ScreenVue is the result of a joint venture and partnership between Christian Video Licensing International (CVLI) and Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI) and Motion Picture Licensing Corporation (MPLC).

ScreenVue first launched in 2003 as a service of CVLI. The CVLI Church Video License provides legal coverage for churches and for other ministry organizations to show DVDs, Blu-rays, digital, movie downloads and streams of motion pictures. Each organization needs to be specifically covered. Coverage includes playing just a few seconds of a movie all the way up to showing the full-length feature.

Each *Total Producer Church Video License* (or any *Church Video Licence* globally) comes with free ScreenVue Vault access.

The ScreenVue Vault offers 14,000+ Scene Ideas, Views and Downloads from a variety of movies and resources.

### CCLI

Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI) was established in 1988 to provide churches with simple, affordable solutions to complex copyright issues. CCLI helps churches maintain their integrity while giving them the freedom to worship expressively and spontaneously.

Churches often face copyright infringement issues in two areas: 1) copying music without permission, and 2) showing movies without authorization.

For copying music to assist with congregational singing, the Church Copyright License provides blanket coverage for 600,000+ songs and 7,000+ publishers and song owners. Currently, global churches are using 600,000+ CCLI licenses.

### CVLI

From a unique partnership between Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI) and Motion Picture Licensing Corporation (MPLC), Christian Video Licensing International (CVLI) and the Church Video License was formed in 2001.

The Church Video License provides churches with legal coverage to show all, or any portion of, thousands of movie titles from a number of movie producers, including all the major studios. Currently, the titles from 3,000+ producers are represented by the Church Video License, including the titles that contain all the scenes that are part of the ScreenVue Vault.

Motion Picture Licensing Corporation (MPLC) was founded in 1986 by former MGM executives and an MPAA attorney. Their goal was to develop a process to help the public leverage the work of the creative community without infringing on copyright.

## How We Use Cookies

__"Where can I find my Access Key to sign-in with?"__
- Every Church Video Licence globally and every *Total Producer Church Video License* (or *Standard CVLI Video License*) in the USA comes with FREE access to the ScreenVue Vault, which is unlocked with your Access Key. Your Access Key will be included in the monthly CVL update emails you receive. If you can't find your Key, please email us at: [support@screenvue.com ](mailto:support@screenvue.com "support@screenvue.com")

__"Why won't my Access Key work?"__
- The usual reason for the Access Key not to work (and a footer error message to appear) is that something is missing from the sign-in protocol.
- Enter the *Email address* associated with your Church Video License (or CCLI account).
- Enter the *Access Key* found in your last CVL update email (exactly, with no spaces).
- Select the *Terms of Use* and a *Keeping in Touch* option.
- You should be in! If you have done all this and still have a problem, please let us know and we'll dig further.

__"In the USA, why don't I have access as a CVL Family Values Package member?"__
- The *CVL Family Values Package* offers only 65+ studios and producers, and does not include any major/minor Hollywood studios - and does not come with ScreenVue Vault access. 
- The *CVL Total Producer Package* offers 4,000+ studios and producers, including every major Hollywood studio and most of the major/minors, and comes with complimentary access to the new ScreenVue Vault: unlocked with a provided Access Key.

__"What is the difference between Scene Ideas, Scene Views, and Scene Downloads?"__
- The ScreenVue Vault offers THREE different types of Scenes:

__"What are the restrictions for streaming our service and including a movie scene? "__
- For churches that stream their services and want to include any part of a movie (the entire film or just a scene), the Church Video License terms do not cover streaming a movie scene - even if used in a sermon - over the internet to the general public.
- However, it is permissible to live stream a movie scene inside the facility as long as it is a closed-stream (not accessed publicly).

Superman and his dog Krypto are best friends.  Not only do they enjoy spending time together, but they make each other stronger and more able to face the day.  As they go for a "fly" around the city, a song plays in the background: ♪ "You're the best friend that I ever had.  I've been with you such a long time.  You're my sunshine and I want you to know that my feelings are true." ♪ Krypto helps Superman catch the bad guys and they make a great team.  They take out a couple of bank thieves and a giant evil robot easily because they are together.  And, when an elevated train is headed for a broken track, the people are only saved because Superman and Krypto together were enough to fill the gap.  Alone, neither could have done it.


