ScreenVue is the result of a joint venture and partnership between Christian Video Licensing International (CVLI) and Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI) and Motion Picture Licensing Corporation (MPLC).

ScreenVue first launched in 2003 as a service of CVLI. The CVLI Church Video License provides legal coverage for churches and for other ministry organizations to show DVDs, Blu-rays, digital, movie downloads and streams of motion pictures. Each organization needs to be specifically covered. Coverage includes playing just a few seconds of a movie all the way up to showing the full-length feature.

Each *Total Producer Church Video License* (or any *Church Video Licence* globally) comes with free ScreenVue Vault access.

The ScreenVue Vault offers 14,000+ Scene Ideas, Views and Downloads from a variety of movies and resources.

### CCLI

Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI) was established in 1988 to provide churches with simple, affordable solutions to complex copyright issues. CCLI helps churches maintain their integrity while giving them the freedom to worship expressively and spontaneously.

Churches often face copyright infringement issues in two areas: 1) copying music without permission, and 2) showing movies without authorization.

For copying music to assist with congregational singing, the Church Copyright License provides blanket coverage for 600,000+ songs and 7,000+ publishers and song owners. Currently, global churches are using 600,000+ CCLI licenses.

### CVLI

From a unique partnership between Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI) and Motion Picture Licensing Corporation (MPLC), Christian Video Licensing International (CVLI) and the Church Video License was formed in 2001.

The Church Video License provides churches with legal coverage to show all, or any portion of, thousands of movie titles from a number of movie producers, including all the major studios. Currently, the titles from 3,000+ producers are represented by the Church Video License, including the titles that contain all the scenes that are part of the ScreenVue Vault.

## How We Use Cookies

__"Where can I find my Access Key to sign-in with?"__
- Every Church Video Licence globally and every *Total Producer Church Video License* (or *Standard CVLI Video License*) in the USA comes with FREE access to the ScreenVue Vault, which is unlocked with your Access Key. Your Access Key will be included in the monthly CVL update emails you receive. If you can't find your Key, please email us at: [support@screenvue.com ](mailto:support@screenvue.com "support@screenvue.com")

__"Why won't my Access Key work?"__
- The usual reason for the Access Key not to work (and a footer error message to appear) is that something is missing from the sign-in protocol.
- Enter the *Email address* associated with your Church Video License (or CCLI account).
- Enter the *Access Key* found in your last CVL update email (exactly, with no spaces).
- Select the *Terms of Use* and a *Keeping in Touch* option.
- You should be in! If you have done all this and still have a problem, please let us know and we'll dig further.

__"In the USA, why don't I have access as a CVL Family Values Package member?"__
- The *CVL Family Values Package* offers only 65+ studios and producers, and does not include any major/minor Hollywood studios - and does not come with ScreenVue Vault access. 
- The *CVL Total Producer Package* offers 4,000+ studios and producers, including every major Hollywood studio and most of the major/minors, and comes with complimentary access to the new ScreenVue Vault: unlocked with a provided Access Key.

__"What is the difference between Scene Ideas, Scene Views, and Scene Downloads?"__
- The ScreenVue Vault offers THREE different types of Scenes:

__"What are the restrictions for streaming our service and including a movie scene? "__
- For churches that stream their services and want to include any part of a movie (the entire film or just a scene), the Church Video License terms do not cover streaming a movie scene - even if used in a sermon - over the internet to the general public.
- However, it is permissible to live stream a movie scene inside the facility as long as it is a closed-stream (not accessed publicly).

