ScreenVue is the result of a joint venture and partnership between Christian Video Licensing International (CVLI) and Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI) and Motion Picture Licensing Corporation (MPLC).

ScreenVue first launched in 2003 as a service of CVLI. The CVLI Church Video License provides legal coverage for churches and for other ministry organizations to show DVDs, Blu-rays, digital, movie downloads and streams of motion pictures. Each organization needs to be specifically covered. Coverage includes playing just a few seconds of a movie all the way up to showing the full-length feature.

Each *Total Producer Church Video License* (or any *Church Video Licence* globally) comes with free ScreenVue Vault access.

The ScreenVue Vault offers 14,000+ Scene Ideas, Views and Downloads from a variety of movies and resources.

### CCLI

Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI) was established in 1988 to provide churches with simple, affordable solutions to complex copyright issues. CCLI helps churches maintain their integrity while giving them the freedom to worship expressively and spontaneously.

Churches often face copyright infringement issues in two areas: 1) copying music without permission, and 2) showing movies without authorization.

For copying music to assist with congregational singing, the Church Copyright License provides blanket coverage for 600,000+ songs and 7,000+ publishers and song owners. Currently, global churches are using 600,000+ CCLI licenses.

### CVLI

From a unique partnership between Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI) and Motion Picture Licensing Corporation (MPLC), Christian Video Licensing International (CVLI) and the Church Video License was formed in 2001.

The Church Video License provides churches with legal coverage to show all, or any portion of, thousands of movie titles from a number of movie producers, including all the major studios. Currently, the titles from 3,000+ producers are represented by the Church Video License, including the titles that contain all the scenes that are part of the ScreenVue Vault.

Motion Picture Licensing Corporation (MPLC) was founded in 1986 by former MGM executives and an MPAA attorney. Their goal was to develop a process to help the public leverage the work of the creative community without infringing on copyright.

## How We Use Cookies

__"Where can I find my Access Key to sign-in with?"__
- Every Church Video Licence globally and every *Total Producer Church Video License* (or *Standard CVLI Video License*) in the USA comes with FREE access to the ScreenVue Vault, which is unlocked with your Access Key. Your Access Key will be included in the monthly CVL update emails you receive. If you can't find your Key, please email us at: [support@screenvue.com ](mailto:support@screenvue.com "support@screenvue.com")

__"Why won't my Access Key work?"__
- The usual reason for the Access Key not to work (and a footer error message to appear) is that something is missing from the sign-in protocol.
- Enter the *Email address* associated with your Church Video License (or CCLI account).
- Enter the *Access Key* found in your last CVL update email (exactly, with no spaces).
- Select the *Terms of Use* and a *Keeping in Touch* option.
- You should be in! If you have done all this and still have a problem, please let us know and we'll dig further.

__"In the USA, why don't I have access as a CVL Family Values Package member?"__
- The *CVL Family Values Package* offers only 65+ studios and producers, and does not include any major/minor Hollywood studios - and does not come with ScreenVue Vault access. 
- The *CVL Total Producer Package* offers 4,000+ studios and producers, including every major Hollywood studio and most of the major/minors, and comes with complimentary access to the new ScreenVue Vault: unlocked with a provided Access Key.

__"What is the difference between Scene Ideas, Scene Views, and Scene Downloads?"__
- The ScreenVue Vault offers THREE different types of Scenes:

__"What are the restrictions for streaming our service and including a movie scene? "__
- For churches that stream their services and want to include any part of a movie (the entire film or just a scene), the Church Video License terms do not cover streaming a movie scene - even if used in a sermon - over the internet to the general public.
- However, it is permissible to live stream a movie scene inside the facility as long as it is a closed-stream (not accessed publicly).

Tyler and his crew are directly in the path of what promises to be a decent tornado.  Everyone, with the exception of Ben, is excited ride out the storm in their specially-equipped truck.  While Ben tightens his harness and fearfully watches the funnel quickly approach, the others are busy focusing on their instruments.  They've experienced enough tornados not to be frightened by one of this size.  But, they are eager to experience it.  They flip switches, preparing their instruments to record data from the storm.  Ben whimpers as they deploy augers into the ground to stabilize themselves.  The others scream in excitement.  However, just before the funnel touches them, it fizzles out and disappears.  Lily pouts in disappointment.  Tyler, discouraged, gets out of his truck and looks in the opposite direction.  They chased the wrong tornado.


Scott and Javi are driving away from an enormous tornado.  Scott is excited to track it, but Javi is concerned about the town in its path.  When they see Kate and her team driving towards the town, Scott laughs mockingly: "They're running from it.  They're scared."  Javi: "They're not running.  They're heading into town to help."  Javi wants to go help too, but Scott is only concerned about their job.  Scott, angrily: "Whose side are you on, man?  We've got the team waiting for us and we've got the storm of a century out there!"  Javi: "The people!  There's people!"  Scott, yelling now: "I don't care about the people!"  Javi: "We need to go help!"  Scott orders Javi to stop the truck so he can get out and place the sensors.  Javi slams on the brakes and lets Scott out.  Scott moves to the back of the truck to get the sensors, but Javi's got a different plan.  He hits the gas, telling Scott he quits.  Scott is covered head-to-toe with mud as Javi races to help out at the town.  (Caution: d-word)

Kate and Tyler are helping the townspeople find shelter from the storm when a trolley derails and blows straight towards Tyler.  Tyler is trapped under a pile of lumber and can't extricate himself.  Suddenly, a piece of debris strikes the nearby water tower and it begins to collapse.  As metal beams begin falling towards Tyler, Kate tries to pull him out from under the wood.  But she isn't strong enough to do it on her own.  Just before the tower falls, Javi arrives on the scene.  Together, Kate and Javi are able to rescue Tyler from the debris in the final moments before the tower strikes.


