ScreenVue is the result of a joint venture and partnership between Christian Video Licensing International (CVLI) and Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI) and Motion Picture Licensing Corporation (MPLC).

ScreenVue first launched in 2003 as a service of CVLI. The CVLI Church Video License provides legal coverage for churches and for other ministry organizations to show DVDs, Blu-rays, digital, movie downloads and streams of motion pictures. Each organization needs to be specifically covered. Coverage includes playing just a few seconds of a movie all the way up to showing the full-length feature.

Each *Total Producer Church Video License* (or any *Church Video Licence* globally) comes with free ScreenVue Vault access.

The ScreenVue Vault offers 14,000+ Scene Ideas, Views and Downloads from a variety of movies and resources.

### CCLI

Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI) was established in 1988 to provide churches with simple, affordable solutions to complex copyright issues. CCLI helps churches maintain their integrity while giving them the freedom to worship expressively and spontaneously.

Churches often face copyright infringement issues in two areas: 1) copying music without permission, and 2) showing movies without authorization.

For copying music to assist with congregational singing, the Church Copyright License provides blanket coverage for 600,000+ songs and 7,000+ publishers and song owners. Currently, global churches are using 600,000+ CCLI licenses.

### CVLI

From a unique partnership between Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI) and Motion Picture Licensing Corporation (MPLC), Christian Video Licensing International (CVLI) and the Church Video License was formed in 2001.

The Church Video License provides churches with legal coverage to show all, or any portion of, thousands of movie titles from a number of movie producers, including all the major studios. Currently, the titles from 3,000+ producers are represented by the Church Video License, including the titles that contain all the scenes that are part of the ScreenVue Vault.

Motion Picture Licensing Corporation (MPLC) was founded in 1986 by former MGM executives and an MPAA attorney. Their goal was to develop a process to help the public leverage the work of the creative community without infringing on copyright.

## How We Use Cookies

__"Where can I find my Access Key to sign-in with?"__
- Every Church Video Licence globally and every *Total Producer Church Video License* (or *Standard CVLI Video License*) in the USA comes with FREE access to the ScreenVue Vault, which is unlocked with your Access Key. Your Access Key will be included in the monthly CVL update emails you receive. If you can't find your Key, please email us at: [support@screenvue.com ](mailto:support@screenvue.com "support@screenvue.com")

__"Why won't my Access Key work?"__
- The usual reason for the Access Key not to work (and a footer error message to appear) is that something is missing from the sign-in protocol.
- Enter the *Email address* associated with your Church Video License (or CCLI account).
- Enter the *Access Key* found in your last CVL update email (exactly, with no spaces).
- Select the *Terms of Use* and a *Keeping in Touch* option.
- You should be in! If you have done all this and still have a problem, please let us know and we'll dig further.

__"In the USA, why don't I have access as a CVL Family Values Package member?"__
- The *CVL Family Values Package* offers only 65+ studios and producers, and does not include any major/minor Hollywood studios - and does not come with ScreenVue Vault access. 
- The *CVL Total Producer Package* offers 4,000+ studios and producers, including every major Hollywood studio and most of the major/minors, and comes with complimentary access to the new ScreenVue Vault: unlocked with a provided Access Key.

__"What is the difference between Scene Ideas, Scene Views, and Scene Downloads?"__
- The ScreenVue Vault offers THREE different types of Scenes:

__"What are the restrictions for streaming our service and including a movie scene? "__
- For churches that stream their services and want to include any part of a movie (the entire film or just a scene), the Church Video License terms do not cover streaming a movie scene - even if used in a sermon - over the internet to the general public.
- However, it is permissible to live stream a movie scene inside the facility as long as it is a closed-stream (not accessed publicly).

Maui must reclaim his magical fishhook from Lalotai, the perilous Realm of Monsters, where it is guarded by Tamatoa—a cunning, treasure-obsessed coconut crab. As Moana cleverly distracts Tamatoa, Maui seizes the opportunity to retrieve his hook amidst the crab's flamboyant singing… ♪ "I'd rather be Shiny, Like a treasure from a sunken pirate wreck, Scrub the deck and make it look Shiny, I will sparkle like a wealthy woman's neck…" ♪

The ocean selects Moana, the spirited young daughter of Chief Tui of Motunui, to restore the heart of the living island, Te Fiti. However, her parents attempt to keep her grounded, steering her away from the ocean to groom her as the future leader of their island. Years later, blight strikes the island, killing vegetation and shrinking the fish catch. Moana suggests going beyond the island's reef with her pet pig, Pua, to find more fish and discover what is happening.  ♪ "See the line where the sky meets the sea? It calls me, And no one knows, how far it goes, If the wind in my sail on the sea stays behind me, One day I'll know, If I go, there's just no telling how far I'll go…" ♪


Moana and Heihei are swept up in a fierce typhoon, leaving them shipwrecked on a remote island. There, she encounters Maui, who proudly brags about his heroic feats in song... ♪ "What can I say except, You're welcome! For the tides, the sun, the sky, Hey, it's okay, it's okay, You're welcome! I'm just an ordinary demi-guy..." ♪

