ScreenVue is the result of a joint venture and partnership between Christian Video Licensing International (CVLI) and Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI) and Motion Picture Licensing Corporation (MPLC).

ScreenVue first launched in 2003 as a service of CVLI. The CVLI Church Video License provides legal coverage for churches and for other ministry organizations to show DVDs, Blu-rays, movie downloads and streams of motion pictures. Each organization needs to be specifically covered. Coverage includes playing just a few seconds of a movie all the way up to showing the full-length feature.

Each *Total Producer Church Video License* and *Standard CVLI Video License* (or any *Church Video Licence* globally) comes with free ScreenVue Vault access.

The ScreenVue Vault offers 11,000+ Scene Ideas and Downloads from a variety of movies and resources. 

ScreenVue saves you hours of time finding that perfect movie illustration for next Sunday’s sermon, child or youth service, or video announcement!

### CCLI

Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI) was established in 1988 to provide churches with simple, affordable solutions to complex copyright issues. CCLI helps churches maintain their integrity while giving them the freedom to worship expressively and spontaneously.

Churches often face copyright infringement issues in two areas: 1) copying music without permission, and 2) showing movies without authorization.

For copying music to assist with congregational singing, the Church Copyright License provides blanket coverage for 300,000+ songs and 4,500+ publishers and song owners. Currently, global churches are using 600,000+ CCLI licenses.

### CVLI

From a unique partnership between Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI) and Motion Picture Licensing Corporation (MPLC), Christian Video Licensing International (CVLI) and the Church Video License was formed in 2001.

The Church Video License provides churches with legal coverage to show all, or any portion of, thousands of movie titles from a number of movie producers, including all the major studios. Currently, the titles from almost 3,000 producers are represented by the Church Video License, including the titles that contain all the Scene Ideas and Scene Downloads that are part of the ScreenVue Vault.

__"Where can I find my Access Key to sign-in with?"__
- Every Church Video Licence globally and every *Total Producer Church Video License* (or *Standard CVLI Video License*) in the USA comes with FREE access to the ScreenVue Vault, which is unlocked with your Access Key. Your Access Key will be included in the monthly CVL update emails you receive. __"Why won't my Access Key work?"__
- The usual reason for the Access Key not to work (and a footer error message to appear) is that something is missing from the sign-in protocol.
- Enter the *Email address* associated with your Church Video License (or CCLI account).
- Enter the *Access Key* found in your last CVL update email (exactly, with no spaces).
- Select the *Terms of Use* and a *Keeping in Touch* option.
- You should be in! If you have done all this and still have a problem, please let us know and we'll dig further.

__"In the USA, why don't I have access as a CVL Family Values Package member?"__
- The *CVL Family Values Package* offers only 65+ studios and producers, and does not include any major/minor Hollywood studios - and does not come with ScreenVue Vault access.

__"What are the restrictions for streaming our service and including a movie scene? "__
- For churches that stream their services and want to include any part of a movie (the entire film or just a scene), the Church Video License terms do not cover streaming a movie scene - even if used in a sermon - over the internet to the general public.
- However, it is permissible to live stream a movie scene inside the facility as long as it is a closed-stream (not accessed publicly). 
- In light of COVID-19, the Church Video License has made temporary modifications to the license: For churches that stream their services and want to include any part of a movie, they can use a platform that is gated or private (password protected entry to only members and guests and not open to the general public), such as Zoom (requiring a password to join).

__"Can content in the ScreenVue Vault be used with a Church Video Licence anywhere in the world?"__

The 9-11 planes have already hit both towers and Port Authority Police Officer John McLoughlin and his team ready themselves to enter the 1st tower for a rescue mission. While still in the lobby, they receive a call to abort and instead rendezvous with their commander outside on the street. Before the team can get far, however, the building begins to rumble and cascade down on top of them -- burying them alive. (Caution: intense scene)

After being buried in the 9-11 tower collapse, Port Authority Police Officers wake up in the darkness. Sergeant John McLoughlin asks his men to sound off and finds that only Dom and Will (from his rescue team) survived.  After the men give a physical status report, Dom (who can still move around) scurries over to Will to assist with fresh air.

