ScreenVue is the result of a joint venture and partnership between Christian Video Licensing International (CVLI) and Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI) and Motion Picture Licensing Corporation (MPLC).

ScreenVue first launched in 2003 as a service of CVLI. The CVLI Church Video License provides legal coverage for churches and for other ministry organizations to show DVDs, Blu-rays, digital, movie downloads and streams of motion pictures. Each organization needs to be specifically covered. Coverage includes playing just a few seconds of a movie all the way up to showing the full-length feature.

Each *Total Producer Church Video License* (or any *Church Video Licence* globally) comes with free ScreenVue Vault access.

The ScreenVue Vault offers 14,000+ Scene Ideas, Views and Downloads from a variety of movies and resources.

### CCLI

Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI) was established in 1988 to provide churches with simple, affordable solutions to complex copyright issues. CCLI helps churches maintain their integrity while giving them the freedom to worship expressively and spontaneously.

Churches often face copyright infringement issues in two areas: 1) copying music without permission, and 2) showing movies without authorization.

For copying music to assist with congregational singing, the Church Copyright License provides blanket coverage for 600,000+ songs and 7,000+ publishers and song owners. Currently, global churches are using 600,000+ CCLI licenses.

### CVLI

From a unique partnership between Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI) and Motion Picture Licensing Corporation (MPLC), Christian Video Licensing International (CVLI) and the Church Video License was formed in 2001.

The Church Video License provides churches with legal coverage to show all, or any portion of, thousands of movie titles from a number of movie producers, including all the major studios. Currently, the titles from 3,000+ producers are represented by the Church Video License, including the titles that contain all the scenes that are part of the ScreenVue Vault.

## How We Use Cookies

__"Where can I find my Access Key to sign-in with?"__
- Every Church Video Licence globally and every *Total Producer Church Video License* (or *Standard CVLI Video License*) in the USA comes with FREE access to the ScreenVue Vault, which is unlocked with your Access Key. Your Access Key will be included in the monthly CVL update emails you receive. If you can't find your Key, please email us at: [support@screenvue.com ](mailto:support@screenvue.com "support@screenvue.com")

__"Why won't my Access Key work?"__
- The usual reason for the Access Key not to work (and a footer error message to appear) is that something is missing from the sign-in protocol.
- Enter the *Email address* associated with your Church Video License (or CCLI account).
- Enter the *Access Key* found in your last CVL update email (exactly, with no spaces).
- Select the *Terms of Use* and a *Keeping in Touch* option.
- You should be in! If you have done all this and still have a problem, please let us know and we'll dig further.

__"In the USA, why don't I have access as a CVL Family Values Package member?"__
- The *CVL Family Values Package* offers only 65+ studios and producers, and does not include any major/minor Hollywood studios - and does not come with ScreenVue Vault access. 
- The *CVL Total Producer Package* offers 4,000+ studios and producers, including every major Hollywood studio and most of the major/minors, and comes with complimentary access to the new ScreenVue Vault: unlocked with a provided Access Key.

__"What is the difference between Scene Ideas, Scene Views, and Scene Downloads?"__
- The ScreenVue Vault offers THREE different types of Scenes:

__"What are the restrictions for streaming our service and including a movie scene? "__
- For churches that stream their services and want to include any part of a movie (the entire film or just a scene), the Church Video License terms do not cover streaming a movie scene - even if used in a sermon - over the internet to the general public.
- However, it is permissible to live stream a movie scene inside the facility as long as it is a closed-stream (not accessed publicly).

