ScreenVue is the result of a joint venture and partnership between Christian Video Licensing International (CVLI) and Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI) and Motion Picture Licensing Corporation (MPLC).

ScreenVue first launched in 2003 as a service of CVLI. The CVLI Church Video License provides legal coverage for churches and for other ministry organizations to show DVDs, Blu-rays, movie downloads and streams of motion pictures. Each organization needs to be specifically covered. Coverage includes playing just a few seconds of a movie all the way up to showing the full-length feature.

Each *Total Producer Church Video License* and *Standard CVLI Video License* (or any *Church Video Licence* globally) comes with free ScreenVue Vault access.

The ScreenVue Vault offers 11,000+ Scene Ideas and Downloads from a variety of movies and resources. 

ScreenVue saves you hours of time finding that perfect movie illustration for next Sunday’s sermon, child or youth service, or video announcement!

### CCLI

Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI) was established in 1988 to provide churches with simple, affordable solutions to complex copyright issues. CCLI helps churches maintain their integrity while giving them the freedom to worship expressively and spontaneously.

Churches often face copyright infringement issues in two areas: 1) copying music without permission, and 2) showing movies without authorization.

For copying music to assist with congregational singing, the Church Copyright License provides blanket coverage for 300,000+ songs and 4,500+ publishers and song owners. Currently, global churches are using 600,000+ CCLI licenses.

### CVLI

From a unique partnership between Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI) and Motion Picture Licensing Corporation (MPLC), Christian Video Licensing International (CVLI) and the Church Video License was formed in 2001.

The Church Video License provides churches with legal coverage to show all, or any portion of, thousands of movie titles from a number of movie producers, including all the major studios. Currently, the titles from almost 3,000 producers are represented by the Church Video License, including the titles that contain all the Scene Ideas and Scene Downloads that are part of the ScreenVue Vault.

- Information about the licenses and subscriptions that you purchase from us including your method of payment.

__"Where can I find my Access Key to sign-in with?"__
- Every Church Video Licence globally and every *Total Producer Church Video License* (or *Standard CVLI Video License*) in the USA comes with FREE access to the ScreenVue Vault, which is unlocked with your Access Key. Your Access Key will be included in the monthly CVL update emails you receive. __"Why won't my Access Key work?"__
- The usual reason for the Access Key not to work (and a footer error message to appear) is that something is missing from the sign-in protocol.
- Enter the *Email address* associated with your Church Video License (or CCLI account).
- Enter the *Access Key* found in your last CVL update email (exactly, with no spaces).
- Select the *Terms of Use* and a *Keeping in Touch* option.
- You should be in! If you have done all this and still have a problem, please let us know and we'll dig further.

__"In the USA, why don't I have access as a CVL Family Values Package member?"__
- The *CVL Family Values Package* offers only 65+ studios and producers, and does not include any major/minor Hollywood studios - and does not come with ScreenVue Vault access.

__"What are the restrictions for streaming our service and including a movie scene? "__
- For churches that stream their services and want to include any part of a movie (the entire film or just a scene), the Church Video License terms do not cover streaming a movie scene - even if used in a sermon - over the internet to the general public.
- However, it is permissible to live stream a movie scene inside the facility as long as it is a closed-stream (not accessed publicly). 
- In light of COVID-19, the Church Video License has made temporary modifications to the license: For churches that stream their services and want to include any part of a movie, they can use a platform that is gated or private (password protected entry to only members and guests and not open to the general public), such as Zoom (requiring a password to join).

Katniss watches as the rebel fighter planes take off to attack the Capitol fortress.  She watches with a heavy heart, knowing that there are many civilians working inside who will be trapped and probably killed by the explosions.  Gale, seeing Katniss deliberately turn away from the window, knows she disagrees with the decision to bomb the compound.  Gale: "Even if those civilians are just moppin' floors, they're helping the enemy.  And if they have to die, I can live with that.  No one who supports the Capitol is innocent."  Katniss, angrily: "With that kind of thinking, you can kill whoever you want."  Gale, soberly: "It's war, Katniss.  Sometimes killing isn't personal.  Figured if anyone knew that, it was you."  Katniss: "I, of all people, know that it's always personal."  Suddenly, the sound of a loud bomb strike is heard and the others in the rebel base begin to cheer and clap.  Katniss turns around to look at the result of the attack.  The Capitol compound is on fire.  She hangs her head.

A train-load of prisoners of war has just arrived, carrying those Capitol supporters who survived the rebel bombing.  The rebel soldiers surround the train, ordering those disembarking to throw down their weapons and surrender peacefully.  Most comply, but one man continues to stagger forward, apparently wounded.  Katniss rushes toward him, hoping to save him from being shot by the rebels.  As soon as she kneels beside him, however, he puts a gun to her head: "Give me one reason I shouldn't shoot you."  Katniss: "I can't.  I guess that's the problem, isn't it?  We blew up your mine.  You burned my district to the ground.  We each have every reason to want to kill each other.  So, if you want to kill me, do it.  Make Snow happy.  I'm tired of killing his slaves for him."  Man: "I'm not his slave."  Katniss: "I am."  She reminds the man that she killed for Snow in the Hunger Games.  Those she killed had killed others, who, in turn, had killed others.  And all to satisfy the blood-lust of the evil president.  Katniss: "It just goes around and around and who wins?  Always Snow!  I am done being a piece in his game!  District 12, District 2, we have no fight, except the one the Capitol gave us.  Why are you fighting the rebels?  You're neighbors.  You're family."  Seeing the truth in her words, the man, obviously moved, puts his weapon down.  Katniss stands to address the rest of the group, prisoners and soldiers alike: "These people are not your enemy!  We all have one enemy - - and that's Snow!  He corrupts everyone and everything.  He turns the best of us against each other.  Stop killing for him!  Tonight, turn your weapons to the Capitol.  Turn your weapons to Snow!"

