ScreenVue is the result of a joint venture and partnership between Christian Video Licensing International (CVLI) and Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI) and Motion Picture Licensing Corporation (MPLC).

ScreenVue first launched in 2003 as a service of CVLI. The CVLI Church Video License provides legal coverage for churches and for other ministry organizations to show DVDs, Blu-rays, digital, movie downloads and streams of motion pictures. Each organization needs to be specifically covered. Coverage includes playing just a few seconds of a movie all the way up to showing the full-length feature.

Each *Total Producer Church Video License* (or any *Church Video Licence* globally) comes with free ScreenVue Vault access.

The ScreenVue Vault offers 14,000+ Scene Ideas, Views and Downloads from a variety of movies and resources.

### CCLI

Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI) was established in 1988 to provide churches with simple, affordable solutions to complex copyright issues. CCLI helps churches maintain their integrity while giving them the freedom to worship expressively and spontaneously.

Churches often face copyright infringement issues in two areas: 1) copying music without permission, and 2) showing movies without authorization.

For copying music to assist with congregational singing, the Church Copyright License provides blanket coverage for 600,000+ songs and 7,000+ publishers and song owners. Currently, global churches are using 600,000+ CCLI licenses.

### CVLI

From a unique partnership between Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI) and Motion Picture Licensing Corporation (MPLC), Christian Video Licensing International (CVLI) and the Church Video License was formed in 2001.

The Church Video License provides churches with legal coverage to show all, or any portion of, thousands of movie titles from a number of movie producers, including all the major studios. Currently, the titles from 3,000+ producers are represented by the Church Video License, including the titles that contain all the scenes that are part of the ScreenVue Vault.

- Every Church Video Licence globally and every *Total Producer Church Video License* (or *Standard CVLI Video License*) in the USA comes with FREE access to the ScreenVue Vault, which is unlocked with your Access Key. Your Access Key will be included in the monthly CVL update emails you receive. __"Why won't my Access Key work?"__
- The usual reason for the Access Key not to work (and a footer error message to appear) is that something is missing from the sign-in protocol.
- Enter the *Email address* associated with your Church Video License (or CCLI account).
- Enter the *Access Key* found in your last CVL update email (exactly, with no spaces).
- Select the *Terms of Use* and a *Keeping in Touch* option.
- You should be in! If you have done all this and still have a problem, please let us know and we'll dig further.

__"In the USA, why don't I have access as a CVL Family Values Package member?"__
- The *CVL Family Values Package* offers only 65+ studios and producers, and does not include any major/minor Hollywood studios - and does not come with ScreenVue Vault access.

__"What are the restrictions for streaming our service and including a movie scene? "__
- For churches that stream their services and want to include any part of a movie (the entire film or just a scene), the Church Video License terms do not cover streaming a movie scene - even if used in a sermon - over the internet to the general public.
- However, it is permissible to live stream a movie scene inside the facility as long as it is a closed-stream (not accessed publicly).

Mr. and Mrs. Fox peer over a fence at Berk's Squab Farm...     Mrs. Fox: "What IS a squab?"      Mr. Fox: "You know what a squab is.  It's like a pigeon I suppose.  Should we go through the hole under the horse fence, or climb the rail over the bridle path?"     Mrs. Fox: "While I guess the horse fence would be a little safer."     Mr. Fox: "Eh, but the bridle path puts us right out next to the squab shack."     Mrs. Fox (sighing): "Well, okay."     Mr. Fox: "What's wrong?  You're acting all skittish.  Don't worry.  I've been stealing birds for a living since before I could trot.  By the way, you look unbelievably beautiful tonight.  You're practically glowing," as her head is in fact glowing, "Maybe it's the lighting."       After easily sneaking through the farm (with a snappy song playing), they emerge from the squab shack with a bird in each of their mouths.  But instead of quickly running away, Mr. Fox notices a chain over his head...     "What's that?"      Mrs. Fox (off screen): "What?"       Mr. Fox: "I think it's a fox trap.  Look at this."     Mrs. Fox: "No, get away from there."     Mr. Fox: "Is it spring-loaded?  Yeah, I guess if you come from over there and you're standing at this door to the squab shack, this little gadget probably triggers..."     Mrs. Fox: "What... get..."     Mr. Fox: "Move out of the way, darling, that's right where it's going to land."       Mrs. Fox (now standing next to him): "Don't... Let's go!"     But Mr. Fox pulls the chain as a giant cage slams down around them.      Mr. Fox: "Nope.  It just falls straight right down.  I guess it's not spring-loaded."     Mrs. Fox: "I'm pregnant."     Mr. Fox (surprised): "Wow.  We're going to have a cub.  Honey, that's great news."        Mrs. Fox: "If we're still alive tomorr...," as people begin to emerge from a nearby building, "If we're still alive tomorrow morning, I want you to find another line of work."     Mr. Fox: "Okay."

