until the bird is distracted by other predators and then move in to steal the egg.  Thunk, who lost the "coin" toss, is the first to try to take the egg, but the job ends up being a family effort.  With a number of other creatures anxious to snatch the egg, an angry mama bird attacking in defense, and giant predators intent on making Grug and his family their breakfast, their task is no cakewalk.  Grug acts as a coach, sending each of the players into the fight in their turn.  Every member of the family, from the baby to the elderly grandmother, takes part in the mission.  When one of them falls, another is there to take their place.  Finally, after a harrowing adventure, they succeed in making it back to their cave with the egg.

After being tackled by his new acquaintance, Eep, Guy notices that the flame of his torch is about to be extinguished.  When he tries to rekindle it, Eep stops him, claiming the strange burning thing for herself: "I caught it!"  Having never seen fire before, Eep doesn't understand that Guy is just trying to stop the fire from going out.  However, when she discovers that she and Guy share a fear of the dark, she allows him access to the torch.  Guy, blowing on the embers, encourages the fire to restart: "Come on, come on, come on."  When the flames burst forth, Eep is amazed: "It does what you tell it?"  She crawls slowly toward it, thinking it is the sun.  Guy tells her that it is called fire.  Eep, as if talking to a new friend: "Hi, fire."  Guy laughs at her ignorance: "It's not alive."  When Eep asks where the fire came from, Guy tells her that he made it.  Excitedly grabbing him by the nape of the neck, Eep orders Guy to make her some fire.  Thinking to squeeze fire out of the man, she lifts him upside down, shaking him fiercely: "Make!  Make it!"  Guy, choking: "It doesn't come out of me!"  Guy's bones make a cracking sound under Eep's grip and he collapses to the ground in pain.  Eep, lifting his head up by the hair: "Are you dead?  Can I have your fire if you're dead?"

Guy, knowing the world is about to experience a terrible calamity, begins to drag Eep along with him:  "Tiger girl, we need to leave immediately."  Eep, stopping in her tracks: "I don't even know you!"  Guy introduces himself and explains why he is in such a hurry to leave: "The world is ending.  I'm calling it, "The End."  Guy's travelling companion and pet, Belt, hums an ominous tune: "Dah, dah, daaaaaah!"  Eep: "How do you know?"  Guy: "I've seen it.  It's coming this way." Guy describes the catastrophic occurrences that he has seen happen in other areas.  Knowing the signs, Guy realizes they have little time to waste: "We gotta get to high ground.  I know a mountain.  It's our only chance.  Come with me." He reaches for Eep's hand to take her along with him.  Eep, reluctant to trust a stranger and to leave her family, shakes her head: "I can't."  Guy leaves her with a shell horn to contact him in case she ever changes her mind.

Eep and her family are in a strange new land, hoping to escape the natural disasters that are plaguing their homeland.  They watch in awestruck wonder as a flock of pink birds rises from the grass and swoops around in the sky like a giant pink cloud.  Smiles on their faces, the family watches as the pretty pink cloud hovers over a land whale.  Suddenly, the birds envelop the whale, stripping its bones in a matter of seconds, like a flock of bird piranhas.  Horrified, Grug quickly gathers his family around him in a protective huddle and prepares to fight off the deceptively dangerous creatures.  Knowing that her friend, Guy, has experience of this new and frightening land, Eep quickly runs and blows a horn, hoping he will come to their aid.  Guy, hearing the call, runs toward the sound, finding Eep in the field with the cloud of birds over her head.  Immediately recognizing the danger, Guy runs to Eep's side.  Knowing just what to do to repel the birds, Guy lights a torch, pulls Eep close to himself, and holds the flame above their heads.  The birds, just about to alight on Eep, immediately change directions and fly around her and her family, leaving them untouched.

Grug, eager to save his family from the coming disaster, decides they are going to walk to a distant mountain and seek shelter there.  When his family members express their reluctance to undertake such a trip, Grug tries to convince them of its merits: "Oh, come on.  Just think.  Our whole family packed together on a long, slow trip across country?  Days and nights with just each other?  We'll tell stories, we'll laugh, we'll become closer as a family!"  Grug's happy vision quickly disintegrates into reality as the group wearily trudges along, mile after endless mile.  The precocious baby torments her teenage brother.  The elderly grandmother crabbily snaps at her daughter.  Eep seems the cheeriest, happily picking flowers along the path, until accidentally pushed by her brother: "Stop shoving or I will pull out your tongue!"  Grug, fed up, angrily addresses his crew: "Do you want me to turn this family around?  Do you?  Because I will turn this family around so fast!"  Grug's threats do little to stem the constant flow of arguments, and wild animals along the path are seen plugging their ears to shut out the noise of bickering and complaints that follow in the family's wake.

Grug, trying to capture Guy, encounters a path strewn with a strange kind of rock.  When he steps on the pink and blue pebbles, he discovers they are extremely sharp and painful.  Howling in pain, he warns his family: "Do not step on those weird, pointy rocks!"  His son, Thunk, looks down at the ground: "You mean these rocks?"  He stomps his foot down on top of several, screeching in pain.  Thunk, issuing his own warning as if his father had never spoken: "Do not step on these rocks!"  Grandma, thrusting Thunk aside, ignores the advice of the others.  She boldly walks forward, crunching the rocks under her feet.  She screams in pain, leaping backward off the rocks.  Grug, irritated that his warnings went unheeded: "Hello?  Nobody's listening!  No one is listening!"

Grug's family is surprised to find him sporting a new hairdo and acting completely unlike himself.  Grug: "I was up all night because all these ideas, they just kept coming to me."  Grug proudly shows his family the slew of new inventions birthed by his normally uncreative brain.  The first, a snake belt, touted as being self-tightening, quickly reveals its downside as Grug begins to suffocate in the snake's grasp.  His other inventions prove equally useless:  sunglasses made from stone that block out all sight, a boulder-car that crashes, due to lack of steering capabilities, and insta-portraits made by smashing a rock on a face slathered with paint.  His featherbrained son is the only one impressed: "Where do you get these great ideas?"  Grug, feelingly: "Since I don't have a brain, they're coming from my stomach, down deep below, and then up again into my mind."  Blinded by his stone sunglasses, Grug steps off a cliff.  Grug, later, continues bragging: "See?  I got thoughts.  Like this.  I call it a 'mobile home.'"  Grug heaves a huge cave of boulders onto his head, but is crushed when a giant creature tries to move in.  His family can only watch in expectant dismay as Grug shows them his "lifterator," a stone seesaw with him at one end and a boulder on the other.  The inevitable crushing inspires pity and sympathy from even the most hardened of his family members.

Guy, Grug, and Grug's family are racing to make it to safety before their world is destroyed.  Running toward the sun, they are forced to stop when explosions under the surface create a huge crevasse in the ground before them.  With a flowing river of lava below and nothing but blackness in front of them, Ugga quickly determines they cannot continue forward.  She herds together her children to take them back to the cave: "Grug, we'll die if we stay here!"  Grug, looking up at the remainder of the fading light, stops them: "No more dark.  No more hiding."  He looks at his daughter, Eep, answering a life question she had voiced earlier: "What's the point of all this?  To follow the light."  Ugga protests: "No!  We don't know what's over there!  Maybe nothing!  It's too risky!"  Grug, smiling: "It's a chance."  Grug picks up Guy and throws him across the crevasse and into the dust cloud.  They listen, holding their breath, waiting for some sign of Guy's survival.  Soon, they hear the sound of Guy blowing his horn.  The dust cloud shifts and they are able to see him standing safely on the other side.
