ScreenVue is the result of a joint venture and partnership between Christian Video Licensing International (CVLI) and Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI) and Motion Picture Licensing Corporation (MPLC).

ScreenVue first launched in 2003 as a service of CVLI. The CVLI Church Video License provides legal coverage for churches and for other ministry organizations to show DVDs, Blu-rays, digital, movie downloads and streams of motion pictures. Each organization needs to be specifically covered. Coverage includes playing just a few seconds of a movie all the way up to showing the full-length feature.

Each *Total Producer Church Video License* (or any *Church Video Licence* globally) comes with free ScreenVue Vault access.

The ScreenVue Vault offers 14,000+ Scene Ideas, Views and Downloads from a variety of movies and resources.

### CCLI

Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI) was established in 1988 to provide churches with simple, affordable solutions to complex copyright issues. CCLI helps churches maintain their integrity while giving them the freedom to worship expressively and spontaneously.

Churches often face copyright infringement issues in two areas: 1) copying music without permission, and 2) showing movies without authorization.

For copying music to assist with congregational singing, the Church Copyright License provides blanket coverage for 600,000+ songs and 7,000+ publishers and song owners. Currently, global churches are using 600,000+ CCLI licenses.

### CVLI

From a unique partnership between Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI) and Motion Picture Licensing Corporation (MPLC), Christian Video Licensing International (CVLI) and the Church Video License was formed in 2001.

The Church Video License provides churches with legal coverage to show all, or any portion of, thousands of movie titles from a number of movie producers, including all the major studios. Currently, the titles from 3,000+ producers are represented by the Church Video License, including the titles that contain all the scenes that are part of the ScreenVue Vault.

Motion Picture Licensing Corporation (MPLC) was founded in 1986 by former MGM executives and an MPAA attorney. Their goal was to develop a process to help the public leverage the work of the creative community without infringing on copyright.

## How We Use Cookies

__"Where can I find my Access Key to sign-in with?"__
- Every Church Video Licence globally and every *Total Producer Church Video License* (or *Standard CVLI Video License*) in the USA comes with FREE access to the ScreenVue Vault, which is unlocked with your Access Key. Your Access Key will be included in the monthly CVL update emails you receive. If you can't find your Key, please email us at: [support@screenvue.com ](mailto:support@screenvue.com "support@screenvue.com")

__"Why won't my Access Key work?"__
- The usual reason for the Access Key not to work (and a footer error message to appear) is that something is missing from the sign-in protocol.
- Enter the *Email address* associated with your Church Video License (or CCLI account).
- Enter the *Access Key* found in your last CVL update email (exactly, with no spaces).
- Select the *Terms of Use* and a *Keeping in Touch* option.
- You should be in! If you have done all this and still have a problem, please let us know and we'll dig further.

__"In the USA, why don't I have access as a CVL Family Values Package member?"__
- The *CVL Family Values Package* offers only 65+ studios and producers, and does not include any major/minor Hollywood studios - and does not come with ScreenVue Vault access. 
- The *CVL Total Producer Package* offers 4,000+ studios and producers, including every major Hollywood studio and most of the major/minors, and comes with complimentary access to the new ScreenVue Vault: unlocked with a provided Access Key.

__"What is the difference between Scene Ideas, Scene Views, and Scene Downloads?"__
- The ScreenVue Vault offers THREE different types of Scenes:

__"What are the restrictions for streaming our service and including a movie scene? "__
- For churches that stream their services and want to include any part of a movie (the entire film or just a scene), the Church Video License terms do not cover streaming a movie scene - even if used in a sermon - over the internet to the general public.
- However, it is permissible to live stream a movie scene inside the facility as long as it is a closed-stream (not accessed publicly).

Katniss has come to visit her home, District 12, which has been destroyed by the Capitol.  Unsure of what to expect, she exits the plane and begins slowly walking around the ruins.  Nothing is as she remembers.  As far as the eye can see, the ground is littered with smoking rubble.  No building has been left untouched, and no people are in sight.  Her mouth gaping, Katniss picks her way over the debris, trying to comprehend the extent of the destruction.  Stepping through the ruins, her foot crunches on something.  Lifting her boot, she finds a human skull beneath it.  Horrified, Katniss suddenly realizes the ground is literally covered with human remains.  She falls to her hands and knees, crying.

