ScreenVue is the result of a joint venture and partnership between Christian Video Licensing International (CVLI) and Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI) and Motion Picture Licensing Corporation (MPLC).

ScreenVue first launched in 2003 as a service of CVLI. The CVLI Church Video License provides legal coverage for churches and for other ministry organizations to show DVDs, Blu-rays, digital, movie downloads and streams of motion pictures. Each organization needs to be specifically covered. Coverage includes playing just a few seconds of a movie all the way up to showing the full-length feature.

Each *Total Producer Church Video License* (or any *Church Video Licence* globally) comes with free ScreenVue Vault access.

The ScreenVue Vault offers 14,000+ Scene Ideas, Views and Downloads from a variety of movies and resources.

### CCLI

Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI) was established in 1988 to provide churches with simple, affordable solutions to complex copyright issues. CCLI helps churches maintain their integrity while giving them the freedom to worship expressively and spontaneously.

Churches often face copyright infringement issues in two areas: 1) copying music without permission, and 2) showing movies without authorization.

For copying music to assist with congregational singing, the Church Copyright License provides blanket coverage for 600,000+ songs and 7,000+ publishers and song owners. Currently, global churches are using 600,000+ CCLI licenses.

### CVLI

From a unique partnership between Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI) and Motion Picture Licensing Corporation (MPLC), Christian Video Licensing International (CVLI) and the Church Video License was formed in 2001.

The Church Video License provides churches with legal coverage to show all, or any portion of, thousands of movie titles from a number of movie producers, including all the major studios. Currently, the titles from 3,000+ producers are represented by the Church Video License, including the titles that contain all the scenes that are part of the ScreenVue Vault.

Motion Picture Licensing Corporation (MPLC) was founded in 1986 by former MGM executives and an MPAA attorney. Their goal was to develop a process to help the public leverage the work of the creative community without infringing on copyright.

## How We Use Cookies

__"Where can I find my Access Key to sign-in with?"__
- Every Church Video Licence globally and every *Total Producer Church Video License* (or *Standard CVLI Video License*) in the USA comes with FREE access to the ScreenVue Vault, which is unlocked with your Access Key. Your Access Key will be included in the monthly CVL update emails you receive. If you can't find your Key, please email us at: [support@screenvue.com ](mailto:support@screenvue.com "support@screenvue.com")

__"Why won't my Access Key work?"__
- The usual reason for the Access Key not to work (and a footer error message to appear) is that something is missing from the sign-in protocol.
- Enter the *Email address* associated with your Church Video License (or CCLI account).
- Enter the *Access Key* found in your last CVL update email (exactly, with no spaces).
- Select the *Terms of Use* and a *Keeping in Touch* option.
- You should be in! If you have done all this and still have a problem, please let us know and we'll dig further.

__"In the USA, why don't I have access as a CVL Family Values Package member?"__
- The *CVL Family Values Package* offers only 65+ studios and producers, and does not include any major/minor Hollywood studios - and does not come with ScreenVue Vault access. 
- The *CVL Total Producer Package* offers 4,000+ studios and producers, including every major Hollywood studio and most of the major/minors, and comes with complimentary access to the new ScreenVue Vault: unlocked with a provided Access Key.

__"What is the difference between Scene Ideas, Scene Views, and Scene Downloads?"__
- The ScreenVue Vault offers THREE different types of Scenes:

__"What are the restrictions for streaming our service and including a movie scene? "__
- For churches that stream their services and want to include any part of a movie (the entire film or just a scene), the Church Video License terms do not cover streaming a movie scene - even if used in a sermon - over the internet to the general public.
- However, it is permissible to live stream a movie scene inside the facility as long as it is a closed-stream (not accessed publicly).

A little boy runs through the town carrying a box of eggs.  Speeding through the streets, he finally makes it to the embassy, where he hands the box to a waiter.  The waiter examines the eggs and smiles at the boy.   Quickly, he takes to the eggs to the cook, who puts them in boiling water and turns an hourglass: "He said four minutes precisely."   At last, the waiter brings a silver tray into the sitting room.  Lifting the lid with a flourish, he reveals two cooked eggs to a man seated in a chair.  With barely a glance, the man rejects the eggs: "No, no, no."  Immediately, the boy starts running back to the market.  The process begins again.  Some time later, the waiter brings back the silver tray, placing it on a table in front of the man.   Man: "Two perfect eggs this time, no?"  The man takes out a small ruler, carefully measuring each egg.  One is slightly larger than its fellow.  Man, to the errand boy: "I blame the chicken."

An officer is awed by Poirot's ability to solve a crime with so little evidence: "How did you know it was him, sir?  From just a tiny crack on the wall."  Poirot: "I have the advantage...I can only see the world as it should be.  And, when it is not, the imperfection stands out like the nose in the middle of a face.  It makes most of life unbearable.  But it is useful in the detection of crime."  Officer: "But it's as though you see into their hearts and divine their true natures."  Poirot: "And whatever people say, there is right, there is wrong.  There is nothing in between."

Mr. Hardman (a white man) sits across the table from Dr. Arbuthnot (a black man).   He scowls and gets up, waylaying the conductor: "I would prefer, in the future, to be sat not with that man.  Like should be seated with like.  We are not alike."  Mary, who cannot help overhearing the conversation held next to her table: "Not all of us are so concerned with the separateness of races, Professor."  Hardman, attempting to rationalize his racism: "It is out of respect for all kinds that I prefer to keep them separate."   He gestures toward the two glasses of wine on Mary's table: "To mix your red wine and the white would be to ruin them both."  Mary defiantly picks up the glass of white wine and pours it into the red, lifting it to her mouth to take a sip: "I like a good rosé."

The passengers on the Orient Express are irritated to hear their train has been stopped by a snowdrift.  When they complain to the train manager, he reassures them that a team of men is already working on the problem.  They are hardly satisfied, however, and begin to tell Mr. Bouc of all the plans they have made that are contingent upon their timely arrival.   Mrs. Hubbard: "My boat sails day after tomorrow from France."   Princess: "I hold you accountable for my loss of time, Mr. Bouc."  Mr. Hardman: "And my conference in Turin?"  Mr. Marquez: "And I was to meet at the auto factory in Sochaux."   Only Miss Estravados appears to accept the change in circumstances with equanimity: "Yes, some things, they are in God's hands.  It is not for us to say if we deserve to arrive safely at our destination."

Poirot questions Pilar: "Why do your hands have the callouses of a boxer?"  Pilar: "I do my work in dangerous cities, where I cannot be governed by fear.  I trained to fight."  Poirot: "But you do not trust your God anymore?"  Pilar, looking shocked that he would even suggest such a thing: "No, in case He is busy."  Poirot: "God is always busy."

Poirot is in the Count's train compartment to interview his wife about the murder.   The Count initially tries to keep his wife from Poirot's prying eyes: "Elena is not well."  However, Elena knows the interview is inevitable and enters the room voluntarily.  It is immediately apparent from the dark shadows under her eyes and her careless conversation that Elena has been using drugs.   Poirot glances at the bottles of barbiturates on the table: "You are always under the influence of..."   Elena, laughing: "Barbital.  I take oceans of it."  Her smile fades as she continues: "I cannot go outside without it.  I cannot sleep without it.  I take it against my fears."  Poirot: "What are you afraid of?"   Elena, despairingly: "Everything."
