ScreenVue is the result of a joint venture and partnership between Christian Video Licensing International (CVLI) and Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI) and Motion Picture Licensing Corporation (MPLC).

ScreenVue first launched in 2003 as a service of CVLI. The CVLI Church Video License provides legal coverage for churches and for other ministry organizations to show DVDs, Blu-rays, digital, movie downloads and streams of motion pictures. Each organization needs to be specifically covered. Coverage includes playing just a few seconds of a movie all the way up to showing the full-length feature.

Each *Total Producer Church Video License* (or any *Church Video Licence* globally) comes with free ScreenVue Vault access.

The ScreenVue Vault offers 14,000+ Scene Ideas, Views and Downloads from a variety of movies and resources.

### CCLI

Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI) was established in 1988 to provide churches with simple, affordable solutions to complex copyright issues. CCLI helps churches maintain their integrity while giving them the freedom to worship expressively and spontaneously.

Churches often face copyright infringement issues in two areas: 1) copying music without permission, and 2) showing movies without authorization.

For copying music to assist with congregational singing, the Church Copyright License provides blanket coverage for 600,000+ songs and 7,000+ publishers and song owners. Currently, global churches are using 600,000+ CCLI licenses.

### CVLI

From a unique partnership between Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI) and Motion Picture Licensing Corporation (MPLC), Christian Video Licensing International (CVLI) and the Church Video License was formed in 2001.

The Church Video License provides churches with legal coverage to show all, or any portion of, thousands of movie titles from a number of movie producers, including all the major studios. Currently, the titles from 3,000+ producers are represented by the Church Video License, including the titles that contain all the scenes that are part of the ScreenVue Vault.

- Every Church Video Licence globally and every *Total Producer Church Video License* (or *Standard CVLI Video License*) in the USA comes with FREE access to the ScreenVue Vault, which is unlocked with your Access Key. Your Access Key will be included in the monthly CVL update emails you receive. __"Why won't my Access Key work?"__
- The usual reason for the Access Key not to work (and a footer error message to appear) is that something is missing from the sign-in protocol.
- Enter the *Email address* associated with your Church Video License (or CCLI account).
- Enter the *Access Key* found in your last CVL update email (exactly, with no spaces).
- Select the *Terms of Use* and a *Keeping in Touch* option.
- You should be in! If you have done all this and still have a problem, please let us know and we'll dig further.

__"In the USA, why don't I have access as a CVL Family Values Package member?"__
- The *CVL Family Values Package* offers only 65+ studios and producers, and does not include any major/minor Hollywood studios - and does not come with ScreenVue Vault access.

__"What are the restrictions for streaming our service and including a movie scene? "__
- For churches that stream their services and want to include any part of a movie (the entire film or just a scene), the Church Video License terms do not cover streaming a movie scene - even if used in a sermon - over the internet to the general public.
- However, it is permissible to live stream a movie scene inside the facility as long as it is a closed-stream (not accessed publicly).

During the last race of the season that will determine who wins the Piston Cup, Lightning McQueen takes one last pit stop for gas only -- refusing new tires -- ignoring the advice of his pit crew. Back in the race, the announcers observe that even though refusing tires is a short term gain, it could cost him in the end. Sure enough, even though he is a full lap ahead, he blows out both tires, spinning his raw wheels on the asphalt, as he frantically tries to cross the finish line.

After an amazing finish which ends in a tie for the Piston Cup, The King (a multi-title winning legend) approaches McQueen (a self-centered rookie) to offer his congratulations on the youngster's obvious talent -- but also to offer some advice. The King begins to explain that even though McQueen is gifted, he's also stupid for not having a crew chief and good team behind him. McQeen, however, hears none of this as he daydreams about having The King's sponsor (Dinoco) for himself -- with all the publicity, helicopter's and girly cars as perks.

