ScreenVue is the result of a joint venture and partnership between Christian Video Licensing International (CVLI) and Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI) and Motion Picture Licensing Corporation (MPLC).

ScreenVue first launched in 2003 as a service of CVLI. The CVLI Church Video License provides legal coverage for churches and for other ministry organizations to show DVDs, Blu-rays, digital, movie downloads and streams of motion pictures. Each organization needs to be specifically covered. Coverage includes showing the full-length feature.

Each *Total Producer Church Video License* (or any *Church Video Licence* globally) comes with free ScreenVue Vault access.

The ScreenVue Vault offers 14,000+ Movie Ideas, Movie Views and Downloads from a variety of movies and resources.

### CCLI

Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI) was established in 1988 to provide churches with simple, affordable solutions to complex copyright issues. CCLI helps churches maintain their integrity while giving them the freedom to worship expressively and spontaneously.

Churches often face copyright infringement issues in two areas: 1) copying music without permission, and 2) showing movies without authorization.

For copying music to assist with congregational singing, the Church Copyright License provides blanket coverage for 600,000+ songs and 7,000+ publishers and song owners. Currently, global churches are using 600,000+ CCLI licenses.

### CVLI

From a unique partnership between Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI) and Motion Picture Licensing Corporation (MPLC), Christian Video Licensing International (CVLI) and the Church Video License was formed in 2001.

The Church Video License provides churches with legal coverage to show thousands of movie titles and TV shows from a number of producers, including all the major studios. Currently, the titles from 4,000+ producers are represented by the Church Video License, including all the titles that  part of the ScreenVue Vault.

All such service providers are contractually required to keep your data safe, use it only for the purposes agreed, and delete it when it is no longer required. They have agreed not share it, nor use it for their marketing purposes.

## How We Use Cookies

__"Where can I find my Access Key to sign-in with?"__
- Every Church Video Licence globally and every *Total Producer Church Video License* (or *Standard CVLI Video License*) in the USA comes with FREE access to the ScreenVue Vault, which is unlocked with your Access Key. Your Access Key will be included in the monthly CVL update emails you receive. If you can't find your Key, please email us at: [support@screenvue.com ](mailto:support@screenvue.com "support@screenvue.com")

__"Why won't my Access Key work?"__
- The usual reason for the Access Key not to work (and a footer error message to appear) is that something is missing from the sign-in protocol.
- Enter the *Email address* associated with your Church Video License (or CCLI account).
- Enter the *Access Key* found in your last CVL update email (exactly, with no spaces).
- Select the *Terms of Use* and a *Keeping in Touch* option.
- You should be in! If you have done all this and still have a problem, please let us know and we'll dig further.

__"In the USA, why don't I have access as a CVL Family Values Package member?"__
- The *CVL Family Values Package* offers only 65+ studios and producers, and does not include any major/minor Hollywood studios - and does not come with ScreenVue Vault access. 
- The *CVL Total Producer Package* offers 4,000+ studios and producers, including every major Hollywood studio and most of the major/minors, and comes with complimentary access to the new ScreenVue Vault: unlocked with a provided Access Key.

__"What is the difference between Movie Ideas, Movie Views, and Downloads?"__
- The ScreenVue Vault offers THREE different types of content: 
- *Movie Ideas*: Has the "light-bulb icon," where you would use your own movie (Digital, Stream, Blu-ray, or DVD you already have access to) with our cues and details; as this idea is not available as a View or Download.

__"What are the restrictions for streaming our service and including movie content? "__
- For churches that stream their services and want to include movie content, the Church Video License terms do not cover streaming movie content - even if used in a sermon - over the internet to the general public.
- However, it is permissible to live stream movie content inside the facility as long as it is a closed-stream (not accessed publicly). 
- In light of COVID-19, the Church Video License has made temporary modifications to the license: For churches that stream their services and want to include movie content, they can use a platform that is gated or private (password protected entry to only members and guests and not open to the general public), such as Zoom (requiring a password to join).

