ScreenVue is the result of a joint venture and partnership between Christian Video Licensing International (CVLI) and Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI) and Motion Picture Licensing Corporation (MPLC).

ScreenVue first launched in 2003 as a service of CVLI. The CVLI Church Video License provides legal coverage for churches and for other ministry organizations to show DVDs, Blu-rays, digital, movie downloads and streams of motion pictures. Each organization needs to be specifically covered. Coverage includes playing just a few seconds of a movie all the way up to showing the full-length feature.

Each *Total Producer Church Video License* (or any *Church Video Licence* globally) comes with free ScreenVue Vault access.

The ScreenVue Vault offers 14,000+ Scene Ideas, Views and Downloads from a variety of movies and resources.

### CCLI

Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI) was established in 1988 to provide churches with simple, affordable solutions to complex copyright issues. CCLI helps churches maintain their integrity while giving them the freedom to worship expressively and spontaneously.

Churches often face copyright infringement issues in two areas: 1) copying music without permission, and 2) showing movies without authorization.

For copying music to assist with congregational singing, the Church Copyright License provides blanket coverage for 600,000+ songs and 7,000+ publishers and song owners. Currently, global churches are using 600,000+ CCLI licenses.

### CVLI

From a unique partnership between Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI) and Motion Picture Licensing Corporation (MPLC), Christian Video Licensing International (CVLI) and the Church Video License was formed in 2001.

The Church Video License provides churches with legal coverage to show all, or any portion of, thousands of movie titles from a number of movie producers, including all the major studios. Currently, the titles from 3,000+ producers are represented by the Church Video License, including the titles that contain all the scenes that are part of the ScreenVue Vault.

Motion Picture Licensing Corporation (MPLC) was founded in 1986 by former MGM executives and an MPAA attorney. Their goal was to develop a process to help the public leverage the work of the creative community without infringing on copyright.

## How We Use Cookies

__"Where can I find my Access Key to sign-in with?"__
- Every Church Video Licence globally and every *Total Producer Church Video License* (or *Standard CVLI Video License*) in the USA comes with FREE access to the ScreenVue Vault, which is unlocked with your Access Key. Your Access Key will be included in the monthly CVL update emails you receive. If you can't find your Key, please email us at: [support@screenvue.com ](mailto:support@screenvue.com "support@screenvue.com")

__"Why won't my Access Key work?"__
- The usual reason for the Access Key not to work (and a footer error message to appear) is that something is missing from the sign-in protocol.
- Enter the *Email address* associated with your Church Video License (or CCLI account).
- Enter the *Access Key* found in your last CVL update email (exactly, with no spaces).
- Select the *Terms of Use* and a *Keeping in Touch* option.
- You should be in! If you have done all this and still have a problem, please let us know and we'll dig further.

__"In the USA, why don't I have access as a CVL Family Values Package member?"__
- The *CVL Family Values Package* offers only 65+ studios and producers, and does not include any major/minor Hollywood studios - and does not come with ScreenVue Vault access. 
- The *CVL Total Producer Package* offers 4,000+ studios and producers, including every major Hollywood studio and most of the major/minors, and comes with complimentary access to the new ScreenVue Vault: unlocked with a provided Access Key.

__"What is the difference between Scene Ideas, Scene Views, and Scene Downloads?"__
- The ScreenVue Vault offers THREE different types of Scenes:

__"What are the restrictions for streaming our service and including a movie scene? "__
- For churches that stream their services and want to include any part of a movie (the entire film or just a scene), the Church Video License terms do not cover streaming a movie scene - even if used in a sermon - over the internet to the general public.
- However, it is permissible to live stream a movie scene inside the facility as long as it is a closed-stream (not accessed publicly).

Gary and Walter are brothers and best friends.  They are preparing to go on a dream vacation and neither one feels they could be any happier than at that moment.  As they get ready to leave, they begin singing: ♪ "Life's a happy song when there's someone by my side to sing along." ♪  Gary leaves the room and Walter has a series of accidents because there is no one there to help him. Walter: ♪ "When you're alone, life can be a little rough.  It makes you feel like you're three foot tall.  When it's just you, well, times can be tough.  When there's no one there to catch your fall."  ♪ When Gary returns and the brothers are together, the smiles are back on their faces and their preparations once again flow smoothly.  They dance happily down the street, joined by others along their journey.  They continue singing of all the ways loved ones make life more enjoyable.

