ScreenVue is the result of a joint venture and partnership between Christian Video Licensing International (CVLI) and Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI) and Motion Picture Licensing Corporation (MPLC).

ScreenVue first launched in 2003 as a service of CVLI. The CVLI Church Video License provides legal coverage for churches and for other ministry organizations to show DVDs, Blu-rays, digital, movie downloads and streams of motion pictures. Each organization needs to be specifically covered. Coverage includes playing just a few seconds of a movie all the way up to showing the full-length feature.

Each *Total Producer Church Video License* (or any *Church Video Licence* globally) comes with free ScreenVue Vault access.

The ScreenVue Vault offers 14,000+ Scene Ideas, Views and Downloads from a variety of movies and resources.

### CCLI

Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI) was established in 1988 to provide churches with simple, affordable solutions to complex copyright issues. CCLI helps churches maintain their integrity while giving them the freedom to worship expressively and spontaneously.

Churches often face copyright infringement issues in two areas: 1) copying music without permission, and 2) showing movies without authorization.

For copying music to assist with congregational singing, the Church Copyright License provides blanket coverage for 600,000+ songs and 7,000+ publishers and song owners. Currently, global churches are using 600,000+ CCLI licenses.

### CVLI

From a unique partnership between Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI) and Motion Picture Licensing Corporation (MPLC), Christian Video Licensing International (CVLI) and the Church Video License was formed in 2001.

The Church Video License provides churches with legal coverage to show all, or any portion of, thousands of movie titles from a number of movie producers, including all the major studios. Currently, the titles from 3,000+ producers are represented by the Church Video License, including the titles that contain all the scenes that are part of the ScreenVue Vault.

- Every Church Video Licence globally and every *Total Producer Church Video License* (or *Standard CVLI Video License*) in the USA comes with FREE access to the ScreenVue Vault, which is unlocked with your Access Key. Your Access Key will be included in the monthly CVL update emails you receive. __"Why won't my Access Key work?"__
- The usual reason for the Access Key not to work (and a footer error message to appear) is that something is missing from the sign-in protocol.
- Enter the *Email address* associated with your Church Video License (or CCLI account).
- Enter the *Access Key* found in your last CVL update email (exactly, with no spaces).
- Select the *Terms of Use* and a *Keeping in Touch* option.
- You should be in! If you have done all this and still have a problem, please let us know and we'll dig further.

__"In the USA, why don't I have access as a CVL Family Values Package member?"__
- The *CVL Family Values Package* offers only 65+ studios and producers, and does not include any major/minor Hollywood studios - and does not come with ScreenVue Vault access.

__"What are the restrictions for streaming our service and including a movie scene? "__
- For churches that stream their services and want to include any part of a movie (the entire film or just a scene), the Church Video License terms do not cover streaming a movie scene - even if used in a sermon - over the internet to the general public.
- However, it is permissible to live stream a movie scene inside the facility as long as it is a closed-stream (not accessed publicly).

After Mary takes the children home and announces that she will take charge of them as their nanny, she draws a bath for the three children, leading to underwater adventures ("Can You Imagine That?").


During the group's amazing trip into the decorating the bowl, they visit the Royal Doulton Music Hall where Mary is asked to sing.


Every second Wednesday, Topsy's world turns upside-down and nothing seems to go right.  Now, she suddenly finds herself literally standing on her head: ♪ "Oh, woe is me!  Now I'm on my head, how can that be?" ♪ Mary Poppins, who is still upright, provides a different perspective: ♪ "Well, you say 'woe,' but I say 'lucky you.'" ♪ Topsy, confused: ♪ "Lucky me?" ♪ Mary: ♪ "Yes.  Here, on your head, A is far behind and led by Z.  It's good to get a different point of view." ♪ Topsy, who is now face-to-face with Mary's feet, suddenly says: "I love your shoes!"  Mary: "You see, when the world turns upside-down, the best thing is to turn right along with it."  Topsy, looking at all of her furniture that used to be on the ceiling, but is now back on the floor: "I do see!  From down here, things look right side up!"  Topsy laughs happily, her feelings of disorientation gone.  Jack: "I wouldn't mind seeing things from that angle."  The children agree and Mary complies, turning them all on their heads. ♪ Mary, now upside-down: ♪ "When you change the view from where you stood, the things you view will change for good." ♪ Topsy joyfully stands upright: "I never thought of things that way!  Now Wednesdays are my favorite day!"♪


