ScreenVue is the result of a joint venture and partnership between Christian Video Licensing International (CVLI) and Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI) and Motion Picture Licensing Corporation (MPLC).

ScreenVue first launched in 2003 as a service of CVLI. The CVLI Church Video License provides legal coverage for churches and for other ministry organizations to show DVDs, Blu-rays, digital, movie downloads and streams of motion pictures. Each organization needs to be specifically covered. Coverage includes playing just a few seconds of a movie all the way up to showing the full-length feature.

Each *Total Producer Church Video License* (or any *Church Video Licence* globally) comes with free ScreenVue Vault access.

The ScreenVue Vault offers 14,000+ Scene Ideas, Views and Downloads from a variety of movies and resources.

### CCLI

Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI) was established in 1988 to provide churches with simple, affordable solutions to complex copyright issues. CCLI helps churches maintain their integrity while giving them the freedom to worship expressively and spontaneously.

Churches often face copyright infringement issues in two areas: 1) copying music without permission, and 2) showing movies without authorization.

For copying music to assist with congregational singing, the Church Copyright License provides blanket coverage for 600,000+ songs and 7,000+ publishers and song owners. Currently, global churches are using 600,000+ CCLI licenses.

### CVLI

From a unique partnership between Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI) and Motion Picture Licensing Corporation (MPLC), Christian Video Licensing International (CVLI) and the Church Video License was formed in 2001.

The Church Video License provides churches with legal coverage to show all, or any portion of, thousands of movie titles from a number of movie producers, including all the major studios. Currently, the titles from 3,000+ producers are represented by the Church Video License, including the titles that contain all the scenes that are part of the ScreenVue Vault.

## How We Use Cookies

__"Where can I find my Access Key to sign-in with?"__
- Every Church Video Licence globally and every *Total Producer Church Video License* (or *Standard CVLI Video License*) in the USA comes with FREE access to the ScreenVue Vault, which is unlocked with your Access Key. Your Access Key will be included in the monthly CVL update emails you receive. If you can't find your Key, please email us at: [support@screenvue.com ](mailto:support@screenvue.com "support@screenvue.com")

__"Why won't my Access Key work?"__
- The usual reason for the Access Key not to work (and a footer error message to appear) is that something is missing from the sign-in protocol.
- Enter the *Email address* associated with your Church Video License (or CCLI account).
- Enter the *Access Key* found in your last CVL update email (exactly, with no spaces).
- Select the *Terms of Use* and a *Keeping in Touch* option.
- You should be in! If you have done all this and still have a problem, please let us know and we'll dig further.

__"In the USA, why don't I have access as a CVL Family Values Package member?"__
- The *CVL Family Values Package* offers only 65+ studios and producers, and does not include any major/minor Hollywood studios - and does not come with ScreenVue Vault access. 
- The *CVL Total Producer Package* offers 4,000+ studios and producers, including every major Hollywood studio and most of the major/minors, and comes with complimentary access to the new ScreenVue Vault: unlocked with a provided Access Key.

__"What is the difference between Scene Ideas, Scene Views, and Scene Downloads?"__
- The ScreenVue Vault offers THREE different types of Scenes:

__"What are the restrictions for streaming our service and including a movie scene? "__
- For churches that stream their services and want to include any part of a movie (the entire film or just a scene), the Church Video License terms do not cover streaming a movie scene - even if used in a sermon - over the internet to the general public.
- However, it is permissible to live stream a movie scene inside the facility as long as it is a closed-stream (not accessed publicly).

Patchi and Scowler, separated from their parents and in a burning forest, are trying to escape the ravaging flames.  Patchi is fearful, but Scowler has absolute confidence that their father will save them: "Dad would never abandon me."  And, a second later, his trust is proven well-founded when their father finds them and leads them out of the flaming clearing.  The brothers again find themselves alone, however, when their father leaves to save their mother from a terrible predator.  While he is gone, another fierce predator finds the two little dinosaurs and chases them into a space under a fallen log.  The brothers cower under the log, trying to avoid the snapping jaws of the dinosaur.  Although their situation looks grim, Scowler still has lost none of his confidence in his father.  He shows no surprise when their dad suddenly reappears, attacking the predator with a fierce blow: "I knew he'd come back for me!"  The brothers watch as their father fights, and eventually dies, to protect them.

