ScreenVue is the result of a joint venture and partnership between Christian Video Licensing International (CVLI) and Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI) and Motion Picture Licensing Corporation (MPLC).

ScreenVue first launched in 2003 as a service of CVLI. The CVLI Church Video License provides legal coverage for churches and for other ministry organizations to show DVDs, Blu-rays, digital, movie downloads and streams of motion pictures. Each organization needs to be specifically covered. Coverage includes playing just a few seconds of a movie all the way up to showing the full-length feature.

Each *Total Producer Church Video License* (or any *Church Video Licence* globally) comes with free ScreenVue Vault access.

The ScreenVue Vault offers 14,000+ Scene Ideas, Views and Downloads from a variety of movies and resources.

### CCLI

Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI) was established in 1988 to provide churches with simple, affordable solutions to complex copyright issues. CCLI helps churches maintain their integrity while giving them the freedom to worship expressively and spontaneously.

Churches often face copyright infringement issues in two areas: 1) copying music without permission, and 2) showing movies without authorization.

For copying music to assist with congregational singing, the Church Copyright License provides blanket coverage for 600,000+ songs and 7,000+ publishers and song owners. Currently, global churches are using 600,000+ CCLI licenses.

### CVLI

From a unique partnership between Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI) and Motion Picture Licensing Corporation (MPLC), Christian Video Licensing International (CVLI) and the Church Video License was formed in 2001.

The Church Video License provides churches with legal coverage to show all, or any portion of, thousands of movie titles from a number of movie producers, including all the major studios. Currently, the titles from 3,000+ producers are represented by the Church Video License, including the titles that contain all the scenes that are part of the ScreenVue Vault.

## How We Use Cookies

__"Where can I find my Access Key to sign-in with?"__
- Every Church Video Licence globally and every *Total Producer Church Video License* (or *Standard CVLI Video License*) in the USA comes with FREE access to the ScreenVue Vault, which is unlocked with your Access Key. Your Access Key will be included in the monthly CVL update emails you receive. If you can't find your Key, please email us at: [support@screenvue.com ](mailto:support@screenvue.com "support@screenvue.com")

__"Why won't my Access Key work?"__
- The usual reason for the Access Key not to work (and a footer error message to appear) is that something is missing from the sign-in protocol.
- Enter the *Email address* associated with your Church Video License (or CCLI account).
- Enter the *Access Key* found in your last CVL update email (exactly, with no spaces).
- Select the *Terms of Use* and a *Keeping in Touch* option.
- You should be in! If you have done all this and still have a problem, please let us know and we'll dig further.

__"In the USA, why don't I have access as a CVL Family Values Package member?"__
- The *CVL Family Values Package* offers only 65+ studios and producers, and does not include any major/minor Hollywood studios - and does not come with ScreenVue Vault access. 
- The *CVL Total Producer Package* offers 4,000+ studios and producers, including every major Hollywood studio and most of the major/minors, and comes with complimentary access to the new ScreenVue Vault: unlocked with a provided Access Key.

__"What is the difference between Scene Ideas, Scene Views, and Scene Downloads?"__
- The ScreenVue Vault offers THREE different types of Scenes:

__"What are the restrictions for streaming our service and including a movie scene? "__
- For churches that stream their services and want to include any part of a movie (the entire film or just a scene), the Church Video License terms do not cover streaming a movie scene - even if used in a sermon - over the internet to the general public.
- However, it is permissible to live stream a movie scene inside the facility as long as it is a closed-stream (not accessed publicly).

In this classic scene, Carl Denham's team is sailing toward their adventure on Skull Island. Ann is enjoying some time on deck when she is joined by the very droll and pessimistic Jack -- who says if he was the director -- she wouldn't be on the ship at all...   Ann: "Well, is that a nice thing to say."   Jack: "Awe, this is no place for a girl."   Ann: "I wish you wouldn't keep harping on that. It's very mean of you. Anybody would think I'd been a lot of trouble. (Jack chuckles) I haven't. You can't say I've been one bit of trouble to anyone... have I?"   Jack: "Sure you have. Sure you have."   Ann: "I don't see... Well, how?"  Jack: "Just-- just being around is trouble."   Ann: "Oh, dear, and I thought everything was going so nicely."   Jack: "Oh, you're all right. But women just can't help being a bother. Made that way I guess."

