ScreenVue is the result of a joint venture and partnership between Christian Video Licensing International (CVLI) and Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI) and Motion Picture Licensing Corporation (MPLC).

ScreenVue first launched in 2003 as a service of CVLI. The CVLI Church Video License provides legal coverage for churches and for other ministry organizations to show DVDs, Blu-rays, digital, movie downloads and streams of motion pictures. Each organization needs to be specifically covered. Coverage includes playing just a few seconds of a movie all the way up to showing the full-length feature.

Each *Total Producer Church Video License* (or any *Church Video Licence* globally) comes with free ScreenVue Vault access.

The ScreenVue Vault offers 14,000+ Scene Ideas, Views and Downloads from a variety of movies and resources.

### CCLI

Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI) was established in 1988 to provide churches with simple, affordable solutions to complex copyright issues. CCLI helps churches maintain their integrity while giving them the freedom to worship expressively and spontaneously.

Churches often face copyright infringement issues in two areas: 1) copying music without permission, and 2) showing movies without authorization.

For copying music to assist with congregational singing, the Church Copyright License provides blanket coverage for 600,000+ songs and 7,000+ publishers and song owners. Currently, global churches are using 600,000+ CCLI licenses.

### CVLI

From a unique partnership between Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI) and Motion Picture Licensing Corporation (MPLC), Christian Video Licensing International (CVLI) and the Church Video License was formed in 2001.

The Church Video License provides churches with legal coverage to show all, or any portion of, thousands of movie titles from a number of movie producers, including all the major studios. Currently, the titles from 3,000+ producers are represented by the Church Video License, including the titles that contain all the scenes that are part of the ScreenVue Vault.

Motion Picture Licensing Corporation (MPLC) was founded in 1986 by former MGM executives and an MPAA attorney. Their goal was to develop a process to help the public leverage the work of the creative community without infringing on copyright.

## How We Use Cookies

__"Where can I find my Access Key to sign-in with?"__
- Every Church Video Licence globally and every *Total Producer Church Video License* (or *Standard CVLI Video License*) in the USA comes with FREE access to the ScreenVue Vault, which is unlocked with your Access Key. Your Access Key will be included in the monthly CVL update emails you receive. If you can't find your Key, please email us at: [support@screenvue.com ](mailto:support@screenvue.com "support@screenvue.com")

__"Why won't my Access Key work?"__
- The usual reason for the Access Key not to work (and a footer error message to appear) is that something is missing from the sign-in protocol.
- Enter the *Email address* associated with your Church Video License (or CCLI account).
- Enter the *Access Key* found in your last CVL update email (exactly, with no spaces).
- Select the *Terms of Use* and a *Keeping in Touch* option.
- You should be in! If you have done all this and still have a problem, please let us know and we'll dig further.

__"In the USA, why don't I have access as a CVL Family Values Package member?"__
- The *CVL Family Values Package* offers only 65+ studios and producers, and does not include any major/minor Hollywood studios - and does not come with ScreenVue Vault access. 
- The *CVL Total Producer Package* offers 4,000+ studios and producers, including every major Hollywood studio and most of the major/minors, and comes with complimentary access to the new ScreenVue Vault: unlocked with a provided Access Key.

__"What is the difference between Scene Ideas, Scene Views, and Scene Downloads?"__
- The ScreenVue Vault offers THREE different types of Scenes:

__"What are the restrictions for streaming our service and including a movie scene? "__
- For churches that stream their services and want to include any part of a movie (the entire film or just a scene), the Church Video License terms do not cover streaming a movie scene - even if used in a sermon - over the internet to the general public.
- However, it is permissible to live stream a movie scene inside the facility as long as it is a closed-stream (not accessed publicly).

On the abandoned planet Morag, Quill steals a mysterious Orb but is attacked by Korath and his henchmen. Trying to earn some respect, Peter asks if perhaps they've heard of his outlaw name, Star Lord. They haven't. Ouch.

