ScreenVue is the result of a joint venture and partnership between Christian Video Licensing International (CVLI) and Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI) and Motion Picture Licensing Corporation (MPLC).

ScreenVue first launched in 2003 as a service of CVLI. The CVLI Church Video License provides legal coverage for churches and for other ministry organizations to show DVDs, Blu-rays, digital, movie downloads and streams of motion pictures. Each organization needs to be specifically covered. Coverage includes playing just a few seconds of a movie all the way up to showing the full-length feature.

Each *Total Producer Church Video License* (or any *Church Video Licence* globally) comes with free ScreenVue Vault access.

The ScreenVue Vault offers 14,000+ Scene Ideas, Views and Downloads from a variety of movies and resources.

### CCLI

Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI) was established in 1988 to provide churches with simple, affordable solutions to complex copyright issues. CCLI helps churches maintain their integrity while giving them the freedom to worship expressively and spontaneously.

Churches often face copyright infringement issues in two areas: 1) copying music without permission, and 2) showing movies without authorization.

For copying music to assist with congregational singing, the Church Copyright License provides blanket coverage for 600,000+ songs and 7,000+ publishers and song owners. Currently, global churches are using 600,000+ CCLI licenses.

### CVLI

From a unique partnership between Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI) and Motion Picture Licensing Corporation (MPLC), Christian Video Licensing International (CVLI) and the Church Video License was formed in 2001.

The Church Video License provides churches with legal coverage to show all, or any portion of, thousands of movie titles from a number of movie producers, including all the major studios. Currently, the titles from 3,000+ producers are represented by the Church Video License, including the titles that contain all the scenes that are part of the ScreenVue Vault.

Motion Picture Licensing Corporation (MPLC) was founded in 1986 by former MGM executives and an MPAA attorney. Their goal was to develop a process to help the public leverage the work of the creative community without infringing on copyright.

## How We Use Cookies

__"Where can I find my Access Key to sign-in with?"__
- Every Church Video Licence globally and every *Total Producer Church Video License* (or *Standard CVLI Video License*) in the USA comes with FREE access to the ScreenVue Vault, which is unlocked with your Access Key. Your Access Key will be included in the monthly CVL update emails you receive. If you can't find your Key, please email us at: [support@screenvue.com ](mailto:support@screenvue.com "support@screenvue.com")

__"Why won't my Access Key work?"__
- The usual reason for the Access Key not to work (and a footer error message to appear) is that something is missing from the sign-in protocol.
- Enter the *Email address* associated with your Church Video License (or CCLI account).
- Enter the *Access Key* found in your last CVL update email (exactly, with no spaces).
- Select the *Terms of Use* and a *Keeping in Touch* option.
- You should be in! If you have done all this and still have a problem, please let us know and we'll dig further.

__"In the USA, why don't I have access as a CVL Family Values Package member?"__
- The *CVL Family Values Package* offers only 65+ studios and producers, and does not include any major/minor Hollywood studios - and does not come with ScreenVue Vault access. 
- The *CVL Total Producer Package* offers 4,000+ studios and producers, including every major Hollywood studio and most of the major/minors, and comes with complimentary access to the new ScreenVue Vault: unlocked with a provided Access Key.

__"What is the difference between Scene Ideas, Scene Views, and Scene Downloads?"__
- The ScreenVue Vault offers THREE different types of Scenes:

__"What are the restrictions for streaming our service and including a movie scene? "__
- For churches that stream their services and want to include any part of a movie (the entire film or just a scene), the Church Video License terms do not cover streaming a movie scene - even if used in a sermon - over the internet to the general public.
- However, it is permissible to live stream a movie scene inside the facility as long as it is a closed-stream (not accessed publicly).

After Gru successfully shrinks and steals the Moon, he rushes back to Earth hoping to make it to the girls' ballet recital on time...

Flying home with his Minions after stealing the shrink ray, they are intercepted by his archenemy, Vector, who steals it from them in midflight. Giving chase to steal it back, Vector uses the shrink ray to shrink Gru's airship, causing them an embarrassing ride home. Gru: "Arg, I hate that guy!"  

Gru gains entrance into his archenemy's formidable fortress by using his three new adopted girls to sell cookies. While the girls distract his enemy, Gru secretly uses "cookiebots" to steal back a shrink ray.

