ScreenVue is the result of a joint venture and partnership between Christian Video Licensing International (CVLI) and Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI) and Motion Picture Licensing Corporation (MPLC).

ScreenVue first launched in 2003 as a service of CVLI. The CVLI Church Video License provides legal coverage for churches and for other ministry organizations to show DVDs, Blu-rays, digital, movie downloads and streams of motion pictures. Each organization needs to be specifically covered. Coverage includes playing just a few seconds of a movie all the way up to showing the full-length feature.

Each *Total Producer Church Video License* (or any *Church Video Licence* globally) comes with free ScreenVue Vault access.

The ScreenVue Vault offers 14,000+ Scene Ideas, Views and Downloads from a variety of movies and resources.

### CCLI

Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI) was established in 1988 to provide churches with simple, affordable solutions to complex copyright issues. CCLI helps churches maintain their integrity while giving them the freedom to worship expressively and spontaneously.

Churches often face copyright infringement issues in two areas: 1) copying music without permission, and 2) showing movies without authorization.

For copying music to assist with congregational singing, the Church Copyright License provides blanket coverage for 600,000+ songs and 7,000+ publishers and song owners. Currently, global churches are using 600,000+ CCLI licenses.

### CVLI

From a unique partnership between Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI) and Motion Picture Licensing Corporation (MPLC), Christian Video Licensing International (CVLI) and the Church Video License was formed in 2001.

The Church Video License provides churches with legal coverage to show all, or any portion of, thousands of movie titles from a number of movie producers, including all the major studios. Currently, the titles from 3,000+ producers are represented by the Church Video License, including the titles that contain all the scenes that are part of the ScreenVue Vault.

Motion Picture Licensing Corporation (MPLC) was founded in 1986 by former MGM executives and an MPAA attorney. Their goal was to develop a process to help the public leverage the work of the creative community without infringing on copyright.

## How We Use Cookies

__"Where can I find my Access Key to sign-in with?"__
- Every Church Video Licence globally and every *Total Producer Church Video License* (or *Standard CVLI Video License*) in the USA comes with FREE access to the ScreenVue Vault, which is unlocked with your Access Key. Your Access Key will be included in the monthly CVL update emails you receive. If you can't find your Key, please email us at: [support@screenvue.com ](mailto:support@screenvue.com "support@screenvue.com")

__"Why won't my Access Key work?"__
- The usual reason for the Access Key not to work (and a footer error message to appear) is that something is missing from the sign-in protocol.
- Enter the *Email address* associated with your Church Video License (or CCLI account).
- Enter the *Access Key* found in your last CVL update email (exactly, with no spaces).
- Select the *Terms of Use* and a *Keeping in Touch* option.
- You should be in! If you have done all this and still have a problem, please let us know and we'll dig further.

__"In the USA, why don't I have access as a CVL Family Values Package member?"__
- The *CVL Family Values Package* offers only 65+ studios and producers, and does not include any major/minor Hollywood studios - and does not come with ScreenVue Vault access. 
- The *CVL Total Producer Package* offers 4,000+ studios and producers, including every major Hollywood studio and most of the major/minors, and comes with complimentary access to the new ScreenVue Vault: unlocked with a provided Access Key.

__"What is the difference between Scene Ideas, Scene Views, and Scene Downloads?"__
- The ScreenVue Vault offers THREE different types of Scenes:

__"What are the restrictions for streaming our service and including a movie scene? "__
- For churches that stream their services and want to include any part of a movie (the entire film or just a scene), the Church Video License terms do not cover streaming a movie scene - even if used in a sermon - over the internet to the general public.
- However, it is permissible to live stream a movie scene inside the facility as long as it is a closed-stream (not accessed publicly).

Arthur and Orm face each other in the arena, surrounded by thousands of cheering Atlanteans.  They strike tridents and begin to battle.  Fighting over a trench filled with boiling lava, the brothers begin to plunge toward the lava as Orm holds Arthur in a choke hold and pushes him toward the fire.  Before he reaches it, however, Arthur breaks the hold and instead thrusts Orm down to the molten lake.  At the last second, Orm stops himself, picking up some lava with his trident and flinging it toward Arthur.  Arthur, wielding his trident like a baseball bat, hits the lava, breaking it to pieces.  Now the two men shoot through the water like torpedoes, aiming directly for each other.  When their tridents strike, an explosion sends ripples of waves around them like a sonic boom.  The crowd gasps in awe and then erupts in cheering.  Finally, on the top of an enormous statue, the brothers fence with their tridents.  At last, Orm deals a blow that breaks Arthur's trident in two.  Arthur looks in despair at the broken pieces in his hands, knowing he has lost.  Orm, crying out in victory: "I am the one true king!"