Thomas comes to consciousness in a darkened tunnel, coughing and spewing out water.  His memory completely wiped, he has no idea who he is or where he is.  He sits up, terrified, and looks around.  He appears to be inside a moving freight elevator, headed toward an unknown destination.  The speed of the elevator increases and the metal box begins to shake and groan.  Thomas hears a grunt beside him and cautiously peers at the cargo.  He jumps back in fright as a snout appears from inside a cage.  Frightened and confused, he stands up, banging on the top of the elevator and screaming for help.  Finally, the elevator comes to a jerking halt, leaving a panicked Thomas in utter blackness.  Suddenly, a door opens, and Thomas is blinded by sunlight.  A crowd of faces appears above him, laughing and jeering.  A boy pulls Thomas roughly out of the elevator: "Day one, Greenie.  Rise and shine."  Thomas falls to the ground, panting.  The youths crowd around him, continuing to laugh.  Terrified, Thomas gets up, pushing his way through the huddle, and begins to run.  He sprints across a green field until, suddenly, he trips and falls, sprawling on the ground.  The youths laugh.  Thomas sits up, suddenly noticing his surroundings.  The field and small forest is completely enclosed by a massive stone wall.  He turns around, looking in all directions.  Everywhere he looks he sees the wall, trapping him inside with the others.

Thomas has just arrived in the Glade, with no memory of the past and no knowledge of how he came to be in this strange place.  Full of questions and a desire to explore his new surroundings, Thomas walks toward the massive stone wall that surrounds the Glade.  He stares at the one narrow opening, wondering what could be beyond.  Chuck runs to catch up with him: "Dude, where are you going?"  Thomas: "I just wanna see."  Chuck, warningly: "You can look around all you want, but you better not go out there."  Thomas: "Why not?  What's through there?"  Chuck: "I don't know.  I just know what I'm told.  I'm not supposed to leave."  Just then, two boys run out of the opening and into the Glade.  Thomas, surprised, questions why they can go and he cannot.  Chuck tells the boy that the two are specially trained runners with expert knowledge of the maze outside.  The word "maze" excites Thomas's curiosity even more and he strides closer to the opening, against Chuck's warnings.  Chuck: "It's not safe."  As if pulled forward by an invisible rope, Thomas walks closer and closer, staring out at the dark corridor.  Before he can step outside, however, he is tackled by Gally, who is angry that he apparently tried to leave.  Seeing the scuffle, the other inhabitants of the Glade converge on the scene, trying to calm the now angry Thomas.  Thomas: "Why won't you let me leave?"  Alby: "We're just trying to protect you."  Newt: "It's for your own good."  Thomas: "You can't just keep me here!"  Alby: "We can't let you leave."  Thomas: "Why not?"  Just then, a loud creaking is heard.  A powerful gust of wind shoots out from the inner maze, taking their breath away.  Thomas and the others watch as the large doors to the maze slowly close, cutting off the dark interior from the Glade.  Thomas stands, shaken by the sight and the sound of the impenetrable prison outside the walls.  Alby: "Welcome to the Glade."  (Caution: h-word used twice)

Ben has been stung by a Griever and is now so far along in his sickness that he is a danger to the others in the Glade.  Alby has assembled the community at the entrance to the maze.  The boys are armed with pointed sticks and with T-shaped prodders.  A couple of youths escort Ben to the center of the group.  Ben, knowing what awaits him, begs his friends for mercy.  Silently, they continue with their plan.  Alby looks sickened, but he nods to Minho, who tosses Ben's pack into the maze.  Ben, crying and spitting blood, begs: "No, no, please!  Don't do it!"  The telltale wind that precedes the closing of the maze doors begins to gust and Alby orders the boys to arm their poles.  To the right and left of Ben, the boys with pointed sticks hold them out towards him, trapping him inside the circle.  At Ben's back, the boys with the T-shaped prodders begin to push him out of the Glade and into the maze.  He fights against them, begging them to stop.  Chuck walks away, unable to watch anymore.  Thomas watches in horror as they succeed in pushing Ben inside the maze just as the doors are about to close.  He sees Ben standing, weeping in the solitary darkness, and hears his scream cut off when the doors slam shut.  Thomas blinks away tears.

