ScreenVue is the result of a joint venture and partnership between Christian Video Licensing International (CVLI) and Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI) and Motion Picture Licensing Corporation (MPLC).

ScreenVue first launched in 2003 as a service of CVLI. The CVLI Church Video License provides legal coverage for churches and for other ministry organizations to show DVDs, Blu-rays, digital, movie downloads and streams of motion pictures. Each organization needs to be specifically covered. Coverage includes playing just a few seconds of a movie all the way up to showing the full-length feature.

Each *Total Producer Church Video License* (or any *Church Video Licence* globally) comes with free ScreenVue Vault access.

The ScreenVue Vault offers 14,000+ Scene Ideas, Views and Downloads from a variety of movies and resources.

### CCLI

Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI) was established in 1988 to provide churches with simple, affordable solutions to complex copyright issues. CCLI helps churches maintain their integrity while giving them the freedom to worship expressively and spontaneously.

Churches often face copyright infringement issues in two areas: 1) copying music without permission, and 2) showing movies without authorization.

For copying music to assist with congregational singing, the Church Copyright License provides blanket coverage for 600,000+ songs and 7,000+ publishers and song owners. Currently, global churches are using 600,000+ CCLI licenses.

### CVLI

From a unique partnership between Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI) and Motion Picture Licensing Corporation (MPLC), Christian Video Licensing International (CVLI) and the Church Video License was formed in 2001.

The Church Video License provides churches with legal coverage to show all, or any portion of, thousands of movie titles from a number of movie producers, including all the major studios. Currently, the titles from 3,000+ producers are represented by the Church Video License, including the titles that contain all the scenes that are part of the ScreenVue Vault.

## How We Use Cookies

__"Where can I find my Access Key to sign-in with?"__
- Every Church Video Licence globally and every *Total Producer Church Video License* (or *Standard CVLI Video License*) in the USA comes with FREE access to the ScreenVue Vault, which is unlocked with your Access Key. Your Access Key will be included in the monthly CVL update emails you receive. If you can't find your Key, please email us at: [support@screenvue.com ](mailto:support@screenvue.com "support@screenvue.com")

__"Why won't my Access Key work?"__
- The usual reason for the Access Key not to work (and a footer error message to appear) is that something is missing from the sign-in protocol.
- Enter the *Email address* associated with your Church Video License (or CCLI account).
- Enter the *Access Key* found in your last CVL update email (exactly, with no spaces).
- Select the *Terms of Use* and a *Keeping in Touch* option.
- You should be in! If you have done all this and still have a problem, please let us know and we'll dig further.

__"In the USA, why don't I have access as a CVL Family Values Package member?"__
- The *CVL Family Values Package* offers only 65+ studios and producers, and does not include any major/minor Hollywood studios - and does not come with ScreenVue Vault access. 
- The *CVL Total Producer Package* offers 4,000+ studios and producers, including every major Hollywood studio and most of the major/minors, and comes with complimentary access to the new ScreenVue Vault: unlocked with a provided Access Key.

__"What is the difference between Scene Ideas, Scene Views, and Scene Downloads?"__
- The ScreenVue Vault offers THREE different types of Scenes:

__"What are the restrictions for streaming our service and including a movie scene? "__
- For churches that stream their services and want to include any part of a movie (the entire film or just a scene), the Church Video License terms do not cover streaming a movie scene - even if used in a sermon - over the internet to the general public.
- However, it is permissible to live stream a movie scene inside the facility as long as it is a closed-stream (not accessed publicly).

Lady Susan is walking with the handsome Reginald when she sees her daughter at the window, looking down on them.  When she makes Reginald aware of the fact, he remarks: "How odd, to be spied upon."  Susan: "That's the parent's lot.  We bring these delightful creatures into the world, eagerly, happily, and then, before long, they are spying upon and judging us, rarely favorably.  Having children is our fondest wish, but in doing so, we breed our acutest critics.  It's a preposterous situation, but entirely of our own making."  Reginald: "I marvel at your good humor."  Susan, smiling: "Well, what alternative have we?  Of course, when the little ones are very small, there's a kind of sweetness which partially compensates for the dreadfulness which comes after."

Lady Susan is berating her adult daughter for spurning the advances of the silly Sir James.  Frederica lies on her bed, despondent, as her mother lectures her.  She reminds her daughter that they are poor and Sir James is offering a life of comfort.  When Frederica suggests that she take a job teaching instead, Susan is quick to tell her that is a bad idea.  Susan, righteously: "Answer this:  When our Lord wrote His commandments, which did He consider so important that He put it in the fourth position?"  Frederica is unable to answer.  Susan, with a heavy sigh: "Honor thy father and thy mother."  (This is incorrect, but neither of them are aware of the fact.)  Frederica, wounded: "Have I done anything that's dishonored you or Father?"  Susan: "To honor means, among other things, to listen with respect to a parent's sincere counsel."  Frederica, earnestly: "I do listen with respect, Mamma.  It's just that - -"  Susan cuts her off, telling Frederica that she will never receive another offer as good as Sir James's.  With dire threats of starvation, Susan next hopes to persuade her daughter.  Frederica admits that Sir James is kind, but that she cannot love him: "Marriage is for one's whole life!"  Susan then makes her daughter promise not to divulge the topic of their discussion to anyone: "Remember the Commandment."

Sir James is speaking to Frederica and the others about the wisdom of the Bible stories learned in youth: "Perhaps, the most significant in forming one's principles is that of the old prophet who came down from the mount with tablets bearing the Twelve Commandments, which our Lord has taught us to obey without fail."  A look of confusion passes from face to face as they ponder James's words.  Reginald is the first to speak: "Twelve Commandments?"  Charles, politely: "Excuse me, but...I believe there were only ten."  James, as if just handed a surprise gift: "Really?  Only ten must be obeyed?  Excellent!  Well, then, which two to take off?"  James begins to think: "Perhaps the one about the Sabbath?  I prefer to hunt.  After that, it becomes tricky.  Many of the thou-shalt-nots - - 'Don't murder,' 'Don't covet thy neighbor's house or wife,' - - one simply wouldn't do anyway."  James chuckles to himself: "Because they are wrong, whether the Lord allows us to take them off or not."  Sir James has stunned his audience into silence.

Lady Susan, expressing concern for Reginald's elderly father: "Ah, mortality.  Our mortality and that of others, but most particularly our own, is the hardest and most intractable hand life can deal us.  Of course, it's natural that he would want to minimize the cold, sad end that awaits us all."  Reginald, firmly: "Not at all.  Father's a Christian, for whom the prospect of the end is neither sad, nor cold."  Lady Susan, as if suddenly remembering her own salvation: "Ah, yes.  Well, thank heaven for our religion.  So important in this life and most especially in the next."

Catherine tells her mother that they must make a trip to London in order to help Frederica.  She assures Lady DeCourcy that her husband will be able to find some business there in order to justify making the trip.  Lady DeCourcy: "What a marvelous husband you have, my dear.  Charles seems to live to oblige."  Catherine, smiling: "It's true.  I've been lucky.  Charles always seems to have some pretext or other for doing just what's wanted."  As the man himself walks around the corner just then, Catherine has the opportunity to prove his amiability.  Catherine, smiling: "Dearest, I believe you have pressing business in London."  Charles looks momentarily confused, but is quick to recover: "Oh, um...yes."  Catherine smiles broadly.
