ScreenVue is the result of a joint venture and partnership between Christian Video Licensing International (CVLI) and Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI) and Motion Picture Licensing Corporation (MPLC).

ScreenVue first launched in 2003 as a service of CVLI. The CVLI Church Video License provides legal coverage for churches and for other ministry organizations to show DVDs, Blu-rays, digital, movie downloads and streams of motion pictures. Each organization needs to be specifically covered. Coverage includes playing just a few seconds of a movie all the way up to showing the full-length feature.

Each *Total Producer Church Video License* (or any *Church Video Licence* globally) comes with free ScreenVue Vault access.

The ScreenVue Vault offers 14,000+ Scene Ideas, Views and Downloads from a variety of movies and resources.

### CCLI

Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI) was established in 1988 to provide churches with simple, affordable solutions to complex copyright issues. CCLI helps churches maintain their integrity while giving them the freedom to worship expressively and spontaneously.

Churches often face copyright infringement issues in two areas: 1) copying music without permission, and 2) showing movies without authorization.

For copying music to assist with congregational singing, the Church Copyright License provides blanket coverage for 600,000+ songs and 7,000+ publishers and song owners. Currently, global churches are using 600,000+ CCLI licenses.

### CVLI

From a unique partnership between Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI) and Motion Picture Licensing Corporation (MPLC), Christian Video Licensing International (CVLI) and the Church Video License was formed in 2001.

The Church Video License provides churches with legal coverage to show all, or any portion of, thousands of movie titles from a number of movie producers, including all the major studios. Currently, the titles from 3,000+ producers are represented by the Church Video License, including the titles that contain all the scenes that are part of the ScreenVue Vault.

Motion Picture Licensing Corporation (MPLC) was founded in 1986 by former MGM executives and an MPAA attorney. Their goal was to develop a process to help the public leverage the work of the creative community without infringing on copyright.

## How We Use Cookies

__"Where can I find my Access Key to sign-in with?"__
- Every Church Video Licence globally and every *Total Producer Church Video License* (or *Standard CVLI Video License*) in the USA comes with FREE access to the ScreenVue Vault, which is unlocked with your Access Key. Your Access Key will be included in the monthly CVL update emails you receive. If you can't find your Key, please email us at: [support@screenvue.com ](mailto:support@screenvue.com "support@screenvue.com")

__"Why won't my Access Key work?"__
- The usual reason for the Access Key not to work (and a footer error message to appear) is that something is missing from the sign-in protocol.
- Enter the *Email address* associated with your Church Video License (or CCLI account).
- Enter the *Access Key* found in your last CVL update email (exactly, with no spaces).
- Select the *Terms of Use* and a *Keeping in Touch* option.
- You should be in! If you have done all this and still have a problem, please let us know and we'll dig further.

__"In the USA, why don't I have access as a CVL Family Values Package member?"__
- The *CVL Family Values Package* offers only 65+ studios and producers, and does not include any major/minor Hollywood studios - and does not come with ScreenVue Vault access. 
- The *CVL Total Producer Package* offers 4,000+ studios and producers, including every major Hollywood studio and most of the major/minors, and comes with complimentary access to the new ScreenVue Vault: unlocked with a provided Access Key.

__"What is the difference between Scene Ideas, Scene Views, and Scene Downloads?"__
- The ScreenVue Vault offers THREE different types of Scenes:

__"What are the restrictions for streaming our service and including a movie scene? "__
- For churches that stream their services and want to include any part of a movie (the entire film or just a scene), the Church Video License terms do not cover streaming a movie scene - even if used in a sermon - over the internet to the general public.
- However, it is permissible to live stream a movie scene inside the facility as long as it is a closed-stream (not accessed publicly).

Peter, Ray, and Egon are investigating the report of a ghost inside the New York public library.  Holding a device that measures supernatural activity, Egon follows the trail down into the basement, the other two scientists in tow.  Suddenly, the meter begins to chirp loudly and the men halt in their tracks.  A transparent woman floats in midair, looking at a library book.  The men are amazed at their discovery.  Ray: "A full-torso apparition!  And it's real!"  They stare in open-mouthed shock for a few moments until Peter asks: "So, what do we do?"  At that moment, the men realize that they had never planned for an actual ghostly encounter.  Huddling together around the corner, the men agree that communication with the specter is the next logical step.  Peter, the reluctant nominee, attempts to start a conversation with the ghost, but she only hushes him with a finger placed against her lips.  Intimidated, Peter retreats back into the huddle.  Ray, purposefully: "Okay.  I have a plan.  I know exactly what to do."  He urges the men to follow him and do exactly as he says.  Trustingly, they comply, creeping slowly together toward the ghost.  A few feet away from her, Ray yells: "Get her!"  The men lurch forward only to have the pleasant-faced ghost transform into a frightening skull-like wraith.  Screaming, they run out of the library. Ray, distressed that the university has fired him and his two colleagues, worries aloud about the future.  Peter, on the other hand, is optimistic: "Einstein did his best stuff when he was working as a patent clerk."  Ray, not comforted: "Do you know how much a patent clerk earns?"  He continues to lament their dire situation.  Peter smiles and puts his arm around his friend: "For whatever reasons, Ray, call it fate, call it luck, call it karma...I believe that everything happens for a reason."  He looks out over the university campus: "I believe we were destined to get thrown out of this dump."  Ray: "For what purpose?"  Peter: "To go into business for ourselves."  Ray asks where they would ever get the money to buy the equipment they would need.  Peter smiles, undaunted: "I don't know.  I don't know."