Justin and his parents are taking a bus tour through Egypt.  As the bus stops at the Great Pyramid, it is obvious that little Justin is a handful.  His mother has him on a kiddie leash and he is straining to get his freedom, dragging her along behind him.  He takes advantage of her being distracted while taking a picture to slip out of his leash and run toward the pyramid.  His mother spots him, ordering him to return immediately.  Justin ignores her.  He runs up a steep wooden ramp and is chased by two Egyptian officials.  He turns around to look at them when he reaches the end of the ramp.  They order him to stop, but he defiantly keeps walking to the very edge of the ramp.  Suddenly, his foot slips and he tumbles over the edge.  Justin's mother gasps in fear as he falls hundreds of feet toward the rocky pyramid.  (However, due to the fact that someone stole the pyramid and replaced it with an inflatable replica, Justin bounces off the side, flies through the air, and lands safely on top of his father.)

When a boy accidentally fell hundreds of feet only to bounce, unharmed, off of the surface of the Great Pyramid of Giza (see Scene # CV04394), it was discovered that the pyramid was a fake.  The giant pyramid, pierced by the fall of the boy, pops with a loud bang in front of dozens of shocked tourists.  With a loud whooshing sound, the air inside streams out and the great monument sags to the ground.  A newscaster reports the shock of the world: "Outrage in Egypt tonight as it was discovered that the Great Pyramid of Giza had been stolen and replaced by a giant inflatable replica.  There is panic throughout the globe as countries and citizens try to protect their beloved landmarks."  The newscast shows scenes from the Eiffel Tower, the Great Wall of China, and the World's Largest Beer, where armed officials and citizens are guarding the landmarks to prevent further theft.  The surprising heist leaves the world wondering...where will the thief strike next?

Gru is walking down the street, smiling to himself.  He stops when he sees a young boy crying.  The boy has dropped his ice cream cone on the ground.  Gru, pretending to be sympathetic, makes the boy a balloon dog.  The boy quickly forgets his lost ice cream and hugs the dog happily to himself.    Gru allows him a moment of bliss before pulling out a pin and popping the balloon in the boy's face.  Gru then walks to the neighborhood coffee shop.  He is disappointed to find a long line of people already there, waiting to get their own coffees.  Gru pulls out his freeze ray and freezes everyone in front of him.  The barista, who had been about to hand a coffee and pastry to the first person in line, is paralyzed with shock.  Gru takes the coffee and pastry from her hands and leaves the coffee shop smiling.

Gru, a master villain, is giving a pep talk to the employees of his secret underground laboratory.  Gru: "Now, I realize that you guys have probably heard about this other villain that stole the pyramids.  Apparently, it's a big deal.  People are calling it the 'crime of the century' and stuff like that.  But, am I upset?  No, I am not!  A little.  But we have had a pretty good year ourselves."  Gru goes on to summarize the accomplishments of their year of criminal activity.  Gru further excites his employees be revealing his latest villainous scheme.  Gru tells them he is working on "something that will blow this pyramid thing out of the water!"  He believes his planned heist will completely dwarf the theft of a mere pyramid.  Gru, pausing for effect: "We...are...going to steal...the moon!  I will be the greatest villain of all time!"

Margo, Edith, and Agnes are three orphaned sisters who have just been adopted by Gru (he hopes to use them in his plot to steal the moon).  Unimpressed by the non-kid-friendly atmosphere of their new home, the eldest, Margo, questions Gru: "Do you really think that this is an appropriate place for little kids?"  As Margo questions him, Edith walks into the other room and discovers an iron maiden.  She climbs inside, shutting the doors on herself before Gru can stop her.  Margo gasps in fear as red liquid begins to puddle at the bottom of the antique torture device.  Gru, writing Edith off as dead: "Well, I suppose the plan will work with two."  They open the iron maiden to find Edith unharmed...the spikes had poked a hole in her juice box.  Gru takes the girls into the kitchen: "As you can see, I've provided everything a child might need."  He has left a dog dish of candy for food, a dog dish for water, and a newspaper on the ground for a bathroom.  Edith accidentally breaks a green beaker and the acid inside melts a hole in the floor.  Gru begins listing the rules of the house...no touching anything, no bothering him while he's working, and no annoying sounds.  Gru, headed toward his office, prepares to leave the girls to fend for themselves: "I'll see you in six hours."