Walter has loved the Muppets since he was a little kid.  Having idolized them for years, he jumps at the chance to visit the famous Muppet Theater in Los Angeles with his brother, Gary.  On the long bus trip, Walter imagines all of the sights he will see and plans his experience down to the last detail.  When they arrive at the theater, however, it is far from what Walter expected.  A broken-down sign advertises the closing of the theater.  Cobwebs hang from the gates, and police sirens ring shrilly throughout the less-than-stellar neighborhood.  When they arrive at the site of the tour, they see a sign announcing the closing of all of the tour attractions.  Walter looks around: "What happened to this place?  Where is everyone, Gary?"  An apathetic guide tiredly welcomes them to the Muppet Studio, "where dreams can come true," and limply throws a handful of glitter into the air.  He guides them past closed attractions like Kermit's Office and instead shows them around the room used to store rope and wire.  Walter's shoulders droop sadly as he follows behind the small group.

Walter has a very important message to deliver to Kermit the Frog.  After a long search, they have finally found his mansion, but it is protected by a solid iron gate and high brick wall.  Walter's brother, Gary, doesn't see a way to get into the property.  Determined, Walter tells Gary to throw him over the fence (Walter is a Muppet).  Although doubtful as to the safety of the procedure, Gary complies and prepares to launch Walter.  Mary stops them, looking warily at the gate: "Guys...I think that's an electric fence."  Walter snorts, refusing to believe that the loveable Kermit would have an electric gate guarding his house.  Gary launches Walter into the air, but falls short of his goal.  Walter hits the top of the fence and begins convulsing as the jolts of electricity course through his body.  Gary and Mary watch as the now-smoldering Walter falls to the ground.  Mary: "It's an electric fence."  Gary: "Yep."

In a serene garden filled with the sound of chirping birds, Animal is meeting with his anger management support group.  The counselor addresses the group: "So, maybe if you look inside yourself, the person you should be most angry with is you."  She turns to Animal, who is wearing a bathrobe and a chain restraint around his neck: "How have you been feeling?  Any more control issues?"  Animal, robot-like: "In control."  At this point, Kermit and his friends interrupt the group to ask Animal to rejoin the Muppets as drummer.  Animal's face lights up: "Animal drum?"  Animal begins jumping up and down excitedly: "Drum!  Drum!  Drum!"  Jack Black, a fellow patient, places a restraining hand on Animal's shoulder.  Animal's face reassumes the robotic gaze: "In control."  Jack introduces himself: "I'm Animal's court-appointed sponsor.  We don't use the D-R-U-M word.  It's his trigger word."  Gary walks up to Jack and begs him to allow Animal to drum.  Jack punches Gary in the face: "It's my trigger word too!"  The counselor stands, gently reprimanding Jack: "We talked about this on Tuesday."  Jack, shouting: "Tuesday's another one of my trigger words!"  He takes a swing at the counselor and the anger management session quickly denigrates into an all-out brawl.

Kermit and the Muppets are putting on a show to raise money for their theater.  Kermit approaches Gary and asks him to perform in the show.  Gary, a long-time fan of the Muppets, doesn't feel he can add anything of value: "I have to face the facts.  See, the Muppets are so talented and...I don't have any talent at all."  Walter hangs his head.  Kermit: "Walter, just because you haven't found your talent yet, doesn't mean you don't have one.  If you look inside yourself, I'm sure you'll find something that you're really good at."

Kermit and the Muppets have come to beg the wealthy Tex Richman to give back their studio.  Tex refuses, telling the Muppets that he not only owns their studio, but their names as well.  Kermit: "What possible use could you have for our names?"  Tex presses a button on his desk and the office door opens, revealing a group of Muppet look-a-likes.  The look-a-likes resemble the Muppets physically, but they are wearing leather, chains, and angry scowls.  Tex introduces them: "The Moopets are a hard, cynical act for a hard, cynical world."  The Moopets laugh mockingly.  Tex stands: "You're relics, Muppets!  The world has moved on, and no one cares about your goody-goody, hippy-dippy, Julie Andrews and Dom DeLuise hostin', singin' and dancin' act anymore!  You're dead!  Now, get out of my office."

