ScreenVue is the result of a joint venture and partnership between Christian Video Licensing International (CVLI) and Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI) and Motion Picture Licensing Corporation (MPLC).

ScreenVue first launched in 2003 as a service of CVLI. The CVLI Church Video License provides legal coverage for churches and for other ministry organizations to show DVDs, Blu-rays, digital, movie downloads and streams of motion pictures. Each organization needs to be specifically covered. Coverage includes playing just a few seconds of a movie all the way up to showing the full-length feature.

Each *Total Producer Church Video License* (or any *Church Video Licence* globally) comes with free ScreenVue Vault access.

The ScreenVue Vault offers 14,000+ Scene Ideas, Views and Downloads from a variety of movies and resources.

### CCLI

Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI) was established in 1988 to provide churches with simple, affordable solutions to complex copyright issues. CCLI helps churches maintain their integrity while giving them the freedom to worship expressively and spontaneously.

Churches often face copyright infringement issues in two areas: 1) copying music without permission, and 2) showing movies without authorization.

For copying music to assist with congregational singing, the Church Copyright License provides blanket coverage for 600,000+ songs and 7,000+ publishers and song owners. Currently, global churches are using 600,000+ CCLI licenses.

### CVLI

From a unique partnership between Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI) and Motion Picture Licensing Corporation (MPLC), Christian Video Licensing International (CVLI) and the Church Video License was formed in 2001.

The Church Video License provides churches with legal coverage to show all, or any portion of, thousands of movie titles from a number of movie producers, including all the major studios. Currently, the titles from 3,000+ producers are represented by the Church Video License, including the titles that contain all the scenes that are part of the ScreenVue Vault.

Motion Picture Licensing Corporation (MPLC) was founded in 1986 by former MGM executives and an MPAA attorney. Their goal was to develop a process to help the public leverage the work of the creative community without infringing on copyright.

## How We Use Cookies

__"Where can I find my Access Key to sign-in with?"__
- Every Church Video Licence globally and every *Total Producer Church Video License* (or *Standard CVLI Video License*) in the USA comes with FREE access to the ScreenVue Vault, which is unlocked with your Access Key. Your Access Key will be included in the monthly CVL update emails you receive. If you can't find your Key, please email us at: [support@screenvue.com ](mailto:support@screenvue.com "support@screenvue.com")

__"Why won't my Access Key work?"__
- The usual reason for the Access Key not to work (and a footer error message to appear) is that something is missing from the sign-in protocol.
- Enter the *Email address* associated with your Church Video License (or CCLI account).
- Enter the *Access Key* found in your last CVL update email (exactly, with no spaces).
- Select the *Terms of Use* and a *Keeping in Touch* option.
- You should be in! If you have done all this and still have a problem, please let us know and we'll dig further.

__"In the USA, why don't I have access as a CVL Family Values Package member?"__
- The *CVL Family Values Package* offers only 65+ studios and producers, and does not include any major/minor Hollywood studios - and does not come with ScreenVue Vault access. 
- The *CVL Total Producer Package* offers 4,000+ studios and producers, including every major Hollywood studio and most of the major/minors, and comes with complimentary access to the new ScreenVue Vault: unlocked with a provided Access Key.

__"What is the difference between Scene Ideas, Scene Views, and Scene Downloads?"__
- The ScreenVue Vault offers THREE different types of Scenes:

__"What are the restrictions for streaming our service and including a movie scene? "__
- For churches that stream their services and want to include any part of a movie (the entire film or just a scene), the Church Video License terms do not cover streaming a movie scene - even if used in a sermon - over the internet to the general public.
- However, it is permissible to live stream a movie scene inside the facility as long as it is a closed-stream (not accessed publicly).

Dozens of mourners are gathered at a gravesite where the bodies of eight men are shrouded for burial.  As the Muslim cleric finishes his prayer, the bereaved throw clods of dirt on top of their loved ones.  Murad steps forward, grabbing a handful of dirt, and remembering his son's killer: "He slaughtered our men...our brothers...our sons.  The dead cry out to us for justice.  On their souls, I swear to you, the man who took our loved ones from us - - the man who has brought us such pain and sorrow - - we will find him.  We will not rest until his blood flows into this very ground.  We will have our revenge."  Murad drops the dirt into the grave of his son.  (Caution: brief flashes of violence)

Bryan tells his daughter, Kim, some of the history of Istanbul as they sail down the river on a tourist ferry.  Bryan suddenly changes the subject, asking Kim about her boyfriend.  "So...this Jamie...is it serious?"  Kim smiles: "It's only been a few months."  Bryan: "Are you in love with him?"  Kim hesitates: "I guess I'm not sure yet."  Bryan: "Have you ever been in love before?"  Kim: "Not the way that Mom talks about it."  Bryan: "How does she describe it?"  Kim: "She said when you guys met that...that it was super special."  Bryan: "Super special?  She said that?"  Kim, feeling a little bit silly: "I think the exact word she used was...magical."  Suddenly, fireworks begin exploding over the water.  Father and daughter, smiling, watch the display together.

