ScreenVue is the result of a joint venture and partnership between Christian Video Licensing International (CVLI) and Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI) and Motion Picture Licensing Corporation (MPLC).

ScreenVue first launched in 2003 as a service of CVLI. The CVLI Church Video License provides legal coverage for churches and for other ministry organizations to show DVDs, Blu-rays, digital, movie downloads and streams of motion pictures. Each organization needs to be specifically covered. Coverage includes playing just a few seconds of a movie all the way up to showing the full-length feature.

Each *Total Producer Church Video License* (or any *Church Video Licence* globally) comes with free ScreenVue Vault access.

The ScreenVue Vault offers 14,000+ Scene Ideas, Views and Downloads from a variety of movies and resources.

### CCLI

Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI) was established in 1988 to provide churches with simple, affordable solutions to complex copyright issues. CCLI helps churches maintain their integrity while giving them the freedom to worship expressively and spontaneously.

Churches often face copyright infringement issues in two areas: 1) copying music without permission, and 2) showing movies without authorization.

For copying music to assist with congregational singing, the Church Copyright License provides blanket coverage for 600,000+ songs and 7,000+ publishers and song owners. Currently, global churches are using 600,000+ CCLI licenses.

### CVLI

From a unique partnership between Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI) and Motion Picture Licensing Corporation (MPLC), Christian Video Licensing International (CVLI) and the Church Video License was formed in 2001.

The Church Video License provides churches with legal coverage to show all, or any portion of, thousands of movie titles from a number of movie producers, including all the major studios. Currently, the titles from 3,000+ producers are represented by the Church Video License, including the titles that contain all the scenes that are part of the ScreenVue Vault.

Motion Picture Licensing Corporation (MPLC) was founded in 1986 by former MGM executives and an MPAA attorney. Their goal was to develop a process to help the public leverage the work of the creative community without infringing on copyright.

## How We Use Cookies

__"Where can I find my Access Key to sign-in with?"__
- Every Church Video Licence globally and every *Total Producer Church Video License* (or *Standard CVLI Video License*) in the USA comes with FREE access to the ScreenVue Vault, which is unlocked with your Access Key. Your Access Key will be included in the monthly CVL update emails you receive. If you can't find your Key, please email us at: [support@screenvue.com ](mailto:support@screenvue.com "support@screenvue.com")

__"Why won't my Access Key work?"__
- The usual reason for the Access Key not to work (and a footer error message to appear) is that something is missing from the sign-in protocol.
- Enter the *Email address* associated with your Church Video License (or CCLI account).
- Enter the *Access Key* found in your last CVL update email (exactly, with no spaces).
- Select the *Terms of Use* and a *Keeping in Touch* option.
- You should be in! If you have done all this and still have a problem, please let us know and we'll dig further.

__"In the USA, why don't I have access as a CVL Family Values Package member?"__
- The *CVL Family Values Package* offers only 65+ studios and producers, and does not include any major/minor Hollywood studios - and does not come with ScreenVue Vault access. 
- The *CVL Total Producer Package* offers 4,000+ studios and producers, including every major Hollywood studio and most of the major/minors, and comes with complimentary access to the new ScreenVue Vault: unlocked with a provided Access Key.

__"What is the difference between Scene Ideas, Scene Views, and Scene Downloads?"__
- The ScreenVue Vault offers THREE different types of Scenes:

__"What are the restrictions for streaming our service and including a movie scene? "__
- For churches that stream their services and want to include any part of a movie (the entire film or just a scene), the Church Video License terms do not cover streaming a movie scene - even if used in a sermon - over the internet to the general public.
- However, it is permissible to live stream a movie scene inside the facility as long as it is a closed-stream (not accessed publicly).

