ScreenVue is the result of a joint venture and partnership between Christian Video Licensing International (CVLI) and Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI) and Motion Picture Licensing Corporation (MPLC).

ScreenVue first launched in 2003 as a service of CVLI. The CVLI Church Video License provides legal coverage for churches and for other ministry organizations to show DVDs, Blu-rays, digital, movie downloads and streams of motion pictures. Each organization needs to be specifically covered. Coverage includes playing just a few seconds of a movie all the way up to showing the full-length feature.

Each *Total Producer Church Video License* (or any *Church Video Licence* globally) comes with free ScreenVue Vault access.

The ScreenVue Vault offers 14,000+ Scene Ideas, Views and Downloads from a variety of movies and resources.

### CCLI

Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI) was established in 1988 to provide churches with simple, affordable solutions to complex copyright issues. CCLI helps churches maintain their integrity while giving them the freedom to worship expressively and spontaneously.

Churches often face copyright infringement issues in two areas: 1) copying music without permission, and 2) showing movies without authorization.

For copying music to assist with congregational singing, the Church Copyright License provides blanket coverage for 600,000+ songs and 7,000+ publishers and song owners. Currently, global churches are using 600,000+ CCLI licenses.

### CVLI

From a unique partnership between Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI) and Motion Picture Licensing Corporation (MPLC), Christian Video Licensing International (CVLI) and the Church Video License was formed in 2001.

The Church Video License provides churches with legal coverage to show all, or any portion of, thousands of movie titles from a number of movie producers, including all the major studios. Currently, the titles from 3,000+ producers are represented by the Church Video License, including the titles that contain all the scenes that are part of the ScreenVue Vault.

- Every Church Video Licence globally and every *Total Producer Church Video License* (or *Standard CVLI Video License*) in the USA comes with FREE access to the ScreenVue Vault, which is unlocked with your Access Key. Your Access Key will be included in the monthly CVL update emails you receive. __"Why won't my Access Key work?"__
- The usual reason for the Access Key not to work (and a footer error message to appear) is that something is missing from the sign-in protocol.
- Enter the *Email address* associated with your Church Video License (or CCLI account).
- Enter the *Access Key* found in your last CVL update email (exactly, with no spaces).
- Select the *Terms of Use* and a *Keeping in Touch* option.
- You should be in! If you have done all this and still have a problem, please let us know and we'll dig further.

__"In the USA, why don't I have access as a CVL Family Values Package member?"__
- The *CVL Family Values Package* offers only 65+ studios and producers, and does not include any major/minor Hollywood studios - and does not come with ScreenVue Vault access.

__"What are the restrictions for streaming our service and including a movie scene? "__
- For churches that stream their services and want to include any part of a movie (the entire film or just a scene), the Church Video License terms do not cover streaming a movie scene - even if used in a sermon - over the internet to the general public.
- However, it is permissible to live stream a movie scene inside the facility as long as it is a closed-stream (not accessed publicly).

Travis is driving his boat to the hospital.  His voice narrates the scene: "Now, pay attention.  'Cause I'm about to tell you the secret to life.  You ready?  The whole d--n thing is about decisions.  Little, seemingly insignificant decisions that clear the road for monster-truck, life-altering ones.  You see, every path you take leads to another choice.  Some choices can change everything.  Every d--n moment of the rest of your life hangs on it.  And, boy, do I got a choice I gotta make."  Travis enters the hospital carrying a bouquet of flowers.  (Caution: d-word used twice)

Over dinner, Steph grills her brother over his relationship with Monica.  When Travis wonders about all the questions, Steph gives a roundabout answer: "Remember what Mamma used to say about opportunity?  She'd say opportunity is missed by most people 'cause it's dressed up in overalls and looks a lot like work."  Travis, reminding her the quote originated from Thomas Edison, is missing her point.  Steph: "I'm just saying, maybe instead of overalls, your opportunity is dressed up in green hospital scrubs and lives about a hundred feet from your back door.  But it is work!  And my big brother does not like it when things don't come easy."

Gabby and Travis are enjoying a romantic dinner out on the veranda when Travis remarks on the beauty of the view.  Gabby looks out at the moon shimmering over the water: "It is really something.  Makes you wonder where it all comes from, doesn't it?"  Travis, dryly: "Not really."  Gabby, mildly shocked: "Not really?  Okay...so, you don't believe in God."  Travis, with a voice of impending doom: "Oh, boy.  It was goin' so good."  Gabby: "An honest question deserves an honest answer."  Travis, sighing: "You wanna know what I believe in?"  Travis calls his beloved dog over, placing his hand on Moby's head.  Moby responds with trust and affection.  Travis: "It's love.  Your friends, your family, yourself...that's all you can count on in this world.  And that's what I believe.  What do you believe?"  Gabby, taking a deep breath: "I believe in the moon, the stars...it's that feeling that I'm a part of something so much bigger than myself...that I will never, ever begin to understand.  And it's something that I cannot control, no matter how hard I try.  So...if you can tell me where that comes from, and why it is so d--n beautiful, then I will stop saying my prayers before bedtime."  (Caution: d-word used)

When Gabby apologizes to Shep for not getting him a birthday present, he tells her that it's not his birthday they are celebrating.  The party is for Shep's deceased wife and is a yearly tradition between him and his two children.  Shep: "She had cancer.  First in her breasts, and then in her bones, and then...everywhere.  Travis was fourteen.  Mad at the world.  And I kind of...fell into the Bible.  He wanted to burn it.  Kind of figured that I'd lose him if I tried to make him see it from my side, so I didn't.  Maybe...maybe I should."

Gabby is driving home from dinner.  The night is black and the rain is falling hard.  She is staring straight ahead at the road when a car suddenly comes at her from the side.  A brief flash of headlights and a squeal of brakes are all the warning she has before she is struck.  Her window shatters and glass pours over her in slow motion.  Her body is jarred by the tremendous impact, and her mouth is open in a silent scream.  The debris finally settles and Gabby is still, unconscious and in a deep coma.

Travis is sitting next to his wife's hospital bed.  (Gabby has been in a coma for almost three months after a car accident.  See scene # CV09389.)  Travis's father listens from the hallway as Travis weeps over his wife's still form.  The whirring of the machine that breathes for Gabby fills the air.  Travis, through his tears: "Wish I could breathe for you, baby."  He leans over to cradle his wife in his arms, whispering: "Come back to me.  Come home.  I love you."  Later, Travis stands in a cemetery, staring at a gravestone.  He talks aloud to the occupant of the tomb: "All I have left are memories.  I remember her coming home, day after day, and watching her.  Staring and thinking, I can't believe that that woman is my wife."  Travis begins to weep: "I keep thinking how many times I could've told her I loved her.  How many times I could've showed her.  How many times I could have loved her harder.  I'd give anything just to be able to tell her one more time!"
