ScreenVue is the result of a joint venture and partnership between Christian Video Licensing International (CVLI) and Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI) and Motion Picture Licensing Corporation (MPLC).

ScreenVue first launched in 2003 as a service of CVLI. The CVLI Church Video License provides legal coverage for churches and for other ministry organizations to show DVDs, Blu-rays, digital, movie downloads and streams of motion pictures. Each organization needs to be specifically covered. Coverage includes playing just a few seconds of a movie all the way up to showing the full-length feature.

Each *Total Producer Church Video License* (or any *Church Video Licence* globally) comes with free ScreenVue Vault access.

The ScreenVue Vault offers 14,000+ Scene Ideas, Views and Downloads from a variety of movies and resources.

### CCLI

Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI) was established in 1988 to provide churches with simple, affordable solutions to complex copyright issues. CCLI helps churches maintain their integrity while giving them the freedom to worship expressively and spontaneously.

Churches often face copyright infringement issues in two areas: 1) copying music without permission, and 2) showing movies without authorization.

For copying music to assist with congregational singing, the Church Copyright License provides blanket coverage for 600,000+ songs and 7,000+ publishers and song owners. Currently, global churches are using 600,000+ CCLI licenses.

### CVLI

From a unique partnership between Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI) and Motion Picture Licensing Corporation (MPLC), Christian Video Licensing International (CVLI) and the Church Video License was formed in 2001.

The Church Video License provides churches with legal coverage to show all, or any portion of, thousands of movie titles from a number of movie producers, including all the major studios. Currently, the titles from 3,000+ producers are represented by the Church Video License, including the titles that contain all the scenes that are part of the ScreenVue Vault.

Motion Picture Licensing Corporation (MPLC) was founded in 1986 by former MGM executives and an MPAA attorney. Their goal was to develop a process to help the public leverage the work of the creative community without infringing on copyright.

## How We Use Cookies

__"Where can I find my Access Key to sign-in with?"__
- Every Church Video Licence globally and every *Total Producer Church Video License* (or *Standard CVLI Video License*) in the USA comes with FREE access to the ScreenVue Vault, which is unlocked with your Access Key. Your Access Key will be included in the monthly CVL update emails you receive. If you can't find your Key, please email us at: [support@screenvue.com ](mailto:support@screenvue.com "support@screenvue.com")

__"Why won't my Access Key work?"__
- The usual reason for the Access Key not to work (and a footer error message to appear) is that something is missing from the sign-in protocol.
- Enter the *Email address* associated with your Church Video License (or CCLI account).
- Enter the *Access Key* found in your last CVL update email (exactly, with no spaces).
- Select the *Terms of Use* and a *Keeping in Touch* option.
- You should be in! If you have done all this and still have a problem, please let us know and we'll dig further.

__"In the USA, why don't I have access as a CVL Family Values Package member?"__
- The *CVL Family Values Package* offers only 65+ studios and producers, and does not include any major/minor Hollywood studios - and does not come with ScreenVue Vault access. 
- The *CVL Total Producer Package* offers 4,000+ studios and producers, including every major Hollywood studio and most of the major/minors, and comes with complimentary access to the new ScreenVue Vault: unlocked with a provided Access Key.

__"What is the difference between Scene Ideas, Scene Views, and Scene Downloads?"__
- The ScreenVue Vault offers THREE different types of Scenes:

__"What are the restrictions for streaming our service and including a movie scene? "__
- For churches that stream their services and want to include any part of a movie (the entire film or just a scene), the Church Video License terms do not cover streaming a movie scene - even if used in a sermon - over the internet to the general public.
- However, it is permissible to live stream a movie scene inside the facility as long as it is a closed-stream (not accessed publicly).

Po, a student of kung fu, finds his teacher, Master Shifu, meditating in a cave.  Shifu stands on a rock, repeating the words, "inner peace" quietly to himself.  Shifu tells Po that his next step in becoming a kung fu master is to find his own inner peace.  Po, excited but confused: "Inner piece of what?"  Shifu, speaking in a breathy voice of wisdom: "Every master must find his path to inner peace.  Some choose to meditate for fifty years in a cave just like this...without the slightest taste of food or water.  Some find it through pain and suffering, as I did."  Shifu describes his time of suffering, telling Po that the crucial moment came when he realized his worst problem was inside himself: "I found inner peace and was able to harness the flow of the universe."  Po, looking disappointed: "So that's it?  I just need inner peace?  My innards are already super, super peaceful.."

The evil Shen has sent his wolf henchmen to the village to steal metal.  Hearing of the plot, six friends and heroes of kung fu arrive on the scene to save the village.  They begin combating the enemy as individuals, but watch each others' backs as the fighting becomes more intense.  As more enemies congregate around Po, the friends take turns helping him.  Po, the leader of the heroes, calls out instructions to his teammates and each of them rush into the battle to fulfill their part.  Their individual efforts seem to blend into one whole as they work together to fight their enemy.  And their individual gifts play a part in their roles:  Crane is sent to recapture airlifted stolen cargo, Viper uses her body as a rope to save Po, and Po's immense girth is used as a weapon against the enemy.  The six heroes quickly defeat their enemies and the villagers celebrate -- for a short time...