Ellen, soaked to the skin, runs out of the kitchen, yelling for help.  A burst pipe is flooding the room.  The children rush downstairs to help while Jane goes into the kitchen to see what she can do.  While Annabel calls the plumbers, a knock sounds on the door.  Ellen, going to answer the door: "That was quick work."  Opening the door, she sees two men in suits: "Don't look much like plumbers to me."  Man: "We are not plumbers.  We are lawyers."  Ellen, absentmindedly handing the man her mop: "Lawyers!  And here's me hoping you might prove useful."  Shutting the door in their faces, she returns to the kitchen to help with the clean-up.  The lawyers begin knocking persistently again.  Ellen, returning to open the door, looks surprised: "What you doing with my mop?"  This time, Ellen looks at the paper they've just nailed to the door.  It's a notice from the bank that they are repossessing the house.  Just then, Michael exits the kitchen, still distracted by the plumbing problem.  Ellen tells him he has visitors, so he sends her to the kitchen to make breakfast.  Michael, carrying a mop and almost tripping over the children, apologizes to the lawyers: "I'm sorry, we're struggling through a bit of chaos this morning."  Before the lawyers can finish stating their business, however, Ellen returns, interrupting: "How am I supposed to make breakfast when there's nothing in the larder but pickled herrings and marmalade?"  Michael, scratching his head: "The groceries!  I meant to go yesterday."  Ellen: "Pickled herrings for breakfast, and marmalade for lunch."


Realizing they are hurting after the loss of their mother; Mary sings them a lullaby ("The Place Where Lost Things Go").

Michael is in the attic, looking for an important paper, when he comes across his deceased wife's jewelry box.  Wrapping her pearls lovingly in his hand, he begins to quietly sing to her.  ♪ "We haven't spoken in so long, dear.  This year has gone by in a blur.  Today seems everything's gone wrong here.  I'm looking for the way things were.  I know you'd laugh and call me tragic, for everything's in disarray.  These rooms were always full of magic.  That's vanished, since you went away." ♪  Michael tells his wife that he wishes she were there to help him raise their children - - to brush their daughter's hair, to answer their boys' questions, and to join in family conversations.  ♪ "I'll carry on the way you told me.  I say that like I have a choice.  And though you are not here to hold me, in the echoes I can hear your voice.  Still, one question fills my day, dear.  The answer I've most longed to know.  Each moment, since you went away, dear.  My question, Kate, is...where'd you go?" ♪


Mary Poppins takes the children home, guided by Jack and his fellow lamplighters who teach the children their rhyming slang ("Trip A Little Light Fantastic"). 


Michael and Jane are racing to the bank to make their midnight payment deadline in order to save their house.  Michael: "How much time do we have left?"  Jane estimates about five minutes.  Meanwhile, Mary Poppins, Jack, and the rest of the lamplighters have gone to Big Ben to try to turn back time.  Jack and his co-workers form a ladder brigade, stacking their ladders, end-to-end, up the side of Big Ben.  Jack climbs up, higher and higher.  He reaches a place where the ladders can no longer go.  Thinking quickly, he suspends a ladder out through an opening, with his friends at the other end to balance it.  Then, carefully, he walks out to the end of the ladder, poised high over the people watching from below.  Signaling his friends, who jump hard on their end of the ladder, Jack is then catapulted up and over onto the face of the clock.  He makes his way behind the clock face and extinguishes the light, but finds he cannot reach the hands to turn back the time.  With less than a minute to spare, Mary Poppins floats up with her magic umbrella and pulls the minute hand back five minutes.

After Annabel and John decide to sell their mother's 'priceless' bowl to pay off the debt, the bowl becomes damaged while the three fight over it. Jack, a lamplighter and Bert's former apprentice, greets Mary Poppins and joins her and the children on a trip into the scene decorating the bowl.

Worried that he is going to lose his job as well as his house, Michael angrily lectures his three children about their behavior at his office.  The children sadly hang their heads while Michael berates them: "We were only trying to help."  Michael, raising his voice: "Well, you didn't help!  Now, I know it's been a hard year for our family, and I've done all I can to keep you all from worrying.  But I can't do this on my own.  It's too hard.  I'm barely holding it together as it is.  There's no more time!  We're about to lose our home!"  Michael sits down and begins to cry: "I don't know what to do.  I'm sorry, I don't know what to do.  Everything's falling to pieces since your mother...Haven't we lost enough already?"  Georgie: "We haven't lost mother, not really."  The children come to stand next to their father and begin to sing: ♪ "When we need her touch and loving gaze, gone but not forgotten is the perfect phrase.  Smiling from a star that she makes glow.  Trust she's always there, watching as we grow.  Find her in the place where the lost things go." ♪ Smiling tearfully, Michael is comforted by his children: "When did you all get so clever?  I hope I'm as clever as you when I grow up."
