ScreenVue is the result of a joint venture and partnership between Christian Video Licensing International (CVLI) and Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI) and Motion Picture Licensing Corporation (MPLC).

ScreenVue first launched in 2003 as a service of CVLI. The CVLI Church Video License provides legal coverage for churches and for other ministry organizations to show DVDs, Blu-rays, digital, movie downloads and streams of motion pictures. Each organization needs to be specifically covered. Coverage includes playing just a few seconds of a movie all the way up to showing the full-length feature.

Each *Total Producer Church Video License* (or any *Church Video Licence* globally) comes with free ScreenVue Vault access.

The ScreenVue Vault offers 14,000+ Scene Ideas, Views and Downloads from a variety of movies and resources.

### CCLI

Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI) was established in 1988 to provide churches with simple, affordable solutions to complex copyright issues. CCLI helps churches maintain their integrity while giving them the freedom to worship expressively and spontaneously.

Churches often face copyright infringement issues in two areas: 1) copying music without permission, and 2) showing movies without authorization.

For copying music to assist with congregational singing, the Church Copyright License provides blanket coverage for 600,000+ songs and 7,000+ publishers and song owners. Currently, global churches are using 600,000+ CCLI licenses.

### CVLI

From a unique partnership between Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI) and Motion Picture Licensing Corporation (MPLC), Christian Video Licensing International (CVLI) and the Church Video License was formed in 2001.

The Church Video License provides churches with legal coverage to show all, or any portion of, thousands of movie titles from a number of movie producers, including all the major studios. Currently, the titles from 3,000+ producers are represented by the Church Video License, including the titles that contain all the scenes that are part of the ScreenVue Vault.

## How We Use Cookies

__"Where can I find my Access Key to sign-in with?"__
- Every Church Video Licence globally and every *Total Producer Church Video License* (or *Standard CVLI Video License*) in the USA comes with FREE access to the ScreenVue Vault, which is unlocked with your Access Key. Your Access Key will be included in the monthly CVL update emails you receive. If you can't find your Key, please email us at: [support@screenvue.com ](mailto:support@screenvue.com "support@screenvue.com")

__"Why won't my Access Key work?"__
- The usual reason for the Access Key not to work (and a footer error message to appear) is that something is missing from the sign-in protocol.
- Enter the *Email address* associated with your Church Video License (or CCLI account).
- Enter the *Access Key* found in your last CVL update email (exactly, with no spaces).
- Select the *Terms of Use* and a *Keeping in Touch* option.
- You should be in! If you have done all this and still have a problem, please let us know and we'll dig further.

__"In the USA, why don't I have access as a CVL Family Values Package member?"__
- The *CVL Family Values Package* offers only 65+ studios and producers, and does not include any major/minor Hollywood studios - and does not come with ScreenVue Vault access. 
- The *CVL Total Producer Package* offers 4,000+ studios and producers, including every major Hollywood studio and most of the major/minors, and comes with complimentary access to the new ScreenVue Vault: unlocked with a provided Access Key.

__"What is the difference between Scene Ideas, Scene Views, and Scene Downloads?"__
- The ScreenVue Vault offers THREE different types of Scenes:

__"What are the restrictions for streaming our service and including a movie scene? "__
- For churches that stream their services and want to include any part of a movie (the entire film or just a scene), the Church Video License terms do not cover streaming a movie scene - even if used in a sermon - over the internet to the general public.
- However, it is permissible to live stream a movie scene inside the facility as long as it is a closed-stream (not accessed publicly).

Moses returns home where soon after Seti dies, and Ramses becomes the new Pharaoh. Hegep reveals Moses's true lineage to Ramses, but Ramses is unconvinced. At the urging of Queen Tuya, he interrogates the servant Miriam, who denies being Moses's sister. When Ramses threatens to cut off her arm, Moses intervenes and confirms he is a Hebrew.

It is 1300 BCE.  A storyline reads: "For 400 years the Hebrews have been slaves to Egypt."  Jews are shown enduring backbreaking labor under the whips of Egyptian overseers.  Another line continues the story: "Building its statues, its cities, it glory."  Great pyramids, statues, and palaces are shown in the midst of their construction and swarming with slaves.  Another line reads: "In all that time, they have not forgotten their homeland.  Or their God."  The screen is black for a moment before the final line appears: "God has not forgotten them."

