ScreenVue is the result of a joint venture and partnership between Christian Video Licensing International (CVLI) and Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI) and Motion Picture Licensing Corporation (MPLC).

ScreenVue first launched in 2003 as a service of CVLI. The CVLI Church Video License provides legal coverage for churches and for other ministry organizations to show DVDs, Blu-rays, digital, movie downloads and streams of motion pictures. Each organization needs to be specifically covered. Coverage includes playing just a few seconds of a movie all the way up to showing the full-length feature.

Each *Total Producer Church Video License* (or any *Church Video Licence* globally) comes with free ScreenVue Vault access.

The ScreenVue Vault offers 14,000+ Scene Ideas, Views and Downloads from a variety of movies and resources.

### CCLI

Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI) was established in 1988 to provide churches with simple, affordable solutions to complex copyright issues. CCLI helps churches maintain their integrity while giving them the freedom to worship expressively and spontaneously.

Churches often face copyright infringement issues in two areas: 1) copying music without permission, and 2) showing movies without authorization.

For copying music to assist with congregational singing, the Church Copyright License provides blanket coverage for 600,000+ songs and 7,000+ publishers and song owners. Currently, global churches are using 600,000+ CCLI licenses.

### CVLI

From a unique partnership between Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI) and Motion Picture Licensing Corporation (MPLC), Christian Video Licensing International (CVLI) and the Church Video License was formed in 2001.

The Church Video License provides churches with legal coverage to show all, or any portion of, thousands of movie titles from a number of movie producers, including all the major studios. Currently, the titles from 3,000+ producers are represented by the Church Video License, including the titles that contain all the scenes that are part of the ScreenVue Vault.

Motion Picture Licensing Corporation (MPLC) was founded in 1986 by former MGM executives and an MPAA attorney. Their goal was to develop a process to help the public leverage the work of the creative community without infringing on copyright.

## How We Use Cookies

__"Where can I find my Access Key to sign-in with?"__
- Every Church Video Licence globally and every *Total Producer Church Video License* (or *Standard CVLI Video License*) in the USA comes with FREE access to the ScreenVue Vault, which is unlocked with your Access Key. Your Access Key will be included in the monthly CVL update emails you receive. If you can't find your Key, please email us at: [support@screenvue.com ](mailto:support@screenvue.com "support@screenvue.com")

__"Why won't my Access Key work?"__
- The usual reason for the Access Key not to work (and a footer error message to appear) is that something is missing from the sign-in protocol.
- Enter the *Email address* associated with your Church Video License (or CCLI account).
- Enter the *Access Key* found in your last CVL update email (exactly, with no spaces).
- Select the *Terms of Use* and a *Keeping in Touch* option.
- You should be in! If you have done all this and still have a problem, please let us know and we'll dig further.

__"In the USA, why don't I have access as a CVL Family Values Package member?"__
- The *CVL Family Values Package* offers only 65+ studios and producers, and does not include any major/minor Hollywood studios - and does not come with ScreenVue Vault access. 
- The *CVL Total Producer Package* offers 4,000+ studios and producers, including every major Hollywood studio and most of the major/minors, and comes with complimentary access to the new ScreenVue Vault: unlocked with a provided Access Key.

__"What is the difference between Scene Ideas, Scene Views, and Scene Downloads?"__
- The ScreenVue Vault offers THREE different types of Scenes:

__"What are the restrictions for streaming our service and including a movie scene? "__
- For churches that stream their services and want to include any part of a movie (the entire film or just a scene), the Church Video License terms do not cover streaming a movie scene - even if used in a sermon - over the internet to the general public.
- However, it is permissible to live stream a movie scene inside the facility as long as it is a closed-stream (not accessed publicly).

David argues with Georgia about their past marriage.

Gede is having a heart-to-heart with David, his soon-to-be father-in-law.  Telling David he loves Lily very much, he says he understands if the speed of their relationship has given cause for concern.  David shrugs, telling the young man he can see Lily being happy in Bali with Gede for a little while.  Gede, surprised: "For awhile?"  David, cynically: "Well, nothing lasts forever."  Gede looks shocked: "Marriage is supposed to."  David, divorced himself: "That's what I thought until I was sitting across from Georgia with a bunch of lawyers dividing up our stuff."  David tells Gede to enjoy himself while he can because he is certain Lily will eventually end their relationship: "As beautiful as this island is, and as pleasant as you seem to be, ultimately, it's just not gonna be enough."  David's final piece of advice to Gede is for them not to have kids: "Makes it much more complicated when she takes them and goes back to the States."