Patchi and Juniper are marching with the dinosaur herd when Juniper begins to lag behind, due to her injured leg.  Unable to continue further, she sags to the ground, announcing her intention to take a break.  Patchi looks back at his brother and the rest of the herd, but none have slowed to wait for Juniper.  Soon, the last dinosaur is out of sight around the bend of the cliff and Patchi and Juniper are alone.  Seeing that Patchi is nervous about losing the herd, Juniper encourages him to leave her behind and stick with the group.  Patchi adamantly refuses: "I'm not goin' anywhere.  I'm gonna stay with you until you feel better."

Patchi and Juniper are walking through a dark forest, trying to find their way back to the herd.  Juniper looks around dubiously at their surroundings: "Are you sure this is the right way to the feeding grounds?"  Patchi, somewhat confidently: "Of course I'm sure.  I got a knack for these kinds of things."  Patchi assures Juniper that they can always rely on Alex to lead them if they get lost.  Alex, chirping from a nearby tree: "I'm totally lost."  Juniper: "Did you hear that?  We're lost in this horrible place."  Patchi tries to pretend he's not frightened by their creepy surroundings, but even he jumps in fear when a tiny, furry creature leaps out at them from a bush.  Recovering his composure, Patchi again tries to adopt a brave attitude, but soon trips over the tail of a large, sleeping predator.

Scowler has just taken over leadership of the dinosaur herd.  As he marches ahead of the group, he shouts out his new rules for his subjects.  Scowler, arrogantly: "Okay, this is Scowler's herd, and things are going to be different from now on.  Rule number one:  all herd members will walk a minimum of four feet behind Scowler.  Rule number two, do not speak to Scowler unless first spoken to.  Rule number three, do not make direct eye contact with Scowler.  Rule number four, never question or contradict Scowler.  The first Thursday of every month will be known as Scowler Appreciation Day.  Suggested gifts include, but are not limited to..."  Scowler's words fade into the distance as he continues to lead his herd.

The herd, now under the leadership of Scowler, is following him across an ice-covered lake.  As the huge beasts slip and fall on the cracking ice, Patchi begins to wonder if Scowler's chosen route is a wise one.  He calls out to Juniper: "Tell Scowler it's not safe!"  Juniper, knowing their leader, doesn't even try: "He won't listen to me.  He won't listen to anybody."  Scowler roars ferociously and the others follow obediently behind.  Patchi continues to try to convince Juniper and the others to follow him off of the ice, but they are reluctant.  Juniper: "But Scowler's the herd leader.  We have to follow him.  It's the rule."  Suddenly, dinosaurs begin falling through the ice into the freezing water.  Scowler yells at them to continue: "No retreat!"  The frightened herd, however, has now begun to listen to Patchi's advice.  Patchi leads all but a few to safety on the other side of the lake.  Scowler, furious, is trapped on the far end of the lake, screaming at Patchi for "stealing" his herd.

Patchi, beaten and humiliated by Scowler, lies trapped under a log, feeling sorry for himself.  When Alex warns him that several scavengers have arrived to eat him, Patchi refuses to save himself, welcoming death and an end to what he feels is a worthless life.  He ignores Alex's attempts to rouse him from his despair.  Alex: "Patchi, listen to me.  Do not die in vain.  If you are going to die, die for something like your father did.  He died for you."  Alex reminds Patchi that he has more to live for than just himself...he has his loved ones.  The words of his friend break through Patchi's apathy and he rises with a new sense of his life's purpose.  Boldly, he thrusts the log off of his back and frightens away all of the predators.

Scowler has led the herd into dangerous Ambush Alley, where fierce predators are known to attack unsuspecting herds.  When a nasty Gorgo separates Scowler from the rest of the herd, pinning him helplessly on the ground, Patchi turns back to help him.  Scowler orders him to leave and lead the rest to safety, but Patchi can't bear the thought of abandoning Scowler: "But you're my brother!  We have to stick together!"  Three other Gorgos join the fight against Scowler, and he again tells Patchi to leave.  Patchi watches, trying to decide what is best.  Suddenly, he sees in his mind's eye his own father sacrificing his life to save his sons.  He remembers Alex's words: "Patchi.  Do not die in vain.  If you are going to die, die for something like your father did.  He died for you."  With a determined roar, Patchi charges at the Gorgos, leading the rest of the herd to defend Scowler.