Dom reports to John that he can't free his fellow officer, Will, from the wreckage.  Dom: "Maybe I should go up and get some help and then come back for you guys."  John: "No! No! You're gonna get him out! You're gonna get him out."  Dom: "All right," as he tries again unsuccessfully, "I can't get you out, Willy."  Will (starting to panic): "Come on, Dom. Don't leave us here. Do me a favor. You can do it. I know you can do it."  Dom: ..."I'll get you out. Yeah, I'll get you out. All right."  But before Dom can try again, more rubble begins to cascade down as the men scream. When the dust clears, Dom is now crushed with rock and reports that he's hurt. It is now Will's turn to encourage Dom: "Look at me. Stay awake."  Dom (as he pulls his gun out): "I'm dying, Willy...Don't forget I really tried to save you guys. (Barely breathing) I love you, Willy."  Willy: "I love you too, Dom."  Dom then fires his gun in the air and dies.  Will: "Dom's gone...Dom's gone!"  John: "I know."  (Caution: intense scene)

While at work in Wilton, Connecticut, retired Staff Sergeant Dave Karnes (of the Marines) watches President Bush talk of the disaster on TV.  Dave: "I don't know if you guys know it yet, but this country's at war."  Dave then walks out of work, arrives at his local church, and begins praying silently in a pew. He's joined by the pastor of the church.  Dave: "Pastor, I gotta go down there."  Pastor: "Where?"  Dave: "New York."  Pastor: "You can't. Only emergency responders are being allowed in."  Dave (while staring at a large cross): "I've spent my best years with the Marines. God gave me a gift to be able to help people, to defend our country. And I feel Him calling on me now for this mission."  Pastor: "Then find a way to listen, Dave."  Dave looks at his pastor and nods.

Donna and her family are at home watching the news while eagerly waiting word about her husband (a missing police officer caught in the tower's collapse).  TV reporter: "Officials are saying that as many as 400 police, fire and rescue teams entered the towers, and there are fears that half of them are missing and feared lost. We are waiting for more on the survivors..."  Donna: "Oh, my God. So many...what are we going to do?"  JJ (her son): "Mom, let's go get him. Can we just go to the city and find Dad?"  Donna: "We don't even know where he is."  ...Andy: "Can't you call someone?"  Donna: "The phones don't work."  Uncle: "Come on, JJ, there's really nothing we could do."  ...JJ: "He needs us. I know if we just go down there, we can find him... Come on, Mom, please!"  Donna: "JJ, would you just stop it? Stop it for a minute, okay? They'll call when they know something."  Uncle: "Lay off your ma, please. This is tough enough on everybody. Come on."  JJ: "You don't really care, do you?"  Donna (as JJ is taken to another room): "He's right, you know? I don't even remember the last thing I said to John."

Officers John and Will have been trapped under the rubble at Ground Zero for hours when Will asks his boss for a break from pulling on a pipe to create noise.  John: "Okay. Just don't go to sleep."  They then talk of their fellow brave officers who died with them.  John: "I took 'em in. For what? What good did we do?"  Will: "We wanted to go in. Kassimatis said you were the best. You were the guy who knew everything down here. Dom, Antonio and Chris, nothing was gonna stop them from trying to help. We figured we might as well follow the best guy in."  John: "The best?"  Will: "They did what they had to do, Sarge. They couldn't have lived with themselves if they hadn't gone in. That's who they were."  John: "Okay. Thank you, Will."  The debris begins to shake and crumble violently... John: "Will? If this is it, I am gonna see you someplace better (and then begins saying the Lord's Prayer)."  Will: "Sarge, listen! I don't know you too good, but I love you! Goodbye, John! ...Thank you, God, Allison and Bianca, who needs a daddy...Let her know I love her!"

Officers John and Will help each other stay alive by talking about family.  Will: "Sarge? You never told me your wife's name."  John: "It's Donna."  Will: "Donna? That's a good name. It's real American, you know? Mine's Allison. She's Italian and some German. Don't get her mad. Yeah, she's a wild one."  John: "Donna can get mad, too. She wants a new kitchen. I'm okay carpenter, so I'm building her one. There's no cabinets right now. She's pissed. So I gotta get out of here. Donna, she's...I married the right one, you know?"  Will: "Yeah, I know. Me too."  John: "Tell me about your wife."  Will: "Well, she's, uh...five months pregnant now. It's gonna be a girl. I already got one. Bianca. She's four."