__"Can content in the ScreenVue Vault be used with a Church Video Licence anywhere in the world?"__

Richard is on his computer, preparing to send an important file to his office in the city, when the co-pilot suddenly exits the cockpit.  Moving to the sink to wash his hands, the co-pilot begins asking Richard about his work.  Richard, suddenly suspicious, notices the co-pilot is washing blood from his hands.  Surreptitiously, he clicks the button on his laptop to begin uploading the file.  The co-pilot, aware that Richard is suspicious, locks Mary in the bathroom and pulls out a gun, training it on Richard.  The co-pilot, having killed the pilot, puts on a parachute, preparing to leave Richard and Mary to die in a plane crash.  He closes Richard's laptop, deliberately stopping the upload.  However, when Mary bursts suddenly out of the bathroom, she gives Richard the chance he needs to fight back.  After a brief struggle, Mary is shot, but the co-pilot is disarmed and unconscious.  As Richard helps his dying wife to her seat, he tries to aid her medically, but she insists that he complete the upload first.  Richard turns back and opens his laptop, re-starting the upload.  When Richard returns to comfort his wife, the co-pilot regains consciousness and attacks him.  As the two men are struggling, the unpiloted plane begins a rapid and uncontrollable descent.  The men continue to struggle, fighting over the laptop.  Richard, seeing that Mary has already died, decides to sacrifice his last hope of survival and crash the plane.  He shoots out the windows and the plane loses all air pressure, ripping apart from the inside-out.  Still, Richard and the co-pilot fight over the laptop.  As the burning plane plummets toward the ground, they play tug-of-war, seemingly oblivious to the imminent danger they are facing.  Finally, Richard succeeds in wrenching the laptop from the co-pilot, who is ejected from the plane.  Richard has just enough time to finish uploading his file before the plane crashes.

High up in the sky, Spider-Man sails effortlessly through the air, swinging by his webs from skyscraper to skyscraper.  An awed citizen calls out to his hero: "Hey, Spider-Man!"  Spider-Man, brightly: "Hello, pedestrians!"  It is unapparent from the hero's calm and easygoing manner that he is in hot pursuit of a gang of villains who have stolen a truck carrying highly explosive plutonium.  Aleksei and his men are wreaking havoc through the city streets, pursued by dozens of police cars.  Spider-Man swings on top of the truck and knocks on the driver's window.  Aleksei rolls the window down.  Spider-Man pokes his head inside, extending a hand in greeting: "Hello, Mr. Criminal.  You can call me Web Head..."  Aleksei swings a punch at the hero, who easily avoids being hit.  Spider-Man, lightly: "Not a shaker?  Are you a hugger?"  Aleksei, firing his gun at Spidey: "I am a killer!"  Spider-Man ducks.  Meanwhile, Max, an average citizen, is walking along the street with an armful of blueprints.  When several of his blueprints drop into the street, Max bends to retrieve them, standing inadvertently in the path of the oncoming truck.  Spider-Man quickly rescues him, narrowly missing being decapitated by a flying taxicab, but still somehow making the heroics seem effortless.  A grateful Max is amazed to be face-to-face with his hero, but is even more amazed when Spider-Man takes the time to personally greet him, even helping him to rearrange his mussed hair.  Max, protesting: "I'm a nobody!"  Spidey takes Max's face in his hands: "Hey, you're not a nobody.  You're a somebody!"  Spider-Man leaves an inspired Max behind to continue hunting Aleksei.  Spider-Man easily reacquires his target, suspending the criminals from his webbing to await apprehension by the police.  He then safely obtains the dangerous plutonium from the back of the open truck, effortlessly catching an armful of the explosive material without a thought to personal danger.  While retrieving the final plutonium rod, he is struck by a truck.  Plastered to the grill of the speeding vehicle, holding onto the plutonium with one hand, Spider-Man receives an incoming call from his girlfriend.  Spider-Man, casually answering the call: "Hey, I'm sorry, I'm running a bit late.  I got stuck in some traffic."

Gwen is standing to give her valedictorian speech while Peter is in the city, chasing a villain.  Gwen: "I know we all think that we're immortal.  We're supposed to feel that way...we're graduating.  But, like our brief four years in high school, what makes life valuable is that it doesn't last forever.  What makes it precious is that it ends.  I say it, today of all days, to remind us that time is luck."  Across the city, Peter stands in front of an out-of-control bus, preventing it from hitting a man and his granddaughter.  Gwen, continuing:  "So, don't waste it living someone else's life.  Make yours count for something."  Gwen glances at Peter's empty seat before continuing: "Fight for what matters to you, no matter what.  'Cause even if we fall short, what better way is there to live?"