At home in the Fox's hole, the family gets ready for the day.  Mr. Fox reads the morning paper and asks Mrs. Fox if anyone reads his column.  After assuring him that they do, she calls to their son, "Ash!  Let's get cracking."        Ash comes into the kitchen with only his underwear on: "I'm sick."      Mrs. Fox: "You're not sick."        Ash: "I have a temperature."     Mrs. Fox: "You don't have a temperature."        Ash: "I don't want to go."        Mrs. Fox: "Hurry up.  You're going to be late."           Ash begrudgingly turns and walks away.     Mr. Fox: "I love the way you handled that."       After Mrs. Fox announces plans for Ash's cousin Kristofferson to come live with them for awhile, Mr. Fox reveals that he doesn't want to live in a hole anymore: "It makes me feel poor."       Mrs. Fox: "We ARE poor.  But... we're happy."        Mr. Fox: "Comme ci, comme ca.  Anyway, the views are better above ground," as he kisses her hand, "Honey, I'm 7 non-fox-years old.  My father died at 7-1/2.  I DON'T want to live in a hole anymore.  And I'm going to do something about it."      He then settles in to eat his breakfast.  Surprisingly -- as he's dressed in nice pants, shirt and a tie and turns on some pleasant music -- he immediately gobbles down his food like a wild animal!  Which he is.     Mr. Fox: "Well, I'm off.  Have a good day, my darlings."     Mrs. Fox: "You know, foxes live in holes for a reason."      Mr. Fox (shrugging): "Yes and no."      Ash re-enters brushing his teeth.      Mr. Fox: "What are you wearing?  Why a cape with the pants tucked in your socks?"     Ash just glares at his father, spits on the floor and walks away.     Mr. Fox: "Well, I guess he's just... different."

Mr. Fox visits his attorney, Mr. Badger, about a new tree house he wants to buy...     Badger: "Don't buy this tree, Foxy.  You're borrowing at 9.5% with no fixed rate, plus moving into the most dangerous neighborhood in the country for someone of your type of species."       Fox: "You're exaggerating."     Badger (scoffing): "I'm sugar-coating it, man.  This is Boggis, Bunce and Bean, three of the meanest, nastiest, ugliest farmers in the history of this valley."       Fox: "Really?  Tell me about them."       The farmers are shown as Badger describes them...     "Walt Boggis is a chicken farmer.  ...He weighs the same as a young rhinoceros.  He eats three chickens every day for breakfast, lunch, supper and dessert.  That's twelve in total per diem.  Nate Bunce is a duck and goose farmer.  He's approximately the size of a pot-bellied dwarf, and his chin would be underwater in the shallow end of any swimming pool on the planet.  His food is homemade doughnuts with smashed-up goose livers injected into them.  Frank Bean (seen smoking) is a turkey and apple farmer.  He invented his own species of each.  He lives on a liquid diet of strong alcoholic cider, which he makes from his apples.  He's as skinny as a pencil, as smart as a whip, and possibly the scariest man currently living.  The local human children sing a kind of eerie little rhyme about them."       He hits play on a recorder:  ♪ "Boggis, Bunce and Bean.  One fat, one short, one lean.  These horrible crooks, so different in looks, were nonetheless equally mean."  ♪         Badger: "In summation, I think you just got to not do it, man.  That's all."       Fox: "I understand what you're saying, and your comments are valuable, but I'm going to ignore your advice."      Badger: "The cuss you are."       Fox: "The cuss am I?  Are you cussing with me?"      Badger: "No, you cussin' with me?"       Fox: "Don't cussing point at me."     Badger (standing abruptly): "You cuss with someone, you're not going to cuss at me, you little cuss!"       They both circle each other snarling and hissing -- claws and fangs extended -- until finally coming to themselves and sitting down.      Fox: "Just buy the tree."      Badger: "Okay."          (Caution: smoking and "cussin'")