Tyler is describing to Kate the first time he experienced a tornado.  Eight-year old Tyler was driving with his aunt when a tornado touched down nearby.  Tyler: "I was just mesmerized.  Then, I looked at my aunt, and she's got this look on her face.  I realized in that moment I was supposed to be scared."  Kate: "Were you scared?"  Tyler nods: "Yeah, I was."  Kate, smiling: "The Tornado Wrangler is scared of tornados."  They turn to watch the bull riders compete.  Tyler tells Kate he used to ride bulls himself.  Kate: "You're scared of tornados, but not of riding bulls?"  Tyler: "Well, tornados, bulls, same thing.  Fear's the reason you do it.  You don't face your fears, you ride 'em."


While Kate attempts to stop the tornado with her invention, Tyler and the others have led the townspeople to shelter inside the movie theater.  But, when the tornado threatens to rip into the building, they have to quickly move everyone to the back.  As everyone lies on the floor and grips the bolted seats, the front of the theater is suddenly torn apart and winds begin sucking out everything in sight.  Back inside the tornado, Kate succeeds in releasing her polymer into the funnel.  But things are looking worse inside the theater.  Several people are sucked out of the opening and into the tornado.  When Lily begins to slide across the floor, Tyler reaches out to try to stop her.  He grabs a hold of her hands as she lifts into the air.  Tyler's foot is caught on a chair, but the bolt is coming loose.  At any moment, they could both be pulled out of the theater.  Suddenly, the winds die down and the storm ends.  Kate's method has worked and the rest of the people in the theater are saved.

Kate and her team are researching tornados for a grant proposal when they encounter one that is bigger than expected.  Javi radios to Addy to warn them that the tornado is reaching epic proportions and they are right in its path.  Jeb tries frantically to outrun the storm in his truck, but it soon becomes apparent that his effort is futile.  Finally, they slide off the road into a field.  They know they can't shelter in the car and so, out of desperation, they run for the nearest overpass.  Praveen is the first to be overtaken and his friends don't even notice when he is sucked into the funnel cloud.  The other three are scrambling up the steep concrete embankment when Addy slips and the winds carry her away just as Kate is reaching out for her.  Finally, Jeb helps Kate up to the top and shields her body from the winds: "Put your arms around the rail!  You're going to be okay!  I've got you!"  Jeb is sucked into the tornado.  Kate alone survives.  (Caution: intense scene, h-word used)


Kate and her crew and Tyler and his are chasing down a forming tornado.  From two separate cars, Kate and Tyler explain the wonder and mystery behind the tornado.  While they highlight the mechanics of the amazing weather phenomenon, we see fast-motion clips of one forming.  A flat bank of clouds bubbles up, exploding from the top into a mushroom.  The clouds then begin to circle swiftly.  Kate: "Here's the mystery."  Tyler: "We don't know how a tornado forms.  We see the hook on the radar, but..."  Kate: "...what are all the invisible factors coming together?  Every little detail that..."  Tyler: "...has to be perfect.  And it's a mix of what we know and everything we can't understand.  It's part science, part religion."  Boone kisses his fingers and points to heaven, giving God the credit for creating the tornado.  And, right in front of them, the tornado touches ground.  Tyler: "The birth of a tornado.  Nature's masterpiece."


When Kate finds Tyler in her old workshop, reading her reports, she demands he stop.  But, Tyler is excited by her ideas.  He thinks he can help her build a new model to better calculate her results.  Kate, however, isn't interested in resuming her research.  Kate: "Please, can you stop?"  Tyler: "It's a great idea!  How did you not tell me about this before?"  Kate, tearfully: "Because I got it wrong!  In the field, in the moment, when it mattered, I got it wrong.  I underestimated what we were up against and I pushed it too far.  And for what?  Some childish dream I had that I could make a difference?  It was never gonna work.  And I have to live with that forever."  Tyler looks at the picture of Kate's dead partners.  He reminds her that a tornado's rating isn't based on size or wind speed: "The power we ascribe to it, it's based on damage.  Now, it's only after the fact we can really define it.  What it destroys, what it takes from us.  I'm sorry for what happened.  But, how much more are you gonna let this thing take from you?"


Kate and Tyler, trained meteorologists, rush into a hotel to find a place to shelter from the coming tornado.  They interrupt the tirade of an irate customer to ask if the hotel has a basement.  The customer is angry at the interruption and dismissive of the tornado warning.  Kate and Tyler desperately look for a place to shelter.  Spotting an empty inground pool in the back, they warn the hotel occupants to follow them to safety.  Everyone except the angry customer and his wife follow them.  Instead, the man leads his wife to their truck and tries to drive away.  Kate helplessly yells back at them: "No!  Stop!"  It is too late.  The truck is carried away by the treacherous winds.
