ScreenVue is the result of a joint venture and partnership between Christian Video Licensing International (CVLI) and Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI) and Motion Picture Licensing Corporation (MPLC).

ScreenVue first launched in 2003 as a service of CVLI. The CVLI Church Video License provides legal coverage for churches and for other ministry organizations to show DVDs, Blu-rays, digital, movie downloads and streams of motion pictures. Each organization needs to be specifically covered. Coverage includes playing just a few seconds of a movie all the way up to showing the full-length feature.

Each *Total Producer Church Video License* (or any *Church Video Licence* globally) comes with free ScreenVue Vault access.

The ScreenVue Vault offers 14,000+ Scene Ideas, Views and Downloads from a variety of movies and resources.

### CCLI

Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI) was established in 1988 to provide churches with simple, affordable solutions to complex copyright issues. CCLI helps churches maintain their integrity while giving them the freedom to worship expressively and spontaneously.

Churches often face copyright infringement issues in two areas: 1) copying music without permission, and 2) showing movies without authorization.

For copying music to assist with congregational singing, the Church Copyright License provides blanket coverage for 600,000+ songs and 7,000+ publishers and song owners. Currently, global churches are using 600,000+ CCLI licenses.

### CVLI

From a unique partnership between Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI) and Motion Picture Licensing Corporation (MPLC), Christian Video Licensing International (CVLI) and the Church Video License was formed in 2001.

The Church Video License provides churches with legal coverage to show all, or any portion of, thousands of movie titles from a number of movie producers, including all the major studios. Currently, the titles from 3,000+ producers are represented by the Church Video License, including the titles that contain all the scenes that are part of the ScreenVue Vault.

Motion Picture Licensing Corporation (MPLC) was founded in 1986 by former MGM executives and an MPAA attorney. Their goal was to develop a process to help the public leverage the work of the creative community without infringing on copyright.

## How We Use Cookies

__"Where can I find my Access Key to sign-in with?"__
- Every Church Video Licence globally and every *Total Producer Church Video License* (or *Standard CVLI Video License*) in the USA comes with FREE access to the ScreenVue Vault, which is unlocked with your Access Key. Your Access Key will be included in the monthly CVL update emails you receive. If you can't find your Key, please email us at: [support@screenvue.com ](mailto:support@screenvue.com "support@screenvue.com")

__"Why won't my Access Key work?"__
- The usual reason for the Access Key not to work (and a footer error message to appear) is that something is missing from the sign-in protocol.
- Enter the *Email address* associated with your Church Video License (or CCLI account).
- Enter the *Access Key* found in your last CVL update email (exactly, with no spaces).
- Select the *Terms of Use* and a *Keeping in Touch* option.
- You should be in! If you have done all this and still have a problem, please let us know and we'll dig further.

__"In the USA, why don't I have access as a CVL Family Values Package member?"__
- The *CVL Family Values Package* offers only 65+ studios and producers, and does not include any major/minor Hollywood studios - and does not come with ScreenVue Vault access. 
- The *CVL Total Producer Package* offers 4,000+ studios and producers, including every major Hollywood studio and most of the major/minors, and comes with complimentary access to the new ScreenVue Vault: unlocked with a provided Access Key.

__"What is the difference between Scene Ideas, Scene Views, and Scene Downloads?"__
- The ScreenVue Vault offers THREE different types of Scenes:

__"What are the restrictions for streaming our service and including a movie scene? "__
- For churches that stream their services and want to include any part of a movie (the entire film or just a scene), the Church Video License terms do not cover streaming a movie scene - even if used in a sermon - over the internet to the general public.
- However, it is permissible to live stream a movie scene inside the facility as long as it is a closed-stream (not accessed publicly).

Dr. Strange, Iron-Man, and the Hulk (in the form of Dr. Banner) are suddenly confronted by two evil aliens bent on destroying them.  After the aliens announce their intent, Iron-Man turns to the mild-mannered Banner, suggesting he transform into the Hulk: "Banner, you want a piece of this?"  Banner begins to concentrate, appearing to be inwardly straining at something.  His efforts result in nothing more than a few bulging neck veins and a light green tint to his skin.  Iron-Man: "It's been awhile.  It's gonna be good to have you, buddy."  Banner, still straining: "Shhh.  I need to concentrate for a second."  The Hulk still refuses to appear.  Iron-Man, looking at Banner with some impatience: "Where's your guy?"  Banner, embarrassed: "I don't know.  We've sort of been having a thing."  Iron-Man, pointing at the two ominous-looking creatures: "It's no time for a thing.  Let's go."  With a great groan, Banner tenses his muscles even tighter, but, aside from a slight increase of the green tinge, nothing happens.  Iron-Man, seeing Dr. Strange look at them strangely: "Dude.  You're embarrassing me in front of the wizards."  Banner, stammering: "Tony, I'm sorry.  Either I can't, or he won't."  Banner steps back while the others begin to fight the bad guys.  While the action goes on around him, Banner can be seen in the background, wrestling with himself.  Finally, Dr. Strange flings him out of the way so he won't get injured.

