ScreenVue is the result of a joint venture and partnership between Christian Video Licensing International (CVLI) and Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI) and Motion Picture Licensing Corporation (MPLC).

ScreenVue first launched in 2003 as a service of CVLI. The CVLI Church Video License provides legal coverage for churches and for other ministry organizations to show DVDs, Blu-rays, digital, movie downloads and streams of motion pictures. Each organization needs to be specifically covered. Coverage includes playing just a few seconds of a movie all the way up to showing the full-length feature.

Each *Total Producer Church Video License* (or any *Church Video Licence* globally) comes with free ScreenVue Vault access.

The ScreenVue Vault offers 14,000+ Scene Ideas, Views and Downloads from a variety of movies and resources.

### CCLI

Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI) was established in 1988 to provide churches with simple, affordable solutions to complex copyright issues. CCLI helps churches maintain their integrity while giving them the freedom to worship expressively and spontaneously.

Churches often face copyright infringement issues in two areas: 1) copying music without permission, and 2) showing movies without authorization.

For copying music to assist with congregational singing, the Church Copyright License provides blanket coverage for 600,000+ songs and 7,000+ publishers and song owners. Currently, global churches are using 600,000+ CCLI licenses.

### CVLI

From a unique partnership between Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI) and Motion Picture Licensing Corporation (MPLC), Christian Video Licensing International (CVLI) and the Church Video License was formed in 2001.

The Church Video License provides churches with legal coverage to show all, or any portion of, thousands of movie titles from a number of movie producers, including all the major studios. Currently, the titles from 3,000+ producers are represented by the Church Video License, including the titles that contain all the scenes that are part of the ScreenVue Vault.

Motion Picture Licensing Corporation (MPLC) was founded in 1986 by former MGM executives and an MPAA attorney. Their goal was to develop a process to help the public leverage the work of the creative community without infringing on copyright.

## How We Use Cookies

__"Where can I find my Access Key to sign-in with?"__
- Every Church Video Licence globally and every *Total Producer Church Video License* (or *Standard CVLI Video License*) in the USA comes with FREE access to the ScreenVue Vault, which is unlocked with your Access Key. Your Access Key will be included in the monthly CVL update emails you receive. If you can't find your Key, please email us at: [support@screenvue.com ](mailto:support@screenvue.com "support@screenvue.com")

__"Why won't my Access Key work?"__
- The usual reason for the Access Key not to work (and a footer error message to appear) is that something is missing from the sign-in protocol.
- Enter the *Email address* associated with your Church Video License (or CCLI account).
- Enter the *Access Key* found in your last CVL update email (exactly, with no spaces).
- Select the *Terms of Use* and a *Keeping in Touch* option.
- You should be in! If you have done all this and still have a problem, please let us know and we'll dig further.

__"In the USA, why don't I have access as a CVL Family Values Package member?"__
- The *CVL Family Values Package* offers only 65+ studios and producers, and does not include any major/minor Hollywood studios - and does not come with ScreenVue Vault access. 
- The *CVL Total Producer Package* offers 4,000+ studios and producers, including every major Hollywood studio and most of the major/minors, and comes with complimentary access to the new ScreenVue Vault: unlocked with a provided Access Key.

__"What is the difference between Scene Ideas, Scene Views, and Scene Downloads?"__
- The ScreenVue Vault offers THREE different types of Scenes:

__"What are the restrictions for streaming our service and including a movie scene? "__
- For churches that stream their services and want to include any part of a movie (the entire film or just a scene), the Church Video License terms do not cover streaming a movie scene - even if used in a sermon - over the internet to the general public.
- However, it is permissible to live stream a movie scene inside the facility as long as it is a closed-stream (not accessed publicly).

The rooster wakes up at his usual hour and opens his beak to crow his morning tune.  He finds, to his dismay, that he has lost his voice.  Frantic, he tries to wake up the young roosters to have them fulfill his duty, but they are slow to awaken.  The rooster, who believes the sun will not rise unless he sings, continues to prod them.  Just then, an orange glow appears on the horizon.  The rooster is stunned: "What?  How is this possible?  It was all a hoax to keep me from questioning my very existence!  My life's been one big lie!"  A thought occurs to him...if this belief wasn't true, what about his other strongly-held convictions?  Rooster: "Maybe this means I can fly.  Maybe I can fly!"  He flaps his wings and jumps off the fence, only to land in a crumpled heap on the ground.


Peter is chatting with a friend on the street when he carelessly leans against a sign, pushing it through McGregor's glass storefront window.  McGregor, furious: "Peter!"  Later, McGregor is cleaning up the glass, griping to Bea that Peter is a mischief-maker: "He never behaves!"  Bea, stroking Peter's ear, tries to calm her husband, but he works himself into a lather.  The two argue in whispers about Peter's behavior while Peter quietly, and apparently penitently, looks back and forth between them.  Finally, Bea forces McGregor to apologize to Peter for his anger and Peter appears to quietly accept.  Benjamin approaches his cousin: "You handled that very well, Peter.  Contrite, apologetic, and even a little bit remorseful."  Peter, yelling: "I'm sorry, what?"  Peter pulls a couple of wads of lint out of his ears, explaining: "I put these in for when I'm feeling misunderstood."  Benjamin, mildly disgusted: "Oh, come on, Peter.  Sometimes you have to face the music."  Peter, pulling another couple wads out of his ears: "And these are for when I'm feeling ganged up on."  Benjamin: "You always take things one step too far."  Peter, pulling a third set of wadding out: "I'm sorry?  What?"


