ScreenVue is the result of a joint venture and partnership between Christian Video Licensing International (CVLI) and Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI) and Motion Picture Licensing Corporation (MPLC).

ScreenVue first launched in 2003 as a service of CVLI. The CVLI Church Video License provides legal coverage for churches and for other ministry organizations to show DVDs, Blu-rays, digital, movie downloads and streams of motion pictures. Each organization needs to be specifically covered. Coverage includes playing just a few seconds of a movie all the way up to showing the full-length feature.

Each *Total Producer Church Video License* (or any *Church Video Licence* globally) comes with free ScreenVue Vault access.

The ScreenVue Vault offers 14,000+ Scene Ideas, Views and Downloads from a variety of movies and resources.

### CCLI

Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI) was established in 1988 to provide churches with simple, affordable solutions to complex copyright issues. CCLI helps churches maintain their integrity while giving them the freedom to worship expressively and spontaneously.

Churches often face copyright infringement issues in two areas: 1) copying music without permission, and 2) showing movies without authorization.

For copying music to assist with congregational singing, the Church Copyright License provides blanket coverage for 600,000+ songs and 7,000+ publishers and song owners. Currently, global churches are using 600,000+ CCLI licenses.

### CVLI

From a unique partnership between Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI) and Motion Picture Licensing Corporation (MPLC), Christian Video Licensing International (CVLI) and the Church Video License was formed in 2001.

The Church Video License provides churches with legal coverage to show all, or any portion of, thousands of movie titles from a number of movie producers, including all the major studios. Currently, the titles from 3,000+ producers are represented by the Church Video License, including the titles that contain all the scenes that are part of the ScreenVue Vault.

- Every Church Video Licence globally and every *Total Producer Church Video License* (or *Standard CVLI Video License*) in the USA comes with FREE access to the ScreenVue Vault, which is unlocked with your Access Key. Your Access Key will be included in the monthly CVL update emails you receive. __"Why won't my Access Key work?"__
- The usual reason for the Access Key not to work (and a footer error message to appear) is that something is missing from the sign-in protocol.
- Enter the *Email address* associated with your Church Video License (or CCLI account).
- Enter the *Access Key* found in your last CVL update email (exactly, with no spaces).
- Select the *Terms of Use* and a *Keeping in Touch* option.
- You should be in! If you have done all this and still have a problem, please let us know and we'll dig further.

__"In the USA, why don't I have access as a CVL Family Values Package member?"__
- The *CVL Family Values Package* offers only 65+ studios and producers, and does not include any major/minor Hollywood studios - and does not come with ScreenVue Vault access.

__"What are the restrictions for streaming our service and including a movie scene? "__
- For churches that stream their services and want to include any part of a movie (the entire film or just a scene), the Church Video License terms do not cover streaming a movie scene - even if used in a sermon - over the internet to the general public.
- However, it is permissible to live stream a movie scene inside the facility as long as it is a closed-stream (not accessed publicly).

Anna and Jeremy have been dating for four years and Jeremy has planned a special surprise for Anna.  Anna, having heard from her friend that Jeremy was seen in an expensive jewelry store, has arrived at the dinner expecting a proposal.  She has even told her father that she is engaged.  Now, the time has come for the special dinner and the couple is seated in an elegant restaurant, drinking champagne by candlelight.  Jeremy: "You know, you always have it figured out for us.  I mean, even with my crazy schedule and...You know I appreciate it, right?"  Anna, not answering, watches Jeremy expectantly.  Jeremy, taking a deep breath: "So..."  He reaches into the pocket of his jacket as Anna's smile grows.  Jeremy pulls out a small box, setting it in front of Anna: "So this is for you."  Anna, feigning shock, places one hand on her chest: "Jeremy."  She slowly opens the box to reveal a pair of diamond earrings.  Anna, smile gone, stares at them for a few seconds in silence.  Jeremy, ignorant of Anna's disappointment, is grinning broadly.  Anna: "They're earrings."  Jeremy: "Yeah."  Anna: "For my ears."  Anna is saved from further discussion by the ringing of Jeremy's phone.  While Jeremy is distracted by a call from work (he is a doctor), Anna has time to compose herself, hiding her disappointment.  Jeremy hangs up the phone and asks Anna to try on the earrings.  While she's putting them on, Jeremy receives a text message, begging him to come into work.  Jeremy decides to cancel their plans for a romantic dinner: "It's not going to work.  I'm sorry, Anna."  After kissing her goodbye, Jeremy leaves the restaurant and Anna remains at the table alone.