Young Peter sits alone in a hospital hallway, listening to his Walkman radio.  His Grandpa comes out to get him, telling the boy that his mama wants to speak with him.  Peter slowly and somewhat reluctantly approaches the bed.  A bald, sickly woman lies there, surrounded by grieving friends and relatives.  The woman talks gently to her son, telling him how much like his father he is.  Gesturing weakly with her fingertips, she gives a present to Peter, telling him to open it when she is gone.  "Your grandpa is gonna take such good care of you."  Peter sniffles quietly.  Slowly, she opens her fingers, asking Peter to take her hand.  Peter, scared and confused, turns away.  Mother, begging: "Peter, take my hand."  Peter keeps his face averted.  Suddenly, her heart monitor flatlines and she dies.  Peter turns back toward the bed: "Mom?  No!  No, no, no!"  Grandpa drags the screaming Peter from the room and back into the hallway: "You've got to stay here, please.  Okay?"  Peter is left standing alone and heartbroken, his hands held out in mute supplication.

Peter encounters Gamora outside the Broker' shop.  Gamora makes a flattering remark and Peter, falling for it, begins to chat, casually tossing the orb up and down in his hands.  Quickly, Gamora kicks Peter's legs out from under him, stealing the orb and taking off.  Peter, recovering quickly, grabs an electric rope and throws it around her legs, bringing her to the ground.  The two fight hand-to-hand until Gamora pulls out a knife.  Just as she's about to strike, two other parties enter into the fight.  Rocket and Groot grab Gamora, hoping to take Peter and the orb for themselves.  Peter uses the opportunity to escape with the treasure, and the three others follow closely in pursuit.  Possession of the orb changes from Peter to Gamora and back again until Rocket and Groot again enter into the equation, taking Peter captive inside a sack.  Gamora returns in time to release Peter, but her attempt to regain the orb is foiled when Peter stuns her with his gun.  Peter escapes with the orb.

Rocket has come up with a plan to escape the prison.  He sits down with his three friends, explaining to them what he will need to implement his plan.  As he lists the items, they take turns volunteering to obtain them.  Rocket arrives at the final item on his list and Groot is the only one who hasn't been given a task.  Rocket tells the group he needs a battery hidden behind a control panel at the back of the room.  None of them notice that Groot has begun ambling toward the control panel.  Instead, the three begin working out a plan to obtain the battery, which will be difficult considering the circumstances.  Quill: "It's 20 feet up in the air and it's in the middle of the most heavily-guarded part of the prison!  It's impossible to get up there without being seen."  Behind them, Groot stretches out his roots, rising to the height of the panel.  Rocket: "This is important, once the battery is removed, everything is gonna slam into emergency mode.  Once we have it, we gotta move quickly, so you definitely need to get that last."  In the background, Groot can be seen ripping the battery from the wall.  The lights go out and the three friends look around, realizing what Groot has done.  The prison alarm begins to blare.  Clueless, Groot happily offers the battery to Rocket.  Rocket shakes his head, groaning.

Drax, Quill, Gamora, Rocket, and Groot are trapped inside the prison control tower.  Rocket is working on a plan, but the five are under heavy fire from the prison guards.  Drax, impatiently: "Cease your yammering and release us from this irksome confinement!"  Quill, jokingly referring to Drax's formal style of speech: "Yeah, I'll have to agree with the walking thesaurus on that one."  Drax, misunderstanding Quill's meaning and taking offense: "Do not ever call me a thesaurus!"  Quill, surprised: "It's just a metaphor, dude."  Rocket, explaining Drax's cultural background: "His people are completely literal.  Metaphors are gonna go over his head."  Drax, defensively: "Nothing goes over my head.  My reflexes are too fast.  I would catch it."

Quill looks out the window of his pod and watches Gamora floating lifelessly in space.  Even though Rocket tells him there's nothing they can do to help her, Quill can't seem to drag himself away.  Making a decision, Quill radios his old enemy, Yondu, giving him the coordinates of his location.  (Quill knows Yondu will hurry to obtain his quarry.)  He then dons his life-support mask and exits his pod, propelling himself through space toward Gamora.  He ignores Rocket, who attempts to convince him of the impossibility of the rescue mission: "Quill, don't be ridiculous!  Get back into your pod!  You can't fit two people in there.  You're gonna die!  You'll die in seconds!  Quill!"  Reaching Gamora, Quill removes his mask and puts it on the woman.  After a few moments, she begins to breathe.  Quill holds his own breath, cradling Gamora in his arms.  His body begins to be covered by ice crystals, formed by the cold of open space.  Suddenly, a ship appears, and its tractor beam pulls Quill and Gamora inside.  Coughing, the two try to catch their breath.  Gamora opens her eyes, confused: "Quill?  What happened?"  Quill, cradling her head: "I saw you out there.  I don't know what came over me, but I couldn't let you die."  Gamora smiles tenderly at her knight-in-shining-armor.  Quill, continuing, seriously: "I found something inside of myself.  Something...incredibly heroic!"  Gamora rolls her eyes, sighing heavily.  (Caution: d-word used)