Gru is trying to present the details of his latest evil plot to a bank executive in the hopes of securing a financial loan.  Unfortunately, he has been interrupted a number of times by his three adopted girls and has made a bad impression on Mr. Perkins, the executive.  Mr. Perkins: "I love everything about your plan except for one thing...you."  Gru's mind immediately flashes back to his childhood.  He's standing hopefully in front of his mother holding up a picture: "Look, Mom, I drew a picture of me landing on the moon."  His mother, without even turning to look at the picture, shrugs indifferently.  Gru, a little older: "Look, Mom, I made a prototype of the rocket out of macaroni!"  Mom, barely glancing at her son's work over her book, again shrugs indifferently.  Gru, a little older: "Look, Mom, I made a real rocket based on the macaroni prototype."  Gru pushes a button and his rocket launches into space.  Unable to hide her initial reaction, his mother gasps, but then looks at him and, once again, shrugs indifferently.  Young Gru's shoulders sag.  Gru's mind returns to the present, where he is once again feeling like his best just isn't good enough.

Gru has been rejected by the bank for a new loan.  Depressed, he goes into his underground laboratory to tell his employees that they have lost their funding.  He looks sadly around at the people who depend on him for their livelihood.  He sighs and begins his hard announcement.  Gru: "In terms of money...we have no money.  So, how will we get to the moon?  The answer is clear - - we won't."  Gru's employees gasp in shock.  Gru: "We are doomed.  Now would probably be a good time to look for other employment options.  I have fired up my resume as I suggest that all of you do, as well."  Gru is sad not only to be letting go of his employees, but also to be letting go of his dream to build a rocket to get to the moon.  Gru's three adopted daughters suddenly tap him on the shoulder.  The youngest, Agnes, hands Gru her piggy bank.  Gru takes it, opening it and shaking out the few coins that are inside.  His face brightens as he looks at the girls who care about him so much that they would give him all they had.  Their gift inspires others.  Soon Gru's employees are opening their wallets and giving him their money.  Gru's face lights up as he realizes that there is still hope for his dream.

Gru is having a tea party with his three adopted daughters when, suddenly, the doorbell rings.  Miss Hattie, the matron of the girls' orphanage, tells Gru she received a phone call that he wanted to return the girls to the orphanage.  Gru, shocked and disappointed, turns around to see his business partner, Dr. Nefario standing behind him.  (Dr. Nefario made the call because Gru was becoming too distracted by the girls.)  After packing up the girls, Gru walks them out to Miss Hattie's car.  Agnes is clinging to his leg.  Agnes: "Don't let her take us, Mr. Gru!  Tell her you wanna keep us."  Margo, the oldest, is bitterly disappointed and says sarcastically: "Thanks for everything."  Edith just stares straight ahead, her arms crossed across her chest.  Gru watches until the girls are out of sight.

Gru is trying desperately to rescue his adopted daughters from the villain Vector.  Following Vector's spaceship in his own craft, Gru shoots a grappling hook at Vector's ship, connecting the two ships by a cable.  The girls are watching him from the open door of Vector's spaceship.  Gru tells them they will have to jump into his arms.  The girls look down at the ground, miles below them, and doubt their jump would be successful.  Margo also doesn't trust Gru after he returned them to the orphanage: "You gave us back!"  Gru: "I know, I know.  And it is the worst mistake I ever made.  But you have to jump now."  Margo sends the younger two first and Gru successfully catches them.  Margo looks at Gru uncertainly.  Gru: "Margo, I will catch you.  And I will never let you go again."  Margo lets go of the ship and jumps.

Gru (a former master villain) is tucking his three adopted daughters into bed.  After they beg him for a bedtime story, Gru begins reading a story that he wrote himself.  Gru, reading: "One big unicorn, strong and free, thought he was happy as he could be.  Then three little kittens came around and turned his whole life upside down.  They made him laugh.  They made him cry.  He never should have said goodbye.  And now he knows he could never part from those three little kittens that changed his heart."  The girls know the book is about them, and they fall asleep, happy and content to finally have a family.  Gru gives Edith and Agnes a kiss on the forehead.  When he comes to Margo, she grabs him around the neck for a huge hug: "I love you."  Gru, returning her hug: "I love you too."
