ScreenVue is the result of a joint venture and partnership between Christian Video Licensing International (CVLI) and Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI) and Motion Picture Licensing Corporation (MPLC).

ScreenVue first launched in 2003 as a service of CVLI. The CVLI Church Video License provides legal coverage for churches and for other ministry organizations to show DVDs, Blu-rays, digital, movie downloads and streams of motion pictures. Each organization needs to be specifically covered. Coverage includes playing just a few seconds of a movie all the way up to showing the full-length feature.

Each *Total Producer Church Video License* (or any *Church Video Licence* globally) comes with free ScreenVue Vault access.

The ScreenVue Vault offers 14,000+ Scene Ideas, Views and Downloads from a variety of movies and resources.

### CCLI

Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI) was established in 1988 to provide churches with simple, affordable solutions to complex copyright issues. CCLI helps churches maintain their integrity while giving them the freedom to worship expressively and spontaneously.

Churches often face copyright infringement issues in two areas: 1) copying music without permission, and 2) showing movies without authorization.

For copying music to assist with congregational singing, the Church Copyright License provides blanket coverage for 600,000+ songs and 7,000+ publishers and song owners. Currently, global churches are using 600,000+ CCLI licenses.

### CVLI

From a unique partnership between Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI) and Motion Picture Licensing Corporation (MPLC), Christian Video Licensing International (CVLI) and the Church Video License was formed in 2001.

The Church Video License provides churches with legal coverage to show all, or any portion of, thousands of movie titles from a number of movie producers, including all the major studios. Currently, the titles from 3,000+ producers are represented by the Church Video License, including the titles that contain all the scenes that are part of the ScreenVue Vault.

- Every Church Video Licence globally and every *Total Producer Church Video License* (or *Standard CVLI Video License*) in the USA comes with FREE access to the ScreenVue Vault, which is unlocked with your Access Key. Your Access Key will be included in the monthly CVL update emails you receive. __"Why won't my Access Key work?"__
- The usual reason for the Access Key not to work (and a footer error message to appear) is that something is missing from the sign-in protocol.
- Enter the *Email address* associated with your Church Video License (or CCLI account).
- Enter the *Access Key* found in your last CVL update email (exactly, with no spaces).
- Select the *Terms of Use* and a *Keeping in Touch* option.
- You should be in! If you have done all this and still have a problem, please let us know and we'll dig further.

__"In the USA, why don't I have access as a CVL Family Values Package member?"__
- The *CVL Family Values Package* offers only 65+ studios and producers, and does not include any major/minor Hollywood studios - and does not come with ScreenVue Vault access.

__"What are the restrictions for streaming our service and including a movie scene? "__
- For churches that stream their services and want to include any part of a movie (the entire film or just a scene), the Church Video License terms do not cover streaming a movie scene - even if used in a sermon - over the internet to the general public.
- However, it is permissible to live stream a movie scene inside the facility as long as it is a closed-stream (not accessed publicly).

Jane and Vivian are trying to convince Renee to participate in an online group dating site.  When Renee looks at some of the photos of other women on the site (who look like models), she refuses to participate: "I'm not competing with this!"  Vivian argues that some men are looking for things besides beauty, but Renee is adamant: "The picture is all that matters!"  She goes on a rant about trying to hide her physical imperfections in photos and being rejected anyway: "I'm sick of it!"

Renee is talking to Mallory, a gorgeous acquaintance, at the drug store when a man interrupts their conversation and asks Mallory where to find the dish soap.  Renee tries to tell him, but he rudely makes it clear he's only interested in talking to Mallory in a thinly-guised attempt to ask her out.  After the man walks away, Renee turns in awe to Mallory, asking her if that kind of thing happens to her all the time.  Mallory shrugs her perfect shoulders, commenting that Renee, as a woman, must also have to reject would-be suitors.  Renee, stunned: "That has literally never happened to me in all my life."  Renee, transparently: "I've always wondered what it feels like to be, just, undeniably pretty.  And just have all those parts of life open up to you that you only get to experience when you look like you."  (Caution: Lord's name spoken in vain, term "hook up" used)

Renee is watching the movie, "Big," when she is suddenly struck with the inspiration to imitate what she sees.  Just as the boy in the movie wishes that he could be bigger, Renee wishes she looked different.  Running outside in a thunderstorm, she stands before a fountain and yells: "I wish...I wish I was beautiful!"  Kissing a coin for good luck, she throws it into the fountain.  Lightning strikes just then and, for a wild moment, Renee believes her wish might possibly have been granted.  She pulls a compact from her purse and looks hopefully at the mirror, whispering: "Please, please, please, please..."  Her face falls as she sees the same old Renee looking back at her.  Shoulders sagging, she trudges home in the rain.

Renee is getting ready for her first spin class.  Awkwardly, she mounts the bike.  All around her are women much prettier and thinner than she is, and Renee feels self-conscious.  The instructor, Luna, enters the room and starts motivating the women for their workout: "I don't know what you came in here for today, but what I do know is that the miracle is already here.  You just have to open your heart and receive it."  The women pedal furiously, nodding along with Luna's words.  Luna: "I want you to look in the mirror and visualize the change you came in here for.  Is it spiritual?  Is it physical?  Is it emotional?"  Luna stops in front of Renee and seems to be speaking directly to her.  Even the sound quality changes from a microphone tone to a clear-as-a-bell voice in Renee's head.  Luna: "Today I want you to look in the mirror.  You're not gonna see what you normally see.  Today you're gonna see what you've always wanted to be.  So, are you ready to get your life?"  Pumped up and inspired, Renee yells along with the rest of the class.  Suddenly, as Renee speeds up, her shoe slips from the pedal and she falls from the bike and hits the floor with a painful thud.  The class groans in unison, feeling for her.  Then, her hair gets caught in the bike next to her and rips her ponytail right out of her head, which slams again into the bike.  (Caution: Lord's name used in vain)

Ethan tells Renee how much he admires her.  Ethan: "You're, like, so yourself.  I think a lot of people are confused about themselves.  They, like, obsess over whatever negative quality they perceive in themselves and they completely miss the thing that really makes them awesome.  You, like, know who you are and you don't really care how the world sees you."

Renee is at the release of her company's new cosmetic line.  She stands before a roomful of high-fashion fanatics and talks to them about the poor body image of many women.  Renee: "When we're little girls, we have all the confidence in the world.  And then, these things happen that make us question ourselves.  Somebody says something mean to you on the playground, and then we grow up.  And you doubt yourself over and over again until you lose all that confidence.  But what if we didn't let those moments get to us?  What if we were stronger than that?  What if we didn't care about how we looked?  What if we never lost that little-girl confidence?  What if when someone tells we aren't good or thin or pretty enough, we have the strength and the wisdom to say, 'What I am is better than all that?'  I'm me and I'm proud to be me!"  (Caution: reference to "picking wedgies")
