ScreenVue is the result of a joint venture and partnership between Christian Video Licensing International (CVLI) and Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI) and Motion Picture Licensing Corporation (MPLC).

ScreenVue first launched in 2003 as a service of CVLI. The CVLI Church Video License provides legal coverage for churches and for other ministry organizations to show DVDs, Blu-rays, digital, movie downloads and streams of motion pictures. Each organization needs to be specifically covered. Coverage includes playing just a few seconds of a movie all the way up to showing the full-length feature.

Each *Total Producer Church Video License* (or any *Church Video Licence* globally) comes with free ScreenVue Vault access.

The ScreenVue Vault offers 14,000+ Scene Ideas, Views and Downloads from a variety of movies and resources.

### CCLI

Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI) was established in 1988 to provide churches with simple, affordable solutions to complex copyright issues. CCLI helps churches maintain their integrity while giving them the freedom to worship expressively and spontaneously.

Churches often face copyright infringement issues in two areas: 1) copying music without permission, and 2) showing movies without authorization.

For copying music to assist with congregational singing, the Church Copyright License provides blanket coverage for 600,000+ songs and 7,000+ publishers and song owners. Currently, global churches are using 600,000+ CCLI licenses.

### CVLI

From a unique partnership between Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI) and Motion Picture Licensing Corporation (MPLC), Christian Video Licensing International (CVLI) and the Church Video License was formed in 2001.

The Church Video License provides churches with legal coverage to show all, or any portion of, thousands of movie titles from a number of movie producers, including all the major studios. Currently, the titles from 3,000+ producers are represented by the Church Video License, including the titles that contain all the scenes that are part of the ScreenVue Vault.

## How We Use Cookies

__"Where can I find my Access Key to sign-in with?"__
- Every Church Video Licence globally and every *Total Producer Church Video License* (or *Standard CVLI Video License*) in the USA comes with FREE access to the ScreenVue Vault, which is unlocked with your Access Key. Your Access Key will be included in the monthly CVL update emails you receive. If you can't find your Key, please email us at: [support@screenvue.com ](mailto:support@screenvue.com "support@screenvue.com")

__"Why won't my Access Key work?"__
- The usual reason for the Access Key not to work (and a footer error message to appear) is that something is missing from the sign-in protocol.
- Enter the *Email address* associated with your Church Video License (or CCLI account).
- Enter the *Access Key* found in your last CVL update email (exactly, with no spaces).
- Select the *Terms of Use* and a *Keeping in Touch* option.
- You should be in! If you have done all this and still have a problem, please let us know and we'll dig further.

__"In the USA, why don't I have access as a CVL Family Values Package member?"__
- The *CVL Family Values Package* offers only 65+ studios and producers, and does not include any major/minor Hollywood studios - and does not come with ScreenVue Vault access. 
- The *CVL Total Producer Package* offers 4,000+ studios and producers, including every major Hollywood studio and most of the major/minors, and comes with complimentary access to the new ScreenVue Vault: unlocked with a provided Access Key.

__"What is the difference between Scene Ideas, Scene Views, and Scene Downloads?"__
- The ScreenVue Vault offers THREE different types of Scenes:

__"What are the restrictions for streaming our service and including a movie scene? "__
- For churches that stream their services and want to include any part of a movie (the entire film or just a scene), the Church Video License terms do not cover streaming a movie scene - even if used in a sermon - over the internet to the general public.
- However, it is permissible to live stream a movie scene inside the facility as long as it is a closed-stream (not accessed publicly).

Hercules and his team have been given the task of training of group of farmers to be soldiers.  Hercules addresses the assembled men, telling them that he will teach them to survive in war.  Hercules turns the lesson over to Autolycus, who orders the farmers to assemble a "shield wall."  The men obey immediately, moving together to form a tightly-packed group, raising their large shields to make a hopefully impenetrable wall.  Once the shield wall is formed, Tydeus runs toward them, screaming.  He charges the shields, instantly breaking the formation and tearing a path through the helpless farmer-soldiers.  Hercules looks at the fallen men, reminding them that, in battle, they'd already be dead.  He stresses the importance of maintaining a strong defense.  "When a shield wall is strong, nothing can ever defeat it.  You must learn to work together, react together.  When you do, each individual will become a link in a chain that will be stronger than iron."

The soldiers of Thrace have assembled before going out to battle.  Amphiaraus is giving them a pep talk to encourage them: "If you fall in the service of a just cause, your souls will go to Elysium (heaven), where they will dwell forever among the shades of heroes like Theseus."  Autolycus adds his own perspective: "Or, if you're lucky, you'll go to Hades (hell), where all the fun people are."