Cousin Kristofferson arrives to live with the Fox's for awhile.  While Mr. and Mrs. Fox relax outside, they discuss the two boys (Kristofferson and son Ash) who are up on a branch about to jump into a swimming pool...     Mr. Fox: "He's slightly younger, but a cuss of a lot bigger.  That's just genetics, I guess.  Ash has a littler body type."     Ash gathers his courage and jumps from the branch, "Watch this, Dad!" and clumsily lands in the pool with a big splash.       Mr. Fox (clapping): "Well, well," going back to reading the paper, "Good jump, Ash.  Remember to keep your tail tucked."       Ash looks awkwardly at his tale.  Above on the branch Kristofferson readies himself -- and performs a perfect dive with only a tiny fountain-shaped splash.       Mr. Fox (coming out of his chair clapping): "Woo, hoo!  Whoa!  Look at that!  This kid's a natural.  I'm speechless, Kristofferson."      Kristofferson only smiles and shrugs.  Ash, however, frowns and grumbles.         Mr. Fox: "Plus he knows karate."        Ash (to his parents): "Do you think I'm an athlete?"     Mr. Fox: "What are you talking about?"       Ash: "Well, you know, I think I'm an athlete.  And sometimes I feel like you guys don't see me that way."       Mr. Fox: "What's the subtext here?" and then notices Kristofferson, "Is he praying?"      Mrs. Fox: "I think that's yoga."      Kristofferson chants with eyes closed, legs crossed and arms extended.     Ash: "How long is Kristofferson supposed to stay with us?"      Mrs. Fox: "Until your uncle gets better."      Ash: "Right, but roughly how long do we plan to give him on that?  Double pneumonia isn't really that big of a deal, is it?"      Mrs. Fox (whispering): "Lower your voice, Ash."

Ash is comfortably laying in his lofted bed when cousin Kristofferson (who's staying for awhile, but whom Ash is extremely jealous of -- see previous Scene) wonders where he's to sleep...      Kristofferson: "Uh, do you mind if I slide my bedroll slightly out from under the train set (which is sitting on top of a low table)?  It's hard to sleep in that corkscrew position."        Ash raises up and angrily glares at his cousin: "There's A LOT of attitudes going on around here.  Don't let ME get one," and lays back down.       Kristofferson: "No, it's only just that my spinal cord is..."       Ash (sarcastically): "Sleep wherever you want, man.  Here, take my bed.  I'll just, uh... I'll crawl under the bookcase.  Who cares if I get splinters in my ears."      Kristofferson (sighing): "Never mind..."      Ash: "Oh, you going to pout about it?  Because I've had it up to HERE with the 'sad house guest routine.' "     Ash lays back down and cuts off the light as Kristofferson slides under the table and starts to whimper.   Hearing him, Ash comes down from his bed, looks under the table for a moment, then turns on the train -- causing Kristofferson to sit up and stare at the toy as well...

Mr. Fox whispers to Badger from his window about the next stage of their plan: stealing geese from Bunce's farm late that night.  Under cover of darkness, the two don bandit masks and break into the farm.  As farmer Bunce reads a book with headphones on in his security room -- with his back to a series of monitors -- Fox and Badger go from one screen to the next undetected.  If only Bunce would turn around or remove his headphones.  He doesn't, as the giddy burglars return home and line their pantries with a plethora of fowl.

At school, Coach Skip has the boys playing 'whack-bat.'  The new kid in school, Kristofferson, asks the coach on the sideline about the rules.  The field is shown overhead as the coach explains the confusing game...       "Well, it's real simple.  Basically, there's 3 grabbers, 3 taggers, 5 twig-runners and the player at whack-bat.  The center-tagger lights a pinecone and chucks it over the basket and the whack-batter tries to hit the cedar-stick off the cross-rock.  Then the twig-runners dash back and forth until the pinecone burns out and the umpire calls, 'hot box.'  Finally at the end, you count up how many score-downs it adds up to and divide that by 9."      Kristofferson: "Got it."      Coach: "Go in for Ash (the boy's cousin).  Substitution!  Ash, come out!  You need a breather."        Ash (coming to the sideline): "What?  Come out?  I still feel good, Coach.  Let me finish this 8th."      Coach: "No, no.  Come on.  Step out, let's go," as Kristofferson runs to the field.       Ash: "Am I gettin' better, Coach?"     Coach: "You're sure as cuss not gettin' any worse."     Ash: "Really?  You think I could end up being as good as my dad if I keep practicing?"     Coach: "YOU'RE dad?  You're dad was probably the best whack-bat player we ever had him this school."      They both look over at a trophy case with a gold statue of Ash's dad and a plaque listing him as MVP for seven straight years.      Coach: "No, you don't want to have to compare yourself to that."       Ash: "But I think I have some of the same raw natural talent, don't you?"       Coach: "You're improving.  Let's put it like that."        They watch the game as Kristofferson makes an incredible play...           Coach: "Yeah!  Woo!  That's the first time this kid's ever swung a whack bat?  He really is your father's nephew."      Ash: "Not by blood."      Coach: "No?"      Ash: "He's from my mother's side," as he spits.