Po, a panda bear, asks his father, a goose, where he came from.  Father, hanging his head: "I think it's time I told you something I should have told you a long time ago.  You might have been, kind of, a-a-adopted."  Po admits that he had suspected that to be the case, but is full of questions regarding his origins.  His father then tells the story of his adoption.  He discovered Po in a box of produce behind his restaurant and fell in love with the abandoned baby panda.  He took Po into his home and cared for him.  Father: "And then I made a decision that would change my life forever...to raise you as my own son."  The father tells his adopted son that having him has made life that much sweeter.

Shifu tells his kung fu students that they must battle the evil Shen and save kung fu.  After hearing that a great master of kung fu was defeated and killed by Shen, Po insists that the task is impossible.  If a strong and mighty warrior couldn't stand up to Shen's new weapon, how can a kung fu novice fare any better?  Po: "How can I do this?  I mean, how can kung fu stop something that stops kung fu?"  Shifu, confidently: "Remember, Dragon Warrior, anything is possible when you have inner peace."

Po awakens from a nightmare and punches the mast of his boat in frustration.  A droplet of water strikes him on the forehead and reminds him of the lesson his kung fu master taught him on inner peace.  He closes his eyes and takes a deep breath, beginning to say the words, "inner peace," but he stops when another droplet hits him on the head and breaks his concentration.  He tries to sooth his soul repeatedly, but every attempt is thwarted by another droplet.  Finally, his pent up frustration explodes, and he screams.  He throws a fit, stomping up and down and punching the mast again.  When he hits the wood, a whole bucketful of droplets fall on his head.  After a moment of frozen shock, he runs screaming around the deck of the boat, inner peace completely abandoned.

Tigress finds Po beating his head against a wooden mast.  When he tells her that he was training (in kung fu), she offers to help.  She holds out a paw and orders him to strike it.  Po punches with all his might, but her arm remains firm and she never even flinches.  Po, on the other hand, cries out in pain: "I think I prefer the mast!"  Tigress: "Apologies.  I used to punch the ironwood trees by the palace to train.  Now I feel nothing."  Po is impressed and considers adopting her method of training: "So, this punching ironwood trees...how long did you have to do that?"  Tigress: "Twenty years."  Po grimaces: "Oh...twenty years?  Is there any, uh, you know, faster way?"  Tigress, eyeing Po's flabby paunch: "No.  Besides, I don't think hard style is your thing."

Po is in the evil Shen's prison, seeking to rescue the martial arts legends Ox and Croc.  (The two kung fu masters were captured after trying to save the city from Shen.)  However, when Po tries to release the two from their cell, they refuse to leave, believing that Shen will only destroy the city if they escape.  Po can't believe they're refusing to stand up against the enemy.  He assures them that if they all fight together, they will overcome Shen.  Ox and Croc are firm, however, in their resolution to stay imprisoned.  Po is undaunted by their defeatist attitude.  He tries to force them to leave their cell, but they fight back.  Po: "Come on!  Whatever happened to being heroes?"  Croc: "The only hero in this town is a dead one."  Ox: "It's time to surrender, Panda.  Kung fu is dead."  Po, angrily: "Fine!  You stay in your prison of fear with bars made of hopelessness.  And all you get are three square meals a day of shame!"  Croc, head hanging: "With despair for dessert."  Po, determined: "We'll take on Shen and prove to all those who are hungry for justice and honor that kung fu still lives!"

Shen is gloating over his recent victory in the battle against Po.  Having just watched him blow up his own palace, the Soothsayer tells him that he is a fool: "You just destroyed your ancestral home, Shen."  Shen, greedily: "A trivial sacrifice...when all of China is my reward!"  He sets fire to a map of China and gloatingly watches it burn.  Soothsayer: "Then will you finally be satisfied?  Will the subjugation of the whole world finally make you feel better?"  Shen, lightly: "It's a start.  I might also convert the basement into a dungeon."  The Soothsayer has watched the progression of Shen's thirst for power with trepidation.  She knows it can only end badly: "The cup you choose to fill has no bottom.  It is time to stop this madness."  Shen laughs: "Why on earth would I do that?"  Shen orders his henchman to release the Soothsayer, banishing her from his presence.  She leaves, sadly wishing him happiness.  Shen: "Happiness must be taken.  And I will take mine."

While practicing kung fu, Po has a sudden memory from his earliest childhood.  An orphan, he has never before remembered his mother.  Now he sees for the first time how she was forced to abandon him to protect him from being killed by the evil Shen.  The Soothsayer, seeing Po is disturbed by the memory, comforts him: "Your story may not have such a happy beginning, but that doesn't make you who you are.  It is the rest of your story.  Who you choose to be."  Suddenly, Po is inundated with memories of the rest of his life...his adopted father, new friends, and amazing accomplishments.  Po's face lifts.  The Soothsayer smiles: "So, who are you, Panda?"  Po, resolutely: "I am Po."

Shen, defeated, looks around at the smoldering ruins of his evil empire.  He turns to Po, the hero who has just foiled all of Shen's plans: "How did you do it?  How did you find peace?  I took away your parents - - everything!  I scarred you for life."  Po: "See, that's the thing, Shen.  Scars heal."  Shen, cynically: "No, they don't.  Wounds heal."  Po, knowing that Shen has his own scars from the past: "You gotta let go of that stuff from the past, 'cause it just doesn't matter.  The only thing that matters is what you choose to be now."  Shen, nodding: "You're right."