Iolaus calls the soldiers over to see the new armor that he swears is forged by the gods.  He promises that the divine weapons will bring them invincibility.  The soldiers are skeptical.  Piece-by-piece, Iolaus describes each item, bringing up soldiers to try them.  The first soldiers tries the shield, finding it lighter and easier to wield than his old one.  Iolaus claims that it contains the souls of mythical birds.  Another soldier is given the helmet of Hercules and told that it saved the hero from a demon.  The soldier approves of the helmet, noting it covers his whole face, but his comrades still doubt the supernatural power of the armor.  Finally, General Sitacles approaches and Iolaus hands him a breastplate.  The general is dubious as to the protective power of leather armor, but Iolaus assures him that the leather is from the impenetrable hide of a mythical beast.  Indeed, when the general dons the armor, even the blade of an axe doesn't pierce it.  While acknowledging the quality of the armor, the soldiers still express doubts as to their spiritual origins.  (Caution: s-word used)

Hercules and his team are training the new soldiers to fight in battle.  Amphiaraus trains them to use a spear.  Hercules oversees hand-to-hand combat, staging practice fights among the men.  Autolycus drills the soldiers in the use of the sword, making them repeat their lesson again and again.  Atalanta teaches the men to use a bow and arrow.  Each of the instructors carefully watches their students, offering advice and correction when necessary.  (Caution: crude strike to the groin)

Hercules consults Amphiaraus, a seer, as to the outcome of the upcoming battle: "So, have you seen if we win or lose?"  Amphiaraus, with some humor: "The gods have been annoyingly silent on that matter.  What they have told me is that I'm soon to discover if there truly is a heaven or hell."  Hercules stares sadly at his friend: "When will you die?"  Amphiaraus: "Within a week, in a place that looks an awful lot like hell."  Amphiaraus sees Hercules' grief and tries to cheer him up, reminding him that he's had a good life: "I'm ready for what's next."

Hercules is in chains in the dungeons of Lord Cotys.  His friends are imprisoned in cells around him and the wicked baron has promised they will all die.  Lord Cotys, having decreed that his own daughter shall be the first victim, orders his soldiers to put her to death.  Dragging the girl to the chopping block, they prepare to chop off her head.  Hercules and his friends scream for her release, but their cries are unheeded.  Hercules begins to strain against his chains, pulling in a futile attempt to escape.  Amphiaraus sees him and seeks to encourage his friend, shouting: "Who are you?  Are you only the legend, or are you the truth behind the legend?  We believe in you!  We have faith in you!  Have faith in yourself!"  Hercules again strains against his chains, this time with renewed energy.  Amphiaraus continues: "Remember the man that you are.  Remember the deeds you have performed."  Hercules continues to pull on his chains.  Amphiaraus: "Now, tell me!  Who are you?"  Hercules, screaming: "I...AM...HERCULES!"  He rips the chains from the floor and leaps over to the chopping block, knocking aside the executioner just in time.  (Caution: b-word used, d-word used)

Hercules and his friends are making their escape from the dungeons of Lord Cotys.  They are fighting against armed guards when Amphiaraus suddenly sees a flaming spear flying directly toward his own chest.  The seer, having previously prophesied his death in just such a manner (see Scene # CV07817), closes his eyes and opens his arms in acceptance.  The spear sails toward him as if in slow motion.  Amphiaraus, reverently: "My time."  Just as the spear is about to enter his chest, a hand reaches out and snatches it.  Hercules, having caught the spear, turns and sends it back towards its origin, skewering the soldier who threw it.  Amphiaraus, miffed that he has been robbed of the future he had foreseen and accepted: "Excuse me, that was my moment!  My fate!"  Hercules: "You're welcome."

Wicked Lord Cotys has ordered his soldiers to kill Hercules and his men.  Trapped at the doors of the temple, the handful of heroes can only watch in horror as hundreds of soldiers march toward them.  Hercules eyes the giant statue in front of the temple and braces himself against it.  While Lord Cotys hurls threats and insults, Hercules pushes with all his might against the statue.  When it begins to crumble and crack, Hercules' friends stare in shock, never expecting him to be able to perform such a feat.  Finally, the statue falls, crushing many soldiers and killing Lord Cotys.  The remaining soldiers surrender, turning their allegiance toward the man of supernatural strength.  (Caution: b-word used)