Anna, stranded in a tiny town in Ireland, is staying in its solitary hotel.  Discovering that the only electrical outlet in the cramped bedroom is under the bed, Anna tries pulling the bed away from the wall so she can reach it.  Anna doesn't notice that the window curtains are caught in the bed.  As she tugs on the bed, she inadvertently yanks the curtain rod from the wall.  The bed, caught on the carpet, resists movement until finally breaking free to slam into the wardrobe across the room.  The wardrobe tilts dangerously, spilling its contents onto the floor.  The customers in the tavern below look up at the sound of crashing from above.  Plaster dust rains down on their heads.  Amy reaches down to unplug the lamp, causing the curtains to slip down the broken rod, knocking the lamp into a mirror and sending it crashing to the floor.  The curtain rod falls the rest of the way, hitting a candle and breaking it.  More plaster from the ceiling crashes onto the bar in the tavern below.  Amy plugs her phone into the outlet and sparks immediately begin shooting from it.  The lights in the entire building go out, plunging the patrons in the bar into darkness.  A view from outside the tavern shows the lights going out in the entire town and a transformer blowing in a shower of sparks.

Anna has hired Declan to drive her to Dublin in his decrepit taxi.  As she is about to get in the car, she is approached by several local men.  Man #1: "You can't go now, missus."  Anna: "Why not?"  Man #1: "A black cat just crossed your path.  You can't start a journey when you see a black cat.  It's ten years bad luck."  Man #2 remembers the superstition differently: "No, it's not a cat.  It's a magpie.  Anyway, it's fifteen years bad luck."  Man #1, indignantly: "Thirteen!"  Man #3 chimes in: "Twelve.  Definitely twelve."  Anna: "Then I guess it's a good thing I don't believe in luck, so..."  Anna breaks off as she turns to open the car door.  Man #2, pointing at the heap of a vehicle that is Anna's transport to Dublin: "Well, you ought to.  If you're getting into that."  The three men laugh together as Declan's attempts to start the engine result in the car giving a stuttering jerk.  Man #1, sarcastically: "Safe journey."  Man #2, shouting as the couple begins to drive away: "Good luck, Declan."

Anna has hired Declan to drive her to Dublin in his decrepit taxi.  Anna becomes impatient when a herd of cows blocks the road and they are unable to continue their journey.  After shooing the cows out of the way herself, Anna steps in a pile of manure, ruining her $600 shoes.  Irritated with Declan's amusement, Anna sits on the hood of the taxi to try to repair the damage.  A sound like a popping spring is heard as Anna's heel catches on the front of the car.  Anna jumps off as the car begins to roll backward down the steep country road.  Anna and Declan immediately begin to panic as they chase after the car.  Declan tells Anna to get in and set the brake, but when she grabs for the door handle, it breaks off in her hand.  The car begins picking up speed and, in a desperate move, Declan throws himself on top of the out of control car, yelling: "Baby!  I got you, Baby!  I got you!"  Anna watches as the car careens down the road with Declan slipping off the front, his legs dangling behind.  Declan quickly loses his grip and the car speeds away without him as he calls after it: "Baby!  Don't hurt yourself!"  The two watch helplessly as the car runs backward off the embankment and crashes into the pond below.