Gary's long-time girlfriend has left him because of his lack of commitment and direction in life.  He sits alone, reading her goodbye letter: "I love you, but you need to decide:  are you a man...or a Muppet?"  Gary walks down a lonely street in the pouring rain, pondering his own identity.  Gary, singing sadly: ♪ "I reflect on my reflection.  And I ask myself the question:  what's the right direction to go?  I don't know." ♪ Gary stares at his reflection in a shop window and it changes to a Muppet face.  Gary, singing longingly: ♪ "Am I a man, or am I a Muppet?  If I'm a Muppet, then I'm a very manly Muppet.  Am I a Muppet, or am I a man?  If I'm a man, that makes me a Muppet of a man." ♪ In another part of the city, Gary's brother (who is a Muppet) is also going through the same crisis of identity.  Walter: ♪ "I look into these eyes, and I don't recognize the one I see inside.  It's time for me to decide.  Am I a man, or am I a Muppet?" ♪ Walter's reflection changes to the image of a man.  Together, Gary, Walter, and their respective reflections sing longingly of knowing their true identity.  In the end, they each come to the point of self-knowledge where Walter can sing confidently that he's a Muppet and Gary can sing confidently that he's a man.

Piggy and the Muppets knock on Kermit's door, proudly announcing that they have found a celebrity to host their television fundraiser.  Piggy: "Mr. Jack Black has graciously agreed to host the telethon!"  Kermit, excitedly: "That's amazing.  Where is he?"  Piggy glances back at their car: "In the trunk."  A muffled voice is heard screaming: "Get me out of here!"  Kermit is shocked: "You kidnapped Jack Black?  That's illegal!"  Fozzie rationalizes their decision: "But, Kermit, what's more illegal...briefly inconveniencing Jack Black, or destroying the Muppets?"  Kermit, disgusted: "Kidnapping Jack Black, Fozzie!"  Piggy attempts to convince Kermit to join them: "These guys are counting on you.  You inspire them."  Kermit: "What?  To kidnap people?"  Piggy: "To work together."  Kermit: "To kidnap people?"  Lew: "Mr. The Frog, we all agreed...a celebrity is not a people."  Piggy: "And now that we have a celebrity, the show's back on.  Come on, Kermit.  Don't let these guys down now."

Scooter is escorting Walter to the stage where he will give his first-ever public performance.  Scooter, brightly: "And don't worry.  It's just your one shot to go on live TV before millions of people to prove you have what it takes to become one of the Muppets.  Good luck."  Scooter hurries away, leaving Walter shaking in his shoes.  From offstage, Walter looks out over the large crowd.  Breathing deeply, he hears the applause following Kermit's introduction.  But, when his time comes to go onstage, he can't do it.  Instead, he screams loudly, running away so fast he crashes through a brick wall.

Walter is sitting in the basement of the Muppet studio, feeling defeated.  Overwhelmed by stage fear, Walter has run away from the show without performing his act.  His brother, Gary, finds him and asks him to return to the show.  Walter sadly shakes his head: "I can't.  What if people laugh at me?"  Gary lovingly reminds Walter that it was due to him that the Muppets have a chance at resuming their show.  Gary: "You always believe in other people, but that's easy.  Sooner or later, you gotta believe in yourself, too...because that's what growing up is.  It's becoming who you want to be.  You have to try.  Please, Walter.  You're my hero."

Kermit and the Muppets have poured all of their resources into a fundraising telethon, hoping to save the Muppet Theater from the evil Tex Richman.  The show is over, and they have fallen far short of their goal.  In front of the studio audience, Tex banishes them from his property.  Hanging their heads, the Muppets begin their "walk of shame" down the aisle.  The audience is silent and all eyes watch the forlorn group trudge out of their beloved studio.  Once in the lobby, Walter raises his fist: "This isn't right!  It can't end like this!"  Scooter: "But, what can we do?"  Kermit stands on the steps to address the group: "Listen, everybody.  We've got nothing to be ashamed of.  And you know why?  Well, because, thanks to Walter here, we tried.  And if we failed, we failed together.  To me, that's not failing at all.  And I don't care what anybody says.  And I don't care if no one believes in us, because I believe."