Nico has fallen asleep outside the door to Sara's apartment.  (Although in a serious relationship, the two have never been face-to-face, due to the worldwide epidemic.)  Sara crouches down on the other side of the door and the two are able to talk, but not to touch.  Sara, touching the wood with her hand: "It's like I can feel you through this door."  Nico puts his hand lovingly on his side of the door.  Whispering, the two smile over the story of how they first met, when Nico tried to deliver a package to the wrong address.  Sara: "Do you ever wonder what would have happened if you knocked on some other girl's door?"  Nico: "I knock on a hundred doors a day.  But I've never met anyone like you."  A spliced shot shows the profile of their two faces, together, but separated by the narrow door.  This is as close as they have ever been to each other.  (Caution: a-word spoken)


Sara holds up her phone to begin the daily COVID scan required by the government.  She breathes a sigh of relief when she passes.  But her grandmother isn't so lucky.  The COVID scan immediately detects the presence of the deadly virus and an automated voice tells Sara to expect government personnel to arrive imminently: "You must not attempt to leave your home, or you will be apprehended.  Do not attempt to engage with armed guards.  Bribes will not be accepted."  Sara weeps, knowing that a trip to the quarantine zone will be a death sentence for them both.  Nico arrives and calls out for Sara from outside her door.  She gives him the bad news.  Nico: "You're not sick!"  Sara: "You know how this works, Nico.  If she's sick, I'm sick."  Nico begs her to leave with him, trying to break through the door.  Crying, Sara tells Nico to leave without her: "We were never gonna get out of here.  I have to let you go, Nico.  Please say goodbye to me."  Nico refuses, promising Sara that he will somehow get her an immunity pass: "I'm coming back for you!"  Sara nods, hanging on to what is now her only hope. (Caution: h-word used)


May, a struggling musician, is now reduced to singing by request online since the new COVID strain has decimated the world.  When she receives a donation from a grateful listener, she texts him a thank you.  Knowing "MD0239" is a veteran, she texts: "How long were you in Afghanistan?"  Dozer responds: "Too long."  May: "Wanna talk about it?"  The two set up a video chat.  When May asks if he misses life pre-quarantine, Dozer, who is confined to a wheelchair, responds: "I was on lockdown long before it was fashionable.  When I got back from the war, people didn't want to talk about it.  You're a vet in a wheelchair - - people, they see you, they're gonna put their face right in their phones.  They don't wanna have to face that.  Somewhere down the line, I just...stopped going out."  May: "For how long?"  Dozer: "It's coming up on six years."  


Emma looks at her mother with tears in her eyes: "Do you ever wish I was different?"  Emma, who is hooked up to an oxygen tank, has weak lungs, an ailment especially dangerous during the epidemic.  Piper assures her daughter that she doesn't, but Emma feels she is a burden: "If I wasn't like this, you could go places."  Piper, earnestly: "Why would I want to go anywhere if you couldn't be with me?"  She looks at her daughter with love: "Listen to me.  You are perfect.  Absolutely perfect.  And I wouldn't change one thing about you.  And neither would your father."

Emma, concerned when she can't find their housekeeper, asks her mother where Marie went.  Piper smiles: "She went home to her family.  It's a good thing."  For the first time in years of lockdown, Marie stands on her own doorstep and embraces her husband, who lowers his face mask to beam at her.  Nico sends a package to Lester with a note that reads: "I hope that one day we can open our doors, walk outside, and get back to the things we love."  Dozer uses his drone to fly over a beautiful beach so that May can look at the waves she has missed for so long.  May laughs joyously.  Lester opens his package, seeing a COVID-immunity bracelet inside.  He grins as he continues to read: "Whatever you decide to do with what's inside...don't ever give up."  


Clips from newscasts and internet personalities show the worldwide chaos caused by the mutated COVID strain.  A rising global death toll climbs to over 100 million people.  Scenes from the new way of life show that lockdown now confines people to their homes and even the immune are subject to a mandatory curfew.  Everywhere, people are terrified and hopeless.  "It's the end of the world, bro."  "It feels like the apocalypse."  (Note: credits run across this scene)