After their car crashes into a pond, Anna and Declan are forced to walk the long, lonely road toward Dublin.  Anna, ecstatic when a van appears, quickly chases after it, signing for it to stop.  Declan yells a warning: "I wouldn't get in there if I was you!"  Anna sarcastically yells at him over her shoulder: "And I care about your opinion because?"  She walks up to the van, now pulled over on the side of the road.  The driver, a smiling young man, gets out to meet her: "All right there, sweetheart?  You lookin' for a ride?"  Anna tells him she is bound for Dublin.  Driver: "Now there's a coincidence, 'cause I'm going there myself.  Let me help you with the old suitcase there."  The man takes Anna's suitcase while Anna looks triumphantly toward Declan: "That's very sweet of you.  And I didn't even have to ask."  The driver opens the van door, exposing two other male occupants inside the vehicle.  They greet Anna as her suitcase is loaded in beside them.  Driver: "That's a fancy bit of suitcase, no mistake."  One of the passenger strokes the leather of the Louis Vitton luggage.  The driver walks around the car to get in the driver's side as Anna turns to say goodbye to Declan.  In the midst of her speech, the van pulls away, driving quickly down the road to Dublin.  Anna chases after it, screaming for the car to stop.  The driver boldly honks his horn at her as he escapes with her designer luggage.  She stands, bereft, in the middle of the road while Declan casually walks up to her, whistling.  He continues walking past her, ignoring her as much as she ignored his warning to avoid the driver of the van.

Declan and Anna are in the vegetable garden of their inn, picking ingredients for dinner.  Anna is taking an inordinate amount of time debating over which carrots to use.  Anna, holding up a carrot: "This recipe calls for three medium carrots, and I just think this one is a little large to be classified as medium."  She holds up two other carrots for comparison: "And if you look at these two, they're clearly medium, while this one is slightly..."  Declan bends down to examine the carrots.  He takes the larger carrot and breaks off a piece, handing it back to Anna impatiently: "Three medium-sized carrots."  Anna, slightly offended: "You know, I don't think there's anything wrong with wanting to be precise."  Declan, sounding unconvinced: "Okay.  Well, then you must be very, very precise.  Here's an idea - - why don't you stop trying to control everything in the known universe?"  He closes the recipe book that Anna is poring over.  Declan: "It's dinner.  Have a little faith.  It'll all work out."  Anna, muttering under her breath: "Heard that one before."  Declan: "Well, maybe you should have listened."  Anna: "Really?  You think?  It'll all work out.  My dad was the king of 'it'll all work out.'  Time shares in the Bahamas, mobile video stores, whatever the next big nothing was, all our money went right after it.  But, uh, don't worry.  It'll all work out."  Anna's bitterness is beginning to creep into her voice and mannerisms: "Cut to me working two part-time jobs after school and us getting our house repossessed on Christmas Eve.  Ho, ho, ho.  So you will forgive me if I don't listen."  Declan: "I'm sorry."  Seeing that Anna doubts his apology is genuine, Declan repeats, in a more gentler tone: "No, I'm sorry.  A father's someone you should be able to rely on, you know?"

Anna and Declan are eating dinner with two older, married couples.  Declan asks Frank, the owner of the inn, if the dinner glasses are antiques.  Frank: "Antique?  Yeah, like me.  Wedding present they were."  Frank's wife pretends offence: "It's only 44 years, you cheeky rascal!"  She smiles, swatting Frank lightly on the head.  Frank bends down, taking his wife's face in both hands, and kisses her on the mouth.  Everyone laughs.  Stefano: "See?  That's what it takes to be married for 44 years.  The kiss.  Always kiss like it's the first time and the last time."  He gestures for his wife to come closer for a smooch.  The two begin with a light peck, but quickly gain momentum as their kiss deepens into passionate necking.  Apparently lost in their own world, the couple is unaware that the other occupants of the table are beginning to be slightly uncomfortable with the passionate display of affection.  Frank's wife, swallowing hard: "Grand."  Stefano and his wife, embarrassed, break apart and wipe their lips on their napkins.