Katniss and her team have come to the site of a recent battle to visit the wounded.  They are led into a dark building.  The entry is filled with the bodies of the dead.  Paylor leads them past the shrouded forms, toward the room where the still-living are kept: "Any hope you can give them, it's worth it.  The Capitol's done everything they can to break us."  Paylor moves aside a plastic curtain, revealing a room brimming with wounded.  Katniss, overwhelmed with the responsibility of her task, hesitates: "Don't film me in there.  I can't help them."  Cressida: "Just let them see your face."  Fighting back tears, Katniss enters the room and walks slowly down the aisle.  Her heart breaks at the sight of so many suffering with so little help.  Suddenly, someone recognizes her, and the entire room is hushed, staring at the famous Tribute.  A young girl, her forehead bloodied, speaks: "Katniss Everdeen?  What are you doing here?"  Katniss: "I came to see you."  A boy with numerous wounds over his body asks: "Are you here to fight with us?"  Katniss, earnestly: "I am.  I will."  The boy kisses his fingers and salutes her.  The rest of the room, inspired by her presence and support, joins in the salute.  (Caution: view of wounded may be disturbing)

Gale and Katniss have returned to the ruins of their deserted district.  Standing in the middle of a rubble field, Gale tells Katniss of the night the Capitol attacked.  He describes hearing the Peacekeepers leave and knowing that meant an attack was planned.  He and several friends began gathering people and trying to herd them to safety, but many didn't want to enter the unknown territory of the forest.  In the end, they were able to bring 915 people to the fence when the bombers arrived.  Gale leads the others to the top of a mound overlooking the place where the rest of the townspeople had fled.  They silently look out over the ruined square filled with charred bodies.  Gale, overcome with emotion, kneels to the ground: "915 out of 10,000.  I should've grabbed people.  I should've dragged them with me.  Some of the kids I could've carried."  Cressida: "You saved so many people, Gale.  Without you, there would be no District 12.  Not even a memory of it."  Gale is silent, staring at the bodies, wondering what else he could have done.

The people of the rebellion have united under Katniss's example and have decided to execute a bold move against the Capitol.  Under cover of darkness, dozens of the country's poorest march toward the dam that provides the power for the great city.  Dressed in overalls and singing a haunting melody, the people march toward likely death.  They have no weapons and no armor and carry only three wooden boxes with a bomb in each.  When they reach the gate of the dam, they are met by armed guards with automatic weapons.  All together, the people begin to run, screaming, at the guards.  Those in the front of the pack are the first to fall, sacrificing their lives so the men carrying the boxes are assured of safety.  Several tackle the guards, allowing the men with boxes to pass by.  The boxes are placed inside the dam and the charges are set.  Within seconds, the gigantic dam explodes, sending the evil city into darkness.

The inhabitants of District 13 are being evacuated to the basement bomb shelter.  Hundreds flood the dark stairwell and march quickly down to the lower level.  When the first bomb strikes, Katniss is part-way down, surrounded by hundreds of others.  The bomb knocks out what remains of the minimal lighting and turns on the sprinkler system.  People begin to scream and panic, causing a stampede that knocks Katniss to the ground.  She huddles on the landing, people walking over her, until a woman helps her to stand.  When Katniss arrives in the bomb shelter, she finds that her sister, Prim, is missing.  A computerized voice announces that the blast doors will close in two minutes.  Realizing that Prim must have returned for the cat, Katniss races back out of the shelter and begins running up the stairs, calling for Prim.  They meet on the stairs and run down together, knowing they have only seconds until they are locked out of the shelter.  They reach the door in just enough time to squeeze through before the mechanized locks shut in place.

The inhabitants of District 13 are gathered in the bomb shelter.  The Capitol has begun to attack the underground base and the terrified people are waiting out the air strike.  As each bomb hits, the shelter shudders, rattling the metal bunks and sending bits of the building crumbling into the air.  Screams sound with each hit and the lights quiver, finally going out.  Families huddle together for comfort.  Katniss sits on a bed with her sister, their mother's arms around them both.  Katniss looks up, seeing a large crack spreading along the ceiling above them.  Needing to be distracted from her paralyzing fear, Katniss begs Prim to talk to her about anything.  Prim complies and, for a moment, they are about to think beyond their current situation.  But when another bomb strikes, Katniss closes her eyes and shudders, again overwhelmed by panic.
