ScreenVue is the result of a joint venture and partnership between Christian Video Licensing International (CVLI) and Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI) and Motion Picture Licensing Corporation (MPLC).

ScreenVue first launched in 2003 as a service of CVLI. The CVLI Church Video License provides legal coverage for churches and for other ministry organizations to show DVDs, Blu-rays, digital, movie downloads and streams of motion pictures. Each organization needs to be specifically covered. Coverage includes playing just a few seconds of a movie all the way up to showing the full-length feature.

Each *Total Producer Church Video License* (or any *Church Video Licence* globally) comes with free ScreenVue Vault access.

The ScreenVue Vault offers 14,000+ Scene Ideas, Views and Downloads from a variety of movies and resources.

### CCLI

Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI) was established in 1988 to provide churches with simple, affordable solutions to complex copyright issues. CCLI helps churches maintain their integrity while giving them the freedom to worship expressively and spontaneously.

Churches often face copyright infringement issues in two areas: 1) copying music without permission, and 2) showing movies without authorization.

For copying music to assist with congregational singing, the Church Copyright License provides blanket coverage for 600,000+ songs and 7,000+ publishers and song owners. Currently, global churches are using 600,000+ CCLI licenses.

### CVLI

From a unique partnership between Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI) and Motion Picture Licensing Corporation (MPLC), Christian Video Licensing International (CVLI) and the Church Video License was formed in 2001.

The Church Video License provides churches with legal coverage to show all, or any portion of, thousands of movie titles from a number of movie producers, including all the major studios. Currently, the titles from 3,000+ producers are represented by the Church Video License, including the titles that contain all the scenes that are part of the ScreenVue Vault.

Motion Picture Licensing Corporation (MPLC) was founded in 1986 by former MGM executives and an MPAA attorney. Their goal was to develop a process to help the public leverage the work of the creative community without infringing on copyright.

## How We Use Cookies

__"Where can I find my Access Key to sign-in with?"__
- Every Church Video Licence globally and every *Total Producer Church Video License* (or *Standard CVLI Video License*) in the USA comes with FREE access to the ScreenVue Vault, which is unlocked with your Access Key. Your Access Key will be included in the monthly CVL update emails you receive. If you can't find your Key, please email us at: [support@screenvue.com ](mailto:support@screenvue.com "support@screenvue.com")

__"Why won't my Access Key work?"__
- The usual reason for the Access Key not to work (and a footer error message to appear) is that something is missing from the sign-in protocol.
- Enter the *Email address* associated with your Church Video License (or CCLI account).
- Enter the *Access Key* found in your last CVL update email (exactly, with no spaces).
- Select the *Terms of Use* and a *Keeping in Touch* option.
- You should be in! If you have done all this and still have a problem, please let us know and we'll dig further.

__"In the USA, why don't I have access as a CVL Family Values Package member?"__
- The *CVL Family Values Package* offers only 65+ studios and producers, and does not include any major/minor Hollywood studios - and does not come with ScreenVue Vault access. 
- The *CVL Total Producer Package* offers 4,000+ studios and producers, including every major Hollywood studio and most of the major/minors, and comes with complimentary access to the new ScreenVue Vault: unlocked with a provided Access Key.

__"What is the difference between Scene Ideas, Scene Views, and Scene Downloads?"__
- The ScreenVue Vault offers THREE different types of Scenes:

__"What are the restrictions for streaming our service and including a movie scene? "__
- For churches that stream their services and want to include any part of a movie (the entire film or just a scene), the Church Video License terms do not cover streaming a movie scene - even if used in a sermon - over the internet to the general public.
- However, it is permissible to live stream a movie scene inside the facility as long as it is a closed-stream (not accessed publicly).

Mufasa and the others are being pursued by the Outsiders.  They climb a snowy mountain pass, but know that their enemy can easily follow their tracks in the snow.  Mufasa looks at the little bird: "Zazu, only you can help us now."  Zazu, surprised: "Are you quite sure about that?"  But, Mufasa is certain that, despite his small size, the bird can help.  He outlines his plan to have Zazu fly behind them and cover their tracks with the snow.  Mufasa: "You can do this."  Zazu obediently flies away and follows Mufasa's orders.  As he pushes snow onto the tracks, he nervously talks to himself: "One hornbill saving the future."  He still doesn't believe that what he is doing is important.  Later, the Outsiders are stymied, unable to trace where the lions went: "Somehow they have covered their tracks."  Kiros: "In the snow?  It's not possible."  Zazu watches from a distance as their enemies circle in confusion.  He does a little happy dance of self-congratulation.