Manta stands over Aquaman with a large gun: "I've waited a long time for this."  Within seconds, Aquaman has kicked the weapon out of the pirate's hands.  Manta strikes Aquaman in the chest with his sword.  A sound like iron striking iron is heard.  Aquaman looks down as if a fly has just landed on him.  The sword hasn't even penetrated the skin.  A look of surprise crosses Manta's face, just before Aquaman flings him across the room.  Manta rises and again tries to stab Aquaman.  This time, the superhero catches the blade between his hands, then breaks it in half.  After a couple strong blows, Manta lies on the ground, panting.  Just then, Manta's father, Jesse, arrives in the room.  He fires a huge explosive round at Aquaman, who is thrust backward by the fiery blast.  Aquaman falls to the floor, presumably dead.  Jesse struts smugly toward the body.  After only a few seconds, his smile falters.  Aquaman sits up, unscathed, saying only: "Ow."  (Caution: b***d used as profanity)


Aquaman has come to get the trident that will rule the sea.  But it is guarded by the Karathen, an enormous beast who will only allow the true king to pass.  The Karathen approaches Aquaman: "You do not belong here.  I have guarded the trident against false kings since the beginning.  And, for a thousand years, I have seen the greatest champions try and fail."  Aquaman looks to the side, where skeletons lie in a pile.  Karathen, continuing: "But never have I sensed one as unworthy as you."  Taunting him for his half-human breeding, the Karathen swipes him with a large tentacle, sending him flying into a pile of rocks.  "You thought yourself worthy?  You thought yourself a king?"  After several more hits, it is obvious Aquaman will not conquer her with his strength.  Putting out a hand, he calls for her to stop.  And, just as he has been able to communicate with sea creatures his whole life, he can communicate with her.  He kneels before her humbly: "You're right.  I am a half-breed mongrel.  But I did not come here because I thought I was worthy.  I know I'm not."  Karathen, amazed: "You understand me?"  Aquaman: "I do."  Karathen: "No mortal has conversed with me since King Atlan.  Who are you?"  Aquaman, still kneeling: "I'm nobody.  I came because I had no choice.  I came to save my home and the people that I love."

Queen Atlanna explains that the trident Aquaman needs is guarded by a fierce monster named the Karathen.  When Mera suggests they fight the beast together, Atlanna says it is too powerful: "The creature will only allow the true king to pass."  Mera: "Atlantis has always had a king.  Now it needs something more."  Aquaman: "But what could be greater than a king?"  Atlanna, smiling: "A hero.  A king fights only for his nation.  You fight for everyone."

Vulko has brought Arthur to a cliff overlooking the sea to teach him the ways of his people, the Atlanteans.  Vulko: "You have to forget all the teaching of the surface world and go deeper to uncover your Atlantean instincts."  Arthur: "But I already know how to swim!"  Vulko, smirking: "Not even close."  He dives off the high cliff down into the water and Arthur easily follows.  When Vulko continues teaching while they swim, Arthur is amazed to find that they can both speak underwater.  Arthur: "This is awesome!"  Vulko: "We can do more than just talk."  With one sharp movement, Vulko shoots through the water like a torpedo.  Arthur copies him.  Vulko, continuing to explain the benefits of being an Atlantean: "Your body is equipped to survive the extreme cold and pressure, and your eyes adjust to see in the dark."  As the two swim into a deeper part of the ocean, a world of color and beauty opens up before them.  Translucent jellyfish bob over brightly colored coral reefs.  Schools of iridescent fish swim over a shipwreck.  Arthur, joining a pod of dolphins, shouts for joy as he discovers he can leap out of the water with them.  And, finally, they settle down to watch a group of manta rays gracefully glide above them.
