ScreenVue is the result of a joint venture and partnership between Christian Video Licensing International (CVLI) and Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI) and Motion Picture Licensing Corporation (MPLC).

ScreenVue first launched in 2003 as a service of CVLI. The CVLI Church Video License provides legal coverage for churches and for other ministry organizations to show DVDs, Blu-rays, digital, movie downloads and streams of motion pictures. Each organization needs to be specifically covered. Coverage includes playing just a few seconds of a movie all the way up to showing the full-length feature.

Each *Total Producer Church Video License* (or any *Church Video Licence* globally) comes with free ScreenVue Vault access.

The ScreenVue Vault offers 14,000+ Scene Ideas, Views and Downloads from a variety of movies and resources.

### CCLI

Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI) was established in 1988 to provide churches with simple, affordable solutions to complex copyright issues. CCLI helps churches maintain their integrity while giving them the freedom to worship expressively and spontaneously.

Churches often face copyright infringement issues in two areas: 1) copying music without permission, and 2) showing movies without authorization.

For copying music to assist with congregational singing, the Church Copyright License provides blanket coverage for 600,000+ songs and 7,000+ publishers and song owners. Currently, global churches are using 600,000+ CCLI licenses.

### CVLI

From a unique partnership between Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI) and Motion Picture Licensing Corporation (MPLC), Christian Video Licensing International (CVLI) and the Church Video License was formed in 2001.

The Church Video License provides churches with legal coverage to show all, or any portion of, thousands of movie titles from a number of movie producers, including all the major studios. Currently, the titles from 3,000+ producers are represented by the Church Video License, including the titles that contain all the scenes that are part of the ScreenVue Vault.

Motion Picture Licensing Corporation (MPLC) was founded in 1986 by former MGM executives and an MPAA attorney. Their goal was to develop a process to help the public leverage the work of the creative community without infringing on copyright.

## How We Use Cookies

__"Where can I find my Access Key to sign-in with?"__
- Every Church Video Licence globally and every *Total Producer Church Video License* (or *Standard CVLI Video License*) in the USA comes with FREE access to the ScreenVue Vault, which is unlocked with your Access Key. Your Access Key will be included in the monthly CVL update emails you receive. If you can't find your Key, please email us at: [support@screenvue.com ](mailto:support@screenvue.com "support@screenvue.com")

__"Why won't my Access Key work?"__
- The usual reason for the Access Key not to work (and a footer error message to appear) is that something is missing from the sign-in protocol.
- Enter the *Email address* associated with your Church Video License (or CCLI account).
- Enter the *Access Key* found in your last CVL update email (exactly, with no spaces).
- Select the *Terms of Use* and a *Keeping in Touch* option.
- You should be in! If you have done all this and still have a problem, please let us know and we'll dig further.

__"In the USA, why don't I have access as a CVL Family Values Package member?"__
- The *CVL Family Values Package* offers only 65+ studios and producers, and does not include any major/minor Hollywood studios - and does not come with ScreenVue Vault access. 
- The *CVL Total Producer Package* offers 4,000+ studios and producers, including every major Hollywood studio and most of the major/minors, and comes with complimentary access to the new ScreenVue Vault: unlocked with a provided Access Key.

__"What is the difference between Scene Ideas, Scene Views, and Scene Downloads?"__
- The ScreenVue Vault offers THREE different types of Scenes:

__"What are the restrictions for streaming our service and including a movie scene? "__
- For churches that stream their services and want to include any part of a movie (the entire film or just a scene), the Church Video License terms do not cover streaming a movie scene - even if used in a sermon - over the internet to the general public.
- However, it is permissible to live stream a movie scene inside the facility as long as it is a closed-stream (not accessed publicly).

Santa Claus and the Easter Bunny are busy arguing over whose holiday is most important when the Sandman sees the Man in the Moon waiting to give them a message.  Seeing that no one else has noticed the moon, Sandy tries to alert the others.  Sandman, who is mute, waves furiously in an attempt to get Santa's attention.  When this fails, he waves a flag.  They still don't see him.  Sandman finally is able to attract the attention of the Tooth Fairy, but she is distracted by her own duties and misses the point of his message.  Sandman's shoulders sag in frustration.  Finally, he grabs one of Santa's elves and shakes it, causing the bell on its hat to ring loudly.  When Santa, the Easter Bunny, and the Tooth Fairy all look at him, Sandman points to the window, where the Man in the Moon is waiting.  Santa looks up at the window: "Ah!  Man in Moon."  He scolds Sandman: "Sandy...why didn't you say something?"

Jack Frost is tired of being invisible to everyone.  Longing for purpose and meaning in his lonely existence, he cries out to the ruler of the Earth (the Man in the Moon).  Jack, looking up at the silent moon: "If there's something that I'm doing wrong, can you - - can you just tell me what it is?  Because I've tried everything and no one ever sees me."  Jack stares, waiting for an answer that doesn't come.  Jack, angry now: "You put me here!  The least you can do is tell me - - tell me why."  Again, Jack receives no response.  Narrowing his eyes at the moon, he walks away.