Kiara asks Rafiki about the Outsiders, and Rafiki explains that they are lions from various tribes who have been rejected by their own communities. When Kiara connects this to Rafiki’s own experience, asking, "Like you and your tribe?" Rafiki confirms, "Yes, just like me." Kiara struggles to understand why the Outsiders would want to harm others, and Rafiki reveals that rejection often fills individuals with pain, which can lead to hatred. He says, "And this pain can lead you to hate everything." Despite being outsiders themselves, Pumbaa, Timon, and Rafiki have chosen to build a supportive community together, overcoming bitterness and resentment.


Finally, they have arrived in Milele and stand under the great tree from Rafiki's visions.  Rafiki: "I have seen this tree many times, and in each vision, there was always a brother standing right here."  Mufasa observes no other monkey standing beneath the tree.  He doesn't see how Rafiki's vision could be true when his twin brother is not there.  But, Rafiki finally understands the vision: "What I saw in my dreams was a brother, standing right here."  He looks at where Mufasa stands: "A friend.  Family.  What I saw was you.  The unseeable.  I saw Mufasa."  Mufasa, surprised: "Me?"  Rafiki: "Yes, you.  My brother."

Afia shares with Mufasa the story of Milele, a distant kingdom whose name means "forever." She describes it as a paradise brimming with goodness, where abundant water and food sustain all creatures, who live together in harmony and joy, free from suffering. When Mufasa asks if they will ever reach this place, Afia assures him that not only is it their destination, but they can also experience it right now in their hearts. As she sings of Milele, with its beauty and happiness, she emphasizes, ♪ "It lives in you, it lives in me." ♪ The kingdom's call resonates with them, filling Mufasa with wonder as he whispers, "Wow."

Taka is overjoyed when his mother welcomes Mufasa into their pride, and the two cubs quickly bond, forming a deep friendship. Taka sings of his lifelong desire for a brother and eagerly looks forward to the unbreakable bond they will share, vowing that nothing will come between them. Together, the pair embark on countless adventures, playing and getting into mischief, always united. Taka passionately defends Mufasa as his brother when others dismiss him as a stray. Mufasa, in turn, expresses his joy in finding a brother through his own song. As time passes and the seasons change, Taka and Mufasa grow into strong young lions, their bond remaining steadfast and unchanged.


Mufasa approaches Rafiki as he sits, meditating.  Mufasa: "What are you doing?"  Rafiki: "I am confirming my vision, Mufasa."  Mufasa: "How many of your visions have come true?"  Rafiki, honestly: "So far, none.  But, it is not what I see.  It's what I feel."  Mufasa: "How do you know when you should follow a feeling?"  Rafiki, confidently pointing to his heart: "Milele exists.  I feel it in here.  The question is, what do you feel, (in your heart) Mufasa?"  Mufasa looks thoughtful.


The Outsiders have come, and all the animals in Milele are in danger.  Sarabi knows that they must band together in order to defeat their common enemy.  She approaches the lions, asking them to join the fight, but they are scared, believing the enemy to be too strong.  Mufasa stands to address the animals himself.  He asks them to trust him enough to join him: "Nothing will change if we remain isolated to our own tribes without concern for the fate of others."  Giraffe: "But, why should we stand with you?  This is your fight."  Mufasa warns the animals that the Outsiders will come for them as well.  They will not be content until they rule all of Milele.  Gnu: "One lion's hope cannot change the fate of Milele!"  Mufasa: "There is no lion as large as an elephant, as strong as an oxen, fast as a cheetah, or tall as a giraffe."  Mufasa is convinced that, with their combined strengths, the animals can defeat the Outsiders.  Because together, they are strong.