Anna and Declan are at a wedding reception after accidentally storming into the church in the middle of the wedding ceremony.  The newly-married couple has graciously invited them to stay and enjoy themselves.  Anna is dancing with another guest, who begins spinning her around and around in circles.  Anna laughs while she is twirled, the crowd circled around them clapping to the beat of the music.  Suddenly, Anna's high-heeled shoe flies off her foot.  The guests watch as the shoe sails in slow-motion through the air, smacking the bride directly on the forehead.  The music stops and the crowd gives a horrified gasp as the bride falls backward onto the dance floor.  Anna is repentant and excruciatingly humiliated.  She stands before the bride, apologizing profusely.  The bride, a huge red wound in the middle of her forehead, hesitates for only a second before waving her hand in dismissal.  She smiles, telling Anna not to worry about it.  Anna, clumsy in her relief, jerks her hand, knocking a glass of red wine from the table and onto the bride's lap.  The crowd again gasps as the red liquid splatters the white wedding gown and the glass shatters on the floor.  Anna stutters, unable to get out the words for yet another apology.  Declan, under his breath: "I thought I was bad at weddings."

Anna and Jeremy have recently become engaged after dating for four years.  They live together in a luxury apartment that both of them had coveted for a long time.  They are having a house-warming party to show off their new apartment to their friends.  Libby, jokingly, to Anna: "I feel like your whole happy ending is going to be a real test for our friendship."  Ron, to Jeremy: "I'm pretty sure she would have been happy with just this apartment.  I don't think you needed to propose."  Jeremy, casually: "Oh, it was kind of a package deal."  Libby, jokingly: "Really?  What, buy an apartment, they throw in a ring?"  Jeremy, seriously: "More like the other way around."  Anna, confused: "What do you mean?"  Jeremy: "Well, I think it was Edith from the board (Anna and Jeremy had had to interview before a board to be considered for the exclusive apartment).  She called me in Dublin, probing about our marital status.  Can you believe that?  Nothing specific, just interested, you know?  Like the residents, they're kind of old-fashioned when it comes to issues like this.  Blah, blah, blah.  I got the message.  Married, you're in.  Unmarried, you're not.  So, I just said we were hours away from getting engaged."  Anna's smile slowly disappears as she learns of the reason behind Jeremy's sudden proposal.  Jeremy, continuing nonchalantly: "I just said it and it came out.  And, uh, I don't know where it came from, but I could almost hear them cutting our keys."  Their friends laugh.  Jeremy, sighing: "So, I put down the phone and thought, well, why the h--- not, you know?"  Anna, hiding her hurt behind a smile: "Really?"  Jeremy: "Sure.  I mean, we'd have gotten around to it eventually, right?"  Anna, trying to sound casual: "Right.  Of course."  The two couples smile at each other.  Jeremy takes Libby away to show her the view from the balcony.  Anna, her face pained, looks down for a moment before walking to the kitchen, giving herself some time to compose her emotions.  Looking confused and forlorn, she watches Jeremy talking and laughing with their wealthy friends as if seeing them all for the first time.  Anna looks down at her engagement ring, twisting it on her finger.  (Caution: "hell" used once as profanity)

Declan has just been told by a member of his staff that a customer has complained about his chicken dish.  He stalks out of the kitchen to confront the dissatisfied patron, only to find out that it is Anna...the girl who left Ireland to marry another man.  Declan, his arms folded across his chest: "What the h--- are you doing here?"  Anna: "Could you maybe be nice for just a second?  I did fly 3,000 miles to get here."  Declan: "Is Jeremy with you?"  Anna: "What?  No. No."  Declan walks forward to stand in front of Anna.  Anna: "Jeremy and I...it didn't work out."  Declan, quietly: "Sorry."  Anna: "When my sixty seconds came around (referring to an earlier conversation regarding what was important enough to rescue out of a burning house in sixty seconds), I realized I had everything I ever wanted, but nothing I really needed.  And I think that what I need is here.  And I came all this way to see if maybe you might think so, too.  And if you do...well, I don't really have any plans past that, which is new for me.  I propose we not make plans.  I propose we give this thing a chance and let it work out how it works out.  So, what do you say?  Do you want to not make plans with me?"  (Caution: "hell" used once as profanity)
