ScreenVue is the result of a joint venture and partnership between Christian Video Licensing International (CVLI) and Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI) and Motion Picture Licensing Corporation (MPLC).

ScreenVue first launched in 2003 as a service of CVLI. The CVLI Church Video License provides legal coverage for churches and for other ministry organizations to show DVDs, Blu-rays, digital, movie downloads and streams of motion pictures. Each organization needs to be specifically covered. Coverage includes playing just a few seconds of a movie all the way up to showing the full-length feature.

Each *Total Producer Church Video License* (or any *Church Video Licence* globally) comes with free ScreenVue Vault access.

The ScreenVue Vault offers 14,000+ Scene Ideas, Views and Downloads from a variety of movies and resources.

### CCLI

Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI) was established in 1988 to provide churches with simple, affordable solutions to complex copyright issues. CCLI helps churches maintain their integrity while giving them the freedom to worship expressively and spontaneously.

Churches often face copyright infringement issues in two areas: 1) copying music without permission, and 2) showing movies without authorization.

For copying music to assist with congregational singing, the Church Copyright License provides blanket coverage for 600,000+ songs and 7,000+ publishers and song owners. Currently, global churches are using 600,000+ CCLI licenses.

### CVLI

From a unique partnership between Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI) and Motion Picture Licensing Corporation (MPLC), Christian Video Licensing International (CVLI) and the Church Video License was formed in 2001.

The Church Video License provides churches with legal coverage to show all, or any portion of, thousands of movie titles from a number of movie producers, including all the major studios. Currently, the titles from 3,000+ producers are represented by the Church Video License, including the titles that contain all the scenes that are part of the ScreenVue Vault.

Motion Picture Licensing Corporation (MPLC) was founded in 1986 by former MGM executives and an MPAA attorney. Their goal was to develop a process to help the public leverage the work of the creative community without infringing on copyright.

## How We Use Cookies

__"Where can I find my Access Key to sign-in with?"__
- Every Church Video Licence globally and every *Total Producer Church Video License* (or *Standard CVLI Video License*) in the USA comes with FREE access to the ScreenVue Vault, which is unlocked with your Access Key. Your Access Key will be included in the monthly CVL update emails you receive. If you can't find your Key, please email us at: [support@screenvue.com ](mailto:support@screenvue.com "support@screenvue.com")

__"Why won't my Access Key work?"__
- The usual reason for the Access Key not to work (and a footer error message to appear) is that something is missing from the sign-in protocol.
- Enter the *Email address* associated with your Church Video License (or CCLI account).
- Enter the *Access Key* found in your last CVL update email (exactly, with no spaces).
- Select the *Terms of Use* and a *Keeping in Touch* option.
- You should be in! If you have done all this and still have a problem, please let us know and we'll dig further.

__"In the USA, why don't I have access as a CVL Family Values Package member?"__
- The *CVL Family Values Package* offers only 65+ studios and producers, and does not include any major/minor Hollywood studios - and does not come with ScreenVue Vault access. 
- The *CVL Total Producer Package* offers 4,000+ studios and producers, including every major Hollywood studio and most of the major/minors, and comes with complimentary access to the new ScreenVue Vault: unlocked with a provided Access Key.

__"What is the difference between Scene Ideas, Scene Views, and Scene Downloads?"__
- The ScreenVue Vault offers THREE different types of Scenes:

__"What are the restrictions for streaming our service and including a movie scene? "__
- For churches that stream their services and want to include any part of a movie (the entire film or just a scene), the Church Video License terms do not cover streaming a movie scene - even if used in a sermon - over the internet to the general public.
- However, it is permissible to live stream a movie scene inside the facility as long as it is a closed-stream (not accessed publicly).

Rachel challenges her fiancé's mom Eleanor to Mahjong. During the game, Eleanor says: "You're not our own kind of people," in trying to stop Rachel from marrying Nick. However, Rachel's plan is to go back to the States and not marry her son for other reasons.