After stealing from three farmers, being ambushed at home by them and getting his tail shot off, Mr. Fox lies in bed with his wife...       "Why the cuss didn't I listen to my lawyer (see Scene # CV03374)?  At this point we'll be lucky to flip this tree for half of what we've already sunk into it.  I won't be able to sleep on my back for six weeks, and on my stomach I feel congested.  Why the cuss didn't I listen to my lawyer?"      Mrs. Fox: "Because you don't listen to anybody."     Mr. Fox suddenly hears a disturbing sound.  Bolting out of bed, he realizes it's the farmers trying to dig them out.  He gathers everyone into the living room, and after some quick thinking, tells everyone to start digging!  They do (in a funny looking sequence), and an hour later are safe from danger...      Mrs. Fox: "May I have a word with you privately?"      The couple exit to a private area.       Mrs. Fox (breathing shallowly): "I'm going to lose my temper now."     Mr. Fox: "When?"        Mrs. Fox: "Right now..."      Mr. Fox: "Well, when..." as she viciously snarls and quickly scratches him across the face -- causing him to tear-up.      Mrs. Fox: "12 fox-years ago, you made a promise to me, while we were aged in that fox trap that, if we survived, you would never steal another chicken, turkey, goose, duck or squab, whatever they are.  Now, I believed you.  Why... (starting to cry) Why did you lie to me?"      Mr. Fox: "Because I'm a wild animal."        Mrs. Fox: "You are also a husband, and a father!"     Mr. Fox: "I'm trying to tell you the truth about myself."        Mrs. Fox: "I don't care about the truth about yourself.  This story is too predictable."      Mr. Fox: "Predictable, really?  What happens in the end?"        Mrs. Fox (sniffing): "In the end, we all die.  Unless you change."

Deep underground, cousins Ash and Kristofferson are threatened by a bully...      Bully (to Ash): "We don't like you and we hate your dad.  Now grab some of that mud, chew it in your mouth and swallow it."     Ash: "I'm not going to eat mud!"      Bully: "Cuss, yeah, you are!" as the bully splats a handful of mud on Ash's face.     At this, Kristofferson removes his shoes, "Don't do that."      Bully: "Why'd you take your shoes off?"      Kristofferson: "So I don't break your nose when I kick it," followed by a lightening fast array of karate kicks and punches.  The big bully gets up whimpering and walks off.     Ash: "I can fight my own fights."      Kristofferson: "No, you can't."

As the animals run rampant through the farmers' sheds, employees take a break from the chase as Petey sings a song around the campfire...     ♪  " 'Bout a handsome little fox, let me sing you folks a yarn, hey, diddle-dee, daddle-da, doddle-do, doodle-dum, 'Twas a splendid little fella, full of wit and grace and charm, ...Well, like any little critter needing vittles for his little-uns, Well, he stole and he cheated and he lied just to survive..."  ♪       Unfortunately, toward the end of the song their boss walks up...            Mr. Bean: "What are you singin', Petey?"      Petey: "Just making it up as I went along, really."     Mr. Bean: "That's just weak songwriting.  You wrote a bad song, Petey!" as he flips his cigarette at him and walks off.      (Caution: smoking)

