ScreenVue is the result of a joint venture and partnership between Christian Video Licensing International (CVLI) and Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI) and Motion Picture Licensing Corporation (MPLC).

ScreenVue first launched in 2003 as a service of CVLI. The CVLI Church Video License provides legal coverage for churches and for other ministry organizations to show DVDs, Blu-rays, digital, movie downloads and streams of motion pictures. Each organization needs to be specifically covered. Coverage includes playing just a few seconds of a movie all the way up to showing the full-length feature.

Each *Total Producer Church Video License* (or any *Church Video Licence* globally) comes with free ScreenVue Vault access.

The ScreenVue Vault offers 14,000+ Scene Ideas, Views and Downloads from a variety of movies and resources.

### CCLI

Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI) was established in 1988 to provide churches with simple, affordable solutions to complex copyright issues. CCLI helps churches maintain their integrity while giving them the freedom to worship expressively and spontaneously.

Churches often face copyright infringement issues in two areas: 1) copying music without permission, and 2) showing movies without authorization.

For copying music to assist with congregational singing, the Church Copyright License provides blanket coverage for 600,000+ songs and 7,000+ publishers and song owners. Currently, global churches are using 600,000+ CCLI licenses.

### CVLI

From a unique partnership between Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI) and Motion Picture Licensing Corporation (MPLC), Christian Video Licensing International (CVLI) and the Church Video License was formed in 2001.

The Church Video License provides churches with legal coverage to show all, or any portion of, thousands of movie titles from a number of movie producers, including all the major studios. Currently, the titles from 3,000+ producers are represented by the Church Video License, including the titles that contain all the scenes that are part of the ScreenVue Vault.

Motion Picture Licensing Corporation (MPLC) was founded in 1986 by former MGM executives and an MPAA attorney. Their goal was to develop a process to help the public leverage the work of the creative community without infringing on copyright.

## How We Use Cookies

__"Where can I find my Access Key to sign-in with?"__
- Every Church Video Licence globally and every *Total Producer Church Video License* (or *Standard CVLI Video License*) in the USA comes with FREE access to the ScreenVue Vault, which is unlocked with your Access Key. Your Access Key will be included in the monthly CVL update emails you receive. If you can't find your Key, please email us at: [support@screenvue.com ](mailto:support@screenvue.com "support@screenvue.com")

__"Why won't my Access Key work?"__
- The usual reason for the Access Key not to work (and a footer error message to appear) is that something is missing from the sign-in protocol.
- Enter the *Email address* associated with your Church Video License (or CCLI account).
- Enter the *Access Key* found in your last CVL update email (exactly, with no spaces).
- Select the *Terms of Use* and a *Keeping in Touch* option.
- You should be in! If you have done all this and still have a problem, please let us know and we'll dig further.

__"In the USA, why don't I have access as a CVL Family Values Package member?"__
- The *CVL Family Values Package* offers only 65+ studios and producers, and does not include any major/minor Hollywood studios - and does not come with ScreenVue Vault access. 
- The *CVL Total Producer Package* offers 4,000+ studios and producers, including every major Hollywood studio and most of the major/minors, and comes with complimentary access to the new ScreenVue Vault: unlocked with a provided Access Key.

__"What is the difference between Scene Ideas, Scene Views, and Scene Downloads?"__
- The ScreenVue Vault offers THREE different types of Scenes:

__"What are the restrictions for streaming our service and including a movie scene? "__
- For churches that stream their services and want to include any part of a movie (the entire film or just a scene), the Church Video License terms do not cover streaming a movie scene - even if used in a sermon - over the internet to the general public.
- However, it is permissible to live stream a movie scene inside the facility as long as it is a closed-stream (not accessed publicly).

Dora

Dora's parents ask her to sit down with them so they can have a serious discussion.  (Dora is about to move to the big city and attend a public high school for the first time.)  Cole: "We're gonna have a talk."  Elena: "About the dangers of the big city."  Cole: "You're gonna be invited to some parties.  And some of the parties are...they're called raves."  Elena: "The people there are called ravers."  Cole: "They love glow sticks and candy necklaces and hacky sacks."  From there, the conversation disintegrates.  Instead of describing the dangers Dora might face at a rave and the choices she would have to make, Cole gets side-tracked and spends the next 20 seconds doing an impression of the music.  Loudly, he attempts to beat-box while his wife and daughter watch, looking confused.  Elena, regarding the music: "Yeah.  It's very aggressive."  Finally, Cole finishes.  Dora, somewhat mystified as to the point of the important conversation: "Okay."  Cole, realizing he's strayed from topic: "Be careful.  That's what we want to say."  He hugs Dora.


After following Dora's team, Alejandro attempts to steal the treasure, triggering horrible consequences.

Dora and her friends barely have enough time to be excited that they've found the treasure when Randy inadvertently steps on a booby trap.  The floor begins to shift downward and the friends have to hang on to supporting pillars in order to stop themselves from falling down onto a bed of spikes.  Diego suddenly has an idea: "Okay, I know what we have to do.  When we get to the bottom of the hallway, we have to jump at the same time."  Sammy: "It's too far!"  Randy: "We will never make it!"  Diego: "No, it's an illusion.  Trust me."  Sammy looks at him.  Diego: "It's okay, Sammy.  Just let go."  Sammy agrees, and they let go of the pillars at the same time.  All four friends slide rapidly toward the spikes.  Just before they reach the bottom, Diego yells: "Jump!"  They jump and fly over the spikes, landing safely on the other side.  When they stand up and look back, they realize that Diego had been right.  Their perspective had tricked them and the inevitability of the spikes was just an illusion.