Dana arrives home to find her television set on and playing a commercial for the "Ghostbusters."  Ghostbusters: "Are you troubled by strange noises in the middle of the night?  Do you experience feelings of dread in your basement or attic?  Have you or any of your family ever seen a spook, specter, or ghost?  If the answer is yes, then don't wait another minute.  Pick up your phone and call the professionals.  Ghostbusters!"  Dana smiles slightly, turning off the television.  Picking up her groceries, she goes into the kitchen and begins to put them away.  Suddenly, her egg carton begins to tremble and shake.  Startled, Dana watches as eggs pop out of the container and begin to fry themselves on the countertop.  She hears an ominous growling sound and moves slowly to open the fridge.  Inside, instead of the usual trays of food, she sees an immense space filled with swirling, dark clouds.  In the middle of the space is a large, glowing pyramid.  A great, horned beast seated on the steps in front of the pyramid growls: "Zuul!"  Dana screams, slamming the refrigerator closed.

A New York City television reporter is onscreen, describing the recent wave of ghosts terrorizing the city: "Today, the entire eastern seaboard is alive with talk of incidents of paranormal activity.  Alleged ghost sightings and related supernatural occurrences have been reported across the entire tri-state area."  All over the city and even the country, newspapers, television, magazines, and radio are covering the story of the strange supernatural events.  The Ghostbusters are now seen everywhere around the city, busily capturing the invading spirits.  The Ghostbusters' theme song begins to play in the background as the paranormal scientists move from job to job: ? "If there's something strange in the neighborhood, who you gonna call?  Ghostbusters!  If there's something weird, and it don't look good, who you gonna call?  Ghostbusters!" ? Newspaper headlines are filled with stories of ghosts and the Ghostbusters.  Even such famous personalities as Larry King and Casey Kasum are reporting on the Ghostbusters and their unusual business.

Louis runs out of his apartment building, screaming that there is a bear chasing him.  His cries for help are largely ignored by bystanders, although a giant, snarling beast is indeed following him.  Louis runs to a crowded, elegant, glass-enclosed restaurant, where patrons sit enjoying their meals.  Hoping to find a way into safety, Louis tries several doors, but all are locked.  He pounds on the glass, calling for help, trying to attract anyone's attention.  Several people look over, but immediately return to their meals.  The waiters glance up, but continue working.  Finally, the beast is about to lunge at Louis, who screams loudly enough for the entire restaurant to hear.  Everyone stops for a moment and stares out at Louis, who falls to the ground, unconscious.  As soon as Louis drops out of sight, waiters and patrons alike return to their previous activities, acting as if nothing had happened to disturb the meal.

Ray and Winston are headed to yet another ghost sighting when Winston suddenly asks: "Hey, Ray, do you believe in God?"  Ray: "Never met Him."  Winston, smiling: "Yeah, well, I do.  And I love Jesus's style, you know?"  Ray ignores Winston, concentrating instead on studying blueprints of a haunted building.  Winston: "Hey, Ray, do you remember something in the Bible about the last days, when the dead would rise from the grave?"  Ray: "I remember Revelations 7:12. 'And I looked as he opened the sixth seal.  And, behold, there was a great earthquake.  And the sun became as black as sackcloth.  And the moon became as blood.'"  Winston finishes the quote: "'And the seas boiled, and the skies fell.'"  Ray, sighing with dread: "Judgment Day."  Ray shrugs, shaking off his fear: "Every ancient religion has its own myth about the end of the world."  Winston: "Myth?  Ray, has it ever occurred to you that maybe the reason we've been so busy lately is because the dead have been rising from the grave?"  Ray, looking frightened, tries to change the subject: "How about a little music?"

The four Ghostbusters are confronting the vile demi-god, Gozer, atop a possessed city skyscraper.  Having taken the shape of a woman, Gozer stands with her two beast-dogs inside a portal to the supernatural world.  Peter, boldly: "Whatever it is, it's gotta get by us!"  Ray: "Right!"  Peter: "Go get her, Ray!"  Ray slowly approaches the demon: "Gozer the Gozerian?"  She stares at him with her blood-red eyes.  Ray, as if reading from an arrest warrant: "Good evening.  As a duly designated representative of the city, county, and state of New York, I order you to cease any and all supernatural activity and return forthwith to your place of origin or to the nearest convenient parallel dimension."  Peter, sarcastically: "That oughta do it.  Thanks very much, Ray."  Gozer, growling: "Are you a god?"  Ray: "No."  Gozer, lightning flowing from her fingers towards the men: "Then...die!"  The bolts push the men backward, almost over the edge of the building.  The Ghostbusters struggle to their feet.  Peter, angry now: "All right.  This chick is toast!"  Brazenly, they again approach the demon, this time intending on using their weapons.  They fire their guns, but Gozer easily eludes the lasers.  Trying again, the Ghostbusters begin to celebrate when Gozer disappears after their lasers strike her human form.  Peter, nonchalantly: "Wasn't so hard."  Ray: "We neutronized it!"  Winston, smiling: "We had the tools!  We had the talent!"  Peter: "It's Miller time!"  Only Egon is hesitant to claim victory.  He looks at his ghost gauge: "Ray...this looks extraordinarily bad."  Suddenly, the entire building begins to crumble, black clouds swirl ominously, and Gozer's voice is heard announcing her continued presence.  (Caution: b-word used, Gozer's clothing semi-transparent)
