ScreenVue is the result of a joint venture and partnership between Christian Video Licensing International (CVLI) and Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI) and Motion Picture Licensing Corporation (MPLC).

ScreenVue first launched in 2003 as a service of CVLI. The CVLI Church Video License provides legal coverage for churches and for other ministry organizations to show DVDs, Blu-rays, digital, movie downloads and streams of motion pictures. Each organization needs to be specifically covered. Coverage includes playing just a few seconds of a movie all the way up to showing the full-length feature.

Each *Total Producer Church Video License* (or any *Church Video Licence* globally) comes with free ScreenVue Vault access.

The ScreenVue Vault offers 14,000+ Scene Ideas, Views and Downloads from a variety of movies and resources.

### CCLI

Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI) was established in 1988 to provide churches with simple, affordable solutions to complex copyright issues. CCLI helps churches maintain their integrity while giving them the freedom to worship expressively and spontaneously.

Churches often face copyright infringement issues in two areas: 1) copying music without permission, and 2) showing movies without authorization.

For copying music to assist with congregational singing, the Church Copyright License provides blanket coverage for 600,000+ songs and 7,000+ publishers and song owners. Currently, global churches are using 600,000+ CCLI licenses.

### CVLI

From a unique partnership between Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI) and Motion Picture Licensing Corporation (MPLC), Christian Video Licensing International (CVLI) and the Church Video License was formed in 2001.

The Church Video License provides churches with legal coverage to show all, or any portion of, thousands of movie titles from a number of movie producers, including all the major studios. Currently, the titles from 3,000+ producers are represented by the Church Video License, including the titles that contain all the scenes that are part of the ScreenVue Vault.

Motion Picture Licensing Corporation (MPLC) was founded in 1986 by former MGM executives and an MPAA attorney. Their goal was to develop a process to help the public leverage the work of the creative community without infringing on copyright.

## How We Use Cookies

__"Where can I find my Access Key to sign-in with?"__
- Every Church Video Licence globally and every *Total Producer Church Video License* (or *Standard CVLI Video License*) in the USA comes with FREE access to the ScreenVue Vault, which is unlocked with your Access Key. Your Access Key will be included in the monthly CVL update emails you receive. If you can't find your Key, please email us at: [support@screenvue.com ](mailto:support@screenvue.com "support@screenvue.com")

__"Why won't my Access Key work?"__
- The usual reason for the Access Key not to work (and a footer error message to appear) is that something is missing from the sign-in protocol.
- Enter the *Email address* associated with your Church Video License (or CCLI account).
- Enter the *Access Key* found in your last CVL update email (exactly, with no spaces).
- Select the *Terms of Use* and a *Keeping in Touch* option.
- You should be in! If you have done all this and still have a problem, please let us know and we'll dig further.

__"In the USA, why don't I have access as a CVL Family Values Package member?"__
- The *CVL Family Values Package* offers only 65+ studios and producers, and does not include any major/minor Hollywood studios - and does not come with ScreenVue Vault access. 
- The *CVL Total Producer Package* offers 4,000+ studios and producers, including every major Hollywood studio and most of the major/minors, and comes with complimentary access to the new ScreenVue Vault: unlocked with a provided Access Key.

__"What is the difference between Scene Ideas, Scene Views, and Scene Downloads?"__
- The ScreenVue Vault offers THREE different types of Scenes:

__"What are the restrictions for streaming our service and including a movie scene? "__
- For churches that stream their services and want to include any part of a movie (the entire film or just a scene), the Church Video License terms do not cover streaming a movie scene - even if used in a sermon - over the internet to the general public.
- However, it is permissible to live stream a movie scene inside the facility as long as it is a closed-stream (not accessed publicly).

Gus has come to visit his wife's grave.  Opening a bottle of beer, he pours her a glass and sets it beside her gravestone, clinking his own bottle against it in a toast.  Talking to her as if she were still alive, he tells her about their daughter, saying that she would be proud of the woman their little girl has become.  Although it's been almost thirty years since his wife's death, the wound still feels fresh, and Gus's chin quivers as he begins to sing "You are My Sunshine" to his beloved wife.