Peter, feeling abandoned and misunderstood, walks alone down a city street.  In the background, "Boulevard of Broken Dreams" is playing: ♪ "I walk a lonely road.  The only one that I have ever known." ♪ He walks by people, but no one pays attention to the solitary rabbit.  They don't even seem to see him, as is proven when a car drives through a puddle and soaks Peter with muddy water.  Before he can fully recover from that, a man carrying a briefcase strides by him, whacking Peter in the face with his bag.  The man doesn't notice.  From there, the bruised rabbit steps into wet cement.  He tries to extricate himself, but ends up falling on his face instead.  The song continues: ♪ "I walk this empty street on the boulevard of broken dreams.  Where the city sleeps, and I'm the only one, and I walk alone." ♪ Next, we see Peter, nearly fully encased in cement, struggling to continue his solitary walk.  After several halting steps, he trips, falling again flat on his face, an orange cone glued to the back of his cement-shrouded head.


Peter and Barnabas are hiding in the recycling bin when two angry shop owners discover their presence.  Peter, frightened: "What do we do?"  Barnabas, smiling: "We have some fun."  Following Barnabas's lead, Peter pops his head out of one of the four holes in the top of the bin.  They duck back down as a broom is swung at their heads.  And thus begins a game of whack-a-mole, with a laughing Peter and Barnabas deliberately taunting the humans.  They pop in and out, daring the two to hit them.  As their moves are successful, the two rabbits become more and more audacious, even doing flips and gymnastics in and out of the holes.  However, when Peter loses focus for a moment to laugh at Barnabas's antics, he is caught.  Barnabas, startled, is instantly caught himself.  But the rabbits still haven't learned not to play with fire.  They escape the shopkeepers and run playfully down the street.  Peter, laughing: "That was fun!"  Barnabas: "Yeah, and there's a lot more of that around every corner."  The next instant, the rabbits are caught by two animal control workers.


Peter is in the house when he spots Tommy stealing tomatoes from Mr. McGregor's forbidden patch.  He quickly rushes outside to defend McGregor's prized tomatoes, knowing how much he values them.  Reminding Tommy that McGregor shares the entire vegetable patch with his animals, with the exception of this one thing, he forces Tommy to return all of his loot.  Unfortunately for Peter, McGregor chooses this moment to look out of the window and sees Peter holding some of the tomatoes in his paws.  Without stopping to ask any questions, McGregor jumps to the conclusion that Peter is stealing tomatoes: "I knew it!  I saw you!"  He points an accusatory finger at Peter: "Get out of my garden!  I knew you wouldn't change."  Peter, scowling at the injustice, hops away, with McGregor still muttering furiously.

Peter's family is scattered over Europe, sold to various buyers for mostly nefarious purposes (like pork sausage, rabbit stew, and emotional support animal work).  Peter, McGregor, and Bea are determined to save them all.  They move from location to location, willing to face danger whenever necessary.  To rescue Benjamin from the stew pot, they enact a daring water rescue, sneaking the rabbit off a boat with the use of a grappling hook and escaping under the nose of the enraged fisherman.  To save Jeremy, who has been sold to a biology department to be experimented on, they send Jemimah into the lab to fly Jeremy out.  They go to a lodge to get Felix D'eer, who is about to have his head mounted on the wall with a number of other hunting trophies.  They arrive in time, however, to rescue the deer from that fate.  For Tommy's rescue, they must travel to the Alps and don skis to chase his captor down the mountain.  The villain, a university student, has determined to ski the Alps while holding the badger as a prank to impress his classmates.  With Bea and McGregor skiing behind, Peter and the others trip the student with their toboggan and catch Tommy as he falls.  To save Flopsy, Mopsy and Cotton-tail, who have been imprisoned as therapy rabbits, McGregor puts on a parachute and sneaks onto a plane where the three rabbits are held by their captor.  20,000 feet above Edinburgh, McGregor leaps from the plane with the rabbits.  He opens his parachute and they glide into Bea's waiting car to join the rest of the rescued family members.


Peter is walking down the streets of London when he spots an older rabbit deftly steal a peach from an outdoor fruit stand.  The thief catches him staring: "Never seen anyone steal something before?  You some kind of goody-goody?"  Peter, defensively: "I'm no goody-goody.  In fact, apparently, I'm bad."  Peter proceeds to tell the rabbit rather more of his life story than is advisable.  The thief gives his name as Barnabas, urging Peter: "Take a peach."  When Peter hesitates, looking scared, Barnabas pushes: "You said you weren't a goody-goody."  Peter's nervous look changes to a scowl of determination: "No, I'm no goody-goody.  I'm a baddy-baddy."  Trying to emulate Barnabas's smooth style of theft, Peter inadvertently jostles the table, sending piles of peaches down on his head.  The noise warns the shopkeeper, who runs out of the store wielding a broom.  She chases after the rabbits as they run away.


McGregor and Bea are walking happily in the sunshine.  The view is bucolic, with rolling green hills dotted with vibrant trees.  The rabbits are playfully romping through the grass and Bea encourages McGregor to join them in rolling down the hills: "Go on.  Join them.  Frolic."  McGregor, surprised at the idea of an adult playing in a child's game: "Really?  Like, lie down, horizontally, extend my legs, tuck in my arms, and roll down the hill safely and slowly?"  Bea, realizing the strait-laced McGregor may have difficulty unwinding: "Maybe it's not for you."  This irritates McGregor, who protests: "It is for me!  It is most assuredly for me.  You don't think I can frolic?"  To prove his point, McGregor begins rolling down the hill.  The camera changes views to a close-up of McGregor's face.  At the beginning, he is smiling and the world around him spins relatively slowly.  But, as his speed picks up, his smile changes to a scream: "Help!  Ow!  Help!"  He strikes the ground again and again in his out-of-control spin.  Finally, near the bottom of the hill, McGregor's body tumbles end-over-end, his screams filling the air.  Flopsy: "And that's why adults should do kids' stuff."