David and Georgia board a boat together -- then jump off a boat together, as they reconcile their relationship.


Georgia rekindles feelings for her ex-husband David -- ending in a regrettable kiss.


Gede and Lily are nearing the end of their wedding ceremony.  They have reached the point where, in Balinese tradition, the husband drives a knife through a mat to symbolize their unity.  But as Gede is about to plunge the knife, he stops.  He turns to Lily's parents who are watching from the audience.  He tells them that he and Lily are missing a crucial piece to a successful marriage.  Gede: "We needed your support, your blessing.  And we don't have it.  When I push this knife through this mat, it is a declaration that this poem of a person and me are now a family.  We can't be a family without you."  He tells David that unless they have their support, they will not continue with the marriage.  David stands, promising to give his blessing: "Your mother and I are on your side.  Both of you.  Now and always."  Smiling now, Gede completes the wedding ceremony.  (Caution: a-word used)


David, Georgia, Lily, and Gede are on a short visit to an island the day before the wedding.  The four stand at the top of a cliff and look out at the beautiful view.  Suddenly, Gede sees their boat seemingly drifting out into the ocean.  David: "Nah.  It's just rising with the tide."  Georgia: "It's floating away."  Gede, to David: "You did tie my boat off?"  David: "Yeah, I tied it.  Tied it to a log."  A few seconds later, the log also comes into view, drifting off into the ocean along with the boat.  David: "That's not good."  The four are now marooned on the island with no way home.


Lily and Gede go on a first date, ending in a first kiss.


Gede and Lily have just met and are dancing at a party.  Gede asks Lily what she does in life.  Lily: "I'm a lawyer."  She tells Gede she just graduated from college and will begin her career when she gets back home from vacation.  Gede, politely: "That's exciting."  Lily, unenthusiastically: "You think?"  Gede: "Don't you?"  Lily, sighing: "I don't know.  I just...I mean, my whole life I've been working towards this, like, far-off thing on the horizon and, now that I've finally gotten there, I can't help but wonder if I've had the plan wrong all along."


Wren asks David how he ended up divorced.  David: "Same thing that happens in every relationship.  When it started out, it was unreal.  Then it got real."  He tells Wren how, when they were young newlyweds, he and Georgia dreamed of owning a house on their favorite lake.  But they were too poor to afford it.  Georgia, however, believed that you shouldn't have to wait for the good things in life: "Why save the good stuff for later?  Don't we deserve some good stuff along the way?"  David, agreeing with this concept, bought them the house they couldn't afford and then began to work long hours to try to pay for it.  They had a young child, David was always working, and both of them were really tired.  David: "Pretty soon, it didn't feel like we were married at all."  Both were too bogged down by the pressures of their life to invest in each other.  Soon, they were fighting all the time.  But David still hoped that finishing the house would be the solution to all of their problems.  Finally, he got a phone call one day that their dream house was on fire.  David: "By the time I got there, it was just ash.  Three weeks later, we were done."  Wren: "Over a house?"  David: "Seemed like a lot more than that."


Lily and Gede go through all the Bali wedding rituals.

Georgia and David are disappointed to learn they are sitting next to each other at their daughter's graduation.  The couple, bitterly divorced now for 20 years, begin bickering immediately.  Exchanging insults in rapid-fire speed, they only stop for a moment when the ceremony starts.  But even the ceremony doesn't keep them amiable for long.  As soon as the first student gets her diploma, the two begin fighting over an armrest.  They continue to argue, earning some glances from the surrounding parents, until their daughter's name is announced.  At that point, they both stand, pasting on their best smiles.  As they watch their daughter receive her diploma, they argue over who should take the picture.  And, as Lily leaves the stage, they compete over who is more proud of her.


Lily and Gede take David and Georgia to see the dolphins -- resulting in David getting bit by one!