Jack Frost has been brought to a gathering of the Guardians.  Face-to-face with the Tooth Fairy, Santa Claus, Sandman, and the Easter Bunny, Jack wonders aloud why he has been asked to the meeting.  Santa has momentous news for Jack...he has been chosen to be a Guardian.  At Santa's announcement, the elves begin blowing trumpets, huge banners are unfurled from the ceiling, and torches of celebration are raised high.  But when two fairies try to place a garland around Jack's neck, he backs away.   Resisting the ceremonial slippers and the congratulatory toast, Jack puts a stop to the proceedings when Santa begins to open the book containing the Guardian pledge.  Jack: "What makes you think I want to be a Guardian?"  Santa, who can't imagine anyone not wanting such an honor, laughs.  He orders the ceremony to continue.  Jack again interrupts, assuring the Guardians they have made a mistake in their choice.  Santa: "Pick?  You think we pick?  No!  You were chosen, like we were all chosen...by Man in Moon."  Jack is stunned.  Tooth Fairy: "Last night, Jack.  He chose you."  Santa: "You see, you cannot say no.  It is destiny."

The Man in the Moon has just named Jack Frost as a new Guardian.  Santa takes Jack to his office to find out more about the new recruit: "Who are you, Jack Frost?  What is your center?"  Jack, confused: "My center?"  Santa: "If Man in Moon chose you to be a Guardian, you must have something very special inside."  Santa picks up a nesting doll made in his own image.  Each successive doll reveals another aspect of Santa's personality, down to the innermost doll.  The inner doll represents the most important of Santa's characteristics...his unceasing wonder.  "It is what I was born with.  Eyes that have always seen the wonder in everything.  This wonder is what I put into the world and what I protect in children.  It is what makes me a Guardian.  It is my center.  What is yours?"  Jack looks down at the little doll in his hand: "I don't know."

Jack and his little sister were skating on the pond when the ice under the little girl's feet began to crack.  Frozen in fear, she looks to Jack for guidance.  Jack tries to calm his sister: "It's okay.  It's okay.  Don't look down.  Just look at me."  Sister, watching the cracks beneath her feet quickly spread: "Jack!  I'm scared."  Jack: "Yeah.  I know.  I know.  But you're gonna be all right."  Slowly inching closer to the girl, Jack tries to distract her from her fear by pretending they are playing a game.  But the girl is too focused on her fear to participate.  Jack, looking the girl in the eye: "I promise.  You're gonna be fine.  You have to believe in me."  Still frightened, but smiling, the girl watches as Jack pretends to play hopscotch across the ice.  Finally, he urges her forward until he can reach her and move her to safety.

Jamie is sitting on his bed, facing his stuffed Easter bunny.  He addresses the bunny, in earnest: "Okay, look.  You and I are obviously at what they call a crossroads."  (After Pitch ruined Easter, children all over the world have lost their faith...all except Jamie.)  Jamie is now looking for some proof to hold up his wavering belief.  Jamie stares deeply into the bunny's eyes: "...you have to prove it, like, right now.  I've believed in you for a long time, okay?  Like, my whole life, in fact.  So you kind of owe me now.  You don't have to do much.  Just a little sign so I know."  The bunny is silent.  Jamie, pleading: "Anything.  Anything at all."  When the bunny fails to answer, Jamie drops it to the floor, crushed.  Jack Frost, who has been watching from outside Jamie's house, cannot allow the boy's faith to die.  Breathing frost on the window glass, he etches a picture of an Easter egg.  Jamie gasps, staring down at the bunny in amazement: "He's real."

The Guardians are sledding through the town with the handful of children that still believe in them.  They skid to a stop when a huge, black, billowing cloud appears in front of them.  Lightning streaks out of the ominous cloud and Pitch stands at its head, mounted on a black nightmare stallion.  Jack sees that Jamie's faith is turning to fear: "They're just bad dreams, Jamie."  Bunny: "We'll protect you, mate."  Pitch laughs evilly, knowing the Guardians' power has been weakened by lack of faith: "You'll protect them?  But who will protect you?"  Jamie swallows his fear and steps forward: "I will."  Other children begin to step forward, one by one, their faces set in lines of determination.  Pitch, as he sends a river of nightmare smoke to trample the children: "Still think there's no such thing as the Bogey Man?"  Jamie, standing his ground, puts one hand forward to stop the black flow: "I do believe in you.  I'm just not afraid of you."  As the smoke hits Jamie's hand, it turns to gold wisps, filling the air with sparkling ribbons.  The children laugh as the ribbons travel around the city, eradicating the black smoke of the nightmares.

The Guardians are preparing to return to the North Pole.  When Jamie sees Jack about to go with them, he panics: "You're leaving?  But what if Pitch comes back?  What if we stop believing again?  If I can't see you..."  Jack puts a comforting hand on the frightened boy: "Hey, slow down.  You tell me you stop believing in the moon when the sun comes up?"  Jamie: "No."  Jack: "Okay, well, do you stop believing in the sun when clouds block it out?"  Jamie chuckles sheepishly: "No."  Jack: "We'll always be there, Jamie."  Jack points to Jamie's heart: "And, now, we'll always be here."
