ScreenVue is the result of a joint venture and partnership between Christian Video Licensing International (CVLI) and Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI) and Motion Picture Licensing Corporation (MPLC).

ScreenVue first launched in 2003 as a service of CVLI. The CVLI Church Video License provides legal coverage for churches and for other ministry organizations to show DVDs, Blu-rays, digital, movie downloads and streams of motion pictures. Each organization needs to be specifically covered. Coverage includes playing just a few seconds of a movie all the way up to showing the full-length feature.

Each *Total Producer Church Video License* (or any *Church Video Licence* globally) comes with free ScreenVue Vault access.

The ScreenVue Vault offers 14,000+ Scene Ideas, Views and Downloads from a variety of movies and resources.

### CCLI

Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI) was established in 1988 to provide churches with simple, affordable solutions to complex copyright issues. CCLI helps churches maintain their integrity while giving them the freedom to worship expressively and spontaneously.

Churches often face copyright infringement issues in two areas: 1) copying music without permission, and 2) showing movies without authorization.

For copying music to assist with congregational singing, the Church Copyright License provides blanket coverage for 600,000+ songs and 7,000+ publishers and song owners. Currently, global churches are using 600,000+ CCLI licenses.

### CVLI

From a unique partnership between Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI) and Motion Picture Licensing Corporation (MPLC), Christian Video Licensing International (CVLI) and the Church Video License was formed in 2001.

The Church Video License provides churches with legal coverage to show all, or any portion of, thousands of movie titles from a number of movie producers, including all the major studios. Currently, the titles from 3,000+ producers are represented by the Church Video License, including the titles that contain all the scenes that are part of the ScreenVue Vault.

Motion Picture Licensing Corporation (MPLC) was founded in 1986 by former MGM executives and an MPAA attorney. Their goal was to develop a process to help the public leverage the work of the creative community without infringing on copyright.

## How We Use Cookies

__"Where can I find my Access Key to sign-in with?"__
- Every Church Video Licence globally and every *Total Producer Church Video License* (or *Standard CVLI Video License*) in the USA comes with FREE access to the ScreenVue Vault, which is unlocked with your Access Key. Your Access Key will be included in the monthly CVL update emails you receive. If you can't find your Key, please email us at: [support@screenvue.com ](mailto:support@screenvue.com "support@screenvue.com")

__"Why won't my Access Key work?"__
- The usual reason for the Access Key not to work (and a footer error message to appear) is that something is missing from the sign-in protocol.
- Enter the *Email address* associated with your Church Video License (or CCLI account).
- Enter the *Access Key* found in your last CVL update email (exactly, with no spaces).
- Select the *Terms of Use* and a *Keeping in Touch* option.
- You should be in! If you have done all this and still have a problem, please let us know and we'll dig further.

__"In the USA, why don't I have access as a CVL Family Values Package member?"__
- The *CVL Family Values Package* offers only 65+ studios and producers, and does not include any major/minor Hollywood studios - and does not come with ScreenVue Vault access. 
- The *CVL Total Producer Package* offers 4,000+ studios and producers, including every major Hollywood studio and most of the major/minors, and comes with complimentary access to the new ScreenVue Vault: unlocked with a provided Access Key.

__"What is the difference between Scene Ideas, Scene Views, and Scene Downloads?"__
- The ScreenVue Vault offers THREE different types of Scenes:

__"What are the restrictions for streaming our service and including a movie scene? "__
- For churches that stream their services and want to include any part of a movie (the entire film or just a scene), the Church Video License terms do not cover streaming a movie scene - even if used in a sermon - over the internet to the general public.
- However, it is permissible to live stream a movie scene inside the facility as long as it is a closed-stream (not accessed publicly).

Four high school students have skipped graduation in order to tool around town.  Parked on a darkened street, they are startled when sparks begin to fly out of the nearby power lines.  The crackle of electricity fills the air and three of the teens feel that something is very wrong.  Billy, however, is thrilled and determined to capture whatever is coming on video.  Against the pleas of his friends, he exits the car in order to get a better view.  Over and over again, the teens beg Billy to get in the car so they can leave, but he ignores them.  Suddenly, out of the darkness directly in front of them, a funnel cloud appears.  The youths scream and Billy frantically scrambles into the vehicle.  They started too late, however, and the tornado quickly envelopes the car.  Screams are heard over the sound of breaking glass and bending metal.  Their bodies are thrown back and forth inside the car until, finally, blackness descends.  (Caution: s-word barely perceptible, disturbing scene)

Donk, Reevis, and their equally foolish friends have gathered at Donk's mom's house to take a shot at fame and glory.  Their bright idea, fueled by dozens of beers, is for Donk to ride his ATV up a ramshackle board ramp and sail over a swimming pool of flames.  Reevis films on his phone, promising Donk a life of fame, fortune, and women if he succeeds.  Donk, with no apparent fear, positions his ATV while the others put down their beers long enough to pour lighter fluid into the pool and ignite it.  Reevis: "The Flaming Pool of Death!"  Those who don't have beer hats again pick up their cans and begin cheering for Donk.  Donk gamely revs his engine, steering straight for the ramp.  The ATV sails over two-thirds of the pool, crashing down into the flaming water at the end.  The entire pool collapses as the ATV crashes through the side.  Water pours everywhere.  Donk gets up, dripping wet and laughing.  Reevis high-fives him: "A million hits, easy!  We're gonna be famous!"  (Caution: h-word used)

