ScreenVue is the result of a joint venture and partnership between Christian Video Licensing International (CVLI) and Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI) and Motion Picture Licensing Corporation (MPLC).

ScreenVue first launched in 2003 as a service of CVLI. The CVLI Church Video License provides legal coverage for churches and for other ministry organizations to show DVDs, Blu-rays, digital, movie downloads and streams of motion pictures. Each organization needs to be specifically covered. Coverage includes playing just a few seconds of a movie all the way up to showing the full-length feature.

Each *Total Producer Church Video License* (or any *Church Video Licence* globally) comes with free ScreenVue Vault access.

The ScreenVue Vault offers 14,000+ Scene Ideas, Views and Downloads from a variety of movies and resources.

### CCLI

Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI) was established in 1988 to provide churches with simple, affordable solutions to complex copyright issues. CCLI helps churches maintain their integrity while giving them the freedom to worship expressively and spontaneously.

Churches often face copyright infringement issues in two areas: 1) copying music without permission, and 2) showing movies without authorization.

For copying music to assist with congregational singing, the Church Copyright License provides blanket coverage for 600,000+ songs and 7,000+ publishers and song owners. Currently, global churches are using 600,000+ CCLI licenses.

### CVLI

From a unique partnership between Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI) and Motion Picture Licensing Corporation (MPLC), Christian Video Licensing International (CVLI) and the Church Video License was formed in 2001.

The Church Video License provides churches with legal coverage to show all, or any portion of, thousands of movie titles from a number of movie producers, including all the major studios. Currently, the titles from 3,000+ producers are represented by the Church Video License, including the titles that contain all the scenes that are part of the ScreenVue Vault.

Motion Picture Licensing Corporation (MPLC) was founded in 1986 by former MGM executives and an MPAA attorney. Their goal was to develop a process to help the public leverage the work of the creative community without infringing on copyright.

## How We Use Cookies

__"Where can I find my Access Key to sign-in with?"__
- Every Church Video Licence globally and every *Total Producer Church Video License* (or *Standard CVLI Video License*) in the USA comes with FREE access to the ScreenVue Vault, which is unlocked with your Access Key. Your Access Key will be included in the monthly CVL update emails you receive. If you can't find your Key, please email us at: [support@screenvue.com ](mailto:support@screenvue.com "support@screenvue.com")

__"Why won't my Access Key work?"__
- The usual reason for the Access Key not to work (and a footer error message to appear) is that something is missing from the sign-in protocol.
- Enter the *Email address* associated with your Church Video License (or CCLI account).
- Enter the *Access Key* found in your last CVL update email (exactly, with no spaces).
- Select the *Terms of Use* and a *Keeping in Touch* option.
- You should be in! If you have done all this and still have a problem, please let us know and we'll dig further.

__"In the USA, why don't I have access as a CVL Family Values Package member?"__
- The *CVL Family Values Package* offers only 65+ studios and producers, and does not include any major/minor Hollywood studios - and does not come with ScreenVue Vault access. 
- The *CVL Total Producer Package* offers 4,000+ studios and producers, including every major Hollywood studio and most of the major/minors, and comes with complimentary access to the new ScreenVue Vault: unlocked with a provided Access Key.

__"What is the difference between Scene Ideas, Scene Views, and Scene Downloads?"__
- The ScreenVue Vault offers THREE different types of Scenes:

__"What are the restrictions for streaming our service and including a movie scene? "__
- For churches that stream their services and want to include any part of a movie (the entire film or just a scene), the Church Video License terms do not cover streaming a movie scene - even if used in a sermon - over the internet to the general public.
- However, it is permissible to live stream a movie scene inside the facility as long as it is a closed-stream (not accessed publicly).

A runaway train is headed at full speed toward a town.  Police officers have been posted along the track at every crossing to warn vehicles away from the area.  A news van pulls up to the track and the reporters refuse to obey the officers' commands to vacate the area.  On the opposite side of the track, a man driving a fast-moving truck is adjusting his radio dial, his eyes off the road.  He fails to see the officer waving him to stop until the last second.  Slamming on his brakes, he swerves to avoid the news van parked directly in front of him and hits a horse trailer instead.  The horse trailer is knocked directly into the path of the oncoming train.  The owners of the horses quickly pull the horses out of the trailer, but the frightened animals refuse to leave the tracks.  Finally, the horses are pulled away to safety just as the train comes through, hitting the trailer and destroying it.