Gamora, speaking with great sadness and regret, tells of her experience of the evil Thanos, who wiped out entire people groups in massive massacres.  Thor: "You seem to know a great deal about Thanos."  Drax: "Gamora is the daughter of Thanos."  Gamora closes her eyes in shame, hating who her father is.  Thor, standing up: "Your father killed my brother!"  Surprisingly, he walks over to Gamora and places a comforting hand on her shoulder.  Thor: "Families can be tough.  Before my father died, he told me that I had a half-sister that he imprisoned in Hel.  Then she returned home and stabbed me in the eye.  So I had to kill her.  That's life, though, isn't it?  I feel your pain."  Not to be outdone by the sob stories of others, Quill shares the story of his own dysfunctional family: "My father killed my mother and then I had to kill my father.  That was hard.  Probably even harder than having to kill a sister."

Rocket, seeing that Thor is struggling under the weight of grief over the loss of his brother, decides, somewhat ineptly, to try to get him to talk.  "So, dead brother, huh?  That could be annoying.  And, you said your sister and your dad?"  Thor: "Both dead."  Rocket: "But, still got a mom, though?"  Thor: "Killed by a dark elf."  Rocket: "Best friend?"  Thor: "Stabbed through the heart."  Rocket, compassionately: "You sure you're up to this particular murder mission?"  Thor, smiling through the threatening tears: "Absolutely.  Rage and vengeance, anger, loss, regret, they're all tremendous motivators."  Rocket reminds Thor how tough Thanos will be to beat.  Thor: "You know, I'm 1,500 years old and I've killed twice as many enemies as that.  And every one of them would've rather killed me, but none succeeded.  I'm only alive because fate wants me alive.  Fate wills it so."  Rocket: "And what if you're wrong?"  Thor, a tear coursing down his cheek: "If I'm wrong, then, what more could I lose?"  (Caution: b-word used as profanity)

Iron-Man, Spider-Man, and Dr. Strange are on the planet Titan when a grenade suddenly rolls in between them, blasting them backwards.  Quill, Drax, and Mantis, assuming the heroes to be minions of the evil Thanos, kidnapper of Gamora, run into the room and begin to fight them.  No one asks any questions, each party presuming the other to be evil.  And so, the good guys fight each other, not stopping until Quill takes Spider-Man hostage, pointing a gun at Iron-Man: "Everybody stay where you are.  Chill the 'eff' out.  I'm gonna ask you this one time.  Where is Gamora?"  Iron-Man, sarcastically: "Yeah.  I'll do you one better.  Who's Gamora?"  Drax, unnecessarily: "I'll do you one better.  Why is Gamora?"  Quill threatens to kill Spider-Man if they won't divulge Gamora's whereabouts.  Iron-Man retaliates by pointing his gun at Drax's head: "Let's do it!  You shoot my guy and I'll blast him.  Let's go!"  Quill, angrily: "I'll kill all three of you and I'll beat it out of Thanos myself!"  Dr. Strange, starting to get the picture: "Wait.  What?  Thanos?  Let me ask you this one time.  What master do you serve?"  Quill, sarcastically: "What am I supposed to say, Jesus?"  Iron-Man, also realizing Quill isn't a bad guy: "You're from Earth."  Quill: "Yeah, I'm from Earth.  I'm from Missouri."  (Caution: 'eff' used as substitute for f-word)

Red Skull brings Thanos and his daughter, Gamora, to the edge of a cliff overlooking a barren wasteland.  (Thanos has come to the planet seeking the Soul Stone and Red Skull is its guardian.)  Red Skull tells Thanos that the Soul Stone comes at a high price: "You must lose that which you love.  A soul for a soul."  Gamora laughs, thinking that her evil father loves nothing and so has nothing to give.  Thanos, however, does hold one thing dear.  A tear courses down his cheek as he turns to face his daughter.  Slowly, Gamora realizes that she is his sacrifice.  Gamora, as he walks toward her: "No.  This isn't love."  Thanos, mournfully: "I'm sorry, little one."  He grabs her arm and drags her toward the edge of the cliff.  He throws her over, watching her body fall.  When she strikes the ground, his eyes close in grief.  (Caution: scene may disturb some viewers)

Only one forge in the galaxy can make a weapon strong enough to defeat Thanos, and its fires have gone cold.  The only way to relight them is with the power of a star.  But the mechanism to focus this power has broken, and Thor must physically hold open the part himself.  Thor, knowing the momentous task before him, prays for strength.  Eitri: "You understand, boy?  You're about to take the full force of a star.  It'll kill you."  Thor: "Only if I die."  Eitri, confused: "Yes, that's what killing you means."  With straining muscles, Thor opens the mechanism.  He yells as the energy from the star blasts right through him to light the forge.  The metal for the weapon begins to melt, but Thor must continue to hold his position until the melting is complete.  Screaming in pain and effort, Thor struggles to hold the mechanism open.  Finally, the metal melts and Eitri begins to pour it into the mold.  His work done, Thor passes out, falling to the ground.

Spider-Man, Iron-Man, Quill, Dr. Strange, Nebula, Drax, and Mantis are working together to defeat the arch-villain Thanos.  Thanos, who is wielding the power of multiple Infinity Stones, is too strong for any one of the superheroes to defeat.  But, together, they have hope.  Using each of their particular skills, the heroes strike in quick succession.  Iron-Man fires torpedoes, Spider-Man flings his webs, Nebula wields her stick, Dr. Strange uses magical weapons, Drax sheer strength, Mantis uses mind control, and Quill uses firepower.  Finally, Thanos is subdued, a hero pinning down each arm and leg.  Quill, gloating: "Thought you'd be hard to catch.  For the record, this was my plan."