Electro has taken the power plant hostage, cutting the power across the city.  Spider-Man has come to fight the villain and restore power to the frightened citizens.  Heroic music plays in the background as the bold web-slinger dukes it out with the electrical beast.  In the sky, jet passengers are oblivious to danger as the powerless control tower is unable to warn them of an oncoming collision.  Spider-Man slings his webs into a trap, waiting for the opportune moment to use it against Electro.  Meanwhile, he withstands an onslaught of electrical energy trained at him by the villain.  The moment finally comes and Spider-Man is able to turn Electro's beam of energy against him.  The constant stream overloads Electro's circuits, eventually destroying him.  Power is restored to the city, including to the airport control tower.  The air traffic controllers have just enough time to direct the planes to another course, thus narrowly avoiding disaster.  Cheering erupts inside the control tower.  In the hospital, the power returns and the medical personnel cheer.  All over the city, lights turn on, thanks to Spider-Man's heroic efforts.

It is Gwen's funeral and her family and friends have gathered at the graveyard to mourn her loss.  Her mother weeps and her brothers stare in unreality at her coffin as, one-by-one, the mourners file by.  Soon, the graveyard is clear of everyone except Peter, who cannot drag himself away from Gwen's side.  The leaves on the trees are green with summer's sunshine.  Time passes.  Peter wears different clothes, but is in the same place, staring at Gwen's grave.  Time passes.  The leaves fall off the trees and a sharp wind now blows against Peter's warmer clothing.  Still, he stares silently at the grave.  Time passes.  Now, snow flurries blow and Peter's collar is pulled up to protect his neck from the cold.  Still, he stares silently at the grave.

Peter, after months of mourning for the loss of Gwen, is still finding himself unable to move on from her death.  Sitting at the kitchen table, he turns off a radio broadcast that reminds him of his old life as Spider-Man.  Aunt May, concerned for Peter, tries a little small talk, but Peter just walks away.  May: "Where are you going?"  Peter mumbles a sullen response.  May, earnestly: "Peter.  Where are you going?"  Peter stops, knowing her question is more about life than about location.  Peter sighs, turning around to face her: "I don't know."  The young man looks lost.  May, who knows the pain of loss, shows Peter a box of her deceased husband's things.  Wanting to get organized, May has been collecting Ben's stuff into boxes.  May, smiling: "It's so funny.  The heavier the box gets, the lighter I feel."  Peter, almost angrily: "You're throwing his stuff away?"  May: "No!  I couldn't do that.  It's part of me.  I'm just...finding a better place for it.  I'm gonna take one last look, then I'm gonna put it where it belongs."

The evil Aleksei has donned an enormous robotic rhino suit and is terrorizing a New York City street.  Citizens run screaming in all directions as the villain fires his weapons at the practically powerless police.  Behind a barricade, a mother stands watching with her young son.  The boy, wearing a Spider-Man suit, watches the scene and comes to a decision.  Without a sign of fear, the little boy runs toward the Rhino, into the line of fire.  Donning his Spider-Man mask, he bravely walks directly in front of the villain, staring boldly into the face of danger.  The police order a cease-fire, fearful of hitting the boy, but they are unable to reach him because of the Rhino.  The Rhino mocks the child: "Brave boy, eh?  Aleksei scare you, little boy?"  In answer to the taunting, the boy takes a firmer stance, arms and legs out and ready for an attack.  The Rhino begins to walk slowly toward the boy, who doesn't move or falter.  Suddenly, Spider-Man (who hasn't been seen in months) appears, kneeling beside the boy.  Spider-Man: "Hey, Spider-Man."  Boy, lifting his mask and smiling: "I knew you'd come back."  Spider-Man: "Thanks for stepping up for me.  You're the bravest kid I've ever seen.  I'm going to take care of this jerk.  You go and take care of your mom, okay?"  Smiling, the boy returns to his mother and the applause of the crowd.
