ScreenVue is the result of a joint venture and partnership between Christian Video Licensing International (CVLI) and Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI) and Motion Picture Licensing Corporation (MPLC).

ScreenVue first launched in 2003 as a service of CVLI. The CVLI Church Video License provides legal coverage for churches and for other ministry organizations to show DVDs, Blu-rays, digital, movie downloads and streams of motion pictures. Each organization needs to be specifically covered. Coverage includes playing just a few seconds of a movie all the way up to showing the full-length feature.

Each *Total Producer Church Video License* (or any *Church Video Licence* globally) comes with free ScreenVue Vault access.

The ScreenVue Vault offers 14,000+ Scene Ideas, Views and Downloads from a variety of movies and resources.

### CCLI

Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI) was established in 1988 to provide churches with simple, affordable solutions to complex copyright issues. CCLI helps churches maintain their integrity while giving them the freedom to worship expressively and spontaneously.

Churches often face copyright infringement issues in two areas: 1) copying music without permission, and 2) showing movies without authorization.

For copying music to assist with congregational singing, the Church Copyright License provides blanket coverage for 600,000+ songs and 7,000+ publishers and song owners. Currently, global churches are using 600,000+ CCLI licenses.

### CVLI

From a unique partnership between Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI) and Motion Picture Licensing Corporation (MPLC), Christian Video Licensing International (CVLI) and the Church Video License was formed in 2001.

The Church Video License provides churches with legal coverage to show all, or any portion of, thousands of movie titles from a number of movie producers, including all the major studios. Currently, the titles from 3,000+ producers are represented by the Church Video License, including the titles that contain all the scenes that are part of the ScreenVue Vault.

- Every Church Video Licence globally and every *Total Producer Church Video License* (or *Standard CVLI Video License*) in the USA comes with FREE access to the ScreenVue Vault, which is unlocked with your Access Key. Your Access Key will be included in the monthly CVL update emails you receive. __"Why won't my Access Key work?"__
- The usual reason for the Access Key not to work (and a footer error message to appear) is that something is missing from the sign-in protocol.
- Enter the *Email address* associated with your Church Video License (or CCLI account).
- Enter the *Access Key* found in your last CVL update email (exactly, with no spaces).
- Select the *Terms of Use* and a *Keeping in Touch* option.
- You should be in! If you have done all this and still have a problem, please let us know and we'll dig further.

__"In the USA, why don't I have access as a CVL Family Values Package member?"__
- The *CVL Family Values Package* offers only 65+ studios and producers, and does not include any major/minor Hollywood studios - and does not come with ScreenVue Vault access.

__"What are the restrictions for streaming our service and including a movie scene? "__
- For churches that stream their services and want to include any part of a movie (the entire film or just a scene), the Church Video License terms do not cover streaming a movie scene - even if used in a sermon - over the internet to the general public.
- However, it is permissible to live stream a movie scene inside the facility as long as it is a closed-stream (not accessed publicly).

Gabriel, on the pretext of bringing the gift of a lamb to Bathsheba, has come to ask her to marry him.  Bathsheba is stunned by his offer and her first response seems cold to Gabriel.  Hurt, he walks out of the house.  Bathsheba chases after, telling the man that she wasn't refusing him, but that marriage is something she has never considered.  Gabriel promises her a good life - - a farm, a piano, a garden, children, and a lifetime of fidelity: "I will always be there for you."  Bathsheba shakes her head: "Mr. Oak, I don't want a husband.  I'd hate to be some man's property.  I shouldn't mind being a bride at a wedding if only I could be one without getting a husband."

Farmer Oak is asleep in bed when his old sheepdog begins to whine.  Outside, the sheep are quiet in their pen until the unpredictable new sheepdog leaps over the fence and begins to growl at them.  The dog begins to herd the frightened sheep, who eventually break out of their pen.  Farmer Oak, trusting the senses of his old dog, grabs his coat and gun and heads outside, only to find an empty sheep pen.  With all of his funds tied up in the flock, Oak begins to feel frantic.  He cries out for the dog, but to no avail.  Suddenly, he fears he knows where the dog might be taking the sheep.  Farmer Oak breaks into a run through the dark woods, trying desperately to catch the dog before he can lead the flock into disaster.  Oak exits the woods just in time to see the dog herding the compliant sheep over the cliff.  The sheep are huddled at the cliff's edge and, as the dog barks furiously from behind them, begin obediently leaping off into space.  Oak sprints towards his flock, but the distance is too great.  He arrives at the edge of the cliff just after the last sheep has gone over.  Yelling, he looks over the edge of the cliff to the beach far below, seeing his precious flock dead on the rocky sand.