The Egyptian army is attacking the Hittite encampment.  Ramses, the son of Pharaoh, rides in his golden chariot, cutting down enemies with his sword.  Moses is on foot, fighting his own battles against the Hittite army.  Suddenly, an enemy chariot collides with Ramses, cutting the wheel off of his chariot.  Ramses, powerless to control the damaged vehicle, runs head-on into another chariot and goes flying into the air.  Moses, watching from nearby, sees his adoptive brother fall to the ground in the midst of the raging battle.  As Ramses attempts to struggle to his feet, a Hittite chariot bears down on him at full speed.  The son of Pharaoh can only watch in horror, helpless, as the horses are about to trample him.  Thinking fast, Moses runs toward Ramses, throwing his spear at the wheel of the chariot.  The spear strikes the perfect spot on the wheel, sending the chariot flying into the air and over Ramses' head.  Ramses sits up, unscathed, and stares at his savior.  (Caution: violent battle scene)

Moses has come to the Jewish settlement to interview the slaves, trying to determine whether the rumors of rebellion are true.  He addresses a small group of Jewish elders: "Come on, what do you pray for?"  Man: "We pray to see Canaan again."  Moses, slightly derisive: "Canaan?  Again?  You've never seen it.  I've seen Canaan.  I've seen that it's inhabited by tribes fiercer than Egypt's military.  So, you won't be returning to it.  Or, if you do, from it."  Man, quietly but firmly: "God says otherwise."  Moses: "Which god?  Your God?  The God of Abraham?  The God that says that you are special?  That you are chosen?"  Moses orders the man to come and stand in front of him.  Moses, firmly, staring at the man: "He's wrong."  The man stares back at Moses, unflinchingly.  Moses: "I can see you're unconvinced, and that's a problem.  Because, next to unrealistic belief lies fanaticism.  And, next to that, sedition, and next to that, revolution."  When Moses asks the man his name, the man responds by asking Moses the same question.  When Moses tells him who he is, he is surprised to see a slight smile appear on the man's face.  Disturbed, Moses dismisses the elders.  As he leaves, the man leans toward Moses, quietly: "My name is Nun."

Moses and Gershom are playing together when the subject of faith comes up in conversation.  Gershom, who has been taught about God by his believing mother, tells his atheist father that the nearby mountain is holy ground.  Moses lightly questions his son's beliefs.  Later, he is confronted by Zipporah, who is concerned for her son's spiritual welfare: "You are confusing him."  Moses: "I'm not trying to."  Zipporah, pained: "Is it good for our boy to grow up believing in nothing?"  Moses: "Is it bad to grow up believing in yourself?"  Zipporah: "It's my faith."  Moses: "I know."  Zipporah: "And it's his, too."  Moses: "I understand."  Zipporah: "He can make up his mind when he's older, just like you."  She leaves Moses staring at the mountain.

The people of Egypt are suffering the first of God's plagues.  The river, turned to blood, has killed all the fish and threatens the life of the crops.  Moses watches as a farmer pulls dead plants out of the bloody fields and looks up at heaven for answers.  Even before the blood is done seeping across the land, frogs begin to swim up and out of the depths of the river.  The land is covered with millions of frogs, blanketing everything in sight.  The queen awakens in her palace, screaming at the sight of the hundreds of frogs covering her bed.  Ramses' initial reaction is mild: "They're just frogs."  But then the frogs begin to die and rot, maggots form in their carcasses, and flies are birthed.  People are now beginning to be desperate for drinking water, but nothing is safe.  Between the river of blood and the dead frogs and the thick blanket of flies, everything is declared "unclean."  The swarms of flies are so thick that some surfaces (and people) are completely covered with moving blackness.  The flies are enough to drive some to the point of madness.  (Caution: disturbing scene)

Pharaoh is seated in his palace, surrounded by his court and his advisors.  Flies fill the room and torment every creature.  Wearied by the succession of plagues, Pharaoh appears to only half-listen as an "expert" gives his rational explanation for how the plagues must have occurred.  Expert, confidently: "The Nile, as we know, carries a certain amount of clay.  This year, there's much more of it than usual, drifting in on the currents, settling on the riverbeds, and kicked up by the wild thrashing of the crocodiles."  Servants make futile attempts to wave flies away from food as the palace inhabitants, also futilely, attempt to keep the flies off their own bodies.  Expert, continuing: "This thrashing not only dramatically changed the color of the water, but it fouled it, to the point of killing the fish."  Pharaoh sighs in irritation, not appearing to be impressed by the arguments of the expert.  Expert: "But frogs, as we know, can get out of the water, when they have to.  Which they did!  But frogs still need water, and when they can't find it in the streets of our city, they...what?  Hmmm?"  The expert looks around the room expectantly, waiting for his audience to fill in the obvious answer.  Pharaoh, losing patience: "They die?"  Expert, spitting out a fly: "They die!  And then they decompose.  And then the gnats come and the maggots come and the flies come.  And then...?"  The expert looks around the room, again waiting for his pupils to respond.  Pharaoh, fed up, yells: "And then what?!"  Expert, somewhat meekly: "The flies die."  Pharaoh, disgusted, waves the man out of the room.