Principal Walker and Vice Principal Fuller are frantically ushering high school students into the school in the onslaught of a surprise storm.  Just as they all crowd into the building, a tree is thrust through the glass doors by the force of the wind.  Looking out the gaping hole, Fuller sees the tell-tale funnel shape of a tornado.  The halls are packed with screaming students trying to run to the safest place of the building - - the center hall filled with lockers.  The lights suddenly turn off and the weak storm lights turn on, shedding little light on the huddled figures of the students.  The youths are ordered to crouch, hiding their faces, but find it hard to stop themselves from watching the horrifying scene play out in front of them.  Lockers begin to shake and papers fly over their heads as the hallway is turned into a powerful wind tunnel.  The glass in the doors and windows is blown out and the tornado is now over their heads, tearing the roof apart.  As most of the ceiling is now gone, the suction is fierce, and people are sliding helplessly across the floor.  The sound of screaming is only surpassed by the sound of the terrible wind.  Finally, the air is still, the storm is gone, and the students have survived.

A tornado has struck the town of Silverdale and people on the street have sought shelter inside the bank.  Gary is running towards the building where his son already waits when a car falls out of the sky directly in his path.  Before he can find an alternate route to safety, he hears a woman scream.  Allison is clinging upside-down to the door of a truck, fighting against the suction of the tornado.  Gary runs toward her, bracing himself against the vehicle and grabbing her hands.  The strength of the storm is so strong that it threatens to pull both of them into the sky.  Gary yells a promise to the stranger: "I won't let you go!"  And he is true to his word.  Just as the storm is about to take both of them, the funnel dissipates and the winds disappear.  They drop to the ground, safe.

Pete and his crew of storm-chasers are faced with the most incredible storm of their careers.  With their vehicles rendered useless by falling trees and fierce winds, they run for shelter in a nearby church.  Three funnel clouds tear up the ground around them as they race for safety.  When one of the tornadoes causes an explosion, the resulting fire is sucked up into the funnel, turning into a whirling cloud of flames.  Jacob can't resist filming the spectacular scene.  He stops running and turns back toward the storms.  His crew mates beg him to come back, but he continues to film: "I gotta get the footage!"  Within seconds, Jacob realizes his mistake and tries to run away, but the flaming cloud sucks him in.  The others watch in horror before finally seeking shelter inside the church.  (Caution: s-word barely perceptible, disturbing scene)

Gary, Trey, and Allison have come to the abandoned plant to find Donnie and Kaitlyn.  Knowing the two are trapped somewhere in the rubble, they search frantically, finally finding them in an underground room.  The room is filled to the top with water, and giant steel beams cover the only exit.  Donnie reaches a hand out of the water toward his father, who grasps it fearfully.  Knowing the teens are out of air, the three desperately try to move the rubble, but it is too heavy.  Trey, thinking quickly, climbs into the van and drives it straight into the beams.  He succeeds in moving them enough to free Kaitlyn, but Donnie is now pinned underwater by a fallen beam.  Gary jumps into the water, working frantically to save his son.  Finally, he frees him and drags him up to the surface.  Finding that Donnie is no longer breathing, the frightened father performs CPR, succeeding in bringing his son back to consciousness.

A handful of people trapped in a gigantic tornado have sought shelter underground inside a large storm drain.  A deceptive silence envelops them, but they quickly discover it is the calm before the storm.  Pete, trapped outside in his vehicle, warns the rest they are in the eye, and the worst is yet to come.  Bracing themselves, they cling to anything they can find.  The tunnel is once again filled with the deafening sound of the wind.  A school bus outside is lifted into the swirling mass.  Pete's armored vehicle, although anchored to the ground, is finally sucked up into the funnel cloud.  The sudden opening gives the wind even more power, blowing the lid off the storm drain.  The helpless people are now being sucked towards both ends of the drain, barely able to hang on.  Pete, inside his vehicle, is lifted to the very top of the funnel.  For a moment, he is suspended above the storm and he is awed by what he sees.  The sun shines over fluffy clouds, lighting Pete's face.  He almost seems to float in the stillness.  But the moment quickly passes, and Pete screams as his car speeds back toward the ground.

Multiple newscasts tell of the damage caused by a barrage of tornadoes.  The small towns hit are reduced to piles of rubble, and footage shows survivors picking their way through the garbage.  A pastor speaks for the group: "There's no denying the tragedy that we've all endured here today.  But, you know, our faith carries through, and we will rebuild."  Trey takes his video camera and begins to interview the survivors, asking them how they see themselves in 25 years.  Todd, completely surrounded by evidence of the destruction, has found a new perspective on life: "Twenty-five years?  Doesn't matter, you know.  Just takin' it one day at a time.  Every day is just fine.  'Cause I'm alive.  That's it.  Nothing else matters."  Chester, speaking to the camera: "Sometimes I think the human race as a species is crazy.  But, when the chips are down, ordinary people, like you and me, are good.  I like that."  Gary and his two sons stand in their neighborhood.  Houses in various states of disrepair are visible in the background.  Gary: "To be honest, it didn't look good back there.  But we made it.  We stuck together, and here we are...alive.  I'm just grateful that we'll be able to look back on this in 25 years."  Donnie is asked if he'd like to speak to the camera: "I don't think we really need to say anything.  We're all here now, together, and that's...that's all that matters."