The inhabitants of the planet Xandar are engaged in battle with the fleet of the evil Ronan.  Ronan, inside his massive ship, the Dark Aster, is headed toward the planet, bent on destruction.  Knowing that the Dark Aster must be stopped at all costs, the imperial leader Nova Prime instructs her ships to form a protective barrier.  Immediately, the star-shaped ships begin to align themselves into a wall between the Dark Aster and Xandar.  The wings of the ships interlock with each other, and a force field is formed when the ships join together.  Soon, hundreds of ships are joined and a huge glowing wall envelops the Dark Aster.

The Guardians are on Ronan's ship, which is severely damaged and falling fast toward the planet.  Peter and Gamora drag the injured Rocket and Drax to safety.  Groot joins them, and the five sit together, waiting to die in the inevitable crash.  Suddenly, Groot stretches his arms around his friends, willing his branches to grow around them.  Soon, the four are encased in a thick sphere of branches and roots.  Inside the sphere, they look around in amazement.  Rocket, seeing that Groot is using his own body to protect the others, tries to stop his friend: "No, Groot!  You can't.  You'll die.  Why are you doing this?  Why?"  Groot tenderly touches Rocket's cheek, using his few words to explain his love for his friends: "We are Groot."  The ship crashes violently into the planet and explodes.  As the dust clears, Gamora, Rocket, Drax, and Peter all begin to stir.  Rocket sits up, picking up a handful of the branches lying around them and begins to mourn their loss.

Ronan, bent on destroying the planet, is about to wield the incredible power of the Infinity Stone.  To prevent the villain from murdering millions, Peter grabs the stone, knowing its power will kill him.  As soon as he takes hold of the stone, a force like electricity shoots through Peter, creating a whirlwind around him.  He stands in the vortex, holding onto the stone with all his strength.  But the power is taking its toll and Peter's strength is ebbing.  Bright spots of light appear all over his body, as if the power is trying to break through his very skin.  Gamora reaches through the storm for Peter: "Take my hand!"  Peter obeys, his fingers almost flaming with electricity.  As soon as they touch, Gamora shrieks in pain as the power courses through her, too.  They hold hands, sharing the burden, but soon Gamora shows signs of strain.  Drax pushes his way through the swirling vortex, using all his strength to put his own hand on Peter's shoulder.  Immediately, power is transferred to Drax and he screams in agony.  The three friends stand together in the middle of the swirling purple storm.  Lightning bolts of electricity crackle around them, and all three grimace in pain as the power travels through their bodies.  Finally, little Rocket reaches up a paw to Drax and becomes the fourth to share the burden of the Infinity Stone.  Suddenly the appearance of the four changes, becoming more stable.  The power still swirls around them, but it is apparent that they have it in control.  Ronan can't understand how they are able to hold the stone and still live.  Peter, shooting a bolt of pure power at Ronan: "We're the Guardians of the Galaxy."  (Caution: b-word used)

Dey has just rewarded the Guardians with a new spaceship and tells them that their criminal records have been expunged.  Dey, knowing the shady tendencies of the misfit heroes: "However, I have to warn you against breaking any laws in the future."  Rocket isn't sure where the boundaries of legality lie: "Question.  What if I see something that I want to take and it belongs to someone else?"  Dey, matter-of-factly: "Then you will be arrested."  Rocket: "But what if I want it more than the person who has it?"  Dey: "It's still illegal."  Rocket, indignant: "That doesn't follow.  I want it more, sir.  Do you understand?"  Gamora drags Rocket away, but Drax takes his place, also confused about wrong versus right.  Drax: "What if someone does something irksome and I decide to remove his spine?"  Dey, stuttering in disbelief: "That...that...that's actually...murder."  Drax blinks in surprise.  Dey: "It's one of the worst crimes of all.  So...also illegal."  Drax, shrugging in surprised resignation: "Hmmm."

The group faces the seemingly impossible task of stopping the evil Ronan. Quill doesn't inspire much confidence when he reveals that he has only a partial plan. When asked how much of the plan is complete, he admits just 12 percent. (Caution: 'hell' used inappropriately)
