ScreenVue is the result of a joint venture and partnership between Christian Video Licensing International (CVLI) and Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI) and Motion Picture Licensing Corporation (MPLC).

ScreenVue first launched in 2003 as a service of CVLI. The CVLI Church Video License provides legal coverage for churches and for other ministry organizations to show DVDs, Blu-rays, digital, movie downloads and streams of motion pictures. Each organization needs to be specifically covered. Coverage includes playing just a few seconds of a movie all the way up to showing the full-length feature.

Each *Total Producer Church Video License* (or any *Church Video Licence* globally) comes with free ScreenVue Vault access.

The ScreenVue Vault offers 14,000+ Scene Ideas, Views and Downloads from a variety of movies and resources.

### CCLI

Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI) was established in 1988 to provide churches with simple, affordable solutions to complex copyright issues. CCLI helps churches maintain their integrity while giving them the freedom to worship expressively and spontaneously.

Churches often face copyright infringement issues in two areas: 1) copying music without permission, and 2) showing movies without authorization.

For copying music to assist with congregational singing, the Church Copyright License provides blanket coverage for 600,000+ songs and 7,000+ publishers and song owners. Currently, global churches are using 600,000+ CCLI licenses.

### CVLI

From a unique partnership between Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI) and Motion Picture Licensing Corporation (MPLC), Christian Video Licensing International (CVLI) and the Church Video License was formed in 2001.

The Church Video License provides churches with legal coverage to show all, or any portion of, thousands of movie titles from a number of movie producers, including all the major studios. Currently, the titles from 3,000+ producers are represented by the Church Video License, including the titles that contain all the scenes that are part of the ScreenVue Vault.

Motion Picture Licensing Corporation (MPLC) was founded in 1986 by former MGM executives and an MPAA attorney. Their goal was to develop a process to help the public leverage the work of the creative community without infringing on copyright.

## How We Use Cookies

__"Where can I find my Access Key to sign-in with?"__
- Every Church Video Licence globally and every *Total Producer Church Video License* (or *Standard CVLI Video License*) in the USA comes with FREE access to the ScreenVue Vault, which is unlocked with your Access Key. Your Access Key will be included in the monthly CVL update emails you receive. If you can't find your Key, please email us at: [support@screenvue.com ](mailto:support@screenvue.com "support@screenvue.com")

__"Why won't my Access Key work?"__
- The usual reason for the Access Key not to work (and a footer error message to appear) is that something is missing from the sign-in protocol.
- Enter the *Email address* associated with your Church Video License (or CCLI account).
- Enter the *Access Key* found in your last CVL update email (exactly, with no spaces).
- Select the *Terms of Use* and a *Keeping in Touch* option.
- You should be in! If you have done all this and still have a problem, please let us know and we'll dig further.

__"In the USA, why don't I have access as a CVL Family Values Package member?"__
- The *CVL Family Values Package* offers only 65+ studios and producers, and does not include any major/minor Hollywood studios - and does not come with ScreenVue Vault access. 
- The *CVL Total Producer Package* offers 4,000+ studios and producers, including every major Hollywood studio and most of the major/minors, and comes with complimentary access to the new ScreenVue Vault: unlocked with a provided Access Key.

__"What is the difference between Scene Ideas, Scene Views, and Scene Downloads?"__
- The ScreenVue Vault offers THREE different types of Scenes:

__"What are the restrictions for streaming our service and including a movie scene? "__
- For churches that stream their services and want to include any part of a movie (the entire film or just a scene), the Church Video License terms do not cover streaming a movie scene - even if used in a sermon - over the internet to the general public.
- However, it is permissible to live stream a movie scene inside the facility as long as it is a closed-stream (not accessed publicly).

Turbo is watching a video of his favorite racecar driver winning the Indianapolis 500.  Slithering across the television set, the snail pretends he is racing along with the cars, indulging yet again in his favorite fantasy.  Fast-forwarding the video to Guy's victory speech, Turbo puts himself in place of the champion, answering the reporters' questions as if he had been the victor.  Reporter: "What inspired you to become a race driver?"  Turbo: "Everybody's got that one thing that makes them happy.  And, for me...it's terrifying, terrifying, blazing speed."  Onscreen, the reporter asks Guy another question and Turbo waits, open-mouthed, for the beloved answer: "Did you ever dream that you'd be standing here today?"  Guy: "Well, as my dear father always told me, 'No dream is too big and no dreamer too small.'"  Turbo mouths the words along with his hero.

It's just before two o'clock in the morning.  Turbo stands at the start of his 3-foot race track, wearing a boxer's robe and talking to himself: "Head in the game!  Head in the game!"  Throwing off the robe, he waits for the clock to strike two, then thrusts himself forward toward his goal.  Grunting with the effort, the snail slithers down the track, focused on the finish line.  He finally reaches it and looks back toward the clock.  Elated to see that he beat his own record time, Turbo is amazed that it only took 17 minutes to reach the end of the yard stick.

Turbo slowly eats his lunch, still smarting from the jeers of his co-workers.  Chet approaches his brother: "You do this to yourself, you know."  Turbo is silent.  Chet: "I mean, look at you.  How could they not make fun of you?  It's like you're almost forcing them."  Chet tries to convince his brother to give up his dream of being a racing snail.  Turbo, angrily: "I can't help it!  It's in me."  Chet, dryly: "Um, no.  It is not in you."  Turbo: "Says who?"  Chet: "Nature.  Mother Nature.  Maybe you've heard of her?  We all have our limitations, Theo.  And the sooner you accept the dull, miserable reality of your existence, the happier you'll be."