Eshe begins training Mufasa to hunt, encouraging him to rely on his instincts. She instructs him, "Close your eyes. Tell me what you feel." As Mufasa shuts out all distractions, his sharpened senses detect a herd of antelope crossing a dry lake bed, which he identifies as being half a day away. Eshe challenges him further, asking, "How do you know they're not gazelles?" Listening carefully, Mufasa replies, "Their steps are too heavy. Moving way too slow." Pressing him to observe even more closely, Eshe prompts, "What else, come on, you can do it." Mufasa continues, "When the wind hits their horns, it moves up instead of across. So, definitely antelope horns." Pleased with his accuracy, Eshe praises his effort and progress.


Young Mufasa revels in the rainwater alongside the other animals, playfully standing on a rock in the stream. As the waters rise dangerously, his parents urge him to return to safety, but the current grows too strong for him to cross. In a desperate act, Masego plunges into the raging floodwaters to rescue his son, who is swept off the rock by the wild waves. Afia, Mufasa's mother, calls out from the riverbank, urging him to "Find my voice." Masego manages to grab Mufasa by the scruff and toss him to a cliff face, instructing his son to follow Afia’s voice to the dam and cross to safety. With Afia’s encouragement—“Listen to us!”—Mufasa gathers his courage and begins to cross the dam. However, before he can reach the other side, a sudden disaster strikes: an elephant is carried into the dam, breaking it apart. To his parents’ horror, Mufasa is swept away once again by the relentless floodwaters.


Kiara, frightened by the storm outside, confides in Rafiki, saying, "I just want the storm to pass, and then I promise to be brave." Rafiki, ever wise, shares a story about her father, Simba. As a cub, Simba had also been afraid of thunder, but his father helped him face his fear by taking him outside during a storm. Together, they howled at the wind and roared into the night until Simba's fear faded away. When Kiara hesitantly admits, "But I'm not brave like my dad," Rafiki laughs, radiating faith in Kiara’s courage—even if she doesn’t believe in herself yet.


Rafiki has been banished by his tribe for being too different.  He walks alone in the darkness.  But, when the inevitable happens and a lion leaps out at him from the tall grasses, Rafiki shows no fear.  The lion pauses, confused, as Rafiki slowly walks up to him curiously.  The monkey looks closely into the lion's face: "Hmmmm.  Jamaa."  He shrugs his shoulders and continues on his way.  Mufasa follows threateningly: "You can try to run, but you won't get very far."  Rafiki, unperturbed: "And why would I try to run from you?"  He continues to placidly walk, despite the fact that three lions now stalk him.  Taka: "Because we're lions."  He roars to prove his point.  Rafiki, smiling: "A flea can trouble a lion more than a lion can trouble a flea."  Taka: "I don't think you understand what's about to happen.  There's no place for you to go."  Rafiki, confidently: "I am going forward."  Taka: "I seriously doubt that."  Rafiki: "It is easy to doubt everything when you know nothing."  Rafiki tells them that he is headed toward the light (to Milele, the eternal kingdom).  His certainty comes from his faith in this purpose, and soon he has convinced the lions to go with him.


Mufasa and his mismatched bunch of outcasts are searching for Milele together.  Rafiki smiles, singing of their newfound unity: ♪ "If you wanna go fast, go alone.  There's the road.  Off you go.  But if you wanna go far…we go together.  So good, so far together." ♪ Soon, the others join in, singing of their promise to walk together until the end: ♪ "It's much easier with a friend." ♪

Obasi has heard of his son's cowardice in abandoning his mother to the enemy lions.  He warns Taka to keep his feebleness a secret from the rest of the pride.  No one would ever trust Taka to rule if they knew he was a coward, and Obasi's main concern is to protect the throne at all costs.  Taka: "Protect it with a lie?  Father, that's deceitful."  Obasi: "Deceit is a tool of a great king.  It's what kings must do."  


While Eshe is teaching Mufasa to hunt, neither realizes that they are being stalked by a group of lions. From a distance, Taka notices the approaching predators and sees them closing in on his mother. However, when the lions leap to attack, Taka is overcome by fear and flees. In his absence, Mufasa courageously leaps in to defend Eshe, standing by her side against the attackers. Together, they fight with determination until they successfully drive the lions away.