The occupants of the Glade are gathered at the entrance to the maze, anxiously awaiting the return of Minho and Alby.  Knowing that no one has ever survived a night in the treacherous maze, the boys fear for their friends, aware that the maze doors could close at any time.  Thomas wants to send someone after them, but Newt says they can't risk losing anyone else.  Gally: "Either they make it back, or they don't."  Just as the doors begin to slowly close, the boys spot Minho dragging an unconscious Alby on his back.  Minho grunts in pain and exertion and, although he could easily make it out of the maze on his own, refuses to leave Alby behind.  The boys begin to yell as the doors draw closer and closer together: "Come on, Minho, you can do it!"  Gally encourages Minho to leave Alby behind, but the boy continues to struggle to drag his friend.  Newt, to Thomas: "They're not gonna make it."  Thomas watches in horror as his two friends are about to be enclosed inside the deadly prison.  Knowing they won't make it out, Thomas makes a decision.  Just before the doors close, he sprints through them, shutting himself inside the maze with the other two.  Minho: "Good job.  You just killed yourself."

Thomas and Minho are exploring a section of the maze that has never yet been seen.  Cautiously, they approach a black hole, at the end of which is a blinking red light.  The light sends a laser beam that seems to scan the bodies of the two men.  Suddenly, a buzzer sounds from deep inside the maze.  Startled, Thomas and Minho decide to leave, fearing what is coming.  Just as they begin to exit the room, the doors they have just passed through close, and the two know now they must race to get out before they are trapped.  Running with all their might, they make it out of the tunnel, entering a giant section filled with huge metal doors.  One by one, like dominoes, the doors begin to close on each other, forming a wall that will effectively seal the boys inside the maze.  Minho, yelling: "Run, Thomas, we're gonna get trapped!"  The two start to race against the closing of the doors and just barely make it out of that section of the maze.  Reaching the next section, they stop in their tracks as the ground beside them begins to crumble.  Out from underneath the ground, huge platforms rise up, forming new walls to trap the men inside.  Other walls fall to the ground, almost crushing them beneath as the entire landscape shifts and changes in an effort to trap the two inside the maze.  Thomas and Minho continue to run, narrowly avoiding falling walls, until they reach the section that will take them back to the safety of the Glade.  Their way out is getting narrower and narrower as the walls are closing in on each other.  Quickly, the men dive into the remaining opening and shimmy their way out, just making it through before they can be crushed.  (Caution: h-word used, s-word spoken quietly)

Thomas wakes up inside a cage with Teresa.  Munho, Newt, and Chuck are sitting outside the cage, watching the two prisoners.  The three tell Thomas that Gally has taken over the Glade and intends to banish Thomas and Teresa at sundown.  Thomas: "The others agreed to that?"  Teresa: "Gally has everyone convinced that you're the reason all this has happened."  The youths are surprised when Thomas agrees with Gally, admitting that he is responsible.  Thomas confesses to the others that, since his memory has returned, he has remembered the truth of the Glade.  It is a testing ground for the youths, who are imprisoned and monitored by the agents of WCKD.  Thomas has remembered that he worked with these agents.  Thomas: "Guys, I'm one of them."  The others stare at him in shock.  His voice trembling, Thomas confesses that he's been watching them for years, participating in the tests that have tortured and even killed them.  When Teresa asks why WCKD would have sent Thomas to the maze, he shakes his head: "It doesn't matter."  The rest are silent until Newt speaks up: "He's right.  It doesn't matter.  Any of it."  He looks at Thomas, exonerating him for his past sins: "The people we were before the maze, they don't even exist anymore.  These Creators took care of that.  What does matter is who we are now and what we do, right now."

Thomas and a group from the Glade have decided to brave the maze in an attempt to escape for good.  The youths are about to face a vicious Griever when Thomas stops them: "We stay close, we stick together, we get through this.  We get out now, or we die trying!  Ready?"  The others agree and follow Thomas's lead into battle against the huge scorpion-like creatures.  Spears raised, they rush forward as one and attack the creature from all sides.  They successfully defeat it, but several others arrive to take its place.  While Teresa and Chuck unlock the exit doors, the rest of the group protects them, fighting off the Grievers.  And, when Munho, the only member who knows the code to get out, is attacked by a Griever, Jeff sacrifices himself to save him, allowing the others to escape.  The survivors run into the open escape tunnel, successfully exiting the maze.  (Caution: violent scene)