As Nick gets advice from a friend, elsewhere at Araminta's bachelorette party, Rachel meets Amanda Ling, who reveals she is Nick's ex-girlfriend and indicates that Rachel may face rejection by the Youngs due to her modest background; she is also accused of being a gold digger via a sign in fish blood on her bedroom window (Caution: b**ch is used in the afore mentioned sign)

Eleanor leads her family out of the pouring rain and into the hotel lobby.  Though well-dressed, their clothes are soaked and their shoes muddy.  Eleanor, her hair damp and bedraggled, approaches the front desk and asks to be shown to their reserved suite.  A snooty hotel employee tells the Chinese woman that the Calthorpe is a private hotel and they have no reservation for Eleanor.  Eleanor politely reminds the man she called to confirm the reservation the day before.  Meanwhile, a second employee has gone to get the manager, who approaches Eleanor with barely concealed contempt: "We're fully booked, Madam.  You must have made a mistake.  I'm sure you and your lovely family can find other accommodation.  May I suggest you explore Chinatown?"  Still calm and polite, Eleanor asks to use the phone to call her husband.  The manager refuses and Eleanor once again heads out into the rain.  Her call is brief and she quickly returns to the hotel, kids in tow.  The manager scurries up to her: "Mrs. Young, I must ask you to leave or I'll have to call the police."  Just then, a wealthy-looking elderly man exits the elevator and embraces Eleanor warmly.  It is Lord Calthorpe, the owner of the hotel.  He looks coldly at his employee, informing him that he has just sold his hotel to Eleanor's husband: "Meet the new lady of the house, Eleanor Young."  The manager stares, horrified, at a calmly smiling Eleanor.  (Caution: h-word used)

Nick and Rachel are sitting in a restaurant in New York City when he asks her to come to Singapore with him to meet his family.  Across the room, a woman spots Nick (who is famous in Singapore) and surreptitiously snaps a photo of him with Rachel on her phone.  Within seconds, she is texting it to a friend, who texts it to another friend, and so on and so on until word reaches Singapore that Nick is dating a girl named Rachel.  Dozens of people all over the world are Googling Rachel Chu, trying to found out all the dirt they can on the girl dating the most eligible bachelor in East Asia.  Finally, word travels to Nick's mother's house, where Mrs. Young is holding a Bible study.  The ladies are sitting in a circle, reading aloud from Colossians.  Cell phones begin to ding all around the room.  Bible study forgotten, the ladies immediately begin to gossip and speculate about the girl Nick is dating.  Back in New York, Nick's cell phone chimes.  He answers a call from his mother, who asks him about the girl he is bringing to Singapore.  Nick, surprised: "We were literally just talking about that.  How could you know?"  Mrs. Young: "Everybody knows."

Nick and his family are gathered together to make dumplings for a friend's wedding.  The room is filled with the sounds of soft chatter, laughter, and music.  Mother, grandmother, aunts, cousins, brothers, and sisters are seated around a table, rolling dough and pinching dumplings.  Rachel asks them if they all learned to make dumplings as children.  Eleanor: "Ah Ma says if we don't pass traditions down like this, they'll disappear."  Astrid: "God forbid we lose the ancient Chinese tradition of guilting your children."  The younger relatives laugh, but Nick has fond childhood memories of dumplings.  Rachel laughs as several family members tease each other, and she smiles at the sight of their comradery.  Rachel: "It's just great seeing you guys all like this.  When I was growing up, it was just me and my mom.  Which I loved, but we didn't really have a big family like this.  It's really nice."  Oliver: "We are all lucky to have each other."

Eleanor approaches Rachel in the hallway and apologizes for reacting so strongly in their earlier conversation.  Explaining her reasons, she tells Rachel that her mother-in-law did not approve of her marriage.  So strongly did she disapprove that she withheld the family ring and Eleanor's husband had to buy her another one.  But Eleanor tells Rachel that her mother-in-law was right to think she wasn't good enough to marry into the wealthy aristocracy: "I had no idea the work and the sacrifice it would take.  There were many days when I wondered if I would ever measure up."  Eleanor takes several steps forward, forcing Rachel to start backing down the stairs.  "But, having been through it all, I know this much..."  She places a misleadingly tender hand on Rachel's cheek: "You will never be enough."