Wheelchair confined Jake Sully joins other new recruits for orientation led by the stereotypical intense military man, Colonel Miles Quaritch...       "You're not in Kansas anymore.  You are on Pandora, ladies and gentlemen.  Respect that fact every second of every day.  If there is a hell, you might want to go there for some R&R after a tour on Pandora.  Out there beyond that fence, every living thing that crawls, flies or squats in the mud wants to kill you and eat your eyes for Jujubes.  We have an indigenous population of humanoids called the Na'vi.  They're fond of arrows dipped in a neurotoxin that'll stop your heart in one minute.  And they have bones reinforced with naturally occurring carbon fiber.  They are very hard to kill.  As head of security, it is my job to keep you alive.  I will not succeed.  Not with all of you.  If you wish to survive, you need to cultivate a strong mental attitude.  You've got to obey the rules.  Pandora rules..."       Jake (smiling in thought): "There's nothing like an old-school safety brief to put your mind at ease."

Jake, a paraplegic, finally gets to operate his avatar (Na'vi-human hybrid bodies that are controlled via mental link) for the first time!  "Waking up" in the 10-foot-tall alien body, Jake is impatient to get out and stretch his legs as he ignores the technician's instructions and warnings and crashes through a door to the outside.  Jake blinks, trying to adjust to his new "skin," and takes off running in his hospital gown while chased by techinicians and a fellow avatar.  nbsp;   "Jake, we're not supposed to be running!"       But Jakes continues to sprint away from the compound in giddy glee, finally stopping to dig his toes in the dirt and take a breath in his new found freedom.  This feels great!

On Jake's first mission as a Na'vi alien in the Pandorian jungle, he comes face-to-face with a snarling cat-like creature...          Jake (to Grace, the lead scientist): "So what about this one?  Run?  Don't run?  What?"        Grace: "Run!  Defiantly, run!"          Jake points his weapon down and takes off running as the huge creature gives chase.  He rips through trees, vegetation and finally throws himself between the roots of a large tree.  The monster thrashes, claws and bites viciously for him -- but he is just out of reach.  When the animal starts tearing away the roots, Jake opens fire with his automatic weapon.  But after the monster rips the gun away, Jake takes off running with the creature tackling him from behind.  Thankfully, the monster tears off his backpack, giving Jake the opportunity to get away again.  Running full speed, Jake jumps over the cliff of a waterfall -- just out of the animal's reach -- plunging himself into a raging current.  Coughing and spitting for air, he finally emerges and hangs onto a log, looking fearfully back towards the monster on the cliff -- angry that dinner got away.

His first time out in his avatar body, Jake is rescued in the jungle at night by a real female Na'vi.  Angry that she was forced to kill some forest creatures who attacked him, she runs ahead to abandon him.  Not wanting to die in the jungle, he chases after her across the tree tops...       "Look, come on, can't we talk?  Say, where'd you learn to speak English?"     When he almost falls, she reaches out and saves him again.         Female: "You're like a baby!" and continues ranting in her native language.       Jake: "I need your help."        Female: "You should not be here."     Jake: "Okay, take me with you..."        Female: "No!  Go back."       But when he continues to follow -- irritating her all the more -- suddenly dozens of illuminated "seeds" start to float near him.  Untrusting, Jake starts to slap them away, when he is immediately stopped and scolded by the female.  Standing still, Jake allows the seeds to cover his entire upper body.        Jake: "What are they?"      Female (surprised): "Seeds of the Sacred Tree.  Very pure spirits."          After they float away, Jake asks, "What was that all about?"       The seeds seem to be a sign to the female that they have chosen Jake for a reason, changing her attitude.        "Come," as she leads the way through a plethora of beautifully illuminated plants...

Begrudgingly, Neytiri is commissioned to teach Jake (in his alien avatar body) the ways of the Na'vi people.  Her first lesson is riding their alien horse.        After he struggles to mount the large creature, Neytiri gives Jake the animal's nerve systems which he plugs his braid into -- causing the creature to whiny and jump.        Neytiri: "That is tsaheylu.  The bond.  Feel her," -- Jake closes his eyes -- "Feel her heartbeat.  Her breath.  Feel her strong legs.  You may tell her what to do," pointing to her mind, "Inside.  For now, say where to go."       Jake: "Forward!"       The beast lurches forward and immediately knocks Jake to the muddy ground.  Neytiri laughs and runs to gather the animal...