Carl Denham's team is sailing toward their destiny with Skull Island. Ann has been chatting with Jack on deck when they are joined by Carl himself. After Ann leaves, Jack has some concerns about Carl's wild adventure.  Jack: "Mr. Denham. I'm gonna do some butting in."   Carl: "What's your trouble, Driscoll?"  Jack: "When do we find out where we're goin'?"  Carl: "Pretty soon now."  Jack: "You gonna tell us what happens when we get there?"  Carl: "How can I? I'm not a fortuneteller."  Jack: "Well, you must have some idea what you're after?"  Carl: "What's the matter, Jack, you going soft on me?"  Jack: "Oh, you know I'm not. Not for myself. For Ann."  Carl: "Oh, yeah. You have gone soft on her, eh? I've got enough troubles without a love affair to complicate things. Better cut it out, Jack."  Jack: " 'Love affair.' You think I'm gonna fall for any dame?"  Carl: "I never knew it to fail. Some big hard-boiled egg gets a look at a pretty face, and bang... he cracks up and goes sappy."  Jack: "Now, who's going sappy? Listen, I haven't run out on ya, have I?"   Carl: "No. You're a pretty tough guy. But if beauty gets you, you... I'm going right into a theme song here."  Jack: "Say, what are you talking about?"  Carl: "It's the idea of my picture. The beast was tough guy too. He could lick the world, but when he saw beauty, she got him. He went soft, he forgot his wisdom and the little fellas licked him. Think it over, Jack."

After a disturbing encounter with the natives of Skull Island, the team is back on the ship that night (anchored off the coast). Ann is out on deck and is joined again by Jack...   Jack: "Say, why aren't you in bed?"    Ann: "Oh, I can't sleep. The sound of those drums makes me nervous, I guess."  Jack: "I think Denham's off his nut taking you ashore today."  Ann: "Well, I was a little scared."  Jack: "I guess you weren't the only one."  Ann: "I wonder what we do next."  Jack: "That's just what's worrying me. That Denham's such a fool for risk, there's no telling what he might ask you to do for this picture."    Ann: "Well, after all he's done for me, I'd take any kind of chance for him."   Jack: "Don't talk like that. I'd say he's crazy enough to try anything."  Ann: "Well, I won't go back on him."   Jack: "When I think what might've happened to day, if anything had happened to you..."   Ann: "Then you wouldn't be bothered with having a woman onboard (chuckles)."   Jack: "Don't laugh. I'm scared for you. I'm sort of... Well, I'm scared of you too. Ann... uh, I... uh... Say, I guess I love you."  Ann: "Why, Jack, you hate women."   Jack: "Yeah, I know. But you aren't women. Say, uh, Ann... I don't suppose... I mean... Well, you don't feel anything like that about me, do ya?"   Ann looks very dreamily at him for a moment... before they kiss.

The rescue party seems to be having a grand time flirting with danger as they chase King Kong through the jungle -- until Kong turns the tables and begins chasing THEM. Kong traps the men on a huge log where the men uselessly try and hang on for their lives. But they are no match for the brute strength of the giant ape. Kong grabs one end of the trunk and begins to shake them off like rag dolls -- most of them falling below to their deaths.

Confused and angered by his treatment in New York City, Kong frees himself from his chains, kidnaps Ann and is now sitting atop the Empire State Building. Airplanes are called in and begin relentlessly machine-gunning the giant ape. Not willing to go down without a fight, Kong roars at them and desperately tries to knock them down -- successfully smashing one plane to the ground. Undeterred, the pilots keep circling, keep shooting and eventually cause the beast to fall to its death.

Denham captures Kong after the giant gorilla goes on a rampage through the island.


After escaping captivity, Kong scales a New York City hotel in search of Ann. Upon spotting her, he reaches through the window, seizes her once more, and resumes his climb toward the summit of the Empire State Building.