Allison comes back into the house and is disappointed to find out that there is no word yet about her husband, Will, who is buried under the 9-11 World Trade Center rubble with his boss, John.  At that moment, the men (who have been trapped all day under the rubble) continue to talk...  Will: "Sarge? I don't think I'm gonna make it to the morning. I feel like..."  John: "Will...you die, I'm gonna die. Okay? You die, I'm just gonna die."  Will: "Well, you can't die, either."  John: "Sounds good."  Will: "But in case, uh...you think you could do me a favor? ...Could you put it out over the radio that I request my daughter to be named Olivia? And tell them to tell Allison that I love her, and that she should name my daughter Olivia."  John takes his radio and makes the call...

After being buried alive under debris all day and into the night, Will has a vision. He sees a bright light and a robed man walking toward him. He wakes up and tells John what's he's seen (his boss who is buried with him): "The most amazing thing just happened. I saw Jesus. And you know what? He had a bottle of water (chuckles). And I could have drunk it, you know? But I didn't drink it. He's telling us something, Sarge. He's telling us to come home. Don't sleep on me, John."  John: "No. The pain's keeping me alive. Keep talking."

In the middle of the night, two Marines with flashlights are the only people searching for survivors at Ground Zero: "If you can hear me, yell or tap!"  They walk over an area where Port Police Officers John and Will are buried 25 feet far below. Will continues to encourage his friend (who is almost dead): "John. Remember what you said? You sleep, you ain't coming back. You got to come back, 'cause we're getting out of here."  But John doesn't reply, prompting Will to begin screaming his name.  John: "Will? Where are we?"  Will: "In hell. We're alive in hell. How about that, John?"  John: "Pipe. Keep trying (to pull a pipe to create noise). Try the pipe."  Will does, causing the Marines above to stop for a moment, but then start to walk off...until they are sure they hear something! They eventually locate the men with a flashlight beam: "Gotcha!"  Will: "Don't leave us. We've been here a long time."  Marine: "We're not leaving you, buddy. We're Marines. You...are...our...mission."  Will (laughing): "Ah, that's great! Oh, that's great! The Marines, John! Can you believe that?

After spending a day and night buried under Ground Zero rubble, John and Will finally have rescue workers trying to get them out. They help Will first and inform John that he's too far down and will have to wait till they free his partner.  Will: "Hey, John... I'm almost out, okay? They're coming soon. I promise."  John: "Okay, Will... Need water."  Rescue worker: "We hear you. When we get Will out, we're coming for you. We can't get anything to you down there right now, John. There's just no room."  Will: "This guy. He's gonna die if you don't get him out soon. And the only thing in the way is my leg. I want you to cut it off. Just cut it off. I can live without a leg."  Rescue worker: "I'm not cutting your leg off. I can't. You're coming out in one piece, you hear me?"  Will: "You gotta. Look, it's my leg. Just juice me up and cut it off. If he dies, I die. That's just the way it is."  Worker: "Look, Will, your partner must be 20 feet deeper. Probably more compacted than you. Even if I cut your leg off, he's not gonna get out of there for hours. I'm sorry, man. Now, let me do my work."

After spending a day and night buried under Ground Zero rubble, Will is finally lifted by rescue workers toward the surface. He yells back to his partner who is still trapped: "Hey, John! They're coming! You hang in there! Okay? I love you, John! I'm waiting for you! Don't give up, okay?"  John (barely able to speak): "Will...tell them I'm coming, too. You tell them."  Will: "It's great up here! It's just so great!"  Very carefully, they pass Will down a long line of firemen, police and rescue workers.

After spending a day and night buried under Ground Zero, Port Authority Police Officer John McLoughlin is finally pulled from the rubble. He's passed through the hands of hundreds of fellow public servants who applaud and offer words of encouragement. Blue sky. Rescued. Saved.  John: "Thank you. Thank you. Thank you..."

Two years after being rescued together from the World Trade Center rubble, John and Will attend a celebration in honor of all the men and women who helped save their lives. John narrates: "9-11 showed us what human beings are capable of. The evil, yeah, sure. But it also brought out a goodness we forgot could exist. People taking care of each other, for no other reason, than it was the right thing to do. It's important for us to talk about that good, to remember. 'Cause I saw a lot of it that day."  The scene fades to black as the following text is shown: "2,749 people died at the World Trade Center, including citizens from 87 countries. 343 were New York City Firemen. 84 were Port Authority Employees, of whom 37 were Police. Another 23 were New York City Police. Only 20 people were pulled out alive. Will and John were numbers 18 and 19."