Boggs leads his unit through the Capitol, holding the Holo out in front of him.  Constantly eyeing the device, he monitors its readings for hidden enemy mines.  The unit enters a secluded square, surrounded on all sides by tall buildings.  The Holo begins to beep rapidly and Boggs puts up a hand, halting his group.  The device shows him that a pod is hidden up ahead.  Ordering them to run for cover, Boggs tosses a rock, deliberately detonating the pod.  A pair of huge machine guns emerges from a building, firing rounds non-stop for the next ten seconds.  By the time the guns are empty, the area they covered has been decimated.  The unit, however, is safe.  Boggs, again taking up the Holo, leads them forward.

Still reeling from the sudden death of their leader, the members of Unit 451 are trying to recover their bearings.  When Leeg #1 hears her sister groaning in pain, she unthinkingly runs toward her, forgetting that mines are hidden everywhere.  A loud click sounds when her foot steps on a tile.  She stops.  The tile begins to sink and huge doors begin to close off the only exits out of the town square.  The whole unit watches in horror, wondering what kind of trap has been laid for them.  Suddenly, a massive wave of black liquid begins to flood the square.  The soldiers run as fast as they can toward the nearest building.  On their way, one of their number falls into the sludge and is immediately entombed in a black cocoon.  Terrified, the rest run into the building, seeking higher ground as the black wave slams against the walls.  They race up the stairs until they can go no higher.  Slowly, the liquid rises and rises until it licks the top step where the soldiers stand.  To their immense relief, it begins to recede, having reached its full capacity.  Cressida: "The Gamemakers are still putting on quite a show."

Katniss's unit has just endured a mutt attack, and several lost their lives.  The survivors hide together in the basement of a rebel sympathizer.  As Pollux silently weeps for the loss of his brother, Katniss blames herself.  She confesses that her plot to assassinate Snow was her own plan and not an assignment from Coin.  Brokenhearted, she tells the others that she has failed them.  Quietly, Peeta begins to recite a list of names: "Glimmer.  Marvel.  Mags.  Clove.  Wiress.  Rue."  (All are friends who have died during the rebellion.)  Peeta: "What do all those deaths mean?  They mean that our lives were never ours.  There was no real life because we didn't have any choice.  Our lives belong to Snow and our deaths do, too."  Peeta tells Katniss that if she succeeds in her plan to defeat Snow, then all those deaths have meaning: "Cinna.  Boggs.  Castor.  Jackson.  Finnick.  They chose this.  They chose you."

President Snow has promised that any and all citizens of District 2 seeking safety can come to his palace and find help.  Hundreds of refugees gather at the locked gates leading to the palace, hoping to find the promised assistance.  Katniss watches from a short distance away as a voice announces over the screaming crowd: "Stay calm.  Bring your children forward.  The gates will open momentarily.  The children will be received first."  Peacekeepers begin taking crying children from their parents and carrying them toward the gates.  Suddenly, a loud noise in the sky alerts the mob to the dozens of planes hovering over them.  Small parachutes begin dropping toward the crowd.  Boy: "Gifts from the Capitol!"  Eager hands stretch upward toward the packages, expecting them to carrying food or medicine of some sort.  The hungry crowd is now silent, waiting for the help they are sure has come.  Just as the first parachute lands in an open hand, they all explode.  A second explosion kills many more, and the crowd that came seeking help has been handed, instead, death.  (Caution: scene may disturb some viewers)

President Coin has gathered together the remaining victors of the Hunger Games.  The group meets in the Capitol, the source of their former oppression, to decide the fate of their conquered enemies.  Coin announces the upcoming execution of the evil President Snow, but she asserts that his death will not be enough to bring peace to Panem: "The danger is, once we begin (the executions), the rebels will not stop calling for retribution.  The thirst for blood is a difficult urge to satisfy."  Coin proposes, in lieu of mass executions, to hold a new Hunger Games, to kill the children of their enemies in the same way their enemies killed theirs.  A number in the room are horrified and immediately vote against such an act, abhorring the idea of reenacting the Games that started it all.  However, some are pleased by the thought of such a delicious form of retribution...an eye for an eye.  Coin, ever political, couches her plot in benign terms, neglecting to state the obvious, that her plan to murder innocent children is every bit as evil as her predecessor's acts: "It balances the need for revenge with the least loss of human life."  The vote is cast and the room is split.  Peeta: "No.  No, obviously not.  This is crazy."  Johanna, bitterly: "I think it's more than fair.  Snow's got a granddaughter."  Another agrees with her.  Peeta: "You guys, this way of thinking is what started these uprisings."  Annie sides with Peeta.  Beetee: "No.  We need to stop viewing each other as enemies."  Katniss, the deciding vote, agrees to the Games only if she personally is allowed to execute Snow.  She expresses her desire to avenge her dead sister.

Katniss holds her baby while she watches Peeta play with their young daughter.  The baby begins to cry softly and Katniss hushes her lovingly: "Did you have a nightmare?  I have nightmares, too.  Someday I'll explain it to you - - why they came, why they won't ever go away.  But I'll tell you how I survive it.  I make a list in my head of all the good things I've seen someone do.  Every little thing I can remember.  It's like a game.  I do it over and over.  Gets a little tedious over the years, but there are much worse games to play."