Moana's grandmother, Tala, unveils a hidden cavern filled with ships, revealing that the people of Motunui were once daring voyagers. She explains that their seafaring days ended after Maui stole Te Fiti's heart, rendering the ocean perilous and unsafe. ♪ "We read the wind and the sky when the sun is high, We sail the length of the seas on the ocean breeze, At night, we name every star, We know where we are, We know who we are…" ♪

Tiny Moana toddles across the sand to snatch a beautiful shell poking out of the water.  Hearing the greedy sound of hungry birds, she turns, seeing a baby turtle trapped between several beaked predators.  Moana looks longingly back at the shell, which is beginning to drift away in the current.  Turning back toward the turtle, she decides to forgo her prize in order to help the helpless.  Grabbing a large palm frond, she uses it to shelter the turtle, holding it over his little body while she escorts him across the beach.  When the birds try to peck at him, she chases them away, guarding the turtle until it safely enters the ocean.

A villager looks askance at Hei Hei, not thinking much of the pop-eyed, scrawny fowl: "I'm curious about that chicken eating the rock.  He seems to lack the basic intelligence required for pretty much anything."  Hei Hei pecks continuously at a stone, apparently believing it is food.  Villager: "Should we maybe just cook him?"  Moana believes Hei Hei is useful for more than just dinner: "Sometimes our strengths lie beneath the surface."  She looks hopefully at the bird, who has just managed to choke the rock down his gullet.  Moana, continuing: "Far beneath, in some cases.  But, I'm sure there's more to Hei Hei than meets the eye."  The bird gives a strangled squawk as it coughs up the indigestible rock.  He immediately begins to peck at it again.

Moana and her pet pig Pua are attempting to sail beyond the reef.  As the little boat crests its first wave, Moana, an inexperienced sailor, feels relief: "Not so bad."  The next wave, however, is even larger and hits her by surprise.  The little boat is thrust sideways and Pua is swept overboard.  Moana begins to frantically paddle toward the pig, but a gigantic wave overtakes her, flinging her from her little craft.  Moana falls into the water, where she is able to grab Pua.  The two surface, gasping.  Moana doesn't have time to recover before she is struck from behind by her boat.  She sinks to the ocean floor, striking her head on the coral.  Trying to get up, she is again thrust to the floor by a huge wave.  Still completely submerged, Moana finds that her foot is caught in a bed of coral.  Panicked, she looks around for help.  Spotting a rock, she uses it to pry her foot loose.  She surfaces, gasping for air.  Just as she gets a breath, another wave hits her.  Finally, Moana staggers onto the beach, dripping and coughing, but safe.

Moana, having just realized she's been sailing in the wrong direction, begins to turn her boat.  Pulling too hard on the rudder, she manages to capsize the little craft.  Now, with her boat upside down, Moana feels helpless.  She "prays" to the ocean for assistance: "Ocean, can I get a little help?"  As if in answer, lightning suddenly flashes and dark clouds begin to fill the sky.  Moana, distressed: "Oh, no!"  As the clouds envelop her and the storm begins to rage, Moana clings to the pontoons of the boat, begging for aid: "Help me!  Please!"  Again, as if in answer to her plea, a towering wave crashes on top of her, rendering her unconscious.  Later, a sand-encrusted Moana wakes up on a tiny, deserted island.  The wreckage of her boat lies nearby.  Furious at the answer to her "prayer," Moana stomps down the beach to confront the ocean.  Throwing her arms out in exasperation, Moana yells: "What!?  I said, help me!  And wrecking my boat?  Not helping!"

The Kakamora pirates have stolen the chicken (who has the heart stone inside it).  Moana tells Maui they must get it back in order to complete their mission.  Quickly, Maui turns the boat around, only to navigate it away from the three massive pirate ships.  Moana: "What are you doing?"  Maui: "Escaping!"  Moana: "The heart!"  Maui, scared of the hundreds of fierce little pirates: "Forget it!  You'll never get it back!"  Without hesitation, Moana jumps off the boat and onto an enemy ship.  Maui calls after her: "They're just gonna kill ya!"  Moana, ignoring him, climbs onto the top deck, where dozens of pirates await her.  Wielding her oar as a weapon, she attacks the coconut-shaped pirates, fighting her way to the chicken.  Avoiding the poisonous darts of the enemy, she grabs the bird and races back toward Maui's boat.  With a barrage of spears flying at her back, Moana swings from a rope down to the boat below, landing safely on Maui's back.  The stone pops out of the chicken and Moana grabs it with a triumphant grin: "Got it!"

Moana has asked Maui to explain why he is hurting.  Maui, pained: "I wasn't born a demi-god.  I had human parents.  They took one look and...and decided they did not want me.  They threw me into the sea...like I was nothing."  A tattoo on Maui's back shows a woman tossing a baby into the waves.  Maui continues: "Somehow, I was found by the gods.  They made me Maui.  And, back to the humans I went.  I gave them islands, fire, coconuts...anything they could ever want."  Moana, suddenly understanding: "You took the heart for them.  You did everything for them.  So they'd love you."  Maui, sadly: "It was never enough."  Moana sits down next to him: "Maybe the gods found you for a reason.  Maybe the ocean brought you to them because it saw someone who was worthy of being saved."