Every snail in the garden cheers in excitement as the coveted, juiciest tomato ("Big Red") finally falls from the vine to the ground.  Their cheers fade into disappointment as they see the gardener arrive with his dreaded mower, ready to cut the grass that surrounds Big Red.  The snails slither slowly away, giving up all hope of ever tasting the beautiful tomato.  All except Turbo, who can't believe everyone is leaving: "You're quitting?  Just like that?"  Snail: "Hey, nothing ventured, nothing gained."  Turbo: "That's a bad thing!"  Turbo eyes the tomato speculatively, choosing to see it as a challenge to be overcome: "Take a chance and risk it all, or play it safe and suffer defeat."  Against the advice of his brother, Chet, Turbo decides to go head-to-head against the "Evil Mower," slithering as fast as he can go toward the tomato.  Turbo pictures himself on a racetrack, the big tomato glistening in front of him like a trophy waiting to be won.  He sees nothing of his surroundings except the tomato, confident of his success, until the mower gets so close that blades of grass begin to slap against his shell.  Although Turbo gave it his all, the mower was too fast for him, and Turbo is spared from a grisly death only by the gush of water from the garden hose that pushes him out of the way.  Chet is furious that Turbo took such a risk: "What were you thinking?"  Turbo, looking devastated: "I thought I could get there."  Chet: "When are you gonna wake up?"  Turbo, crushed, quietly slithers away.

Turbo is in the driveway when a toddler on a trike spots him and chuckles evilly.  The toddler, who delights in running over snails, pedals toward the supposedly helpless creature.  Reaching the end of the driveway, he looks back to admire his roadkill, but is surprised to see only a small skidmark.  Turbo has somehow shot to the top of the driveway and is sitting there, panting in fear.  As the boy prepares to launch another attack, Turbo's heart begins to pump powerfully.  His shell turns an electric blue color and he blasts back down the driveway in a cloud of dust.  The boy stares in astonishment at the speedy snail before adopting an angry snarl and charging at Turbo.  Chasing him all over the yard, the boy is unable to catch his quarry.  Finally, Turbo lands on the boy's tire, spinning it furiously and twirling the boy around in circles.  Frightened, the boy runs into his house, screaming for his mother.

After a grueling start to the Indy 500, the cars are pulling into their various pits to be recharged for the race ahead.  Guy slides into his pit, where the crew works as a fluid team to get him back on the road as quickly as possible.  Checking and adjusting the car, giving Guy coffee and breath spray, the crew takes a mere seconds to make their driver ready for the race.  Guy speeds back onto the track.  Turbo staggers into his pit, panting from the effort of the first thirty laps.  His crew, inexperienced and overly-excited, all dive for him at once and collide together, dumping their supplies all over the tired snail.  Turbo watches helplessly as the crew argues amongst themselves.  Frustrated, Whiplash decides to take over management of the crew.  He and the other snails quickly join Turbo.  Working as a team with Whiplash as leader, they give Turbo the physical and emotional encouragement he needs to continue the race.

Turbo and the other racers have just been in a devastating accident.  The pile-up has completely blocked the track and only Turbo is in a position to finish.  Gazing at the finish line only yards away, Turbo narrows his eyes, determined to win.  But when his engine fails and he sees a gaping hole in his shell, Turbo gives up hope.  He looks around at the staring eyes of the crowd and retreats sadly into his shell.  Chet, watching from high above, is grieved by his brother's collapse: "Oh, no, no!  Theo, what are you doing?  Don't give up!"  Pushing aside his own tremendous fears, Chet determines to encourage his brother.  Escaping from the glass that imprisons him, Chet narrowly avoids the grasping hands of his "owner" and dives for the string of a balloon floating in the air.  On the way to the ground, Chet faces and overcomes a number of obstacles, including several hungry crows.  Finally, he lands next to Turbo, riding a crow like a knight on a steed.  From deep inside his shell, Turbo hears the voice of his brother calling to him.  He crawls out, surprised to see his fearful kin confidently astride their worst enemy.  Chet: "Finish this!"  Turbo looks sadly at his broken shell: "But I can't."  Chet: "Oh, yes, you can.  You're right, you know.  It is in you.  It's always been in you.  Now, I did not just face every fear known to snailkind to come down here and watch you hide in your shell.  And my little brother never gives up!  That's the best thing about you.  So, you get out there, and you win this!"  Turbo smiles.

Having just suffered a terrible collision, Turbo finds himself without power and with a gaping hole in his shell.  But, with his brother's encouragement (see Scene # CV06875), the snail is determined to finish the race.  Clenching his jaw, the snail leans toward the finish line, slowly slithering towards his goal.  The crowd goes wild, inspired by the willpower of the little creature.  Suddenly, Turbo's fiercest competitor, Guy, decides to re-enter the race.  Failing to get his car to move, Guy begins to push it toward the finish line.  The man grunts and groans with the effort of dragging the heap down the track.  Both man and snail struggle, painfully limping toward the finish.  The audience watches with bated breath to see who will be the victor.  Turbo is inches away from finishing when Guy realizes that his only chance is to take Turbo out.  He reaches out with a foot, trying to stomp on the snail.  Turbo tucks into his shell and rolls, crossing the finish line.  The crowd cheers as the announcers hail Turbo as the victor.