The sinister Lulu has now absorbed the kryptonite directly into her brain, which transforms her into the size of a skyscraper.  City dwellers everywhere run screaming as the giant guinea pig towers over the metropolis.  She confronts the superheroes, ordering them to bow down to her.  Krypto and Superman, the first to respond in attack, are quickly dispatched by the foe.  When the others see how easily their friends were taken out when the went in alone, they each grab a super-pet buddy and attack in unison.  Together, their powers are much stronger than they were by themselves.  With everyone attacking at once, Lulu sags to the ground, overwhelmed.

When Krypto is upset because he feels he's losing Superman to Lois Lane, Ace tells him the story of the family that once owned him.  They got him as a puppy, and he loved them dearly, especially their little toddler.  One day, the baby gate was accidentally left open and the little girl was about to tumble down the stairs.  Ace acted quickly and grabbed her arm, pulling her back from the edge just in time.  But when her parents saw the small teeth marks on the girl's arm, they assumed Ace had bit her and they gave him away.  Krypto is saddened by how his friend was misunderstood: "You saved her."  Ace: "And I'd do it again.  Worst day of my life, but I wouldn't change a thing about it."  Krypto: "Why not?"  Ace: "Well, when you love somebody, and I mean, you really love them, you gotta be willing to do anything for 'em.  Even if that means letting them go."  Krypto, thinking of Superman: "Even if it hurts?"  Ace: "Especially then."


As the superheroes all pair off with their new super-pets, Batman and Ace are the only ones left without a buddy.  Man and dog sit next to each other, several feet apart, and awkwardly avoid all eye contact.  Batman, trying to make conversation: "So, you are a dog.  I am the Batman.  Sorry, I'm not really great with animals."  Ace: "Yeah, I'm not really great with people.  Probably because of my traumatic puppyhood."  Batman: "As a child, my family was taken from me."  Ace: "As a puppy, I was taken from my family."  Batman: "So, I've steeled myself."  Ace: "My emotions, always in check."  Together: "No one ever getting past my impenetrable defenses."  As they realize they share a common story, the barriers lift and Ace leaps onto Batman, licking his face.  Batman laughs happily: "The Batman loves you, too."


When Lex Luthor drops a meteor on the metropolis, Superman and Krypto work together to stop him.  Krypto catches the giant rock just before it crushes a woman and her baby.  But before they can fly it back into space, Luthor traps the two in a tractor beam and the comet plummets back towards the ground.  He laughs, certain of his victory.  He has forgotten one thing, however...Superman has friends.  Before the rock can strike the ground, Aquaman appears and sends a wave to pick it up.  Soon, Superman is joined by a whole group of his friends -- Cyborg, the Green Lantern, Wonder Woman, the Flash, and Batman.  They all work together to rescue Superman and Krypto and to send the meteor back into space. 


Things have taken a turn for the worse in the battle against the evil Lulu (see clip # CV11324).  The superheroes are reeling from the last attack and Krypto faces her alone.  Lulu: "Watch, you pathetic pooch, as I destroy everyone you care for, and there's nothing in the world you can do to stop me!"  Krypto looks up and sees the sun in the sky.  He realizes that there is one thing he can do to stop Lulu.  The Solar Paw Punch, one of his special abilities, will allow him to harness the power of the sun to unleash one unbeatable punch on his enemy.  But the power is so great that he must die too.  As Krypto flies toward the sun, he remembers the words of his friend Ace: "When you love somebody, and I mean you really love them, you gotta be willing to do anything for 'em."  (See clip # CV11323)  Krypto absorbs the sun's power and launches himself back to Earth, where he delivers the deadly punch to Lulu.  Lulu is immediately defeated.  She returns to her original tiny guinea pig form and Krypto is blown backwards by the force of the blow.  Just before the deadly aftershocks of power can overtake the unconscious Krypto, Ace puts himself in front of the other dog, absorbing the force of the blow.  The two dogs gingerly pick themselves up from the ground.  Krypto, smiling: "You saved my life, man."  Ace: "Hey, well, you were in the middle of saving ours."