Dora and her friends are trapped in an ancient aqueduct that is rapidly filling with water.  Diego, knowing there must be a sluice gate to release the water, dives down to look for it.  Spotting the gate attached to a large mechanism at the bottom of the water, he surfaces to tell the others.  Diego: "Everyone give me a hand.  It's gonna take all of us."  Together, the five people dive to the bottom of the ever-deepening pool and try to move the gear.  It doesn't budge, and they quickly run out of air.  Returning to the surface, they find that the aqueduct is now so full of water there is only a couple feet left of space in which they can breathe.  Dora: "This is our last chance!  It's now or never!"  Randy: "Who here can hold their breath for seven minutes?"  Randy is the only one who raises his hand: "This one's mine."  Taking a deep breath, he dives back under the water alone.  He works to turn the gear, struggling for a bit.  Finally, he is able to move the mechanism and he smiles underwater as the sluice opens and the water begins to drain.

Dora and her friends breathe in strange jungle spores, giving them vivid hallucinations.


Dora helps Sammy warm up to doing her business by singing a "poo song."


Dora and her friends are playing in what they think is just a really squishy mud puddle when Randy suddenly notices that they are sinking.  Dora, frightened: "Quicksand!"  At this point, the five people are up to their knees in the muck.  Alejandro, freaking out: "How will we get out of this stuff?"  Dora, trying to be calm: "Remember, when it's quicksand, don't panic.  You'll only get sucked in further.  Lie flat on your back.  You have to distribute your weight."  Dora demonstrates, lying down on her back in the muck.  (She has lived in the jungle most of her life and has more experience with its dangers than any of the rest.)  All of the others, except Alejandro, quickly follow her example.  Diego, frightened by what seems like a worse position: "This feels super wrong."  Dora, continuing to give instructions: "Make little movements with your legs to make space for the water to get between the sand.  Once your legs are free, backstroke out of the quicksand."  Alejandro, the only one still in an upright position: "Give me a break!  We're gonna die in here!"  Trying not to panic, everyone else obeys Dora's advice.  Soon, Dora is out of the quicksand and back on safe land.  The others quickly join her.  All except Alejandro, who is now buried up to his neck and terrified: "Help me!"


Excitedly, Dora heads out onto the empty dance floor.  The DJ is playing a peppy, Latin beat, and crowds of teenagers are milling around, avoiding dancing as if there is some unspoken rule.  Dora, however, is unaware of this custom and eagerly begins doing the "peacock" down the center of the dance floor.  Dressed in a giant star costume, she struts awkwardly, imitating the bird.  Her peers laugh and point (not in a good way).  Random guy: "Hey, look!  It's disco Dorka!"  Dora seems unaware of their criticism and happily continues dancing to the beat of her own drum.  Now, she's dancing like an elephant.  Sammy, looking down her nose at Dora's antics: "She is going to have to transfer schools."  When Dora approaches her cousin, Diego, and asks him to dance, he walks out of the building, embarrassed at being seen with her.  Dora follows him out, ignoring the chanting around her: "Dance, Dorka, dance!"  Dora: "At least I got people dancing and clapping."  Diego: "They were mocking you!  They were laughing at you.  And me.  You've been here for weeks, how do you not see that?"  Dora: "I see it.  I'm not stupid.  But I have to be myself.  That's all I know how to do."  Diego: "Well, just...stop doing it!  Just stop being you and just...be normal."  Dora, hurt: "We used to be so close.  Why are things so different now?"  Diego: "Because, Dora, this isn't the jungle where you can just do whatever you want and be best friends with a monkey.  This is high school.  It's life or death.  It's hard enough already without having to take care of the class weirdo."


Parapata begins collapsing after Swiper angers the ancient gods. However, Dora realizes the right thing to do, restoring the jungle to peace and vitality.


Dora and the others are walking through the foggy, darkening jungle, looking for the lost city of Parapata.  Alejandro tells the teens of an ancient, deadly group of warriors committed to keeping outsiders out of Parapata.  He recites their motto: "All those that seek Parapata shall surely perish."  Randy, frightened: "Okay, I am ready for my parents to come and get me now."  Alejandro, looking back over his shoulder at Randy: "You have nothing to worry about.  I promise.  I mean, there's no need to overreact."  Just as Alejandro faces forward again, he walks right into a large cobweb.  It covers his face.  Alejandro immediately panics, screaming and tearing at his face: "Get it off!  Get it off!"  He runs around aimlessly until he runs smack into a tree, knocking himself to the ground.  He stands up, dusting himself off and pretending his behavior was just an act for their benefit: "And that was just an example of the dangers of overreacting."


Dora's archaeologist parents tell her that they are headed out on a long expedition.  Cole, knowing that his teenage daughter has always wanted to join them as part of the exploration, excitedly tells her that she can go with them.  At first, Dora is excited.  But, when she looks at the new friends she has made at school, she reconsiders.  "I think I wanna go back to the city.  I know the jungle pretty well.  But, high school, I think I need more time to study that culture."  Her parents nod supportively.  Dora, beaming, hugs them: "I love you guys."  She leaves to join her friends.  Her parents keep their composure until Dora is out of hearing range.  Then they simultaneously begin to bawl.  Elena, crying: "What is happening?  She has a life of her own now!"  Cole, sobbing: "I'm so happy for her."  Elena and Cole hold each other, crying because their baby is growing up.  Elena, trying to comfort them both: "It's gonna be okay."  Cole, crying harder: "It's not gonna be okay."