Neytiri continues her lessons with Jake high in the treetops by introducing her personal ikran: A flying dragon which the Na'vi ride...       Neytiri: "Do not look in her eye.  Ikran is not horse.  Once tsaheylu is made (plugging their braid into the creatures' nerve systems -- which she does), ikran will fly with only one hunter in the whole life. ...You must choose your own ikran and he must choose you."      Jake: "When?"      Neytiri: "When you are ready," as she screams and dives the creature off the treetop -- zooming the animal around the trees to the man's astonishment.

A group of Na'vi take Jake to a secluded area -- high atop the floating mountains -- to select his own personal ikran (a flying carnivorous creature) to bond with and ride for life.  After walking behind a waterfall, they enter the gathering place for hundreds of ikran...     Neytiri: "Now you choose your ikran.  This you must feel inside.  If he also chooses you, move quick like I showed.  You will have one chance, Jake."      Jake (nervously): "How will I know if he chooses me?"      Neytiri: "He will try to kill you."      Jake: "Outstanding."        Jake lowers a small piece of vine he's carrying and enters the nest, trying to decide which one "feels" right, while a dozen ikran hiss and show their sharp teeth.  He finally settles on one that hasn't flown away yet.       As the beast roars and hisses, Jake hisses back and replies: "Let's dance."        A male Na'vi laughs to Neytiri: "That moron's going to die."       Jake twirls his vine, and as the ikran lunges to bite, Jake suddenly mussels the creature and quickly jumps on the beast's back.  Similar to breaking in a new horse, a battle of wills ensues as the ikran bucks the man off -- almost throwing him over the cliff's edge.  Not giving up, he bounds back atop the beast, connects to its nerve endings with his braid and removes the vine: "Yeah, that's right... you're mine."         Neytiri (approaching them): "First flight seals the bond.  You cannot wait.  Think, fly!"         Jake: "Fly?" as the creature jumps off the edge of the cliff!      (Caution: profanity immediately follows ending cue)

Trying to break-in his fist ikran (a flying dragon-like creature), Jake takes it over the side of a cliff and spirals downward out of control.  He tries to pull up but begins hitting chaotically against a rock wall as the creature continues to screech.        Jake finally remembers that HE controls the beast through thought and words.        "Shut up and fly straight!"     The ikran does -- as it now glides peacefully through the air.   Jake (pleasantly surprised): "That's it.  Bank left..."       They do effortlessly.         "Level out!  That's it."         The other Na'vi hunters watching from the top begin to hoot and holler...

After showing courage and earning their trust, Jake is finally accepted into the Na'vi clan, Omaticaya.       Jake's narration: "The Na'vi say that every person is born twice.  The second time is when you earn your place among The People forever."        At the ritualistic ceremony, Jake has florescent "paint" applied to his body and is brought before the entire clan.         The clan leader speaks: "You are now a son of the Omaticaya.  You are part of The People," as he places both hands on Jake's chest.  The rest of the leaders around Jake do this as well, with clan members behind touching the members in front, until the entire clan joins in, touching the person in front of them -- creating a giant "wheel" of unity, support and acceptance of their newest member.

Jake (now accepted and known as the warrior Toruk Macto) rallies the Omaticaya clan to fight against the humans who are on their way to kill the Na'vi and take their land for profit...       "The Sky People have sent us a message that they can take whatever they want and no one can stop them.  Well, we will send them a message.  You ride out as fast as the wind can carry you.  You tell the other clans to come.  You tell them Toruk Macto calls to them.  And you fly now with me!  My brothers!  Sisters!  And we will show the Sky People that they cannot take whatever they want, and that this, this is our land!"       All the Na'vi cheer wildly as Jake and Neytiri mount the great toruk ikran and majestically fly off to battle.