Bryan and his wife are travelling through Istanbul in a hired car when Bryan suddenly notices they are being followed.  Alerted to danger, Bryan directs the driver to take a circuitous route.  Curious, Lenore, Bryan's ex-wife, turns around to see why Bryan is watching the rearview mirror.  Bryan tells her to face forward.  Lenore: "Will you tell me what's going on?"  Bryan, comfortingly: "It's okay."  Certain now they are being followed, Bryan begins to give Lenore instructions.  Interrupting, Lenore is now beginning to be afraid: "Will you tell me what's going on?"  Bryan, ignoring her question, continues with his instructions.  He tells her they are going to stop the car and directs her to enter a certain shop.  Again interrupting, Lenore is desperate to know why Bryan is doing what he's doing: "Okay, Bryan, will you tell me what's going on?"  Bryan: "Listen to me."  Lenore, afraid: "Tell me what's going on!"  Bryan: "Listen to me!"  Lenore continues to argue.  Bryan, knowing every second counts: "Lennie!  There's no time for this."  Bryan proceeds to give her a detailed route back to their hotel and instructs her to find hotel security.  Lenore, still not understanding, but trusting her husband, agrees to Bryan's plan.

Bryan is being held hostage in an unknown location in Istanbul.  Succeeding in secretly calling his daughter, Kim, Bryan has a plan to discover where he is being held.  Over the phone, he gives Kim specific instructions, which she follows quickly and exactly.  Taking a map from his suitcase, she fashions a rudimentary compass, drawing circles around specific locations on the map.  Bryan then tells her to take a grenade from the case and throw it out the window.  Bryan then listens to hear the sound of the explosion over the phone and then counts the seconds between the phone explosion and the explosion he hears from his location.  The sound lag lets him know the distance he is from Kim's location.  He then instructs Kim to draw another circle, knowing he will be at the location where the circles intersect.  When Kim discovers two points of intersection, Bryan uses the direction of the wind to eliminate one of the points.  Now that he is certain of a vague location, he gives Kim further instructions on how to find him.

Murad is holding Bryan captive in a dark basement.  Having chained Bryan to a pipe, he shows him picture after picture, asking him if he recognizes any of the men that he killed.  Finally, Murad holds up a picture of his own son, describing the hideous death he faced at Bryan's hands.  Bryan: "He's the one who kidnapped dozens of girls and ruined their lives!"  Murad: "He was my son, Marko, from Tropoje.  And I have come to take you to Tropoje to face you to the people whose lives you have ruined.  To give them justice."  Bryan, angrily: "You mean to give them revenge."  Murad: "If it gives us peace, call it anything you wish."  Bryan: "I killed your son because he kidnapped my daughter."  Murad slaps him: "I don't care what he did!  I only know...I will never see his face again.  I will never hear his voice."  Murad kisses the photo of his son and returns it to his pocket.  "And as you held him responsible for your daughter, I hold you responsible for him!"

Bryan has just successfully saved himself, his wife, and his daughter from Murad's attempt to kill them.  (Murad is seeking revenge for the death of his son, killed by Bryan while rescuing his daughter.)   Bryan finds Murad cowering in a room, weaponless.  Murad, assuming Bryan is there to exact his own revenge: "What are you waiting for?"  Bryan, pointing a gun at Murad: "You have other sons?"  Murad: "Two."  Bryan: "And if I killed you, they will come and seek revenge?"  Murad, proudly: "They will.  For sure."  Bryan promises to kill them if they try, then offers Murad another option: "You can change that.  You can go home, live your life.  Enjoy your sons, your grandsons."  Murad, bitterly: "And my other son...Marko...the son you killed?  Am I supposed to just forget it?"  Bryan: "No.  You will just have to live with it."  Murad: "What are you telling me?"  Bryan: "If you give me your word, I will throw down this gun and simply walk away."  Murad stares at Bryan, amazed: "Why?"  Bryan tells Murad he is tired of the cycle of murder, vengeance, and hatred.  Murad, sighing deeply, nods.  Bryan drops the gun to the ground and begins to walk away.  Behind his back, Murad picks up the gun and aims.  A hollow click sounds as Murad pulls the trigger of an empty gun.  Bryan turns around to face Murad.  Murad's eyes fill with fear as he realizes he has made an unredeemable mistake.  By choosing not to forgive, he has chosen death.