Farmers are working in their fields when a cloud of locusts descends on Egypt.  The locusts cover everything, eating anything green and growing.  The sound of the chewing of millions of insects fills the air, and even the palace is swarmed by the creatures.  Pharaoh's overseer approaches him in his throne room, humbly: "Initial reports suggest more than ten million square cubits of crops have been lost.  The quartermaster has suggested we return a portion of the supplement to the civil granary.  An act of mercy.  Your people are starving."  Pharaoh stares coldly at the overseer: "Are you suggesting that I should starve, too?"  Frightened, the overseer shakes his head.  Pharaoh dismisses him with a flick of his wrist.

The plague of darkness has struck Egypt, and Ramses, growing close to desperation, kneels before an altar to pray to the gods for deliverance.  Hearing a noise, he looks fearfully around the darkened palace.  Imagining that Moses is hidden somewhere, he calls out to his adoptive brother, vowing vengeance if the plagues continue.  Ramses, angrily: "One more thing happens and I will bring my own plague to you.  Every Hebrew child not yet walking...they never shall...because I will drown them in the Nile, as you should have been.  You say that you didn't cause all this?  Your God did?"  Ramses screams in fury: "I am the god!  I am the god!"  He continues, more quietly: "So let's just see who's more effective at killing...you, this God, or me!"

Moses has gathered the elders of the Israelites for a meeting in order to warn them of the coming final, terrible plague.  Moses: "Tell everyone to slaughter a lamb and mark their doors and their doorposts tonight with its blood."  Nun, confused: "Why?"  Moses: "Pity the lambs if I am wrong.  If I'm right, we will bless them for eternity."  The Jews immediately put Moses's command into practice.  Groups of lambs are herded down the settlement streets and slaughtered.  Their blood is collected in buckets.  All over Goshen, the Israelites, with blood-covered hands, are scrubbing their doorposts with the blood of the lambs.  (Caution: disturbing images of blood and a lamb slaughtered off-screen)

Moses stands on a roof, looking out over the city.  He watches as a darkness like a giant shadow spreads out over the houses.  The shadow passes over the dwellings of the Israelites, where the blood of lambs is dark against the doorframes.  Inside those homes, Jewish boys sleep peacefully.  The shadow moves on to the homes of the Egyptians.  Candles are snuffed out by a cold wind as sleeping boys breathe deeply and suddenly stop.  Mothers call out in fear, sensing their children have departed.  Finally, inside the palace, the shadow makes it way to the chamber of the prince, who lies sleeping in his crib.  Pharaoh awakens at the moment his son's breath leaves his body.  In her own bedchamber, the queen also awakens.  Hearing her husband scream in agony, she runs into her son's room.  Ramses holds out the limp body of their baby boy for her to see.  Together, the couple weeps.  All over Egypt, the sound of mourning rises on the air.  Moses, from his rooftop, is surrounded by the sounds of grief.  (Caution: disturbing images of dead children)

Pharaoh has released the Israelite slaves and they are beginning their journey out of Egypt.  Tens of thousands of Jews fill the streets as the slow line of people marches out of the land they have occupied for 400 years.  Eyes filled with grateful tears look up to heaven, silently thanking God for delivering them.  Hands are raised in praise as tired feet plod along.

Hundreds of seagulls hover over the waters where the Israelites are stopped, trapped between Pharaoh's army and the great Red Sea.  Moses stares out at the water, watching as it inexplicably recedes.  The strange current flows sideways, pulling the waters away from where the Israelites are standing.  Moses, realizing that God is providing them a way of escape, tells Nun: "We need to cross here.  We need to cross now!"  When the frightened Israelites balk at following Moses into the sea, Moses asks them to trust him as he trusts God: "You have honored me with your trust.  Now I honor you with my faith.  Follow me and you will be free.  Stay and you will perish.  Do not be afraid.  God is with us!  God is with us!"  Trusting Moses's words, the people begin to gather their things and follow him towards the sea.  Moses steps into the rushing water (which is still in the process of drying up), trusting God to make the path clear before him.  Hundreds of thousands of Jews step into the water to follow him.