Mickey has heard that her father's eyesight is failing and that he refuses to seek medical treatment.  She has come to his house to confront him: "Pete came to see me."  Gus, seeing where the conversation is headed, turns it to baseball.  Mickey, ignoring him, continues: "He wanted to know if I thought you were okay."  Gus, referring to the burger he's frying: "Yeah.  I know you're a vegan and everything, but I think some of this meat protein would - -"  Mickey interrupts, telling Gus that she called his doctor.  Gus, flipping the meat: "That's a good burger."  Mickey, frustrated that he's not listening, dumps the pan in the sink.  Gus retrieves it, putting it back on the stove.  Mickey: "Do you want to talk about it?"  Faced with her stare, Gus finally answers, blaming his problem on the incompetency of doctors.  Mickey: "You need to meet with a specialist."  Gus refuses, saying that his bosses will put him out to pasture if they hear of the problem.  Mickey asks her father how he can do his job if he can't see.  Gus: "I'll figure something."  Mickey, not to be brushed off easily: "How?"  Gus, again changing the subject: "You hungry?"  Mickey, frustrated: "You know, I had this, uh, this crazy idea that you and I could actually have a conversation about this, rationally."  Gus, again speaking of the burger: "Well, we are.  If you eat some meat, it's great protein for you."

Mickey is surprised to learn that her father has been telling Johnny good things about her.  Mickey: "He never tells me anything."  Johnny: "Maybe he wants to, you know.  Doesn't know how.  You might have to take the lead."  Mickey, bitterly: "Trust me.  I've tried.  I'm done."  Johnny, referring to the fact that a mere 30 percent success rate is considered phenomenal in baseball: "As you know, to hit the magical 300, you fail seven out of ten times."

Mickey and Gus are having breakfast in a diner.  Mickey is playing with her food, working up the courage to tell her father what's been on her mind for some time.  Mickey, suddenly: "Do you know what therapy is?"  Gus, a no-nonsense man's man, in a mixture between confusion and disgust: "What?"  Mickey confesses that she has been in therapy for years: "Just needed to talk to someone to help me deal with why you left me."  Gus doesn't understand why Mickey is suddenly upset: "Did I say something wrong here?"  Mickey wants to understand why he abandoned her for a year when she was a child.  Gus drops his fork to the plate: "We came here to watch baseball.  We didn't come here to - -"  Mickey finishes for him: "Talk.  I know.  Everything is okay as long as we don't talk.  But there's no TV and there's no game on, so..."  Mickey hopes to finally understand the deep hurt she felt as a child.  Gus's only response is to tersely ask for the check.  Mickey continues telling Gus her feelings, but Gus interrupts: "This is not the time or the place to be talking about it."  Mickey: "Are you kidding?  There's never a time or place!"  Gus, defensively: "What are you doing, anyway?  Why did you start all this?"  Mickey stares, dumbfounded, at her father for a few seconds before angrily leaving the diner.

It's the bottom of the ninth and the Grizzlies have one last chance to overtake their competitors.  Wilson, a scrawny kid, is up to bat and headed out of the dugout with his head hanging in trepidation.  Bo, the star of the team, calls him back: "You better get your skinny little a-- on base.  I got a chance to win this game in front of all these scouts.  Do not mess this up."  Wilson, nodding from behind large glasses: "I'll do my best, Bo."  Moving back towards position, he mumbles a prayer under his breath: "Oh, dear God, let me get a hit."  He assumes the batter's stance, preparing himself for the pitch.  Suddenly, the pitcher throws, and the ball strikes Wilson hard on the thigh.  The audience groans in sympathy for the injured batter.  The umpire awards him a base.  Limping in pain towards first, Wilson looks to heaven, gently reprimanding God for the way He answered the prayer: "Guess You misunderstood me."  (Caution: a-word used)

Bo Gentry, the number one draft pick of the Atlanta Braves, is showing off his talent for an audience of Braves executives and the press.  Having just slammed several hits over the fence, Bo is derisive when a new pitcher, a former peanut peddler, is brought out on the field: "Is this a joke?  You're all gonna waste my time on him?"  Gus insists they give the pitcher a chance.  Bo, smiling nastily: "All right.  This is gonna be ugly."  When Rigo, the pitcher, hesitates for a few moments, Mickey asks him if he's nervous.  Rigo, smiling politely: "No, ma'am.  It's just a game."  Rigo then proceeds to throw three successive pitches, all of which Bo misses.  The baseball executives are impressed with Rigo's skill.  And when he continues to strike out Bo, they realize their first pick of Gentry was a mistake.  (Caution: a-word used, b-word used)