Officials are working together in a desperate attempt to stop a runaway train carrying dangerous chemicals.  A veteran engineer is driving a second train directly in front of the runaway, braking in front of it to try to slow it down.  As he slows the train down, a helicopter drops a marine onto the top of the runaway train to attempt to take charge of the unmanned controls.  However, at the worst moment, the trains knock sharply into one another and the marine is seriously injured.  The helicopter pulls him back off the train and that plan is abandoned.  The engineer of the second train, however, is still trying to slow the runaway down and get it to switch to another track.  However, he isn't able to slow it down enough and the runaway pushes his own train off the tracks, causing it to tip over and explode.  (Caution: "g-----n" used once as profanity)

A runaway train carrying toxic chemicals is headed toward a heavily populated area of the state.  Frank, an experienced engineer, has learned of a plan to use a portable derailer to stop the train and has told Connie that it will never work.  Connie gets Frank and Oscar (Vice President of Operations, and the man who made the decision to use the derailer) together for a conference call.  Oscar, as soon as they are introduced via phone: "We are derailing 777, Frank.  It's a done decision."  Frank: "Look, Mr. Galvin, with all due respect, I've been railroading 28 years."  Frank has a different plan to stop the speeding train, but Mr. Galvin is unwilling to give him a chance.  Frank tries to explain his reasoning, but Mr. Galvin isn't even willing to use Frank as a backup plan, even when Frank tells him the derailer will never work.  Mr. Galvin, angrily: "Look, I am not jeopardizing more personnel and more property just because some engineer wants to play hero.  End of discussion.  That train is our property, it's our decision!"  (Later on in the film, Frank is proven right when Galvin's derailer has no effect on the runaway train.)

Frank and Will are on a dangerous job, hoping to stop a runaway train.  They've been carrying on a running conversation throughout their trip and Will now asks Frank about an earlier reference he made to having been married.  Frank, the older of the two men, tells Will that his wife died four years previously.  He describes their loving relationship and the way she had taken care of him.  Frank, wanting to keep the young husband from wasting his marriage: "You should call your wife."  (Will had told Frank earlier in the day that he and his wife were estranged.)  Will: "I would, but it's her day off.  She's probably sleeping."  Frank: "Don't make excuses.  Wake her up."  Will: "Been calling for the past two weeks.  She still hasn't called me back."  Frank: "She won't.  You got to call her.  Don't you know how that works?  You quit too easy."

Frank and Will are the only two people in a position to stop a runaway train.  The train, filled with toxic chemicals, is headed toward a sharp curve in the track, which lies in the middle of a large town.  If they can't slow the train down in time, it will fly off the track and crash into tanks of gasoline.  Frank, riding on top of one of the cars of the speeding train, is communicating to Will (who is controlling a separate engine attached to the back of the train) via walkie-talkie.  Frank tells him they are almost at the curve and running too fast.  Will alerts Frank that their engine block is overheated and their plan to use hand brakes isn't working.  Frank, the most experienced of the two men, tells Will to use the independent brake on his command.  Frank, watching the track from his vantage point, calls Will each time he wants him to hit the brake.  Will obeys.  Will's engine lifts off the track as a result of the brake, but Frank tells him to continue...it's their only hope to stop the train.  Trusting Frank's experience, Will continues to apply the brake whenever Frank directs him.  Although the train loses some of its cargo and narrowly misses careening off of the elevated track, the two men working together are able to clear the dangerous curve.

Frank and Will have been doing everything in their power to stop a runaway train filled with toxic chemicals. (The two men, believing themselves to be the last chance to stop the train from killing thousands, voluntarily placed themselves in harm's way.)  The train is now headed toward certain destruction if it can't be stopped.  Frank is riding on top of one of the cars, unable to move any further up the train.  Will is riding alongside the speeding train in the back of a pickup.  The pickup pulls alongside the train, and Will, suffering from a broken foot from an earlier daring move, jumps from the truck to the train at a speed of over 60 miles an hour.  Holding onto the train by only his arms, Will dangles momentarily over the tracks, desperately trying to lift his legs onto the engine.  He succeeds and climbs in to bring the train to a stop.  All over Pennsylvania, people watching on television are cheering the two men.  Newscaster: "We're talking about the heroic work of two men...Frank Barnes and Will Colson.  Southern Pennsylvania will always be indebted to them."