After getting all the animals trapped with no way out, Mr. Fox confesses his regrets to Mrs. Fox...     Mr. Fox: "Badger's right.  These farmers aren't going to quit until they catch me.  I shouldn't have lied to your face.  I shouldn't have fallen off the wagon and started secretly stealing chickens on the sly.  I shouldn't have pushed these farmers so far and tried to embarrass them and cuss with their heads.  I enjoyed it, but I shouldn't have done it.  And now there's only one way out.  Maybe if I hand myself over, and let them kill me, stuff me, and hang me over their mantelpiece..."     Mrs. Fox: "You'll do not such thing..."      Mr. Fox: "Golly, maybe they'll let everyone else live."       Mrs. Fox (starting to cry): "Oh, why'd you have to get us into this, Foxy?"     Mr. Fox: "I don't know, but I have a possible theory.  I think I have this thing where I need everybody to think I'm the greatest, the quote-unquote 'fantastic' Mr. Fox.  And if they aren't completely knocked out and dazzled and kind of intimidated by me, then I don't feel good about myself.  Foxes traditionally like to court danger, hunt prey and outsmart predators, and that's what I'm actually good at.  I think at the end of the day, I'm just..."       Mrs. Fox: "I know.  We're wild animals."        Mr. Fox: "I guess we always were.  I promise you, if I had all this to do over again, I'd have never let you down.  It was always more fun when we did it together, anyway," as they kiss on the mouth, "I love you, Felicity."       Mrs. Fox: "I love you, too...  But I shouldn't have married you."

After getting all the animals trapped underground and his nephew kidnapped, a now humbled Mr. Fox wants to restart his toast (when he was trumpeting their victory earlier) and rally the troops for a rescue mission...   "When I look down this table, with the exquisite feast set before us (pretending), I see two terrific lawyers, a skilled pediatrician, a wonderful chef, a savvy real estate agent, an excellent tailor, a crack accountant, a gifted musician, a pretty good minnow fisherman, and possibly the best landscape painter working on the scene today (his wife).  ...I also see a room full of wild animals.  Wild animals with true natures and pure talents.  Wild animals with scientific-sounding Latin names that mean something about our DNA.  Wild animals, each with his own strengths and weaknesses due to his or her species.  Anyway, I think it may very well be all the beautiful differences among us that might just give us the tiniest glimmer of a chance of saving my nephew and letting me make it up to you for getting us into this crazy whatever-it-is.  I don't know, it's just a thought.  Thank you for listening.  Cheers, everyone.  ...Will you join me?"        Mrs. Fox: "I will," followed by everyone else, "Oh, all right, I guess."         Mr. Fox: "Thank you.  All right, let's start planning.  Who knows shorthand?  Great.  Linda, Lutra lutra.  You got some dry paper?  Here we go.  Mole, Talpa europea.  What do you got?"       Mole: "I can see in the dark."        Fox: "That's incredible, we can use that.  Linda?"        Linda: "Got it."      Fox: "Rabbit, Oryctolagus cuniculus."          Rabbit: "I'm fast."          Fox: "You bet you are. ...Beaver, Castor fiber!"      Beaver: "I chew through wood."       Fox: "Amazing!  ...Badger, Meles meles!"     Badger: "Demolitions expert. ...Explosions, flames, burning things!"      ....Field Mouse: "Hey, hey.  Me.  Yo, over here, hey.  I want to go with you too.  I want to fight."      Fox: "Good!  Fabulous.  Microtus pennsylvanicus."          Opossum: "Eh, I didn't get a job yet.  Or a Latin name.  What's my strength?"      Fox: "Listen, you're Kylie.  You're an unbelievably nice guy.  Your job is really just to be available, I think.  I don't know your Latin name.  I doubt they even had opossums in ancient Rome."

In one of the strangest scenes in the film, Mr. Fox and friends have just escaped their enemies on a motorcycle and are racing down the highway when Kylie suddenly tells them not to turn around.  They do, and come to a screeching halt.  A hundred yards away, up the side of a hill in a snowy landscape, stands a lone... black... wolf (as a majestic song plays in the background)...       Fox: "Where'd you come from?  What are you doing here?  (Pointing at the creature)  Canis lupus!  (Pointing to himself)  Vulpes vulpes!  (To friends)  I don't think he speaks English or Latin."     He then tries speaking French.   "I'm asking if he thinks we're in for a hard winter."      But the wolf offers no response.     "He doesn't seem to know.  (To wolf)  I have a phobia of wolves!"         After tearing up, Mr. Fox simply raises his fist in salute.  The wolf salutes back.       Mr. Fox: "What a beautiful creature.  Wish him luck, boys."       They do, as the wolf trots majestically back into the wild...