Gabriel is walking through the woods when he spots a hay rick on fire in the distance.  He hurries to the farm to see if he can be of any assistance.  Upon his arrival, he encounters a scene of chaos.  Farm workers run to and fro, apparently accomplishing nothing, and nowhere is there any sign of a leader.  Oak looks around, seeing that the flames have begun to spread to the barn and that the people are in a panic.  Oak, shouting at deaf ears: "Who's in charge here?"  Oak, seeing that the workers are busy at useless work, tells the men they need to save the barn if they are to achieve anything.  Gathering a group of men, he leads them to remove the flaming wagon from the building.  Once that is accomplished, he douses himself with water and climbs a ladder to the roof of the barn, where a small fire is spreading among the shingles.  While everyone else below is in a state of panicked, random activity, Oak is determined and purposeful, knowing that the task he is about is a crucial one.  A man watching him from below wonders why a stranger is crazy enough to be on a fiery roof.  An older, wiser farmhand answers: "We lose the barn, we lose everything."  Oak hacks at the flaming shingles with a pick, risking his own neck on the high roof, until the fire is out.  Only then does he stop for breath, knowing the farm at least will be saved.

Francis arrives at the church, regal in his red soldier's uniform, his sabre at his side.  He approaches the vicar, giving his name and the time of his appointment.  The vicar leads him to the front of the church, where he stands at attention to wait for his beloved bride to arrive.  Francis, nervous, exhales a shaky breath.  Elsewhere, a beautiful Fanny, dressed in white, walks down the cobbled streets of the town.  She carries a bouquet and smiles happily, knowing this to be her wedding day.  As time passes and Francis still stands alone, people in the church begin to whisper.  Francis stands stock-still, confident that his bride will come to him.  Francis's best man arrives, apologizing for being late.  Finally, Fanny arrives at the church, striding quickly up the path to the door.  However, when she opens the heavy, wooden doors, she is shocked to see another wedding already taking place.  An unknown bride and groom are standing before a preacher and the roomful of guests turn to stare at Fanny's interruption.  At an entirely different church (All Saints, not All Souls), the vicar is telling Francis that he cannot wait much longer.  Francis, with his last remaining shred of hope, responds: "She will be here."  But as he stands facing the altar, Francis cannot help the tears that pool into his eyes.  The best man whispers, sympathetically: "I don't think she's coming, old boy."  Francis turns and, in a soldier-like fashion, marches out of the church.

Francis, dressed in his soldier's uniform, stands in the forest, facing Bathsheba.  He asks her: "Do you trust me?"  Bathsheba, unhesitatingly: "I do."  Francis, solemnly: "I give you my word as a soldier, I will not harm you.  The sword is blunt...but you must not flinch."  Bathsheba: "I'll try not to."  Francis then begins an elaborate thrust-and-parry routine, slashing his sabre all around Bathsheba.  Though the sword is close enough that she can feel the wind from its blade, it never quite touches her skin.  Bathsheba stands still, allowing Francis to demonstrate his skill.  She says nothing as the sword passes by her face, but her breathing becomes faster with increased anxiety.  Finally, Francis pulls his arm back and thrusts at her neck with all his might.  He stops the blade against her throat, but just short of touching it.  With a flick of his wrist, Francis removes the blade, cutting off a curl to demonstrate the sharpness of his blade.  Bathsheba, seeing the curl fall: "You cut my hair?"  Francis, proudly: "This blade could skin you alive."  Bathsheba, startled: "But you told me I was safe!"  Francis, brimming with self-confidence: "And you were.  Entirely safe.  I gave you my word."