After ending his last race in a three-way tie with The King and Hicks, McQeen is on his way (via his travel trailer) to a Piston Cup winner-take-all race in California. While in the middle of being buffed, McQueen receives a call from his agent, Harv, who congratulates him on the win, but also wants the names of twenty of McQueen's friends that he can send complimentary championship tickets to. McQueen hesitates, as he tries to think of ANY friends (McQeen is quite self-centered and egotistical, so friends don't come easy). Harv just laughs and understands that McQueen must have so MANY friends (due to his fame) that he can't narrow it down to twenty.

The lazy town of Radiator Springs is introduced in all its non-glory (once a thriving town on Route 66 before the interstate freeway bypassed it). During the night, several cars stare at the town's one traffic light blink yellow (one commenting that he's sure every third blink is slower). Flies buzz around fluorescent lights, a small forklift tediously readjusts a creaky sign at a tire shop and a fire truck waters flowers around a statue of the town's founding father.

After ruining Radiator Springs' main road and being sentenced by the authorities (Doc) to stay and fix it himself before he can leave (which is estimated to take five days as he must slowly pull a huge paving machine), McQueen is anxious to be done with the whole ordeal and get to California for his championship race -- with all its pampering perks. He ramps up his RPMs and quickly pulls the paver the entire length of the road and "finishes" in an hour. This results in a horrendous mess, costing him even more time as he has to scrap the road again and start over.

Doc (an older and wiser sedan) challenges McQeen (a cocky racecar) to a race. If McQeen wins, he can leave town without paying his debt of paving a street he destroyed. If Doc wins, he must stay and finish the job. McQueen roars off the starting line leaving Doc in a cloud of dust. But Doc doesn't seem worried as he slowly cruises along to the first turn -- which McQueen tries to take too fast and crashes down the side of a hill and into a mess of cacti. Doc eventually catches up with the youngster and drives his point home.

Mater talks McQueen into joining him for a night of hi-jinks: Tractor Tipping. Mater first demonstrates how it's done, but warns not to let Frank catch them. Mater approaches a sleeping tractor, suddenly blows his horn, startling the machine, causing it to spin it's wheels frantically and tip helplessly backwards (ending with an awkward backfire of smoke). McQeen refuses to take part in such nonsense, but after being called a baby and a chicken, approaches a sleeping tractor. Not having a horn, McQeen suddenly revs his very loud racecar engine, causing ALL the tractors to tip -- and summoning the wrath of Frank: a giant bladed grain harvester!

After Sally takes McQueen on a drive and shows him the interstate highway from a ledge, and McQueen comments that all the cars don't know what they're missing by bypassing the town of Radiator Springs on Route 66, a wonderful homage is paid to the friendliness and pleasure of quaint old towns that have fallen by the wayside due to the influx of freeways.

McQueen (a cocky young racecar) confronts Doc (an older three time championship legend) in his garage after catching him racing on his own. McQueen compliments Doc on his incredible driving abilities and believes he still has what it takes. Doc just wants him to leave. McQueen suggests that the two are the same under the hood, which infuriates Doc. McQueen wonders why Doc quit racing, which angers Doc all the more, since he didn't quit, but was replaced younger racecars and not given another chance after a bad accident. Doc then asks when the last time McQueen ever cared about something more than himself -- leaving the self-centered youngster speechless.

During a pace lap before the big race starts, McQueen's main rival (the unethical Hicks) taunts him with a mirror in the eyes and rambles on with trash-talk. McQueen, however, zones out and begins to daydream about a nice country drive he had with a cute little Porsche a few days earlier. McQueen comes back to reality just in time to miss the green flag so must play catch up. But as McQueen starts to close in on the competition, his thoughts wander off again to his favorite Porsche and country road... this time coming back to his senses just in time to avoid hitting the wall -- as he spins out on the infield.

After an amazing recovery from spinning out in the infield (caused by his main nemesis, Hicks), McQueen takes the lead from The King (the legendary multi-champion and all-around nice guy) on the last lap. Hicks, who is currently in third, maliciously bumps The King, causing him to crash horribly. McQueen (who now easily has the race won) suddenly stops inches from the finish line and goes back to help the fallen hero -- choosing rather to let his archrival win -- as he selflessly pushes The King across for second place.
